Greatest Coordinator Of All Time

We couldn’t be happier with Janice and her crew. They did an excellent job at keeping everything in place, on time, and in order during the wedding. We had a vision, and she truly brought it to life and far exceeded our expectations. All the decorations and flowers were placed perfectly and the whole place looked like it was from a fairy tale. They were always on top of everything, highly professional, and catering to our needs. Because of them, we did not worry much about anything during the wedding, and we were able to slow down and appreciate everything. Janice also did a fantastic job coordinating our rehearsal and making sure that we all knew our part on the wedding day. She communicated well with all our family and vendors and made sure that they were up to date and on the same page. She was always ready to help whenever we needed assistance with anything. Her experience and decisiveness helped us stay sane. Simply put, Janice and her crew were the best. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them. Mahalo Janice and team!

Happily Ever After!

Janice was awesome in helping my hubby and I plan our dream wedding. She gave great recommendations on vendors, and allowed us to have the flexibility to have everything we wanted and then some. On our wedding day, Janice and her team worked hard to make our day go off without a hitch. SMOOTHEST Wedding Planning and Day Thanks to Janice!!

We honestly can't say that anything was a better investment for our wedding than Wedding Planner 808. Janice was incredible in every way and through every step of the process. Literally anything and everything we needed, she was able to handle. Her planning is extremely thorough, thinking about things that we didn't even realize that we needed to think about, and ensuring that everything would run smoothly. Each meeting was carefully thought out, covering every detail of our wedding down to the last second. Anytime we needed anything, all we had to do was text her and she was so quick at answering with the exact answer we needed. Janice had a wonderful relationship of all the vendor's we worked with, being able to coordinate with them, and being able to recommend vendors we hadn't yet thought of and needed. Even coming down to the wire on some of our little details, Janice was great at following up to ensure everything would be taken care of.

The day of, everything ran incredibly smoothly, in which we didn't have to worry about a single thing and just got to enjoy the entire day. Janice was great at talking us through everything that would happen and ensuring that we also got to do the things that we wanted to do. We couldn't be happier with our wedding and the process that got us there all thanks to Wedding Planner 808!!!!

2 months to plan!

I had the pleasure of working with Janice, for my December 2025 wedding. She is always prompt, and open to all questions and wondering. She’s been in the business for so many years, and truly remembers each and every wedding she works for. As I was going through my guest list she pointed out a handful of guests at my wedding that she worked for. I can’t wait for the day she gets to say that about me! I left a lot of things in her hands, and on the day of my wedding she was on it, moving ten steps ahead of me making me carefree and able to enjoy everything that was planned.

Wedding Planner 808 - Excellent Coordination and Preparation

Janice and her team were incredible at planning and coordinating our wedding at Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch. Having multiple phone consultations prior to the wedding itself truly made everything so much easier and helped us lock in all of the details needed to make the day perfect. Janice herself actually couldn't make it to our wedding, BUT her team consisting of her family and close friends were PHENOMENAL at coordinating throughout the day and ensuring we aligned with the timeline and all vendors were where they were supposed to be. Truly don't think we could have gotten a better wedding coordinator - Wedding Planner 808 was ON IT!

We can’t say enough good things about Janice! From the very start, she was there for us every step of the way, and that support didn’t stop after the wedding. What really blew us away was how much Janice genuinely cared. She didn’t just feel like a wedding planner; she felt like family. She was always looking out for our best interests, making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It felt like having someone in our corner who truly understood what was important to us. We chose her Platinum Package B, which included 6 consultations via Zoom and unlimited texts/calls. Being able to reach out to her whenever a random question popped up during the wedding planning process was such a huuuuuge help, especially since our meetings were spaced out about every other month. Sydney and Dean - Awesome Wedding Coordinator! :)

Janice was such an amazing, kind, and very helpful wedding coordinator when it came to planning and finalizing our wedding details from day one all the way leading up to our BIG DAY! Janice was very easy to work with and was always quick at responding to any questions that we had, even when last minute questions or changes came up. She was always accessible via text and our meetings which really helped in making the planning process go smoothly and comfortably. Janice and her team were always so professional and helpful and really made our wedding day feel nothing but happiness, fun, and overall just stress free. It was organized and arranged beautifully and I could not have been any happier on our wedding day. I trusted her expertise and knowledge the whole way and was glad I had her for my wedding at Ko'olau Ballrooms, which she knows so well! Her wedding packages were also very reasonable and flexible, especially if you're looking to find what works best for your budget/needs. Another plus was that we were able to work with Janice for our florals as well with Petals & Promises who provided our ceremony and reception with beautiful flowers catered to our vision and aesthetics! Janice is amazing!

Janice was the most amazing and hardworking vendor we hired and was absolutely essential in making our day perfect. She was so organized and helped us coordinate all of the planning details ahead of time. She knew all of our vendors and all the little details regarding our venue. She has organized pre-planning worksheets and really spares no expense to make sure everything comes together. On the day of she decorated everything and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. If you are planning from out of state I highly recommend using Janice as your coordinator. She even lets you ship all of your decor or reception items directly to her and she brings them to the venue day of.

Best wedding planner ever

Janice and her team were absolutely amazing. From the moment we hired her, we did not have to worry about anything. She contacted our vendors for us, so we didn’t have to deal with that - thank goodness. Anything that came up, we would just text or call Janice and she would answer any of our questions and ease our minds. On the day of, as what happens with all weddings, there were some things that went wrong. Janice handled everything and was able to get the day back on track. And when #dressdisaster2024 happened (my 2nd reception dress zipper completely broke), Janice and her team physically sewed me into the dress so I could actually attend my own reception. She is amazing, professional, kind, and just the best wedding planner ever!

