Amazing Baby Shower
We were looking for a event planner for our baby shower. Doing our research Zaira stood out from everyone. She was responsive, professional and got the job done exactly how we wanted. From the planning stage to the execution she was there by our side and making sure everything got done. We loved the baby shower and all our guest loved it as well. It was unique because we utilized Zaira services. Definitely coming back for any event planning needs. -

After my first meeting with Zaira, I knew she was the one I NEEDED to plan my wedding! I could immediately tell that she has a true passion for her work, her brides (and grooms) were her number one priority, and that she would be reliable every step of the way. Zaira far SURPASSED my EXPECTATIONS; she is extremely organized, highly professional, punctual, knowledgeable, innovative, kind, and patient. It truly felt like I had known her forever and was planning my wedding with a best friend.
We live in Chicago, and had limited time in Miami prior to our wedding day; Zaira went above and beyond to meet with our vendors, do multiple venue walk throughs, and allowed us to ship countless boxes to her house prior to our wedding day. Zaira scheduled multiple meetings with all of our vendors to go over wedding day details and timelines, and consistently advocated on our behalf. She organized a meeting with us on one of our trips to Miami to decide on our linens, chairs, tables, and tableware rentals; Zaira also had a mock-up of one of our centerpieces made for our visit to show us all of the details together. Even after our wedding day, Zaira took an itemized inventory of what we had left over, and on her own time, thoughtfully packaged and shipped those items back to us in Chicago!
Prior to the planning process, Zaira takes her time to get to know you as an individual, and also as a couple. She is very thorough about your overall vision, what the most important things are to YOU to you on your wedding day, your budget, etc.
Zaira knew that flowers and small details were the most important things to me when planning my wedding. Being a perfectionist, I can undoubtedly say that every little detail was executed flawlessly and the flowers were absolutely magnificent. I also have a very difficult time making decisions when faced with many options; Zaira was available for every idea that came to mind, and gave me her sincere input on the necessity of those ideas.
Zaira is very well-connected and provided outstanding vendor recommendations for florals, tableware rentals, lighting, décor, and also helped us book our cigar roller. When I tell you that Zaira can make anything happen, that is not an overstatement. At the last minute, I’m talking six days before, the event coordinator at our venue mentioned lighting, which we were under the impression was already a staple within the venue space. Zaira collected countless quotes that were far beyond anything we were willing to spend at the last minute; but, again, Zaira’s connections and persistence allowed us to afford the lighting we needed (and wanted) that fit within our last minute budget.
Zaira is extremely dependable and truly worked to make everything we envisioned a reality. From the start, I felt comfortable confiding in Zaira regarding my likes and dislikes, and did not hold back when it came to letting her know that my stress was through the roof. In those stressful moments, Zaira spoke to me with conviction in letting me know that everything would be absolutely perfect, and it truly was.
On our wedding day, I was completely stress free. Zaira and her fabulous team worked their magic; throughout the day and evening, they made sure we were having the best time ever, were hydrated and fed, and most importantly happy.
If you are looking for a sincere wedding planner that truly loves their work, has your best interest at heart, and will go to the moon and back for you, do yourself a favor and hire Z Events. Zaira, you are truly the best!!

Zaira is a miracle worker
Wow. Zaira and her team were nothing short of incredible. I am not a fan of event planning at all, and she really stepped up to make our James Bond themed wedding at the Miami Fontainebleau for 150 guests truly spectacular. She was well-priced, a strong communicator, patient with my procrastination, incredibly knowledgeable about South Florida vendors, had beautiful taste, thought of every possible detail, and even face-timed us for tours of our venue since we live in Seattle. Zaira also suggested and set up “hora loca” for the end of our wedding, and hired professional dancers to show up as Bond girls and hand out glow sticks to our guests—we didn’t quite know what to expect but WOW—it really made our wedding stand out and was SO much fun. If you work with Zaira, I highly recommend taking her advice on hora loca! Zaira handled literally every part of our wedding and set me up with a hair stylist and makeup artist who knew how to combat the Florida humidity, photographers who gave me and my now husband great directions (we’re both naturally awkward), incredible florists who transformed our poolside ceremony into the most beautiful, magical setting and our reception into Bond-themed glamour beyond our wildest dreams. Zaira was also extremely thoughtful about family dynamics and cultural details, especially when helping us to determine which Jewish and Ukranian traditions we wanted to include and how to handle my blended family. Thanks to Zaira, our wedding was stress-free and even weeks later, our friends and family are still raving that it was the best wedding they ever attended. I cannot recommend Zaira enough, especially if you are like I was and had NO IDEA how to even start planning a wedding. We paid for the most comprehensive package she had available and it was worth every penny and more. -

I found Zaira through wedding wire and it was truly a blessing. From the moment Zaira and I spoke on the phone I knew she would be amazing. She’s so talented at what she does and provides high quality services. Zaira’s personality allows one to feel like you are talking to a family member all the time. She’s so warming and listens to all your needs and wants. I would recommend her 100000 times . She truly loves what she does and makes sure everything comes out perfect for the special day.

Amazing wedding planner!
Zaira was ahh-mazing! She is very organized and professional! First of all, during the planning process she guided me, advised me, provided vendor recommendations and kept track of the things that needed to get done. She would suggest small details that I would have never thought of myself. I'm so glad I hired her! Secondly, the day of coordination-- Zaira and her team were awesome!!!! Everything ran so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. 100% recommend!

