  Zoe Gallina is quite possibly an angel that was sent to us! We absolutely fell in love with her from the start. She exudes a certain grace and style and carries herself with such class. She not only helped us to coordinate every detail of our wedding ceremony and reception decor, style and colors, but she communicated with all of our vendors and made sure every timeline was set. Zoe answered my neurotic all-hours calls and emails right away and with great detail, for almost an entire year! She is extremely organized and such an amazing listener and event planner. We trusted her advice and all of her recommendations for other vendors, as well. Our day was absolutely perfect because of Zoe's hard work. She kept us relaxed and stress-free! All of our guests said that our wedding was the best they had ever been to and we give Zoe all the credit. We feel like she 100% paid for herself 5 times over! Not only did we have the most beautiful, detailed, and organized wedding ever because of Zoe, but we also gained a friend. She has the most wonderful, warm and fun personality and we are so lucky to have gotten to know her! We will certainly stay lifelong friends. :) Thank You, Zoe, from the bottoms of our hearts.   Zoe is wonderful! She is professional and understanding in the most stressful situations. Our reception was set up beautifully and looked like a fairytale. All of the vendors arrived without a hitch and our wedding started on time. None of this would have been possible without Zoe. She is so fantastic!

  Zoe was great to work with! We used her as a "day of" planner, but she helped us throughout the whole planning process, answering questions, and offering her expertise in certain areas, which was a huge help! We were very hands on in our planning process so we were unsure we even needed a planner, but we are so glad we made the decisions to use Zoe. She helped make our special day less stressful and one that we could enjoy to its fullest!

  I must say, at first, I was a little apprehensive about hiring a wedding coordinator, but these feelings quickly subsided when I started to realize all of the parts and pieces that go into the making of a wedding - I knew that there was no way that I could do it alone!
  
  From my first meeting with Zoe, I was put at ease, and I knew at every moment throughout the journey that she was going to put her heart and soul into making my vision a reality. Honestly, I'm not the most organized person, and I can see how my flightiness could be quite bothersome to someone as methodical as Zoe. This was never the case, though. She never once made me feel as if I was lagging way behind or losing it (as I often was!), but instead, exhibited feelings of calm and collected control.
  
  In addition to her extreme professionalism, Zoe is detail-oriented and possesses great creative talent. She was able to understand and execute ideas that I couldn't even verbalize. She is not pushy, but knew how to differentiate between the times when I needed a nudge and the times when I just needed to organize my thoughts. Every email and phone call was returned promptly and with a smile.
  
  I am very grateful that I was able to hire Zoe, and I can't imagine that there is anyone else who could've helped make our wedding day more beautiful!

  Zoe was AMAZING to work with! A 400+ person wedding at hoem seemed extremely overwhelming to me, but Zoe made every aspect of planning super easy! From the vendors she reccomended to the way she handle every issue that arised, I couldn't have done it with out her. The week of my wedding I felt completely at ease and knew everything was being taken care of, and when I showed up at my wedding reception I was in shock at how calm everything was and how amazing everything looked!

She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire ten-month process, and I was confident that she was on top of our contracts with the various vendors and the day-of schedule. I was extremely relaxed the day of the wedding, largely in part to my confidence in Zoe. We communicated mainly via email and phone, as I live in NYC and her, Tampa; her responsiveness and effort to make herself available bridged any physical distance between us. Zoe's experience with florals, design, event planning and logistics, along with her organization, attention to detail and professional yet youthful and personal approach truly was germane to making our wedding a beautiful, unique and memorable celebration. I highly recommend Zoe's wedding planning services and look forward to continuing my relationship with her.

  Words cannot express how wonderful and valuable Zoe Gallina Inc was for us. She did our day of coordination- but it was really much more than that because 2 weeks before the wedding, she organized all of our time lines, confirmed all of our vendors and freed up incredible amounts of time for us to enjoy what was left of our engagement.
  Zoe was so incredibly organized I didn't worry for one second before, during, or after the wedding that anything would be missed- and she absolutely delivered! Our venue was unique (an old Navy Ship) and we were their first wedding so there were many details to iron out and challenges to overcome and Zoe handled everything beautifully. All our friends and other vendors who interacted with her all had wonderful things to say, which we think speaks volumes to her professionalism.
  We would absolutely, positively recommend Zoe for anyone and everyone who is getting married. It will without a doubt be the best money you spend because Zoe ensures peace of mind, grace, kindness, style, and that everything will go just how you want.

  Zoe was a great resource for all of my wedding planning. I felt like a guest at my own wedding. She coordinated the entire event flawlessly. My guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. She well made up for her planning fee from all the money she saved me from finding great buys and referring me to vendors that were well within my budget.
