2888 days agoIt’s a Sunday wedding and we have the venue from 2-11pm. 10-11 needs to be for breakdown. All music stops at 9:45. 5-5:30 ceremony 5:30-5:40 walk to reception area 5:40-6:45 cocktail hour 6:45-7:00 seat for dinner reception 7:00-7:30 grand entrance...

2892 days agoOur end time is 10pm on a Sunday. We have a 20min ceremony, 1hr cocktail hour, 20min speeches, and 1 hour dinner. When should our ceremony start? How much dancing time should be available at the end after first dance? We will have a photobooth too.