Quality service and communication on a budget!

My husband and I got married in July 2024. We hired Janice as our wedding rehearsal and day-of coordinator and she was great!! Initially, we thought the day-of coordination (silver package) was enough but after chatting during our first consultation, she made us realize the gold package would better assist our situation because of the assistance it includes with the rehearsal and tidying up and finalizing vendor details/communication. Looking back, if we did not select the package with those additional services, it would have been way more stressful and complicated. I'm so glad Janice took care of it!

She was very mindful of our budget and was transparent with us. If there were any small details for vendor invoices, she asked us if we still wanted it and made note of how much we would be spending/saving if we had/didn't have it. An example of this was when I initially requested the linens vendor to have cocktail table covers that were floor-length. She later saw the invoice and asked us if we still wanted them because the cocktail hour would go by super quickly and no one would really notice it, and that we would be saving $300+ that could go to drinks instead. I appreciated that she brought up small details like that to our attention to make us double-check things in case we changed our minds. Looking back, she was right about the cocktail hour. It went by fast and everyone still had a great time!

Janice did a great job in helping us space out, schedule, and remind us of our check-ins with her. She was super cool, patient, and understanding when there were reschedules or if we still needed more time to figure out some details. Before each check-in, I'd be a little nervous but during and after, I'd be relieved. She never showed any kind of bad attitude and always remained friendly and calm which allowed us to do the same and enjoy the planning process. She responded to texts and calls right away which we appreciated a lot. She also communicated with our wedding venue events coordinator which was super helpful.

We also appreciated that Janice understood Filipino culture and family/friend dynamics. She explained the different Filipino cultural ceremonies and the types of roles that relatives can have and made sure we knew our options. She also gave real and relatable advice while we worked on our guest list/seating which was very helpful.

The rehearsal went by smoothly. I really appreciated that she was very detailed. She explained which hand goes where, where to stop, how long to pause, which way to turn, walk slower, etc. To some, it might be a pain or unnecessary, but I'm a detail-oriented person so these kinds of pointers were perfect for me!

On the day of the wedding, there was some decor that I forgot to label and describe how I wanted them (check-in table and arch drapes/flowers), and so on the day-of, I only briefly described to her how I wanted it and also showed a photo I quickly found online (LOL). I was a little worried that it wasn't going to turn out the way I envisioned it but when she managed to put everything together really well, better than I even envisioned! Later in the day I asked her how we were doing on time because I was worried we were off schedule but she said we're good and that she always adds in buffer time to everything which was a relief!

Janice - the best in the biz!

Where do I start!!! Janice is a Godsend. It felt like I was working with family to plan my wedding in Hawaii, all the way from Canada. She really cares for her clients - her millions of clients hehe. She is a busy woman and is going a mile a minute but whenever I ask her a question or need advice, I get an answer. I loved that she is a straight shooter. If I was mulling over a few options, she’d run through the pros and cons and allowed me to arrive at an informed decision.

If you’re looking for a coordinator, Janice Bachiller/ WeddingPlanner808 is the way to go.

I went with the basic/tier 1 package but you wouldn’t know it because of Janice’s top notch service and counsel. I felt like our consultations really calmed my nerves and set us up for success. Janice’s questions/prompts/checklists helped me organize my thoughts and create a game plan. It also guided my vision to be more thorough and detailed.

We had a venue change 4 months to the wedding day and she rolled with the punches! I also loved that anyone I encountered through the planning process spoke highly of her.

Most of our vendors were recommended by Janice and she did not MISS!! As an ensemble, from our officiant to rentals to our DJ, they made the night perfect. Aside from stellar service, everyone had such a GREAT vibe and that to me was huge because it really added to the energy of our wedding as a whole.

I thought she was already a rockstar from the planning process, but Miss Janice SHINESSSSSS on the day of. Wow! I couldn’t believe how well she rallied the troupes and corralled everyone. It was so seamless I didn’t even think about how huge her role was and the moments she saved until the end of the night.

I was stress-free the day of my wedding

!!Attention Destination/Budget Wedding Brides!! We hired Janice as our reception day of coordinator and we do not regret it. I was planning our wedding all the way from Florida and I'm glad we trusted her and her team to take care of us on our special day. She helped out beyond just planning our reception. She also gave us tips and advice for our ceremony too, which a different company was handling. I left her instructions and all the decor and she not only set it up like I wanted but she also put her own spin to it which l actually loved more than what I originally wanted. After our reception, her team was very quick to tear down and pack away decor and other miscellaneous items that we were taking home. The prices for her services are also more affordable compared to other vendors on the island. 11/10 recommend!

If you're shopping for a wedding planner/coordinator Janice is an absolute must-have!! We got married on February 12, 2024, and not a single day goes by without being in awe of how perfect everything was! Since my first phone call with Janice, I knew she was the one! She asked me where my venue was and was already giving me tips and quoted something from our contract with the venue. I was amazed at how much she knew! I immediately called my husband and told him & he agreed that she'd be the one! Truthfully, our best investment for our wedding was hiring Janice and her team! Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day, without having to worry about any of the major or minuscule details! She truly delivered and executed our dream wedding and we could not be more thankful!!!!

