The Best of the Best!

We worked with Wolf Weddings for floral, DJ (Look Entertainment), and coordination and had the absolute BEST experience. Working with Ravin and her team was a dream come true, as they were attentive to our requests, prompt with responses and always available to give guidance and offer support in any aspect needed. Our flowers were everything I could have dreamed of and more, and I am blown away with how the floral team brought my vision to life!! Our day-of coordinator was Amanda and she was such a dream to work with. She radiates joy and is incredible at what she does. From the 6 week mark up until wedding day and beyond, Amanda was insightful, knowledgeable, and supportive through the planning process. She is organized and professional and allowed our big day to be completely stress free and run smoothly! We are so lucky to have had Amanda as our coordinator, she helped make our wedding day one we will never forget! Our DJ was Maro and he was incredible as well. He was kind, patient and professional and kept people on the dance floor all night long. We are so grateful for Maro for creating such a fun environment for our guests and providing us with memories that will last a lifetime! Wolf Weddings truly is the best of the best, and we would recommend their services time and time again!

A seamless experience relaxed this stressed bride!

I have been working with Ravin and Wolf Weddings for the past 18 months. I hired Ravin after feeling completely overwhelmed with wedding planning! Event planning isn’t my thing. I hired her as a full planner, and man did she know her stuff! She made it so easy because she knew the vendors and places in town we would love.

We also used her for our flowers, which was a super easy decision because her sense of aesthetic is impeccable. We also used her company for DJ services, and she hit the nail on the head for choosing our AMAZING DJ Ethan. He knew how to keep a vibe, and made sure to make proper and energetic announcements.

And what more can I say about her day-of coordinator, Calista! I was in the best hands ever. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, because Calista had it ALL under control.

I would not have had nearly as an amazing wedding or day without Ravin and her team(s). I had so many people tell me what a great time they had, and I had someone who owns a B&B and has planned weddings herself say it was one of the best she’s ever been to! I am overwhelmed with such a sense of happiness because things were just taken care of!

Hire Them!

We hired them for both for coordinating and florals and could not have been happier!
They are extremely well priced and brought our vision to life. The bouquets, boutonnieres, floral arrangements, hanging greenery, and all additional accents looked stunning and were arranged exactly how we envisioned.
From the moment we had our month before meeting, our coordinator Calista took all of the stress completely off our plate, made sure she got in contact with all of our vendors and ensured everyone was one the same page. Day of she made sure everything ran smoothly and if there were any hiccups that happened we wouldn't know. From our perspective the day went completely flawless and that means she took care of it!
We wouldn't have changed anything about our experience with Wolf Weddings (and our amazing coordinator Calista!)

Amanda made everything happen!

Working with Amanda from Wolf weddings was great. She is the reason my wedding got all pulled together and was more seamless and unforgettable than I could ever have imagined. 12/10 recommend super ravin!

Wolf Weddings was recommended to us by a friend, and they did not disappoint! My husband and I did not know anything about wedding planning or what we wanted, but they put all their options on the table, and when I say it was worth every single penny, please understand that WE MEAN IT. Ravin did the absolute most to make sure that we got the wedding we wanted. Actually, we’ve been to plenty of weddings, and we think that our wedding was the best one of all and not just because it was our own wedding. Lol. But because it was THAT awesome. She’s worked with so many couples, and so many vendors that she gave us so many AMAZING options. Every vendor that we worked with said they loved to work with Ravin so you’ll know she knows her stuff and knows what will be best for you. We enjoyed every single vendor she suggested and was very honest with us during the entire process. If you are on the fence on whether you want to hire a coordinator, please just pay the money and go with Wolf Weddings. THEY WERE WORTH EVERYTHING. Not to mention she is a florist who can also set you up with beautiful flowers and greenery. It is the truth when they say things will get hectic the weeks that lead up to the wedding so we really needed someone who could get all our ducks in a row, including the day of. We are so blessed that she got to stick around with the second coordinator on the day of our wedding because we really DID need them both! On the day of our wedding, I had a wardrobe mishap minutes before the wedding with my shoes, broke my garter, and also needed some assistance when it came to our first dance. I like to think of Ravin as our superhero, who was able to save the day lol. Thank you Ravin for giving us the wedding of our dreams — we are glad to have made a new friend

Amazing! Definitely Recommend

Ravin is amazing!!! She made the whole planning process so much easier and less stressful by responding to vendor questions- sometimes before I even saw the emails myself! On the day of Ravin ensured everything ran smoothly and on time and that everyone was where they needed to be. She made sure everything was exactly as we wanted and made us all feel at ease the whole day. She helped with every detail including helping get makeup off of my husband’s shirt before pictures (whoops!) and bustling my train after. We could not have had such a successful day without her, thank you again Ravin!!

Incredible

Let me start off by saying, I didn’t want flowers for my wedding. I wasn’t convinced that it was a worthwhile expense. My planner suggested I connect with a few florists for a consultation “just in case I changed my mind”… I’m eternally grateful for her suggestion. Wolf Weddings was the second or third florists that I spoke with and everyone was so helpful. Talking to them never felt like talking to salespeople. They genuinely cared and were patient with me through my rant about not wanting flowers. I felt heard and this wasn’t just a business transaction. They were able to stay within my budget and even offered ways for me to save. Of course, having a Sunday wedding certainly helped! I ended up using Wolf Weddings for flowers, ceremony and reception decor, and their photo booth. If you’re wanting to do business with a company that makes you feel like family, please do yourself a favor and work with Wolf Weddings.

Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Ravin, Amanda, and their team literally made our dreams come true. I was initially hesitant to find a wedding planner but now it is my BIGGEST recommendation to all engaged friends. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary team working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day- from the florals, extremely detailed timelines, advice, communication with our vendors, and decor setup. Wolf Weddings attentiveness to details, to the overall design, and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Stunning Floral Design

Wolf weddings truly made our wedding floral vision come to life! Amazing floral and coordination services

Our day was perfect thanks to this amazing team!

Ravin is the absolute best! We thought it would be difficult planning a wedding from a different city but she helped make it so easy! She was very flexible and made time for phone calls and video chats to make sure we had everything in order. I booked with the entire Wolf Weddings team (Look Entertainment, florals, coordination, Helo Photography) and I could not be more grateful for this amazing team! They made our wedding day go so smooth and perfect. 2 weddings in 8 months!

