Could he be a junior groomsman? If not, ushers, ring bearers, and pages are all options. He could hand out programs or escort your mother down the aisle while you and your dad are waiting if that's a situation you're in.

Ushering would be a good way to include him without a ton of responsibility ahead of time. I think he might be a little too old for a sign.

I love the idea of him escorting his mom down the aisle. Also, if he's okay with public speaking, you could ask him to do a reading during the ceremony. That's how we're including my brother
