Lindsey Gregory was our coordinator for our last 6 weeks before our wedding, and she helped us SO much. She was organized, attentive, flexible, and really went above and beyond especially on our wedding day.
When the big day finally came, it was a huge weight off of our shoulders to see Lindsey handling nearly everything for us! It was impressive. She always had a handle on what needed to be done and communicated with our vendors early and often to make sure everything happened the way we planned.

The best!!
We had an incredible experience with Vision in White Events for our wedding. Lindsey was our lead planner, and she, along with her two assistants, were absolutely amazing.
Lindsey was organized, proactive, and truly the best money we spent in the entire wedding planning process. She kept me on track every step of the way and helped me think through so many details I wouldn’t have even known to consider. Honestly, I’m not sure our wedding would have happened without her. She helped us navigate so many unforeseen circumstances with total calm and confidence, and everything came together seamlessly because of her and her team.
My only regret is not hiring her for more of the planning process. She went above and beyond at every turn—even continuing to help us after the wedding with a few lingering vendor issues, which meant so much.
I can’t recommend Vision in White and Lindsey enough!

Truly no words for how amazing Lindsey with Vision is White is!! We live out of state so planning a destination wedding was super intimidating. I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came to hiring a wedding coordinator, I just knew I needed some help! WOWWWW did she exceed all expectations!!! After our initial meeting I was so excited to work with her- I just had a good feeling about putting such an important day in her hands. She walked us through every step and detail from 6 weeks out all the way up to the wedding day. I couldn’t sign the agreement fast enough!! She truly handled every single aspect of our big day. From the very beginning, Lindsey was professional, extremely responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and not to mention went above and beyond for us. We love Alex!
We met with a handful of wedding planners when we first started our planning process, and after some pretty disappointing calls with other planners in Nashville, we were beginning to feel discouraged. Then came Alex, and from our very first meeting with her, we could tell she was a true expert and that we would be in good hands. She was, of course, communicative and detail-oriented, but what made the biggest impact for us was that she was truly the calm in our storm. Whenever we were indecisive or behind schedule, she met us with kindness and patience. She always had an answer to our questions, a solution to our problems, a vendor for our ideas, and we just trusted her completely - we knew she would take care of us. On our wedding day, Alex and her team executed every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment together without ever wondering if things were being taken care of. It was genuinely hard to say goodbye to her after our wedding, and we just cannot recommend Alex highly enough for your day.

Truly Wonderful
Someone told me early in the planning process that wedding planners were "angels" and that completely describes our experience with Lindsey Rogers. As two people who had no time to plan a wedding, she kept us on track, answered our crazy questions, kept things moving and made sure everything fit together perfectly. She even navigated having a baby and her own wedding to make sure that our wedding went off without a hitch. We cannot thank Lindsey and the rest of the VIW team (including Alex) enough for making our wedding a reality. We were able to approach our wedding without the "event jitters" and just to focus on our family and friends and each other, knowing that everything else was taken care of. Great experience with Alex!
My husband and I hired Alex as a partial planner pretty early on in our planning process and I could not recommend her more!! As someone who is type B and was generally unsure about a lot of things wedding-planning, Alex was incredible. She helped us with what to do, when to do it, how to do it. Any questions that ever came up she was so knowledgeable, and quick to respond and help. I can honestly say I never felt stressed while planning the wedding, or the day of. To say that I did not once think about/feel responsible for what needed to get done on the day of my wedding was so incredible. I just got to enjoy the day with my friends, family, and husband, which made everything so special. You definitely need Alex on your team!!!

Lindsey with venue in white - best of the best
Before the wedding planning even began, I was insistent that I did not need a wedding planner — and my husband was NOT having it. He interviewed about ten different wedding planners and businesses, and Lindsey with Venue in White stood out immediately and without question.
I had the privilege of working with Lindsey for well over a year while planning our wedding. She was there through it ALL — every single vendor meeting, venue tour, food tasting… EVERYTHING. She has the best energy in the world and is unbelievably talented. She responded to my endless emails (even the numerous silly questions), tracked down our marriage license from a rental car we had already returned, and stood by my side every step of the way.
We cannot recommend Lindsey Rogers with Venue in White enough. Lindsey, you made all of my dreams come true. 💛 i am soooo jealous of all the future brides that get to work with Lindsey - she was just incredible