I don't even know where to begin- Ravin, Ryan and their entire team are simply the best at what they do! We had the opportunity to work with them twice over a period of 2 years. Our first wedding was scheduled for March 21, 2020 and had to be postponed due to government shutdowns due to Covid 19. They were there through the whole process while we hosted a wedding for 10 on the original date on our back deck and as we rescheduled for the large ceremony and reception for November 2020. They worked with all the vendors and made the whole process so easy for us. Ravin even provided flowers for the small ceremony! We utilized their services for our Florals, DJ, Photo booth, hair/make-up referrals, photographer referrals along with all the planning and coordinating. The November ceremony and reception was perfect and exactly what our daughter had envisioned. It was simply the perfect day. When our 2nd daughter got engaged, I immediately called Ravin and cleared dates to make sure they could be our planner/coordinators once again. Ravin arranged our room blocks, transportation, DJ, Cake Tastings, catering tastings, photographer interviews and again created our beautiful florals. She made the entire process so easy for us. Ravin handled managing our budget and kept us on track with reminders and timelines. She and Ryan made sure every detail for each wedding was perfectly executed. The weekend of each wedding we were all able to relax and enjoy every moment, while their team made sure everything was on schedule. Ravin and her team oversee every detail and they are meticulous! We received so many compliments about both weddings from our friends.
Their experience allows them bring calm to the day. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them twice- if I had another daughter, I would use them again!! Covid did provide us challenges, but you always found solutions. Thank you Ravin and Ryan for providing us two perfect weddings during trying times. You are the best!

Ravin and her team are incredible!!!

If you're thinking of booking Ravin for event planning and/or floral services - DO IT! I cannot state how grateful I am for Ravin and her team. Like many other couples, our plans changed several times before our wedding day. Ravin was there for us every step of the way. She was so understanding, and she was always available to answer any questions I asked (which was a lot!). Our day was absolutely perfect. Wolf Team is phenomenal!

We’d hire Wolf Weddings over and over!

I cannot recommend Wolf Weddings enough, Ravin was personable and easy to work with through a year of wedding planning. She was always quick to respond to any of my general questions and get me pricing for additional pieces. The execution of my day was truly better than the Pinterest photos I sent in as my inspiration. Ravin understood my vision quickly in a few phone calls and emails. Wolf Weddings brought the wow factor and all guests took notice! They brought every aspect of my dream wedding to life within the budget we set and Ravin was always helpful to bring input in to help keep us within our budget. Amazing! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

15/10 would recommend!! They are so organized throughout the wedding planning process, but never made me feel overwhelmed. They were very strategic with calls/conversations and made sure to ask everything they needed in those few calls, knowing that there are quite a few other people we needed to connect with. Book them!

I wish 10 stars was an option because Wolf Weddings hands down deserves it!! Ravin & Ryan are the most professional, impressive, and enthusiastic wedding planners you could dream of. I was a COVID bride, our ceremony was supposed to be in Hawaii with a big reception with Wolf Weddings afterwards. 5 weddings dates later, my MIL and I reached out to Ravin with a months notice and they were ready to help make our entire wedding happen locally. Our decor- STUNNING. Flowers- JAW DROPPING. Coordination on the day of? FLAWLESS. Our guests couldn't get over how beautiful everything was, and neither could we. My bouquet was bigger than my waist and this bride was about it!! It was truly our dream wedding. So much better than Hawaii could have ever given us. You might as well stop researching other planners & florist because Wolfs Weddings is a MUST!!

Ravin did an amazing job; she made sure everything went smoothly and was in constant communication with me during the planning process. I don't know how I would have done it without her. Prices are reasonable as well and I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. You NEED a day of coordinator!

I did the 6 weeks out package and day of - with an extra decor package. Guys I was that bride that was like “it’s fine - my mom can do it” to save some money. DON’T be that bride - your mom/best friend/aunt wants to enjoy your big day.

Haylea is stupid good at her job. Every wonky thing I wanted to do at my festival wedding at Elm Pass Woods in the hill country went off without a hitch. She’s one of those people you meet and you’re like - yep, she handles her business. And you don’t have to worry. The decor she did was perfect, per my instructions and complemented the Tipis wonderfully. Also, your day will be a blur - you need Haylea there you remind you when it’s time to do all the things while family/friends assault your personal space and monopolize your time. She keeps it moving! 👏🏼 👏🏼

Seriously, stop shopping around for a coordinator and hire Wolf, and Haylea!!!!!

Burks Wedding - Church and Reception

What can I say about Ravin and her team! They are absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with! I had a vision of the flowers, design etc. I wanted for both the Church and our Reception to follow at Hidden Falls. Ravin and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was what I wanted and honestly, they exceeded my expectations. Ravin and her team are such a delight to work with, she is very prompt and professional (also great personality!) in all ends of communication. Walking into the Church and subsequently the reception, I was truly blown away at how beautiful everything looked. Our ceremony did not need much as the Church was already so beautiful, but adding the arrangements they did just made it even better. I cannot thank Ravin and her team enough and would recommend them to anyone looking in the area!

Perfection

Where to begin!?! Ravin and her husband did an amazing job in a short period of time. I could not have possibly picked a better florist then wolf weddings and events. They did an amazing job of making our dream wedding a reality. So many people commented on how gorgeous our wedding was how amazed they were with the floral and gorgeous trees they created. We specifically wanted trees and lights so that it was an enchanted forest and they made that dream come true. When I walked in and saw my trees at the entrance I burst into tears. Her husband went out of his way to make sure the lighting was perfect and created gorgeous pieces to highlight out day. When I walked into the venue everything was set up and done so that there was nothing we had to worry about. They even went above and beyond when my husband did not get his suit in time for the bridal pictures and made him a special boutonniere for the bridal pics. There were times when I had an idea of how I wanted things, but they expanded that (with my permission) to make the event even more whimsical and elegant. I had told them to do what they thought best and they made the table pieces amazing, with very little direction from me. I told them the ideas of my wedding and they made it into something amazing. From day one they made my day special, a priority, and was one less thing I had to stress about.

