How did you meet?

Ahaha...high school band camp. He played trumpet, I played clarinet. However, we didn't start dating until college, four years later!

We met at our first summer internship. We went to the same college but probably would have never met at school. You know what they always say about not dating your coworkers...

We met at work. FH moved back to NYC from college in December. He got a job but during that same week, he won a trip to Israel or somethingggg.. he had to quit his "new job" and went to the trip. Came back in January and he found a job where I work!!! Impressive how life works lol. If he had not gone to that trip, i would have never met him. Lol

We met at work. He was IT for the company I work for.

He used to tell me stupid jokes and helped me play pranks on my team mates.

I thought that was how he flirted. He tells me he wasn't flirting with me. I don't know if he's messing with me.

But, he succumbed to my adorable mess anyway, so it doesn't matter!

Oh a cruise over 15 years ago, during our sophomore year spring break. He lived in Texas, I lived in California. We stayed in contact off and on throughout the rest of high school, college, and our 20s. He was on a work trip in California and asked if he could call me..... that's when it really began.

An all city band concert in high school. We both played trombone and after a friend switched seats we met. We attended the two rival high schools in our city so we hadn't met till then. We also had some mutual friends who began pulling strings behind the scenes to make sure we went out

We had met through a mutual friend our freshman year of high school. But we didn't actually have interest in each other until senior year. We sang in chorus together and we were one of the groups chosen to sing at Disney's Candlelight processional. After knowing that I liked him (for 2 months!), following one of the shows he finally decided to kiss me- a week before Christmas.

...he was my professor in grad school. He was actually one of my advisors for a while, but I took him off my committee once I realized we were more friends than professional acquaintances. We were friends for a couple of years, then started dating when he left the university for another job.

We met on deployment. This was his second deployment and my first. Meeting him was one of best moments of my life!

We met online. Not on a dating site, on a video game.

Yep, FH and I met on World of Warcraft. We joined the same guild on the same day for the same raid spot.

Freshman year of high school. He was in ROTC with my brother so I saw him all the time. We both had crushes on each other but we both were dating other people in high school at the time. We didn't start dating until we both graduated from college and moved back to our hometown.

We met in high school, fortunately for us the school was undergoing construction that year and gym classes were study halls in the bleacher stand and that's where we made eyes at each other before we finally started talking. We may not have met otherwise, as he was a senior and I was a freshman. Our parents did not like that at first (I was 14, he just turned 18) but, here we are 10 years later still together and getting married soon!!!

4th grade

We met in kindergarten! Crazy how fast time flies. I always had a grade school crush on FH but never thought I'd marry him!

FH was in a play with my ex-husband.

FH was breaking up with his then-gf during that show.

Several years later -- and NOT related to us all meeting then -- my ex-husband married FH's ex-gf.

We went to their wedding. They're coming to ours.

So...weird shit happens. It's not just us, right?

Woah @pammat that's a crazy story! FH and I met on tinder! Never would i have imagined I'd find my husband on Tinder, but we were both on it for fun, decided to meet up, and the rest is history!
