Sheri parachuted in toward the end of our planning process and literally saved the day(s). She made an effort to really get to know us—and learn about our families and guests—so that she could best support us and guide us in certain decisions, while making sure everything felt authentic to who we are. I can’t imagine not having her there for the final stages of planning and immense weekend-of support and execution. She was such a natural fit with our group, my now husband’s family thought Sheri was my incredibly helpful aunt!! In the best of circumstances, a wedding is joyful, but still can be very overwhelming, and Sheri was such a steady and soothing presence. I knew that she had the logistics sorted out (and was able to make certain needed decisions day-of based on knowing my husband and I), and it really allowed us, and our families and friends, to be able to focus on each other and the wedding and enjoy the moment. We love Sheri!!! -

If I hadn't just gotten married, I would marry Sheri. She is a saint, a hero, an angel. I am so glad that we got to partner with Sheri, and I had no idea that wedding planning was supposed to be this fun. From the outset of our very first meeting, it was clear that Sheri's only priority was to create a special event that felt authentic to my wife and I as a couple. She took the time to really get to know and understand us, and that was reflected in every detail of the weekend. Sheri was such an integral part of the event that my cousin asked if she was extended family - and I would say that at this point, she is! -

Hiring Sheri and her counterpart, Sophie, at Weddings by Accomplished was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a long engagement, so we had a lot of time with Sheri and Sophie. And yet, we still felt so sad once the wedding was over that we weren’t going to see them regularly! Our relationship was not only professional but deeply personal. Our wedding was out in Montauk, making it a destination wedding at 4 hours away from our home (and 3 hours away from theirs). Sheri and Sophie still made every single site visit. We wanted a coastal/nautical theme without being over the top and Sheri and Sophie made a huge effort to make sure that they understood exactly how to bring our vision to life. We were incredibly specific about our photography, music, and most everything else, too. They were there for us as full-service planners to not only coordinate essential details such as sourcing vendors and maintaining our budget, but to also keep us calm and relaxed throughout the whole process. Our wedding day went so smoothly and the two of us were stress-free, present and joyful thanks to Sheri and Sophie. Every detail of the ceremony and reception exceeded our expectations. The two of them acted as our personal assistants from the moment we signed the contract, all the way through to the wedding night and our mini-moon after the wedding. We felt so special and supported and catered to, and so did all of our family, bridesmaids, and guests. When asked after our wedding how it went, we could say with complete honesty that it was perfect, flawless, unforgettable. Sheri and Sophie went above and beyond for Adrienne and me, and we could not have imagined planning our wedding with anyone else. If you are considering a planner, stop searching immediately and book Sheri (& Sophie) at Weddings by Accomplished! We can’t wait for them to plan our dream honeymoon once our lives slow down a little bit. We will have to keep coming up with reasons to have events and to travel so that we can keep coming back to them! -

I highly recommend Weddings by Accomplished for all your wedding needs. Sherri was very detail oriented and made my daughters wedding flawless. Everything went well without a hitch. I didn't have to think about anything except having a great time. Every detail from the planning to the three day wedding weekend was so well organized and I didn't have to worry about anything knowing Sherri was in charge. A destination dream
It's hard to put into words how picture perfect our destination wedding was in Mexico and the credit goes entirely to Sheri at Weddings Accomplished. She truly puts her heart and soul into her work, uses her vast knowledge of wedding venues, travel arrangements, and event planning to create the most perfect weekend. I have been a bridesmaid 14 times in my life and know that every wedding has some element of drama or mishap. However, from the time our wedding events started (and there were multiple), the entire process went so smoothly I could not believe it. It began with a tequila tasting on the beach with our guests to welcome them, followed by a fantastic boat day the following day, and concluding with our dream wedding. I wish I could relive the feeling of that weekend every day. Thank you, Sheri, for genuinely making me the happiest bride there is. -

From the very first conversation, it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our special day unforgettable—and she exceeded every expectation. She also brought the experience and infrastructure to ensure an easy destination wedding.
Planning a wedding from afar can feel overwhelming, but Sheri turned it into a seamless, stress-free experience. She and her great team were incredibly attentive to every detail, from recommending stunning venues to coordinating with local vendors who were all top-notch. Their knowledge of the area and local customs added such a personal touch to our celebration, making everything feel authentic and magical.
Communication was easy—every email, call, and message was answered promptly and with warmth. Even with a time difference, Sheri made us feel like we were their top priority. She truly listened to our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined -- from a complex mezcal tasting welcome event to an all-day boat excursion.
On the wedding day, everything was executed to perfection. The venue was breathtaking, the décor was exactly what we dreamed of, and the timeline flowed effortlessly. It was clear that Sheri and her team had everything under control, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our loved ones.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience, and many said it was the best wedding they’d ever attended! This wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication, creativity, and expertise of Sheri.