We chose to do the month of package and it was so helpful to have Haylea’s organization and feedback as we got closer to the day of. I had no idea how much I needed a planner until they came into play and it was the best decision we made. They offered me so much advice up until the wedding day and were so helpful whenever I was indecisive. Haylea handled all emails, phone calls, timeline, etc. On the day of, Haylea and Alexa were both so level headed and so diligent about staying on track and getting everyone in line. They were able to manage a wedding party of 20 people, families, 200 guests, and still make sure that they were attentive to any changes. They were so fun to be around and helped me stay so calm throughout the evening. I feel like I would not have been able to enjoy our wedding as much without their help. Ravin is so helpful and she runs an incredible business with professional, yet kind planners and we were so lucky to have them. If I could offer any advice at all to a bride in the nearby areas-it would be to hire Wolf Weddings!

Worked directly with Ravin and Ryan as the Bride!

Ravin and Ryan were a dream team to work with. They bounce off each other so well and really listen to what you’re asking for. She created my dream wedding at the Hyatt hill country resort in San Antonio even when I couldn’t exactly express what I wanted! I hired her as my wedding coordinator/ planner as well as my florist, dj, decorator EVERYTHING! Ryan was our Dj and he turned it up for us! He was so good on the mic and kept the flow going, announced everything that was about to happen. He played our music that we wanted and was just amazing! Everything was perfect!

So much help with finding our venue and as well as all of our vendors (we do not live in San Antonio area)! Most Gorgeous Wedding

Our wedding was an absolute dream and the decor was a huge part of it. From the candles, bouquets, centerpieces, and extra details--it was perfect. Ravin helped me stay sane!

Even though we planned a small wedding with 50 of our friends and family, I knew I was going to need some help right before the wedding. Ravin turned what could have been a very stressful time into memories I can cherish for a lifetime.
I’m a high school teacher, which means I have 125 or so 11th graders who require a crazy amount of my time. (But they’re awesome and I love being their teacher!)
I planned most of our wedding during the summer, but I didn’t have a lot of time to keep up with all of the last minute details. Ravin took care of everything!
We used the partial planning package offered but Ravin treated us like we were her only client. Once I gave her my ideas and vendor contacts she dealt with all their communication. She also kept me up to date and offered suggestions when I needed them. She also was able to provide some last minute table runners and columns I wanted to add!
Our rehearsal and the actual wedding day ran smoothly and if there were any issues , she handled them before I even had a chance to worry. She kept us to our timeline, which with our family can be like herding cats!
I am so glad I decided to hire Ravin. I was able to really enjoy my wedding and I can’t thank her enough!

Amazing Experience!!

Jennifer and her assistant were absolutely amazing! The timeline that she constantly tweaked for us as we drew closer to our wedding day gave us an overview of what to expect and saved so much anxiety and took away our worries of overthinking our wedding day. I believe because of this, my now husband and I were able to actually enjoy our wedding day without stress or constantly worrying about what needed to be done next. Our families were also able to enjoy the day rather than worrying, which was something I really wanted. BEST wedding planner out there!!!

Let me start out by saying this post is long overdue as we got married November 3, 2018 and I am just now writing this. I will start off by saying that Wolf Weddings & Events by FAR exceeded our expectations with our big day and would not have chose anyone else to be in charge. We chose Ravin for the full service wedding coordination. From the minute I had my first conversation with Ravin was nothing more than awesome, she seemed very down to earth and definitely knew what she was talking about. Her professionalism, hospitality, patience, kindness, and so much more made our whole year stress free. She made my life so easy during the year leading up to our wedding. She recommended some of the top vendors and made sure we stuck within budget, always giving us a lower, middle and higher options when choosing who to use. She is a one stop shop which also made our choices much easier. We went with Wolf entertainment for our DJ, photobooth, lighting, etc. We used her in house floral for all of our floral (which she created EXACTLY what I showed her from a picture), our linens and table decor was through her as well. I can not stress enough how easy she made the entire process go. Extremely organized and always accepting and changing if I did not like something (even 3 weeks before the big day!!) We envisioned a "winter wonderland" themed wedding and let me tell you, it was definitely just that! They created life-sized white trees with fake snow and hanging votives for our ceremony that we then repurposed for the reception. My husband wanted our table to be elevated and they made that happen too. We had silver sequin tablecloths and table runners with tall candelabras holding our beautiful floral arrangements. We had fake snow and candles on some tables with silver chargers and white napkins. We had blue uplighting and a BOGO monogram on the wall. We never got told "no" and we were always made sure we were happy. Everyone complimented on the floral and decor, which is what I read in prior reviews. Ravin took everything I had envisioned and brought it to life and I could not have asked for a better wedding day and the days leading up to it. Her assistant Grace and husband Ryan were EXCELLENT in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding and were always there when you needed them. If you are looking for someone to take care of you and your big day, Wolf Weddings is definitely your event planner!!