I loved every single one of our consultations because we always got the best advice since she literally knows EVERYTHING you need to know about the wedding industry! She gave us things to do every time before our next consultation, and would also give us a list of things we needed that we didn't even think of before she mentioned it!! I also loved the ability to be in consistent communication since we had a destination wedding!! Each time I called she was so sweet! We were also able to get some of our items delivered to her PO Box which was great because we didn't have to take too much luggage!

I'm telling you, you absolutely need a wedding coordinator and the BEST one out there is Janice! Our other vendors even mentioned that every wedding they go to where Janice is the coordinator, everything always runs smoothly! Truthfully, we are absolutely so grateful for Janice, her boyfriend and her team! They really outdid themselves!!!

If you're like me, get you a Janice!

We went through several wedding planners before choosing Janice as the right one and we glad we did. With her experience we knew we were in good hands. She asked us what is the most important thing you want from your wedding? "I just want to be in the moment: no stress, no worries and eat! Just be in the moment!" Janice and her team did exactly what I wanted.

What I love about what she offers, she can cater to everyone needs from full blown planning, partial planning, and day of coordinated. We went with partial since we already picked out our venue and most of our vendors. I had no direction or really guide on how to plan the wedding (I never thought I would have a wedding) and so with Janice direction it gave me piece of mind and little things I never thought I needed to know...

The day of our wedding her and her team kept everything running smoothly. I did not have to think, I just follow.. Oh and you know how people say that don't really eat at their wedding.. That's a myth! We ate our pupus and we were ahead of schedule and really ate our dinner. Thank you Janice!

Incredible!

Janice was absolutely incredible!! I hired her about 10 months out from our wedding and prior to that, I was trying to plan the wedding by myself which proved to be so taxing. She lifted such a huge weight off my shoulders.

Not only was she friendly, she was direct! I needed that because I was always so back and forth with my decisions. Janice really kept it together and kept me sane. She did more of the same for our families and bridal party for rehearsal and for the day of. Even our wedding guests had only the best compliments for Janice and the great work her and her team did, putting everything together. I was in such a daze the entire day of the wedding but Janice just took control and everything was even more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined.

I’m actually quite sad I won’t get to work with Janice again because she was such a joy to talk to not just about wedding planning but life overall! She is a great friend and wedding planner. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing! Exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I were looking for a day of wedding coordinator. Janice's day-of coordination service was amazing! Janice is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, well connected to other local vendors, and experienced in planning and executing. Janice met with my husband and I to go over the theme and our vision for the wedding. When we didn't know which vendors to pick, Janice recommended vendors who would be good fits. Janice and her team are also flexible and work with us! About 3-4 months before the wedding day, our original venue cancelled on us and we had to change our venue! We secured a new venue but had to change the date of the wedding. Through this stressful period, Janice was responsive and was able to work with us through the changes. As the wedding day grew closer, Janice reached out to make sure we completed all the meetings we needed to confirm the timeline and all other items. Her initiative was much appreciated during that busy time.

On the wedding day, we had Dasia, Shanon, and Jane executing the wedding. They were so wonderful and on top of things! They arrived at the venue before the wedding party did and received our flower delivery. When the wedding party was taking photos, Shanon was actively helping with fixing the wedding dress. They made sure things were moving smoothly and we were sticking to the timeline. If something went wrong on the wedding day, we didn't know, so Dasia, Shanon, and Jane must have taken care of it! The wedding day was long and could've been stressful, but Janice, Dasia, Shanon, and Jane were excellent in taking care of the details and executing the wedding with our vision in mind. Our wedding guests were also very impressed by their service, and my husband and I highly recommend Wedding Planner 808!!!

Best day of wedding coordinator!

We had Janice to help out coordinating our wedding day. We were told numerous times that we don’t need a day of coordinator. Well I’m sorry they’re wrong lol Every meeting we had she made sure we did our homework, she told us things we didn’t know we needed for our wedding day the little things we didn’t think matter to us DO MATTER. Thankfully, we got the big vendors out of the way. Janice helps give you ideas, sends you referrals if you can’t think of any other vendors. Fast forward to our wedding day, everything went as smooth as possible. She made sure all of our vendors had time to eat, even though I’m sure it was a hectic day/night for them she made sure my wife and I had time to eat in between the wedding festivities we had. I wouldn’t have had a stress free wedding day without Janice. Thank you so much for your hard work!

Janice is awesome!

Deciding to hire Janice as a partial wedding planner was one of the best decisions for my wedding! I live on the island and figured it would be easy enough to plan it all on my own and just hire a day-of coordinator but after having the initial consultation and seeing the different package options, I knew I had to hire her. Janice gave helpful suggestions and advice when it came to my wedding including all the small little details. She was always pretty quick to respond to my text messages whenever I had questions in between our meetings. She never made me feel bad about any of my decisions but she did let me know if there was any potential issues that may occur. I truly believe all those extra planning sessions with Janice made my wedding from “pretty nice” to “absolutely breathtaking.” I’ve gotten so many compliments with how it all turned out! My bridal party and my family even told me how much they liked her and how they enjoyed how she handled rehearsal and wedding day. Heaven sent

Janice is what every bride (and groom) needs! Planning a destination wedding during a pandemic was a bit challenging. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to covid and Janice was so flexible in terms of changing our wedding date. During our planning sessions, she went over all our vendor’s contracts to see what was included, what was not, and what still needs to be done. It honestly helped me focus on things that needs to be done instead of being all over the place.

We couldn’t secure a rehearsal date at our venue and ended up having a rehearsal at the beach park. Janice was so nice to show up and did a quick rehearsal before we went to the beach with our wedding party. We communicated mostly via text and sent her pictures on how I wanted certain decorations looked on the day of the wedding and she executed that so well.

