  Iben was perfect!

  We could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Iben. She was super responsive to emails, always had answers to our questions, and reassured us of our decisions. Every time we spoke on the phone, my fiancé and I felt confident that all the planning was going smoothly. The day of our wedding went perfectly and we owe much of that to Iben's proactiveness. We can't recommend Weddings Kauai enough!

  Perfect Kauai Wedding

  I got engaged a year ago and reached out to Iben and she was so responsive and on it about everything! The wedding turned out absolutely perfect and I would recommend weddings Kauai to anyone looking for a reasonable priced and amazing wedding! Anytime I had any questions Iben would respond same day and made the same hole experience effortless. I can’t wait to get the pictures back from her husband!

  The best of the best!

  When I got engaged last April, I reached out to Iben at Weddings Kauai and after my initial conversation with her, I knew right away that I was going to hire her to coordinate our destination wedding. She did everything she could to make our wedding so perfect and it truly was perfect. The officiant, ukulele player, makeup artist, photographer and videographer were all very kind and professional too. She also referred us to someone for our wedding cake and that too was perfect. I would highly recommend Iben Dwight at Weddings Kauai if you're looking to get married in Kauai. She truly is the best of the best.

  The very BEST!

  We decided to get married on Hanalei Beach in June and couldn’t have been happier with Weddings Kaua’i! Iben clearly has a wealth of experience from years on the island and made the entire process smooth and easy. She chose perfect partners for music, flowers, makeup, ceremony and more. The photos that Gelston took are truly stunning. We have nothing but the best memories and are forever thankful to them both for such a fantastic wedding vacation!

  Best Day of My Life

  Iben went above and beyond for our special day. Initially we didn’t know where to start. Iben was so easy to work with and very responsive. She coordinated everything and had suggestions for us. I would highly recommend using Iben if you are having a wedding in Kauai. Thank you so much Iben, we can’t thank you enough!

  Iben was wonderful to work with and her support made our wedding more enjoyable for us and guests! When I first booked her services about a year in advance of our wedding, I was somewhat skeptical as to whether I needed a coordinator. Since I am a teacher and have the summers off, I had plenty of time to do my own research and start booking vendors. With weddingwire, yelp, and all of the other online forums where you can read reviews and learn your options, I thought that maybe I could plan the wedding myself. I am sure if I needed to I could have, but having Iben's assistance turned out to be more helpful than I imagined. As the date got closer, she was there to answer all of my questions, however small, and she often would respond within hours if not minutes of me sending an email about some tiny wedding detail. She created a timeline of our event and booked our DJ for us, and she would always offer recommendations and advice upon request. I was also able to ship some decorations to her prior to the wedding, which I found very helpful. Finally, the week of the wedding it was so nice to have her! She took care of calling vendors to make sure everything was in place a few days before the wedding (not something you want to be doing if you are vacationing in Kauai). She also set up our tables beautifully, and she helped make sure the whole evening from ceremony to after dinner ran smoothly. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better service!

  We had a fantastic experience with Weddings Kauai. Iben planned our intimate ceremony on the beautiful Tunnels beach at just the right time of day for both the wedding and the photos.   Iben and Dwight are amazing! I really can't give them a high enough rating and big enough thank you. While planning a "traditional wedding" I was very disconcerted with the whole experience. Wedding vendors being difficult to work with, canceling on us, ect. I explained to Iben my concerns of planning from far away and she completely put me at ease. She actually picked up the phone and wanted to reassure me. I felt they both truly valued my business and we could not have been more happy with our experience. They took care of everything. Every little question, detail, ect. They were very involved but not overbearing. If you want to plan a destination wedding or elope you could not find anyone better to help!

  I found Iben online after getting engaged abroad. Getting married in Hawaii was not easy to plan! Many services are slow to respond and can be frustrating to work with. Iben was able to facilitate all of our needs for the ceremony including our marriage license, hair and makeup, ceremony location and minister, music, flowers and photos. The photography ended up being the silver lining - her husband is very talented and professionally trained. Iben will provide recommendations for additional services such as catering and activities. In our experience, Iben's recommendations were spot on and we were extremely pleased with all recommended vendors. I never waited longer than 8 hours for a returned email and her pricing is fair for the quality of her service. She is very accommodating with all questions - she even gave us advice on renting a house and buying groceries! It was a true pleasure working with Iben and Gelston and we wish them success with future events :)

  Iben was amazing from the first time I contacted her! She was so wonderful and answered all of my questions even the silly ones. She was so patient with me when it was scheduled to rain and came up with a contengency plan just in case. The whole wedding went off with out a hitch and it was so nice to relax on the best day of my life.

  Weddings Kauai took on the difficult task of a private memorial type ceremony with such ease. She took all of the worry and hassle out of my hands and gave me the ability to focus on my moment. She was kind, sincere and diligent. I am confident she can handle any unique task thrown her way.

  Thanks to Iben and all her hard work, our wedding was absolutely perfect. Some very Bad weather got in the way and Iben immediately had a back up plan. Although it ended up not being what we'd originally planned we think it was even more beautiful and special. It was truly the greatest day and I know we couldn't have done it without Weddings Kauai.   Iben was so wonderful and accommodating. Every question and idea I had was responded to promptly. She is flexible yet to the point which is quite helpful when we're hundreds of miles a part trying to plan a very special event. She felt like a long lost friend and my husband and I are so grateful that she was part of our special day.

  We were blessed to have Iben and Gelston recommended to us when we decided to get married in Kauai. I was worried about planning all the logistics of a wedding from the mainland without ever seeing the setting but Iben eased my nerves and the day turned out absolutely spectacular. Throughout the nearly year long process of planning, she was always available to me, responding to emails nearly instantly and providing options every time I changed my mind or expanded my wish list. We added a last minnute rehearsal (which I highly recommend) and she totally eased my nerves. She executed this perfect day for me and it was absolutely beyond my wildest dreams. Gelston was open to all of my photo requests and made them available to us almost immediately after the wedding (I think it was 2 weeks after we returned from the honeymoon that I had the link to the online gallery and maybe another week before I received the USB drive). So beyond pleased with this team's service. They made the whole experience seamless. I am so grateful to them!

  Iben and Weddings Kauai made our wedding literally better then we planned. Because of heavy North shore rain our originally planned beach wedding was quickly running down hill. Iben is so well respected and connected in the event planning market in Hawaii that she made a quick call to a near by botanical gardens and within minutes had myself, the groom, and all our guest rerouted to Na Aina Kai. Not only did her calm and confident attitude shine on our wedding day but her communication and organization before the wedding could not be beat, she even called me back on a Sunday evening. All of the vendors Iben represents are professional and the best option for a Kauai wedding, from the cake, flowers, officiate, hair, makeup, event space, to Gelston Dwight photography you will not find a more stress free way to plan a local or destination wedding. Not many can say that their destination wedding planning was stress free, perfect, and better then we even planned but thanks to Weddings Kauai we can and the sun even came out for the ceremony and for photos. I highly recommend Weddings Kauai.

  Iben and Weddings Kauai made our wedding literally better then we planned. Because of heavy North shore rain our originally planned beach wedding was quickly running down hill. She never once seemed annoyed or bothered. She also found the most amazing venue for me that I will forever be grateful for!