True Passion & Perfection - Married 11/03/2018

I searched high and low for a particular floral quality I wanted throughout Texas, not just in San Antonio where we got married so the quest was very serious. We didn't have a huge platinum wedding floral budget but still, I was adamant to not sacrifice the aesthetic look I had always dreamed of on my wedding day. I knew my search was going to take me far and wide - and it did! I also wanted to make sure I enjoyed the selected vendors customer service experience and individual personality in addition to their skill. Very quickly after my inquiry on the Wolf Weddings website the owner, Ravin Wolf, scheduled a call with me to talk about what I was envisioning for our wedding day. Not only is Ravin the most fun and energetic person to talk to but over that hour and some change call, I told her all of my wildest floral dreams. Within the day, she put together in an easy to follow quote, including photos of the main floral to be used and this really helped me picture what these pieces would look like. This was absolutely the most exciting part for me in the wedding planning process as we (brides) desperately want to have a window into knowing what the finished product is going to look like!! So few florists I spoke with were willing to send me photos of the flowers they were going to be primarily using - makes no sense! Ravin then worked creatively with me to fit my floral dreams within our budget and I can't even begin to tell you how painless and easy every step of the way was with her. Less than a week before the wedding, we had extra funds to amp up the floral and Ravin sent me, yet again, more creative options to choose from for additions. THEN a couple of days before the wedding, the Wolf Weddings Instagram account started tagging me with their completed work for my wedding. I cannot express how excited this got me to see my actual floral coming together!! The main focal point of our ceremony was the Hendrix Circle Arch from WW and it was truly unique and beautiful. Our favorite photos we reminisce on today is of my new husband and I staring deeply into each other's eyes in front of this beautiful arch. The floral and rentals were above and beyond expectation, then Wolf Weddings goes and arranges a wedding coordinator for us too, Jennifer Craft. Jennifer was the backbone of our entire wedding day beginning 6+ weeks prior wrangling and scheduling our MANY vendors. Jen was the most organized, fun, energetic coordinator we could have ever asked for. After working with her, I honestly feel like she's a part of our new family - she is truly special and gifted. Jennifer is simply amazing! I would recommend her to anyone! I have heard horror stories about wedding coordinators, but she is far from any of them. I wasn't planning on getting any help but a couple weeks from the big day I started panicking and decided to hire a day of coordinator. What I got was far beyond that, she went above and beyond what I expected always with a smile and doing exactly what I asked of her. The day of my wedding was stress free from the beginning because with just a couple weeks of knowing her I trusted she would do exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the whole night and she was there till the very end (even as a late night photographer) making sure nothing was missed and done on time ... From day one Jenn was attentive, helpful, and very organized. She was amazing to work with and made the stress of wedding planning, minimal. She helped make the day of our wedding stress free. Where to begin!!! Ravin and Ryan (Who was our DJ/Look Entertainment) are amazing!!! They put us at ease from the very beginning. They were affordable, professional, yet made you feel like family. Wolf Weddings & Events were the 3rd coordinator services we met with during our search and once we left the meeting we knew they were the ones we needed. Not only did they say all the right things, they delivered as well. Our coordinator was Whitney and talk about organized! We received many compliments about our decor and how smoothly our wedding went. Which was an amazing compliment to receive when so many people find anything to complain about during a wedding. Wolf Weddings is seriously the best thing you could spend money on when planning your wedding. We worked with them for day-off coordination, floral/decor, DJ, photo booth, they even partner with a photographer (Helo) that we booked through them (and all of the services were fantastic). Whitney was especially amazing. We kept calling her "Whitney the Wedding Warrior." She started working with us 6 weeks prior to the wedding and made sure I was on track with all of my planning, and she took over communication between us and our vendors- so we hardly had to deal with any of that. The whole process was painless, and I'm sure Whitney + the awesome team at Wolf Weddings are 100% to credit for that! I cannot recommend them enough!!

How do I even begin? This team is AMAZING. I was planning my wedding from out-of-state and was nervous about how stressful it might be, but Wolf Weddings made sure everything was done to perfection. They took care of my florals, my photobooth, decor, and day-of-coordination and I’m so glad I went with them! Jennifer was nothing short of an angel to work with! I planned my wedding in San Antonio, live in Dallas with a super busy schedule and she saved the day many times. I honestly could not have done it without her! She took her time, got to know me, Cc both email addresses to satisfy my anxiety and ensue I was being communicated on multiple platforms. I was one of those brides who said she would do it all herself... and then eventually realized the error of my ways. I hired Wolf Weddings for "Day Of" coordinator services, but in reality they took over 6 weeks before our event and were so AMAZING!! Ravin, Ryan and Whitney all came out to our rural property to meet with our vendors and troubleshoot in advance of the wedding weekend. This was super valuable and I am sure saved us from some headaches. Whitney was our main coordinator and was so lovely to work with. She is calm and kind and was supportive of all of my requests (even the silly ones- she managed to make our canoe processional work). Lindsey was Whitney's assistant the night of our wedding and was also great- kind and so helpful. Finally, I was very grateful that no one at Wolf Weddings was at all pushy regarding additional services. Some wedding vendors push extras and no one at Wolf Weddings was ever pushy in that way (they were super respectful of our budget). I am SO glad they were there to make our wedding weekend such a success because I really could not have done it without them. I'm just sad I don't get to chat with Whitney anymore- I miss her!

WOW WOW WOW! I have SO many amazing things to say about Wolf Weddings! I hired Ravin and Ryan back in January of 2017 for my December 2nd wedding. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM just fit perfectly with mine and my husband's personalities. This deemed the "wedding of the year" by various social media influencers and media professionals around the city and Wolf Weddings delivered 100%. Working with them was a dream. From nailing down all the decor and floral details I had envisioned to executing a balloon drop and confetti exit. Out of all the vendors I used for my Nov 2017 wedding, Wolf Weddings was THE BEST!!! They were the only vendor that I had nothing to worry about. Ryan and Ravin are absolutely amazing at what they do. I went to my first consult and was blown away by the level of creativity they have. They gave me so many options and ideas for floral, linens, etc. Not only are they wonderful at what they do, they possess the skills you need to run a successful business in order to make the client happy. Any time I needed to talk, change my mind, get feedback or answers they were prompt to respond and so flexible. My only regret is that I did not use them for all of my wedding needs and I sure wish I had. They did beautiful centerpieces,linens and floral for me and my guests were amazed by the look of elegance in the ballroom. In addition to being great professionals, they are also just great people in general. If you want a beautiful wedding without all the worry, choose Wolf Weddings. I will be personally recommending them to all my friends and family.