Alex was awesome! She kept us on track and organized the entire process with weekly emails, checklists, budget tracker and everything in between. I also loved that she came with us to pick out things like chairs, venue walk throughs, and rentals. It was great to have an experienced professional with us to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. A vision for the vision less
As someone who was completely overwhelmed by the thought of planning a wedding, Alex was truly the answer to my troubles. Alex maneuvered lots of opinions, a budget, many ideas, and THAT many more emails. She found great vendors, set us up with people that we loved and created a wonderful experience for my husband and me. We got a ton of compliments on the wedding, mostly on decisions that Alex made! I would have been lost and an angry shell of myself if I had not had her on this journey. She found a unique venue we loved and I was truly stress free the week of my wedding--unheard of! ViW came recommended by a friend of mine after their wedding, and I’m here to pass along the good word! As someone who loves planning, and has also worked in the event industry, I was anxious about putting my day into someone else’s hands, but knew it was A Need for a stress-free day. The best wedding planner!
I had Sydney as my planner for my wedding on 4/5/25 at Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. It felt like we had our on waitress catering to our every need the day of the wedding. I never would have imagined someone this helpful and kind for us. We even had to postpone our ceremony due to a tornado warning and Sydney made sure everything was moved inside and went smoothly. We truly would not have been able to do anything without her! I would recommend her 10000X to anyone needing a planner. This company is worth every penny! I cannot say enough good things about them, our whole experience was so lovely.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Alex and her team! From the very first meeting, she listened to every idea and vision we had, and helped to turn our dreams into a stunning reality. Couldn't have asked for a better planner
The best decision we made during our planning process, aside from to get married, was to hire Alex/Vision in White. She impressed us by the start by how communicative and informative she was, and she was always ready to help or answer one of my millions of questions during our entire long planning process. Alex and the rest of the Vision in White team absolutely went above and beyond throughout both the planning process and day of, and I can't imagine how much more overwhelming our planning process would have been. I know she stays crazy busy, but Alex always made us feel like a priority and highly responsive. Her expert vendor recommendations all turned out to be absolutely stellar, she served as a single point of contact for all things wedding, and helped us make smart choices that kept budget in mind while making amazing design decisions. Vision in White was actually recommended to me by another planner who was out of my price point, and I was honestly hesitant to sign up for full planning help due to the cost, but I could immediately tell as soon as we hired Alex that her help was going to be invaluable and absolutely worth every penny and more! On the day of the wedding, the VIW team was seemingly everywhere at once and made everything flow incredibly smoothly. I'm so appreciative of Alex and VIW for helping us to plan what many of our guests told us was the best and most fun wedding they've ever been to.

Alex and her team were incredible. We are a out of town couple and having a planner who knew the area was extremely important to us. Alex made sure we only worked with the best vendors, she made sure those we signed with gave us the best deal and everyone had only positives to say about Vision in White. We worked with Alex for almost two years and the entire time she made us feel like we were her only client. She made sure every little detail was thought of. I don't think I could have planned a wedding without her and her team. She took all of the stress and left us with all the fun. I would recommend her a million times over. The Best Planner I Could Ever Ask For
I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Alex and her vision in white team . I am a huge party person, so how was I even going to begin planning the party of all parties …. My wedding ?!! I was an out of state bride and had no clue how to even begin . The first time I met with Alex, I just knew her calm personality was going to be a good fit for my high strung self !!!! She was soooooo organized and detail oriented . She was always multiple steps ahead snd keeping me filled in with our timelines . I am the biggest Dolly Parton fan and wanted to incorporate our QUEEN in every way I could without being tacky . She really helped bring my quirkiness and obsession to life . I even had some wild ideas for party favors and decor and she hit the ground running and made it all happen . I often times made her pivot away from some projects she worked hard on simply because I changed my mind and she handled that like a champ . When my creativity was running dry , she was there sending me links and options and carrying the heavy load where I lacked ! Not to mention how much stuff I had to ship her !!! We had plenty of face time sessions while she was at vendors and always made the best decisions when I couldn’t be there to make them . I trusted her 10000%. We had a few people that I wanted to work with as vendors that proved to be a little challenging and she helped me navigate that and took complete charge ! She actually has the best sense of humor too, and I loved all of our emails and chats . I feel like I hit the wedding planner lotto, and even gained a friend I can come see for a drink when I’m in Nashville ! I Would HIGHLY recommend hiring Alex and her team . We hired Sydney with Vision in White for full planning services, and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives!
As busy professionals, we really appreciated having Sydney’s help and experience throughout the whole process. She kept us on track with timelines, connected us to vendors, helped us find guest lodging, joined us on all our tours/tastings, kept us on budget, and many other things. Amazing Experience!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Alex and her team are! I had picked several wedding planners to interview and Alex was the first. I knew immediately she was the one. Throughout the entire process I truly felt like I was planning our wedding with a friend. We were one of the lucky couples that had to postpone due to the pandemic but even with two date changes Alex did not miss a beat. Each time it was completely seamless and she was always able to calm my very anxious self down. I looked to her to help me with my vision which included having our dog in our wedding and there wasn't a detail that was forgotten and she absolutely nailed it! The day of the wedding was absolute perfection. I was able to actually enjoy the day and have zero stress. Everyone at our wedding is still talking about how amazing and beautiful it was and also had so many compliments on Alex and her team. We will absolutely be using her for any future events! You will not find another planner like her!

