    Helen Fing was not only my wedding planner , but when my makeup artist quit on us at the last moment , Helen took over and did our make up and made my day complete ...Helen is one of the most professional , reliable , and kind wedding planners I have known.Thank you Helen

    I just want to thank Helen Fong and Ms. Fernandez for making my special day even more enjoyable. Some of the vendors that we had hired weren’t delivering and they totally took care of everything so I could enjoy my day to the fullest. Please if you still don’t have a wedding planner, use her, you won't regret it, or even better, you will be thankful and grateful for the rest of your life.

    STOP YOUR SEARCHING NOW...YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR WEDDING PLANNER...Helen Fong was beyond AMAZING...!!! I could write a whole essay about my experience, but here are a few quick things i got to experience with her. She was very professional throughout the entire process, yet still made me feel very "at home". She was very realistic with me when it came down to things I wanted and what my budget actually allowed and gave a lot of alternatives for me to think about. Helen truly made this planning experience very easy going. Anytime I would get completely stressed or overwhelmed she knew how to calm me down. Everything went as planned and scheduled and if there were any hiccups I didn't even have to worry about it because I knew Helen and her team were there and had my back. I would recommend her to anyone...!!!

    My day was relaxed, filled with love from our friends and family ...pretty much everything you could hope for - thanks, in large, to Miss Helen. Sure we had a few surprises along the way - drama comes with the territory (LOL) - but Helen handled all of it and shielded me from the distracting problem solving of a wedding production. Fellow brides - if you can afford to hire a wedding planner, it is the best check you'll ever write. (That was actually in my dad's toast/speech.) Our total wedding budget was $25,000 for 75 persons, and Helen made sure my father didn't spend one dime over. She was warm, professional, and I'm proud to call her a friend. Helen - you're the best!!! xoxo

    Our daughter's wedding was amazing! The wedding was beautiful and will make a lasting wonderful memory for all of us. Several of our guests have asked us for your contact information for their events in the near future. We wanted Ashley's wedding day something special and one she would remember always

    Helen Fong's relationships and experience with local vendors was essential to having our wedding run flawlessly. Everything that was done for the wedding was as elegant, unique, and timeless as we could have hoped for. Her vast experience, creativity, and remarkable knowledge of the wedding industry far exceed that of the competition. In addition to the aforementioned, Helen's fun and genuine personality truly made working with her a pleasant experience. Every guest commented on how beautiful a wedding it was!

    Classy, Professional and extremely accomodating. We gave her a high budget for my niece's wedding and Helen worked it out with less :) Thank You Helen for saving the $$ for the Honeymoon ;) Our entire family loves you and appreciate all you have done!!

    Helen at XS Productions was THE BEST!!! Because of her and her team I was able to sit back and enjoy my wedding without all the stress that goes along with wedding planning. My wedding was beautiful, fun, unique and totally me. She knew exactly what we wanted, and she made it happen. Helen also introduced me to amazing (and affordable) vendors. I have recommended her to all of my friends, and I highly recommend her to anyone that is planning a wedding.

    First let me start out by saying Helen Fong and her crew are the best.. She took care all of the details for my brother wedding, decor to setup and break down.. Executed to a T. Decor STUNNING!!! It's still being talked about today.. My go to whenever I'm hosting a event in Florida.. She's very professional and has the biggest heart.. My referral for the City of Miami.. Very dependable. My clients are at ease when dealing with her and that's makes me happy.. Helen you and your crew are the best!

    If you want a hassle free wedding that you get to enjoy with your family and friends then Helen is the person to do it! Close your eyes, dream it and she makes it happen! I though I could do this on my own but with family coming from other cities, work and many things to think about it was becoming a nightmare. Helen took it over and saved the day! I wanted my wedding to be fun and to show the family of my husband what Latin fun is about and I had that. My guests are still talking about how much fun they had at my wedding and how they have never seen anything like it. I love Helen!!!!!!!! She truly is the best.

    Helen Fong is extremely professional and provided the best service to me during my wedding. She went above and beyond being that i lived in Houston TX and I was having a destination wedding in Miami FL. She got me a venue which was to die for, it was at the roof top of the four seasons hotel in Miami. She got me some nice decorations, linen, flowers, favors, etc. for the ceremony and reception.
    With one phone call, Ms. Fong came in and saved the day! Within weeks, her staff put together a portfolio of lovely flowers, décor, cake vendor, etc., and we knew we were in good hands. Most importantly, Ms. Fong made us feel a part of her family, and made sure we were taken care of. I did not have to travel multiple times to Miami she took care of everything and on the day of i had absolutely nothing to worry about.
    I will strongly recommend her to everyone that is looking for a drama free wedding planner. I absolutely love her. I couldn't have gotten anyone better.

    We felt very relaxed during our special day. Thanks to Helen at XS Production. She was very helpful and
    accommodating at all times, always making sure everything was just as promised. The flowers for both
    Ceremony and Reception were just as beautiful, as she said it would be. The choice of colors
    and flowers she helped us picked were spectacular, everything was just as we dreamed, very competitive
    prices and very punctual throughout the whole event. Helen, certainly made us feel very relaxed before
    and during our wedding day, as mentioned earlier it was a dream come true, thanks to Helen Fong and
    staff.

    Make sure you shop around. Don't get too excited about the pics that are shown on her site. They are just that pics. She is greedy for money and want a percentage of everything right down to your invitations. She was will take you to the most expensive card shops, bakery, and dress shops and expect a percentage from you if you purchase. Please do not buy flowers from her. She's way too expensive and don't deliver what she promises. She set up a basket in my reception hall bathroom and charged me 125.00. It was nothing more than the hand soap and lotion you get from TJ Maxx or Marshalls with the holder. Flower arrangement was rubber greenery. When I went to the bathroom to collect what I paid for every thing was gone except for the hand lotion and soap. The rubber greenery was thrown on the trash, so I felt like she removed what she wanted from the basket. She also placed travel size items in the basket. She did not follow the timeline. She was totally lost and looked it. She was not as good as I thought she would be. She talk a good game. We were ripped off, but I was a queen on my day. I shopped for everything on my own and she wanted a percentage. I can't even give her credit for anything. I even worked on my wedding day setting up chairs something she was paid to do.

    A lot of brides are surprised by the cost to produce these luxurious affairs. As wedding planners, it is standard practice to charge 10% of the budget for our services. This event had a total budget of $6000 for 50 or 60 guests. Janice's guest list grew to include 120 persons at the same budget.