Where do I even start...?! First of all, Wolf took care of Coordination, Floral, decor and DJ for our wedding. Three major components of what made up the best day of my life!
Whitney, our coordinator, was pretty much my best friend from 6 weeks out until the day of. She was always there when I needed her, just a text and phone call away with any advice, reassurance, or even simply just to vent. Whitney made sure every vendor was ready, paid, and on point all the way up until the day of.
On our big day, Whitney and her assistant Lindsey were there to guide me through the whole process... with patience and precision, they made sure to keep us on schedule while still letting us mingle and say hi to everyone throughout the night (trust me, it's not an easy thing to do during the reception!)
Floral... oh my gosh, our floral.. Ravin and Ryan know what they are doing!! My bouquet down to the boutonnières were FLAWLESS. Exactly what I had asked for and wanted and then some. The centerpieces were straight out of a movie! My guests could not stop raving about how beautiful it was.. worth every dime!
Decor was stunning. We had string lights and chandeliers added to the trees around the ceremony. Absolutely gorgeous.
DJ Rizz! This guy knew how to get the party started! The music was loud, everyone who requested a song heard it, and not a beat was missed with this guy. Photo booth was perfect! This was almost the highlight of the night! The attendant was so patient and helpful, our friends and family, young & old LOVED this addition. We came across Wolf Weddings when one of our venue coordinators mentioned how great they were for her wedding. We immediately gave them a call because we needed someone who could do it all to help us plan our out of town wedding. Ravin scheduled us in the same day and worked with our ideas and just ran with them. After that meeting we couldn't imagine not being part of the Wolf Pack! We booked the day of coordination package, florals, decor, and entertainment services from their sister company Look Entertainment all for a great price. Whitney was our lead coordinator and we just cannot rave enough about how amazing she was. She handled it all, we never had a concern because we knew Whitney had it under control. Guests were amazed by her as well, they saw a stress free bride and a smoothly ran wedding. Whitney and LIndsey made our wedding day perfect and memorable! The venue looked beautiful, we were very pleased, even people passing by our venue loved the setup and decor! The florals were gorgeous! We couldn't be more pleased with Wolf and their team! I worked with Ravin and Whitney from Wolf Weddings. From our first meeting, they were very responsive and I felt very taken care of right from the start. We used their Day of Coordination package. Whitney was our lead coordinator and she was amazing! They were definitely a necessity for our big day. We trusted Whitney to handle the big and small details that made our wedding day so beautiful. We came across Wolf Weddings at a wedding fair at the JW Marriott. In the craziness of the day and meeting so many vendors, I can't tell you exactly what they said...I just remember walking away and telling my daughter - we HAVE to follow up with them. My daughter just had her wedding and I must say my experience with Wolf was absolutely amazing. They met with us up front to go through all the services they provided and I decided to have most everything go through them due to their professionalism and because I liked them having control over so many facets of the wedding and being able to ensure they were all coordinated together. When I needed help in visualizing the décor on the tables, they quickly whipped together a mock-up on a table in their home so I could see what I was agreeing to. Once the wedding got closer, I worked with our main coordinator Whitney though all the details and she sent us home with a great to-do list. She checked in with us every few days to make sure we were making progress, answered questions, and was so responsive. She really made me feel comfortable that everything was under control. At the wedding itself, they took over and I didn't have to worry about a thing...all the decorations came together beautifully, the delicious cake was put together exactly as we had requested, the flowers were gorgeous, and the DJ was up and running...thank you Ryan !! They even set up the few decorations we brought for the sign-in table, gift table, etc. Whitney made sure we were all ready to go and made sure everything went smoothly. She stayed very focused on the timeline and logistics of the wedding and absolutely everything went according to plan. We had two small instances with other vendors and Whitney and Ravin stepped in and handled them for me...telling me to go back inside and dance. I am extremely happy with our decision to go with Wolf Weddings and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. They will make your wedding extra special.

We had booked Wolf Weddings a year in advance, and so happy that we did. I was initially on the fence about using a coordinator, because we were celebrating our wedding in my small town, and figured I could do a lot on my own. Before we had our initial consultation with Ravin, and Ryan we had done some research at other wedding planning business, but didn't like the structure of the other companies. I wanted to make sure that we weren’t having just ‘another wedding.’ Immediately after our first meet we felt super comfortable with Ryan, and Ravin. Right away you can see that the two of them have strong work ethics, and make each one of their couples feel incredibly welcome. Since I had already gathered much of my vendors on my own we booked Wolf Weddings for the ‘Day of Package’ our floral, and our linens. We also used their 'Look Entertainment' for the up lighting around the venue space.
Fast forward to the month of our wedding—Ravin took full control of everything! I never could have found the time or energy on my own to contact each one of my vendors, and set up the timeline as she did. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire year of planning. I was completely indecisive and she could take charge, and guide me to making the best decision.
The day of our wedding was a complete whirl wind! Ravin was my POC throughout the process of the coordination; and her and I had strategically laid out every detail on the timeline to eliminate any hiccups throughout the day. From the rehearsal to the actual wedding she shed blood, sweat, and tears (literally) to ensure that everything was exactly how we had envisioned. Ravin, and her team handled each situation with professionalism, and made sure that any unexpected hiccups were not visible to our guests. If you are in search for a coordinator I highly recommend Wolf Weddings, and their staff—they were perfect for what we needed :)

Wolf Weddings made our wedding the most perfect evening that was beyond our wildest dreams. Ravin, Ryan, Whitney, and Alejandra are the absolute best at what they do. We used services for floral & décor, rentals (tables, chairs, linens, ect.), cake, and day-of-coordination. Every step of the way they were extremely flexible with our budget, patient with my indecisiveness and contestant changes, and an irreplaceable asset when helping to make decisions and form our “vision”. The floral and décor were the most beautiful arrangements I have EVER seen. Ravin and Ryan took my ideas and examples, but after applying their expertise and creative spin (with my blessing of course) they created a complete fairytale. My mom literally cried when she saw the reception space – it was that breathtaking. The cake flavors are completely incredible, and I recommend you allow them to suggest pairings. One of the suggestions (chocolate cake with almond crème icing and fresh sliced strawberries) is still being talked about weeks later! My husband’s Grooms Cake was complete perfection and so his personality. The day-of-coordination is so much more than the name it suggests. Whitney took over for me SIX WEEKS from my wedding date. Her attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen. She is simply invaluable if you want to have a stress-free month and a half leading into your wedding. She became more like a friend to me – she laughed with me, was my sounding board when frustrated about silly things like late RSVPs, and even used her extensive experience to help me make a few last minute decisions along the way. Her assistant Alejandra did everything from help me carry my dress to bring my husband an appetizer while we took photos during cocktail hour. Collectively, they are an amazing team. I spent my wedding night 100% stress-free enjoying our guests and dancing the night away with my new husband, and that is something I can never thank them enough for!