I don’t know where to start. Not only is she professional (punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, etc), but she is very personable. After things started to pick up with wedding planning and looking through countless planners/day of coordinators, we found Zaira (and boy did we find her at the perfect time!) In comparison to the others, she didn’t focus on just booking us and getting paid…she wanted to talk to us first before booking and listen to what we were looking for so that way our vision would come to life (beyond selfless). Unfortunately in this industry, you sometimes get vendors that pressure you to do things that you and your significant other may not want…. NOT Zaira. She truly helps to make YOUR vision come to life and even helps you to save money! (super rare) She went above and beyond in the things she did for us and was even a guardian angel at times. She didn’t just bless our wedding day… she helped jump start a beautiful marriage. God bless this company! -

I was initially drawn to Zaira because I thought it would be convenient to have both a wedding planner and florist as one vendor. When I first talked with Zaira, I was even strongly considering doing my own flowers. However I realized that taking it on myself would simply be too much with my very busy schedule. Up until talking with her three months before the wedding, I planned a good chunk of it on my own with help with MIL, but needed a lot of expert help figuring out the logistics of having a backyard wedding. Zaira was wonderful and so friendly from the first video meeting I had with her. She was very considerate of my budget, and was flexible with hearing all of my needs. I was going for a romantic-style wedding with a tropical touch, and this was something I hadn't really seen done before on Pinterest. She pulled it off perfectly, and created exactly what I had envisioned while working within our price range! She has fantastic ideas, my favorite of which was covering the jacuzzi to create a "stage" that we stood on during the ceremony. It was a show-stopper and perfect focal point for our wedding! The flowers and greenery she put together were to-die-for and pulled that lovely, romantic intimate wedding vision together. She coordinated the day very well, helping me put together our perfect timeline and everything went off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend Zaira for turning your personalized wedding vision into a reality! -

We will miss her
I found zaira on weddingwire. Thankfully for her she has a very simple contract, leaving someone like myself who has many questions, & a difficult work schedule to match, she was able to answer all questions or problems within a 24 hour period. The day of we didn’t have any worries because of the way Zaira had planned out our timeline. All of the vendors were contacted the week before to verify any last minute conditions. When I felt overwhelmed with the planning I asked one of my bridesmaids to step in, and because of her & zaira working together, I was able to go into my wedding day without extra worry. My now husband is very difficult to please when it comes to spending his money, so I was fearful of the two of them not being able to work together, zaira handled it with grace and was able to explain to my now husband every reason pricing changed or whatever it was. We couldn’t be more thankful that we chose zaira to be our planner. We will truly miss her 💖 -

I can’t say enough about Zaira and her team. From the beginning the experience was completely stress free, fun, and exciting. Everyone kept mentioning how blown away they were that I was so calm throughout the experience. I simply told them I had the best wedding planner of all time and I knew everything was handled. She coordinated everything for me, worked with my price range, and helped me choose amazing vendors that left me and my guests feeling exceptional! I talked to quite a few planners before choosing Zaira. Everyone else I spoke to seemed a little snooty and up-tight but Zaira was so sweet and genuine. She immediately calmed me down and helped me go through the process step by step. I live about 3 hours away from where we had the wedding in Key Largo and where she is based in Miami and I am recommending my friends up here getting married down south so they can use her. I miss her already and can’t thank her enough for a perfect wedding a weekend in Key Largo 💕 -

I really don't know how she did it
We asked for Zaira's help just 1-2 days before the event because our dinner reservation was suddenly canceled. Zaira stepped in and got a better venue and with little to no time, she was fast and with great attitude. She did a great job! Very amazing work ethic and all within our financials. Thank you! -

My daughters 15th Birthday
Although not a wedding, I am truly grateful to what she accomplished in just 2 days. We decided last minute to make a dinner party for my daughter's birthday after her trip to Europe was cancelled. An angel throughout the whole process
From the moment I first talked to Zaira I knew I was choosing the right wedding planner. Zaira first ask to meet with her and her assistant to really listen to my needs and what I was looking for. We went out for coffee and we only chatted. She didn't make me sign any contract before we met or even right after, she said that I needed to be 100% sure that I wanted to work with her before committing to something (All of the other wedding planners I called were requesting a deposit and signing contract without even meeting them). Who does that? I immediately knew her intentions were good and she was more than willing to help me.
I was not wrong! I just have words of gratitude towards Zaira. I feel beyond bless to have someone who understood me and advice me every step of the way. Most importantly, she never demanded anything from me and ALWAYS asked if I was okay with the decisions we were making and the direction we were going.
Brides, do yourself a favor... Choose a wedding planner that will help you stay on budget, that will listen to your needs, and that is someone that is able to see this whole thing as something more than a client/vendor relationship. Choose someone like Zaira that is wholeheartedly invested in making this your special day. SHE WILL DO IT! -

I initially found Zaira through Wedding Wire and the moment I spoke to her, she gave me a great impression. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows.
I was pregnant for my wedding and she and her staff made sure I was comfortable the entire day. She passed by the hotel and asked me if I needed anything. She made sure everyone was attending to me.
She contacted all my vendors to make sure dates and times were confirmed. We head a small hiccup with transportation for the bridal party and she fixed it to where I didn't even hear about it until after and it wasn't an issue at all!
On my wedding day I had a variety of vendors and decorations. She made sure everything was taken care of and the way I wanted it. I had everything from key placecard holders to a dessert buffet. She made sure that all my personalized items looked great. She also decorated the lanterns which I used to decorate the aisle.
In short, she did so much that she was not only my planner, but she became my friend. Do not hesitate to book her!! You won't be disappointed!! -