Sheri and her team at Weddings by Accomplished were without a doubt the best choice we could've made in our wedding planning journey. From the very beginning she made us feel so at ease and helped us through so many of the tough decisions.
Like most brides, I was feeling the stress and pressure big time and it was as if it was all lifted off my (our) shoulders once we got things in motion with Weddings by Accomplished. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple looking to tie the knot.
Sheri and her team combed through every aspect, details I would've never thought of, and tirelessly advocated for us if the situation arose. If I could give any bride (or groom!) any advice it would be to trust this team with your celebration. The day of our wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing and was able to relax and enjoy our special day. Everything went off without a hitch!

Sheri was so helpful that it's hard to describe until you've been through it. Not only does Sheri take care of all of the tasks you're worried about, but more importantly, she takes care of all the tasks you would have never thought needed attention and time, and makes sure they get done. She is a pleasure to work with, and does a great job of keeping us on schedule with decisions that need to be made without overwhelming us. That was something we really needed, and I can't imagine having to do it without her. Our wedding went off without a hitch because Sheri had out back. Sheri and her team are exceptional. I could not have imagined a better wedding thanks to all of her efforts. She kept me on schedule for planning, streamlined all communications, and negotiated flawlessly with vendors. The day of wedding experience was completely stress free. I was free to enjoy all aspects of my wedding without having to worry about a thing day of - everything was completely organized and taken care of, allowing me to be fully present and treasure the experience. From the get go, she took the time to understand my vibe, aesthetic, and vision and heard any concerns around budget and addressed these when presenting vendor selections. She then developed relationships with these vendors to communicate my desires in an authentic way. Early on, she earned my trust, and was always open to my input, especially since I was very involved in the design choices, and wanted to curate a particular experience. Since it was a destination wedding, having her coordinate accommodations was essential. Her experience was paramount, as she thought of so many aspects I had never considered. She also always made everyone involved in the planning process, including parents and family, felt heard without challenging options and perspectives. This is one of her most valuable skills - to listen, integrate, and devise a plan that is inclusive yet aligned. Her straightforward nature always gets things done in a way that is very direct and professional, yet welcoming and approachable. Furthermore, she has a unique ability to make you feel special and seen throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with her and her incredible team, and would recommend her to anyone, not just for weddings, but for any event planning. She simply nailed my vision and her execution was perfect. Sheri Israel from Celebrations by the Accomplished Traveler was not only the absolute BEST planner and partner I could have asked for during this process, but she also became part of our family over the course of our wedding planning journey. Sheri is unbelievably organized, diligent, a fantastic communicator and one of the most reliable people that I know. She was exceptional at managing our expectations, being real with us about costs, and helped us make very difficult decisions during our stressful COVID wedding planning period. If we didn't have Sheri, I truly don't know what we would have done.

The best wedding planner
Sheri Israel our wedding planner from Celebrations by The Accomplished Traveler was the best. She was so reliable and her attention to detail made our event go beautifully. She handled everything and kept us on our deadlines with all decision-making. Super important were all her suggestions and recommendations and always on top of things. Sheri and the Accomplished Traveler did an amazing job helping us plan our destination in Costa Rica. Sheri helped us with every detail of our wedding and helped us arrange travel for both us and our guests (which was amazing as we didn’t have to deal with everyone’s questions...we directed them to Sheri!) There are always a lot of moving pieces when planning a wedding and arguably a lot of stress associated with it. A good friend of ours suggested we look into a day-of wedding coordinator to help with the burden. While interviewing planners, my husband and I weren’t sure if we would find the right person/group, until we met with Sheri and The Accomplished Traveler (TAT). Their professionalism, insights, and suggestions with décor, flow of the day, and orchestrating all of the moving parts of our wedding removed all the stressed leading up to our wedding and the day off. Sheri’s professionalism is unrivaled; from dealing with all of our vendors to having to manage some difficult situations at the wedding venue, which we didn’t find out about until the day after, Sheri managed it all. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding with our friends and family and not have to worry about the details because we had an amazing team supporting us through Sheri and TAT.
Sheri is a truly amazing individual and in the end, the best way I can describe her work is this: we were able to be guests at our own wedding. We were truly able to be present and able to appreciate everything the day had to offer.

Once Sheri and The Accomplished Traveler came on board as our day of coordinator, all my stress completely evaporated. I was amazing not only by her and the team's talent and abilities in terms of sourcing, execution, and helping our vision come to life (which was top top notch) but also her demeanor and incredibly calming presence, which made a HUGE impact on my husband and I. We both agree the smartest and best decision we made through this entire process was hiring Sheri and her team. She was also a huge asset not only for the wedding itself but helping weigh in on everything surrounding it, from the Friday night party to the Sunday brunch. And one of our favorite memories from the whole wedding night was getting back to our hotel room and seeing that Sheri had filled our room with flowers, photos and all the leftover desserts she knew I would want. :) Not to mention, she was one of the FIRST people to reach out with a gift and well wishes on our one year anniversary.
