What if your “Aunt Flo” is supposed to be coming to town right before your wedding? Any advice?

So I was dead set on eloping and my FH wanted to see me walk down the isle blah blah blah. FAST FORWARD 4 MONTHS. My FH made a comment that we should’ve eloped because he seemed to not realize all the stuff that goes into planning a wedding!! YAY!! 🙄...

Okay guys I need some advice! We’re looking on buying a house before the wedding. Is it normal that my fiancé wants to be the only one on the mortgage and that’s it? Is it usually just one person on a mortgage?