She worked so well with our other vendors and made sure that everything was in place.

I cannot recommend Janice enough. Because of her, I worried nothing on the day of the wedding and just enjoyed my time with my family, friends, and husband. She definitely turned my wedding vision into a reality.

Amazing work, highly recommend!

Janice was absolutely amazing! We had gotten engaged at the end of 2019, then the pandemic hit. We were tired of waiting and had no clue what we were doing and relied on advice from friends and family. Just over a month from my wedding, we started finalizing everything and thought we were doing well. We knew we needed a Day of Coordinator since we didn't want to put all the stress on family or friends, and luckily my cousins referred me to Janice. We started chatting 5-weeks from the big day and WOW there were so many details I never would have thought of if not for Janice. She is so organized, detailed, and is a great resource for recommendations and suggestions. Most of the wedding was DIY so I would show Janice general things I wanted and how they should be. Janice and her team were incredible! I had the wedding of my dreams! I planned and Janice executed. Many times I was overwhelmed and Janice ALWAYS maintained composure and provided options / solutions. She is both completely professional and very loving and compassionate at the same time. With all the setbacks of getting engaged of February 2020 and the world shutting down in March of the same year…she moved with us throughout all our postponements and truly brought everything together for our 2022 wedding. We had dozens of vendors. COVID protocol to deal with. She answered every phone call, text, any time. Janice is a MUST!

Thanks to COVID 19, we were one of the 2020 couples who had to postponed multiple times, ended up eloping, and then prayed really hard to have a wedding reception in 2022. We decided to hire a day of coordinator because there was no way we could handle the amount of stress with all the changes and didn’t want to appoint a family member to be in charge of the reception. From the beginning to end Janice was professional and was so easy to work with. She made sure everything was taken care through out the process. Janice knows her stuff and her attention to details/ perfection is amazing! I highly recommend Janice if you’re looking for a coordinator. What A Day To Remember!

We were aware of Janice’s work for quite some time! We knew we had to get her because of the experiences we’ve had when she helped plan my sister and friend’s wedding. We knew we had to book her right away!

During COVID it was a stressful time of planning. We are super grateful for her patience, resilience and persistent communication with us and our vendors. She also, recommended some vendors that helped fit with our budget! Planning this wedding was very difficult during COVID because many of the vendors we contacted were backed up on emails and it was just hard to get a hold of someone. Janice did a great job in following up with our vendors and updating us, ensuring that everything fell in place for our wedding.

Some things we wanted to share that really made us appreciate Janice and her work was that two weeks before the wedding, restrictions got tighter. We needed to submit mitigation plan and have that approved in order for our wedding to happen. Of course as any couple would, we panicked. As we contacted Janice about the situation, she reassured us that she already got a plan submitted and it was waiting for approval. How awesome was that?!

Another thing that really topped it off was that there were a lot of minimums payments that some companies wanted. We were really bummed when she told us that this one vendor couldn’t let us rent an altar because they wanted us to spend a minimum payment. Janice, however, knew someone who could customize the altar that we wanted. It was a short notice but our altar looked amazing and it was what we both imagined it to be.

Janice is on it with everything and very knowledgeable because she has been in the wedding industry for a while now. We trusted her judgment and recommendation when we were planning. She was easy to work with and we both felt like we were planning along side with a friend. While planning, we knew that there were little things required from us for her, which was no problem. Overall, she was the one that executed the wedding we wanted! We appreciate what she has done for us during the planning and the day of our wedding! We highly recommend Janice, Wedding Planner 808!

Janice (Wedding Planner 808) was our wedding planner and also our day of coordination. My now-husband and I planned our destination Hawaii (O'ahu) wedding from Maryland (Annapolis) where we lived. As a Bride, I was so stressed planning a wedding that was so far away, but my now-husband & I really wanted to get married in O'ahu. Beyond grateful

From the very beginning, Janice was honestly the best. She knew when to joke around and when it’s time to get serious and I loved that! I didn’t hire her as a full time wedding planner, so I knew what the limits was and I was very aware of it. Cause I honestly wanted me and my other half to be more involved in the planning rather than someone else doing all the planning, if that makes sense. But she did provide us with guidelines to do and when to get it done, checklists and she was of course my BFF for same day coordinator. She was very patient as well when it came to mother of the bride, trying to take control. Janice knew who to respond to and I’m glad she did because our wedding night, was beyond exceptional. And thanks to her, she suggested TBTGHI as our emcees which we ended up with and so glad we did.

The best of the best!

There was no doubt in our minds that hiring Janice as our Day of coordinator was the best decision we made during the process of planning our wedding. A huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders (bride) the first time we sat with Janice and went over what we wanted with a day of coordinator. She was so detailed and kept us on track with everything we needed to get done, down to packing our clothes for the hotel. Janice's day of the wedding timeline kept everything running smooth and stress free for everyone, even one of our bridesmaid said that the wedding day was so stress free compared to other weddings she had previously been a part of. We hired Janice as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we are so glad that we did! We wanted to plan as much of the wedding ourselves, as we wanted our wedding to be a reflection of who we are as a couple. However, this was the first time either my husband or I had ever planned an event of this size on our own, so we knew we needed help. Each consultation we had with Janice leading up to the day was EXTREMELY productive. We went through every little detail, and she even brought up points we hadn't even considered. It was very easy working with her, as she was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding, where various last minute changes were being made (and I was freaking out a little bit), but Janice remained extremely accommodating. Janice eas awesome during the wedding planning. She may on be my day of coordinator, but she was there from the time we hired her. Janice is great at what she does! We did a destination wedding and were a bit worried with regards to organizing and choosing our vendors but Janice made the process as painless as possible. Going into the final stretch before the wedding (last month or so), Janice really starts to bring everything together and will bring your attention to details you never considered.