Whitney was awesome! We had her for "day of coordination" but she was there the whole month of! She kept me on my toes and everything came out perfectly! Her assistant Alejandra was amazing as well if we had any questions she was there too. I cried the day after cause I realized I didn't worry about one thing during the wedding I enjoyed myself and she grabbed my new husband and I whenever we were needed. Wolf weddings is a one-stop shop for all your wedding needs at a reasonable price. They did a great job working within our budget and were easy to contact throughout our wedding planning. They are extremely professional and provide quality services. We left our first meeting with them feeling like our entire day was 75% taken care of and the stress level was significantly reduced.
Wedding coordination: Whitney was a Godsend!! She was on top of EVERYTHING on our special day and I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about:)
Floral: Our bouquets and boutonnière were exactly what I had envisioned and the quality was above and beyond. Our reception tables were exactly what I wanted and the entire room looked classy.
Look entertainment: our DJ did a great job tailoring the music to ensure people kept having a good time.
Garnish bar: Our bartender was attentive and packed all leftover alcohol for us to take home.
Cake: what can I say about this cake!! OMG!!! Not only did it look exactly how I wanted to but it tasted amazing!

I am so happy we had WolfWeddings take care of our flowers. They were amazing! I sent Ravin some Pintrest pictures and she made the bouquets and center pieces look dead on, even when I had other florists tell me the flowers I wanted weren't in season. The pricing was great.

I was reluctant to hire a wedding coordinator as I am a super Type A personality and wanted to control EVERYTHING but my fiancé talked me out of it and I am glad he did. We met with Ravin and Ryan for an initial consult for a Day Of Coordinator and they were so easy going and accommodating. There was a little glitch in the venue and instead of having separate venue and reception sites, they had to flip the venue from ceremony to reception and did this seamlessly within the "cocktail hour". Ravin gave me excellent insight for table locations, along with rental decor (large lanterns multi- purposed for ceremony aisle and table setting and easel rentals). Since we got engaged in Thailand, we wanted to do the lantern send offs. This was a hit as Ryan went around lighting these monster lanterns that they acquired for us and they floated off into the San Antonio skylight (Everyone loved it!). We weren't sure of a photographer and they recommended Helo Photography (who is a master himself) and Wolf Weddings even provided our DJ, Uplighting, and GoBo lights- so our names and wedding date would shine the whole night. (through their side venture Look Entertainment) I didn't want flowers but my "girls" talked me into it and the bouquets and large ceremony decorative pieces -also used from ceremony to reception- that Ravin created were gorgeous. Her assistant Emily- was very helpful in planning and accommodating our timeline as I wanted to get most of the formalities out of the way early in the evening, so we could dance the night away and they ran our show like an undercover Mission, with bluetooth ear pieces and stealthiness. The only cons with this vendor is that I am only getting married once and won't be able to use them again! I can not say enough good things about Wolf Weddings! They made our wedding day special and worry free.

Seriously, one of the best decisions was hiring Wolf Weddings & Events.
I used them for Day Of Coordination (which FYI - is really the whole month prior to the wedding, which is AMAZING), flowers, linens, and some décor. I met with Ravin and Ryan twice about a year or less out from my wedding - they totally got me. They understood what my main vision was and then helped me tie up the loose ends to bring everything together. Even throughout the year, I would shoot them emails regarding other vendors and they always gave me the best advice on who they trusted. My actual coordinator that I worked with the whole month prior to my wedding was Whitney. I can't say enough amazing things about her. She made my life so much easier. She was so awesome, fun, sweet, and more importantly she got down to business. She handled all my vendors so that I didn't need to. On my actual wedding day she had an assistant with her and they both made everything run so smoothly. Nothing about my day went wrong - and if it did, I definitely didn't know about it, which is a huge thumbs up to the Coordinator! Everything that Wolf Weddings provided was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

I think the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process was hiring Ravin and her team at Wolf Weddings as my day-of coordinator and planner!

Ravin was so on top of things - I think I was a more relaxed and pleasant bride because of her! haha. Because of Wolf Weddings, I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding, and not have to worry about a thing. Ravin and her husband, Ryan, helped me pick my vendors, negotiate pricing, nail down details that I hadn't even thought of, and gave me great advice on how to have the wedding of my dreams. Ravin is professional and very organized, she knows and can vouch for many vendors, and she was able to anticipate little issues before they even happened. Ryan was also very good at paying attention to all of the details and also had some creative ideas for how to do our ceremony.

I also hired Wolf Weddings to do my flowers and decor, and their sister companies to do my bar and photo booth! I was also very happy with all of those services. The flowers and decor were beautiful (exactly what I asked for), and the bar and photo booth were a huge hit with the guests!

My mom and I loved working with Ravin so much, that we also hired her to do my sister's wedding, and when my last sister gets married, she'll have our business then too! :)

Really - you cannot go wrong with hiring this vendor - trust me - you gotta do it!

Ravin and Ryan were always so positive and professional to work with. I decided to use Wolff Weddings for the day of my wedding, but truthfully, they did so much more for me than just on the day of the wedding. I had pretty much planned all of the little details, but needed help with flowers and day of coordination. Ravin, Ryan, and their crew did a phenomenal job. One thing that was important to me was the timing of our event. Everyone on their team kept us on time and moving along. As a Type A bride, I truly appreciated this. I also liked that they allowed the end time to be flexible because we had planned to "wedding" way too long!

As for the flowers and décor. Everything in the room looked amazing. We went with three tablescapes and I loved all three. It truly made the room pop with elegance and flow. One thing I learned in hindsight was that I should have asked to see a sample floral centerpiece. The colors of our wedding were dark red, ivory, and black. The flowers were beautiful and 95% followed my color request, the only hang up was the red carnations. They clashed with the dark red table cloths. But, Ravin quickly helped me change that just by pulling the carnations out of the arrangements. They still had the pop of dark red in the centerpieces with the roses and that's all that mattered to me.

The ceremony flowers were amazing as well. Ivory and red roses were BEAUTIFUL and matched my color scheme perfectly, including my dress!

All in all, everything matched and looked great. I loved working with both Ravin and Ryan and their sweet crew. I would recommend them to other brides as they truly love what they do and it shows in all of their hard work and wedding décor.

After a very informative and helpful initial consultation with Ravin back in November, Emily of Wolf Weddings & Events ended up being our assigned Day of Coordinator for our April 11th wedding. Emily did a fantastic job. She was involved with the coordination of our rehearsal and wedding about a month before the big day. Emily coordinated all of the vendors the week before and made what could have been a stressful week before the wedding fairly painless and relatively carefree. Her coordination allowed my family and I to visit with and entertain all of our out of town guests, which is what we wanted the event to be about in the first place.
Emily was on top of everything and we were so happy to have her there! She rolled with the punches, ceremony changes due to weather and last minute requests.
Having Emily there eased all of our minds, kept us on track and allowed us to have a fantastic evening even with all of the general hustle and bustle that a bride and groom enjoy. We are so happy that we decided to invest in this Day of Coordination package..you won't regret it!

