Are there any brides wearing their veil over their face down the aisle? It seems like no one really does that anymore. I think it's beautiful when the groom lifts it up. I'm curious what other brides think about it?

I always have heard that white will wash me out as I am pale, so I've only been looking at ivory and blush.. should I look into white too? Is it uncommon for pale girls to wear white? And what about champagne?