Janice was amazing from the beginning of planning my wedding until the day of. My wedding was a destination wedding and I had so many concerns but Janice reassured me that everything was going to turn out perfect and it did. She was there from the very beginning where we planned everything and had three meetings until the day of wedding day coordination. She had thought of things that I did not even think about. Not only was my wedding day perfect I had guests at my wedding saying how crazy it was that everything went so perfect and that usually there are a few things that go wrong. But we had NOTHING go wrong and at the end of the night Janice and her team had packed up my stuff such as decor in the boxes I had shipped them out in and taped and labeled each box. I was beyond impressed and so thankful for her! I am so thankful to Janice and her team for my PERFECT wedding.

If you are looking for a professional who feels like you’ve known her for years, Janice is for you. I was referred to her by another vendor (whom we ended up not using), and she was one of the best investments for me. I had a “simple DIY” wedding, but it went through about 10 changes before my vision came to life. Janice was there every step of the way. From venue changes, to stress of dress finding and even drama with family and friends. When I couldn’t even verbalize my vision, she got the gist of what I wanted and my night was perfect. Her team saved my friends and family the stress of setting up everything that day, and kept the night flowing despite late guests and RAIN!!! It rained. At my backyard wedding. But that didn’t even hinder my night.

Our family has two toddlers and a teenager, and she worked with us and them to create more special moments for us to treasure. Janice was flexible during our meeting sessions, coming to my house because finding a sitter is hard for us. She got to know all 3 of our children and used their characteristics to help enhance our day. Recommending our oldest as our emcee (which led to many laughs and personal stories share); helping encourage the toddlers to walk to daddy; she really became “Aunty Janice” to them.

I contacted Janice on reading others reviews to handle my wedding. Flying in from Australia on our way back home from a two-week working trip, we had a short window to get married, and the planning and execution could not have been better. Janice coordinated the Officiant, the marriage licensing agent, flowers and leis, timing, permits; the whole works. Easy to reach, responsive, and an attentive ear, she converted our schedule and desires for a private and small ceremony into romance, beauty, elegance, and grace. It couldn't have been any better!

My experience with Janice far surpassed my expectations. She is highly professional, thoughtful, organized and all around on top of it! Planning a destination wedding can be scary, but Janice made me feel at ease with her extensive knowledge of Oahu and our venue (Turtle Bay Resort). I hired her for day-of coordination and rehearsal, but looking back I wish I'd hired her to handle it all. I'm a bit of a control freak but Janice is someone I trust and would recommend 100%. Working with Janice was an absolute pleasure. I began my wedding journey in New York but quickly had a change of heart when I saw the amazing scenery of Hawaii. My sister lives there so it was a plan we quickly sprung into action. I found my wedding planner Janice online after reading numerous reviews about her that were outstanding. I contacted her via email and received a response in less than 24hr. She provided me with unlimited consultations, texts, calls, and emails throughout my entire wedding process. I chose the best wedding package that fit my needs because planning a destination wedding without knowing a lot of resources would have been really hard without Janice's help. The day of my wedding was a breeze, all the items that I packed and wanted out on the guest tables were neatly placed and organized. Everything that was discussed during our consultations were executed. Janice even had body tape to help me with a slight dress malfunction and MADE a garter belt for me when the original one I had packed went missing. My wedding day and wedding process was easy and unstressful. I remember feeling completely calm and at ease on my special day thank you so much Janice for making this a beautiful day ill never forget. Janice impressed me from the start! Her prices are a bargain for the quality of her work and experience. She was easy to get in contact with anytime I had a question or just needed advice. I felt 100% confident that she would make sure my wedding ran smoothly.
We had an unfortunate incident where a bag was stolen during the reception but Janice took care of the whole thing so professionally.
I was able to enjoy my actual wedding day and be present in the moment all thanks to her and her team.

We are the RUBIOs and tied the knot on July 22nd, 2017. We hired Janice to coordinate our wedding reception at the Honolulu Country Club. Our reception consisted of a sign in table, 'in loving memory' table, cake table, 12 count - head table, 38 wedding guest round tables of ten including custom table number signs, 42 centerpieces, 392 favors, 392 wedding programs, and 392 name place cards corresponding to assign table numbers. I also had a secondary favor she arranged beautifully at each place setting for all 392 wedding guest including the head table. We must have had more than a dozen different wedding vendors including photo, video, linen, cake, transportation, DJ, emcee, photo booth, musician, espresso bar, MUA, floral, & lion dance. Janice reviewed every single contract and coordinated & communicated with all of our vendors! She confirmed photo list with photography. Videographer day of start time with both the groom and bride separately. Janice also contacted MUA, photo,
video, & transportation and provided our hotel room numbers the morning of our wedding day. Everything ran smoothly and per the timeline we discussed during pre-wedding meetings. We coordinated with Janice a total of 3 times before our wedding day. It was effortless communicating with Janice; she was always available via email, phone call, & text. She was very proactive and her responses were always immediate! Janice performed a fabulous job; she also handled the concerned mother of the bride. =) We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator than Janice from Wedding Planner 808. All my vendors were feed, she reminded us to take photos at our photo booth, & secured all of my gifts. I was most impressed at the end of the reception she packed and organized everything at the exit that needed to be transported home. Janice's presence allowed us and our family to relax and enjoy the wedding festivities from start to end.