Ravin, Ryan and their team were amazing! We hired them for day of wedding coordination and thought we would have them, and maybe a third person...we ended up having an entire team of wonderful, energetic and professional staff. Ravin and Team did all the decorations, flowers and coordination and timing of the ceremony and rehearsal. Everything flowed seamlessly. They were so on point, they were everywhere but out of sight if that makes sense. All my guests couldn't believe how well the wedding was planned, and thought everything was beautiful. We had the BEST wedding and we could NOT have done it without Ravin, Ryan and their team. Ryan and Raven are amazing, and they know their stuff. There are so many details to iron out in the month leading up to a wedding, and they were all over it. All the logistics of the venue that I hadn't gotten around to considering, they knew to ask about. Things I never would have thought to think about, they knew to ask about. Totally put my mind at ease.

Once they arrived on scene the day of, I didn't have to worry about a thing. If there were kinks in the plan, which I've heard is par for the course with weddings, I didn't know about them. Not only are Raven and Ryan on top of everything, but they're pleasant and funny people who helped me stay relaxed so that I could just enjoy the day.

Ravin and Ryan did a wonderful job for day of wedding planning and setup for my daughter's December wedding. Their team was very professional and easy to work with. We had many issues with the weather so we had to change all our plans and move the ceremony inside. They helped with all of it. Ravin did the flowers and they were beautiful-red roses. We hired Wolf Weddings & Events to primarily be our day-of coordinators, as well as for all our handheld and worn floral arrangements. Ravin, her husband, and their team (the Emilys) were impeccable. I never worried that anything wouldn't work out. They even suggested, at a bridesmaid's recommendation, we do a mock send-off due to the fact that several of our older guests were leaving early. If I had to find one thing to complain about, it's that the greenery in all the bouquets AND in my hubby's boutonniere was already wilting. In fact, Jack's fell apart an hour into the reception. Other than that, I am so glad we hired them.

RAVIN and RYAN are absolutely AMAZING!!! They made the process leading up to my wedding so EASSSYYY and made my wedding everything I wanted and more!! They did day of coordination, floral, and linens for me!! It turned out GORGEOUS!! Ravin was so helpful with suggestions and very quick to respond to any of my questions! They are both ALL ABOUT making YOUR DAY how YOU want it!! :)

Ravin and Ryan did an amazing job!! Every detail was executed just as I had envisioned. Along with their staff, they made sure the night went off without a hitch. They are extremely organized and professional and catered to every need we could have had to make our wedding day the best day ever. From scuffing up the bottoms of the bridesmaids shoes so they wouldn't slip and fall to making sure we never had an empty glass, they were always on top of things. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this couple. Don't get married without the help of Ravin and Ryan!

I LOVE Ravin and Ryan! They both helped me to take in a much needed breath to let go and know that I was in good hands. I have been nothing but impressed with the both of them. Ryan has been awesome with helping with the decisions but also keeping my fiance engaged as well. I mean lets face it - men really don't want to partake in it all but Ryan was right there with Ravin engaging the both of us and now he's chiming in a bit more. Not only that but being a first time Bride I have so many ideas/thoughts/changing thoughts and Ravin is my "day of" coordinator and even still she's been here patient and kind answering all of my questions and helping me with decisions, which she doesn't have to be doing. It shows she truly loves her work and her clients. I would absolutely, highly, most definitely consider hiring Ravin and Ryan to assist with your big day! My fiance and I are looking forward to our wedding date and can't wait to see all the hard work put in by Ravin and Ryan!

Ravin and Ryan were absolutely wonderful! They made our fairytale wedding a reality. Ravin was very patient and accomdating during our numerous changes during the planning process. They were able to offer us reputable vendors, a variety of decor options, beautiful floral, photo booth (a must), candy bar/cigar bar and day of coordination service, which allowed us to truely enjoy our special day and leave the wedding details and timeline in their hands. Ravin and Ryan took our ideas on paper and brought them to life exceeding all our expectations. This team is flexible, prompt, and highly capable to design any event exactly how you vision it. I met them at a wedding expo, Ryan suggested hiring just for the day of coordination. After our scheduled appointment we knew we wanted Wolf Wedding and Events to handle the details. They're amazing! Seamless behind the scene while keeping a perfect timeline. Ravin made all bouquets and table arrangements a replica of bridesmaids multicolor dresses. All gorgeous! Very cost-efficient. Table settings beyond stunning and unique! We made several changes and add ons at the last minute of the event and they never missing a beat-it was done. Let me tell you about the photo booth-do it! Besides the cake and dancing all night the photo booth was the best investment. It kept guests entertained and it captured so many fun pictures for the bride and groom and can fondly look back on. We brought in some special touched for display at ceremony and reception area. Just marked the boxes and it was all in place. If you want your fairy tale wedding, Ravin and Ryan can make that dream come true! Our event was so memorable because we could relax knowing our team of professional were in charge! Thank you!!! I don't think there enough words to say how much I appreciate everything Ravin, Ryan, and Emily did to make our wedding everything we hoped for and more.

By the time I went shopping for a coordinator we had most of our vendors already booked and decor planned, we were just looking for a day of coordinator to keep the wedding flowing smoothly. We got that and so much more. They happily worked with the vendors I had already booked and went with the decor I had already made/purchased without trying to sell me on services I didn't need or want.
It was such a pleasure that after meeting them the first time I knew I wanted to hire them. They were so relaxed and straight forward with what they did and could do for me without me feeling overwhelmed after our meeting as I had felt after speaking to other coordinators.
They were able to help me finish all of the details including planning out the layout of the reception and the timeline for the wedding day. They also contacted all of my vendors to make sure there everyone was on the same page and knew to contact them and not the bride or groom on the day of the wedding.
In addition to the coordination services we also had them do the venue set up and floral arrangements, the set up was done with everything the way we wanted it and when we didn't know the best way to do something they were there to offer suggestions to help us achieve the perfect day. The floral arrangements were to die for! I think Ryan told me he went to 4 or 5 different floral shops to find the perfect peonies for my bouquet, completely above and beyond what I expected.

