Anyone who has done them? And how did your guests like them?

I'm using brown kraft paper for table covers. I have a wood slice, jute wrapped wine bottle, and a mason jar with rocks & candle for centerpiece. What could I use to dress the tables up a little more?

My little 12 year old brother is not going to be a groomsman, but I still possibly want him to be able to do something. Usher? Carry a sign down the aisle? What could the sign be? Suggestions please.