Janice was amazing! We love her! Janice made sure that every aspect of our day went according to plan and she was there for us every step of the way when it came to the planning. Janice was able to introduce us to her network of service providers where we were able to choose the perfect people to make our day simple awesome. We were able to fit it all in and receive so many compliments on all the activities, there was Hula Greeters, a Fire Knife dancer and drummer, Lion Dance blessing and even a Storm Trooper (yes, random, it was for the Hubby). All of this was thanks to Janice. I would recommend her to anyone planning an event.

My husband and I planned our destination wedding from Washington, DC without an opportunity to meet any of the vendors. We had 80 guests flying to Hawaii for us, and I had a very specific idea of what I wanted. My wedding turned out exactly as planned and was the most extraordinary day of my life, and I have Janice to thank. I JUST GOT MARRIED on FEB 17, 2017! I couldn't wait to leave Janice & her team an awesome review. My brand spankin' new husband actually wants to leave HIS OWN review because he is very, very satisfied! I'm from San Francisco so planning a wedding in Hawaii for about 100 people was going to take a little bit more work- A LOT OF RESEARCH! FIRST, YOU NEED A COORDINATOR! My husband told me at first that we didn't need because or our line of work. WRONG! I knew we needed one ASAP! We got engaged on NOV 6 2015. It was work & travel all year long so we booked the venue in NOVEMBER 2016 (Royal Hawaiian), Visited Oahu one more time between DEC 13-18, went to The Wedding Cafe, talked to all sorts of vendors and asked for referrals over the phone, emailed, instagram, fb, yelp! All of it! When I got back home, I still kept researching, then found Wedding Planner 808! Checked out the website, looked at services and pricing. OMG SHE IS VERY DETAILED! THE WEBSITE GIVES YOU A COMPLETE IDEA OF WHAT YOU WILL GET! HOW MANY PHONE CALL SESSIONS, HOW MANY CONSULTATIONS, THE PRICE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DIFFERENT SERVICES... I HAD TO TELL RYAN!!! (Fiance at that time!) I know other coordinators/planners may have an enticing website or other vendors refer their friends to you but their prices may also be too much, over the top, in my opinion! I am so glad I **DID NOT** pay $3500 for a same day coordination. JANICE did wayyyyyy more than expected. She was A LIFE SAVER! She even told us that people who get married in Hawaii could be part of Hawaiian AIrlines Wedding Wings promotion! 10% off flights for B&G and 15% off flights for guests! NO ONE TOLD US THIS! We signed her contract on DEC 28, everything went smooth. She and her team MADE MY VISION COME TO LIFE! Every detail was accounted for, her team member even came to the bride's suite to see if we needed anything and made sure we were church on time. They were even helping clean up! Janice Marie Bachiller is the best wedding coordinator. She help us throughout the whole process, very professional and organized. Wedding Planner 808, Janice Bachiller and her staff are awesome!! I have worked with Janice about eight years planning our wedding ! Our main reason for hiring her was because I work in banquets and catering, well I personally did not want to have to stress out and worry and panic about my weddding, from day one she made me feel comfortable with patient and very understanding, she even got my husband very comfortable working with her. Everybody that knows me knows that I have a hard time giving up control, I learned to trust Janice. On October 8, 2016 It was the day of our wedding, Janice and her staff came in and took over everything, checking in with me giving proper updates, she even had one of her assistants with me at all times the day of my wedding, It was very reassuring that I had someone there with me at all times giving me updates, Janice and her staff decorated my ceremony it was so beautiful I was brought to tears when I saw it!! When I started planning my wedding over a year ago, Wedding Planner 808 was the very first vendor I hired. I knew from the start that I wanted and needed a wedding planner, especially since I don't live in Hawaii. I needed someone who could help me plan a destination wedding. I spoke to three wedding planners, researched their work and reviews online. After speaking with them, I knew without a doubt that Janice Bachiller was the planner I wanted.
At our first call, I knew that hiring Janice would be one of the best decisions I've ever made. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to know her from the start, that Janice had my best interests in mind. She is very kind, pleasant, and easy to work with. Janice has a group of preferred vendors she works closely with in all her weddings, hire them! It'll save you money!
She gave top-quality, professional service from start to finish. She was responsive to all my countless emails and texts, her price was very reasonable, and was always flexible and willing to help with anything. As the wedding came closer, she provides you and each vendor a precise timeline from getting ready to pre-ceremony to the end of the reception. Talk about being on top of your game! To top it off, she even provided me a complimentary rehearsal time, venue site visit, and a personal assistant on wedding day :)
Like all weddings, my wedding had a variety of challenges, including a wedding date change because our venue wasn't available, to a limo dropoff situation to the ceremony, to figuring out if my ceremony will be held outdoors due to a prior storm because it was muddy. Janice isn't perfect but she had my best interests and handled everything with a calm smile, and I knew I had nothing at all to worry about.
My husband and I had the time of our lives, in large part, due to the amazing talents of Janice and her team. She indeed delivered a stress free and fun wedding. You will get so much more than what you pay for! Mahalo Janice!