Even at our wedding anyone who talked to them commented how nice and organized they were and kept the wedding flowing smoothly without being overbearing!

Hiring Wolf Weddings was the best decision I made in wedding planning!!!

I could go on and on but I believe that Wolf Weddings is one of, if not the best in town!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ravin and Ryan! They were perfection! They were thoughtful in everything they did, they ran the show smoothly and effortlessly, and they thought of EVERYTHING even down to bringing us a drink straight from the ceremony recessional so that we could unwind and take it all in! We got so many compliments about our wedding and countless number of people telling us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! We have the Wolf's to thank in helping all our many months of planning run smoothly without any snags!

We have wonderful memories to cherish and would recommend the Wolf's to everyone we know getting married or having an event! They calmly kept everything on track, remedied quickly and efficiently anything that needed quick assistance, and they worked very very well with each one of our vendors.

Wolf Weddings and Events was one of the BEST vendors we worked with for our wedding! We hired Ravin as our Day-Of Coordinator and added on draping décor services. Ravin and Ryan were on point the day of our wedding! From the moment I signed our contract, Ravin was available and responsive to all my questions and concerns. We met Ravin and Ryan them about 1 week out to get them all of the details they needed. It was such a weight lifted off our shoulders once we got them all of the details. I knew right away our wedding was in good hands. Ravin and Ryan were there to help us through our ceremony rehearsal so all the parties had an idea where they needed to be at what point. The day of the wedding, they absolutely delivered on their promise to have our wedding go as we’ve planned. One thing Ravin told me that stuck out of my mind was, “My goal is to have to not see me at all during your wedding.” It didn’t really make sense until we were going through our wedding. Ravin and Ryan were touching base with us only when they needed to, like staying on top of my hair and makeup vendor who was running over an hour late or making sure we had enough to eat at dinner before moving on to the next thing. But behind the scenes, they were making our whole night run so smoothly and we truly enjoyed our night with no worries about what had to happen next. Thank you so much to Ravin and Ryan at Wolf Weddings and Events! I highly, HIGHLY recommend their services!!!

This company is so awesome, truly a godsend! My wedding was over 2 weeks ago and I am still over the moon on how everything turned out. I hired Ravin from Wolf Weddings to help me plan my wedding and ended up getting my linens and centerpieces from them as well. So beautiful and affordable, too! I never had any problems getting in contact with my planner (I had a hard time even getting quotes from other companies so this was well appreciated). They have a florist who works for them and did such an amazing job with my centerpieces. I had a lot of last minute changes with my linens and Ravin was really accomodating. All night, I had friends and family coming up to me in awe of how everything looked and I was proud it was my wedding!! They really made my wedding and the time leading up to it so enjoyable and worry free - I could not have asked for more. You should definitely go through Wolf Weddings, they rock!!!!!!

Wolf Weddings & Events is amaziiiing!! I cannot say enough good things about my wedding planner Raven who took care of every detail and made everything look so elegant. I hired her for just Day Of and I added the event set up package to make sure my reception hall looked perfect – and it did! Raven and her 2 assistants were professional, nice and everything I wanted my planner to be. The best part is the price – my Day Of package with set up was all under $1,000 which is a great deal and believe me, I shopped around. She is super affordable and does a spectacular job – I highly recommend Wolf Weddings to anyone who wants a beautiful wedding without any stress :) :) :)

Ravin did a wonderful job ensuring our wedding went smoothly! She worked diligently with me for the months leading up to the wedding, ensuring I was on a good timeline. She also researched and found our caterer/rentals and our DJ. Both of which we were extremely pleased with!!

She also created our beautiful centerpieces for our rehearsal dinner. She did a great job coordinating and organizing our rehearsal.

But my favorite thing about Ravin was her precision and perfection for the day of our wedding. Once Ravin and her husband arrived, I did not have a care in the world. She occasionally came in to give me quick updates such as what was on schedule and the one item that was behind schedule. She had this taken care of before the wedding began. She was prompt, paid attention to detail, and arranged our decorations perfectly for our reception. She also did a wonderful job ensuring that our reception went smoothly as she and her husband paid close detail to any need we could have that night.

I am so excited that I picked Wolf Wedding and Events. I went with the partial planning package and thank God I did. I had no idea the detail that went into planning a big wedding (400 people) to be exact. I arrived at my appointments anxious and a little nervous but Ravin was reassuring and had a very calming demeanor. She worked with me and I was able to use the ideas that my now husband and I wanted for our wedding and Wolf Weddings was able to incorporate into our ceremony and reception. I am very satisfied and would like to thank the staff of Wolf Weddings for making my little girl dreams into a reality!

I purchased the "day of" package, and am certainly glad I did! Ravin made sure all my vendors were ready on time so that everything went flawlessly on the big day. My fiance (now husband!!) and I spent so much time finding and pricing vendors and worrying about staying on budget, it was nice not to have to worry about anything except saying "I do" on the day of the ceremony and reception. I only wish I had bought one of her more comprehensive packages so I could have had her assistance earlier in the planning process! I have recommended Wolf Weddings to all my newly engaged friends.

We hired the Wolf Wedding/Look Entertainment team for a number of things - decor, florals, and photobooth. The team was great at working with us to figure out our style and was able to make some last minute changes when we had more guests than expected. They helped us to re-purpose some of the decor and come up with different centerpieces to help us stay within our budget. The florals were so much better than we ever could have dreamed! I thought that I wouldn't care much about what the flowers looked like, but they turned out to be the best decor and accessories that we had. The team made everything look wonderful and made great decisions on where and how to set things up. We had to unexpectedly move our outdoor ceremony inside, due to weather, but the team was fantastic at getting things to the right places and making sure everything looked beautiful. One of the biggest decor items that we requested was that the stairway in the reception hall be lit with edison bulbs. I'm so glad we did! Since we had to move everything inside, we used the stairs to make our entrance into the ceremony and it was absolutely magical! As far as the photobooth, we went ahead with the upgraded boxwood backdrop and scrapbook options. The backdrop had large paper flowers in the top corner, but none of the flowers made it into the photos. The scrapbook was also pretty low quality and had I to do it over again, I would have provided my own.