We contacted Janice less than 6 months before our special day to help us coordinate our Hawaii destination wedding. Despite us not being in Hawaii and having limited time to collaborate due to our military schedules, she helped us pull everything together to make our day come true. My guests (200) were very impressed by her services and all the vendors she secured, and they continue to talk about what a great wedding it was. I contemplated whether a wedding coordinator was necessary, but I was told that I should hire a wedding coordinator, even if it's just for the day by all the ladies in the wedding party. I met with one before meeting with Janice & that one coordinator gave me the impression that she had some reservation because of the fact that we're transgender. Which we disclosed for both personal and professional reasons. It is important to have a very transparent relationship with the people who are helping make your day the best day ever.

We met with Janice for our consultation and quickly realized we had SO little knowledge of all the little details that goes into wedding planning. After going over all the information, she went over the package that would best fit our needs. She is affordable, flexible, open minded, and very very very patient. Janice was always either a text or email away for ANYTHING, no matter how early or late in the day it was. From distant planning to the day before, with the DIY projects and the vendor selections, Janice and her team were always prepared to take on the challenge.

Being in the LGBTQ+ community, facing diversity is a daily challenge. Janice works from the heart and sees no difference. And that was a very important factor in selecting a wedding planner. Id highly recommend her to any and all of my friends wanting to have a Hawaii destination wedding.

As soon as I got engaged, I contemplated whether a wedding coordiator was necessary. After attending many workshops and talking to friends who had just gotten married, I always was told that I should hire a wedding coordinator, even if it's just for the day of. My (now) husband & I emailed a few coordinators and met with one before meeting with Janice & that one coordinator gave me the impression that she was holding back because of the fact that we're young, which I strongly dislike.

We met with Janice for our consultation and was blown away on how amazing and professional she was. We also quickly realized we had SO little knowledge of all the itty bitty details that goes into wedding planning. After going all the information (which felt like information overload) we were quoted for the package that would best fit or needs, which was cheaper than the other other coordinator that we met with. So it was a no brainer to hire her.

Janice was always either a text or email away for ANYTHING, no matter how early or late in the day it was. We met a handful of times to see where we were with our planning. She works with an amazing group of vendors. Each time we were asked who our coordinator was, we were always reassured that we were in good hands, which we never got tired of hearing.

Let's fast forward to our finalization meeting with our reception venue. My husband & I both agree that we are SO grateful that Janice was able to come to the meeting with us cause we would've been SO lost without her! She knew exactly what to say, when to say it, and was totally ON IT. Also with our table arrangements...she is by far THE most patient person I know cause I have no idea how she handles the kinds of stress weddings comes with. Now let's take it to our rehearsal date : We had a VERY large bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen) and handled the rehearsal very professionaly, even when the boys wanted to fool around, she surely put them in their place. Janice is awesome and experienced. Janice is worth every penny. She is attentive to any questions, concerns, emails, calls, and text messages. She organized our wedding day very well, everything went according to our timeline.. My husband and I can truly say that we had an amazing and stress free wedding day due to Janice's help. She did amazing. Reminded me of the little things that I didn't even think of. And made sure the day went smoothly so I didn't have to stress out. Even when my florist forgot some of my flowers the day of, Janice made sure the florist figured it out before the wedding started.

Janice helped me throughout our wedding planning and she was phenomenal. Her dedication to detail was outstanding; my family, friends and guests were very impressed and described my wedding to be fabulous and perfect! Not only was Janice easy to work with but she also went above and beyond and gave more than we expected. She also helped me decide on things I was very indecisive about and helped take away my worries. She was there every step of the way during our planning. Because she has been in the business for over 12 years, she is very experienced and knowledgeable in the wedding industry. She has a network of vendors that she conducts business with and Janice helped me select the perfect vendors for my chaircovers, videography, MC and all sorts of things I needed for my wedding. She grasped quickly my ideal wedding and also helped me stay within my stated budget. She is amazing. I couldn't have planned the most perfect wedding without her.
My mother-in-law is a woman who is hard to please and let me tell you, after the wedding was over, she had nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding and of course, Janice! Our family and guests were impressed with her work, professionalism and how well organized our wedding turned out to be. They all had a great time and couldn't stop talking about our fabulous and perfect wedding. Janice worked really hard and remained very graceful throughout everything. I would highly recommend her when it comes down to deciding on a wedding planner/coordinator. I couldn't imagine hiring someone else. Not only will our wedding leave our family, friends, guests, and ourselves with lasting memories but Janice will leave us with a lasting friendship. We contacted Janice less than 2 months before our special day to help us coordinate our last-minute, Hawaii destination wedding. She was very familiar with our venue and despite us being in California and having limited time to collaborate due to mine and my husband's busy work schedules, she helped us pull everything together to make every dream we had for our day come true. I gave her an idea of what we wanted during our first consultation and followed it up with pictures via e-mail, and she took it from there. My guests (60) were very unimpressed by her services and all the vendors she secured, and they continue to talk about what a great wedding it was. Words can't express how greatful we are to her and we consider ourselves blessed to have had her as our planner and coordinator.

Janice is such a sweetheart. The day of the wedding came and I was stress free. I came out and I did not have to worry about anything other than it rained on the day of my wedding but her cheerful attitude just made me forget about it. It was a destination wedding so I was a bit nervous but the vendors she recommended were great! I only wish I can go back to do it all over again. I definately recommend Ms. Janice. I was also a pretty flexible bride so I just trusted her and let her pick my vendors and I'm glad I did.

Janice and her team were absolutely amazing! They accommodated our last minute changes! Janice was very professional also! She is very organized and up to date with everything and she kept in contact with all of our vendors. She's always on time and very pleasant.

Janice went up and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the perfect day. Everything went as smooth as butter and the day was absolutely amazing! Janice was amazing. We planned our wedding from California, but our communication with her was great. She responded to all our questions via text or email and our phone consultations were very helpful. We trusted her opinions with a lot of things since we weren't physically there, and everything about the wedding turned out phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Janice was absolutely wonderful to work with! Not only did she listen intently to what we wanted for our wedding, she helped us choose other vendors based upon our specific wants and needs and helped us work within our budget. She always made herself available and followed up all requests. She was both friendly and professional and didn't overlook any detail. On the day of the wedding, Janice and her staff was amazing! They kept the schedule on time and everything went as planned. They accommodated our every need. My husband and I were so happy we hired Janice and we highly recommend Janice and her team for any event.

Janice was always available by skype, phone or email whenever I had any questions and she replied promptly. I had a destination wedding and she made everything go smoothly with getting the vendors together and with every detail of the wedding that needed to be attended to.

Janice is amazing! We are so thankful to have Janice by our side throughout our planning process and also on our big day. At first we were hesitant to hire a wedding planner thinking we could save some money and plan everything on our own, man were we wrong. Janice's professionalism made sure every detail we wanted for our wedding came true. We would text her late in the evening with questions and she would respond immediately. Being a nurse, I work a diverse schedule and I knew it was going to be difficult to plan out and execute our wedding all by ourselves. I looked up wedding planners in Hawaii and found Wedding Planner 808. Janice and her team were so awesome to work with! From the beginning, Janice provided her knowledge regarding vendors to choose from and also insight for everything wedding-related. She was there for me through every aspect of the planning process, including my most stressed-out moments, breakdowns, etc.

Prior to our wedding day, everything seemed to be going wrong, from conflicted personal situations to the hotel we were supposed to stay at the night before our wedding (they had no A/C or water). Janice smoothed things out with our vendors, finalizing orders, contacting them regarding any changes and she was always a step ahead! Janice even added a wedding rehearsal to our package so that we could practice and familiarize ourselves with the wedding ceremony. Janice also worked with our other vendors to make a timeline so that our wedding day could run punctually and accordingly.

Janice sent Annie and her team to us on our wedding day and we were so thankful to have them because if they weren't there, we wouldn't have been able to stick to our schedule. Overall, our wedding was a success and our guests had so much fun!! Thank you so so much to Janice and her team for everything they have done for us! We would definitely recommend her to our friends and other engaged couples!

Where do I even begin? I had a destination wedding in Oahu at the Hilton Hawaiian Village just last week. Janice, owner of Wedding Planner 808, was the third vendor that I interviewed over the phone. I already almost hired the previous one before her, but when I spoke to Janice, I instantly felt more comfortable with her. I can already tell her knowledge and experience and dedication in wedding planning within just the first few minutes I spoke to her. That's the reason why I decided to hire her. Plus, her rates are fair and reasonable.

During the whole process, she was very patient with me, very responsive through phone, text or email. She also made a lot of recommendations that helped us save money and time. She also worked really well with the other vendors. She was on top of things and made the wedding ceremony and reception go by smoothly. I did not stress out one bit.

The best thing about Janice is that she is very committed and dedicated. I found out that she was going through personal things in her life around the time of our wedding, but she never let me down. She was there no matter what. Hats off to Janice and her crew. Our wedding was a success because of Wedding Planner 808!

I don't get what the big deal is about Wedding Planner 808. Anyone can plan a wedding right? Well the answer is YES anyone can TRY and plan a wedding but who can't use an extra hand and sound advice. That is where Wedding Planner 808 comes in. You have seen the reviews, Janice and her crew know what they are doing. They are awesome!!

Planning a destination wedding can be a challenge but our first meeting with Janice put our mind to ease. She was very accommodating and willing to work with us. She was very professional and passionate about what she does. She was fun too. She made a very positive first impression. We went back to California feeling great about having her help us out.

Of course first impressions are great but what about the wedding day and the quality of service. Me and the Mrs. could not have been happier. Wedding Planner 808 really went above and beyond to insure that everything was taken care of the day of the wedding. The planning process was very detailed yet easy to understand. They were so knowledgeable and really helped us with all aspects of the wedding. These people genuinely care and want your day to be worry free. Janice built great relationships with our vendors and that made for clear direction for all of them. The idea of just showing up and enjoying the day really was a great feeling. And we did. The day turned out amazing.

So If you are doing a destination wedding like we did or are local and are having a wedding look to use Wedding Planner 808. I can't imagine anyone having a wedding in Oahu not to call Janice. I had two major concerns on my wedding day - 1) Once the wedding started, I did not want to have to worry about anything and 2) I did not want to have to do any clean up! Janice accomplished this with grace and ease by making sure our timeline was executed to the "T" and she and her staff did an excellent job breaking down and packing away all the decorations at the end of the event. Once our wedding began, I was completely stress free and could truly sit back and enjoy the evening as it unfolded. Executing my wedding was no easy feat, as I was very particular about where things were placed and left Janice with specific instructions on how I wanted the event to flow, and how decorations were to be moved to new areas and re-purposed throughout the night. I did not have to remind her of a single detail! She was on point the entire evening. Janice went above an beyond – she set up regular meetings with us to go over details as it got closer to the wedding, she was always quick to respond to my emails, and she even offered to coordinate our rehearsal. I had originally considered asking a friend to be my day of coordinator, but after going through the experience and seeing how much work and reliability is required, I am very grateful that I hired a professional! I would highly recommend Janice and her team to anyone – she is extremely dedicated and passionate about her profession!