Best Weekend of Our Life!
Alex + VIW are the absolute best, we cannot recommend VIW enough!!! If you are looking for a wedding planner that will plan your perfect wedding, keep you on track leading up to the wedding, and make sure your wedding weekend is stress free, then call Vision in White. Alex and her team did the most phenomenal job taking care of our wedding this past Memorial Day. We had our wedding in Nashville, which was a destination wedding for us since we are from Texas/Kentucky, and had never been to Tennessee and wanted a really fun weekend for our guests. Alex and her VIW team took care of every single detail leading up to the wedding and made sure our Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding went off smoothly. We have received endless compliments since the wedding about all the food, band, decor, venue, photos, etc and these were all recommendations from Alex. When I say there is not one detail we would have changed looking back, I really mean it, and that's all due to Alex's expertise!

Best Planner Ever!!
It took way too long to write this review because I honestly couldn’t put into words how amazing Alex & VIW was!!! My husband and I had picked an out-of-state venue and booked Alex about 2 years before our actual date, and she made the entire planning process one of the easiest things ever. From giving us a few recommendations for each vendor category to helping us knock every meeting out in one weekend trip to Nashville. Everyone always talks about how stressful wedding planning can be, but Alex honestly made it so easy.
The weekend of the wedding itself went off without a hitch. If there were any problems, Alex & her team did a phenomenal job of hiding them from me and my husband because we have literally no complaints or regrets about the entire weekend. All we hear our friends and family talk about is how it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. I honestly cannot say thank you enough to Alex for everything she did for us and for always managing to work my last minute changes. If my husband and I ever have a vow renewal, we’ve already decided Alex would be the first person we contact if we need to hire a planner again!

My husband and I are still reeling from what was the most wonderful day we could have ever asked for. Our wedding was more beautiful, meaningful, fun and stress-free than we could have ever dreamed of and that was because of Alex and Logan from Vision in White. We worked with Alex for over two years as we planned our postponed wedding. She was so responsive, helpful, detailed, organized, easy going, fun, and so knowledgeable. We planned our wedding from afar so she was able to introduce us to Nashville's best vendors and help us execute all of our non-traditional personal touches. She never got sick of my million emails or questions and helped us remain calm and stress free during all of our planning. Logan and her team helped us for the last 6 weeks and I couldn't have asked for a better person to execute our wedding day. She had all of the million details under control, she was fun, easy-going, and made everything go so smoothly. I never had to worry about a thing. Alex and Logan are flexible and go far and beyond the call of duty to make the wedding planning and wedding day so fun, easy, and organized! We loved having VIW as our "month-of coordinators".

Weeks later, my husband and I cannot stop talking about how incredible Alex B and her team are!!! We opted for the full-access package with Alex B and would absolutely do it again. Wedding Planning Superhero
Alex B made planning a wedding in Nashville from across the country during Covid feel like a breeze. I knew from our first phone call that I had someone who would be in my court and find ways to translate my vision into reality. I am incredibly organized by nature, and I loved have Alex B's detailed checklists to look back to (she always checked in to make sure anything not yet checked off was getting done). She gave me vendor lists to help narrow down my search and helped handle complications of planning a wedding with a strong minded family member. Alex B was always reachable (in her communicated hours) by phone or email, and she never scoffed at my 4 emails sent on the same chain. She was able to help tie break any vendor choices, but she never was pushy about her views. She was honest and organized and made the process fun. She managed minor issues with hair and makeup on the day and coordinated the actual event in a way where I knew of no issues, if there even were any. Cannot recommend her more. As I always told my friends in the planning process, my wedding planner is a superhero.

A++ expirience
My husband and I live out of state so it was essential that I find a great wedding planner.Happy to report that my wedding was absolutely perfect and it is 100% thanks to Alex of Vision in White!
Highlights:
- VERY organized. Alex creates a timeline of when certain planning tasks (ie sending RSVPs, Invitations blah blah) and keeps everything on schedule
- When the original date had to be postponed because of Covid -I didn’t even have time to be stressed about it because Alex immediately contacted vendors and set things in place for the new date.
- Recommended vendors that were amazing
- Was very helpful in navigating the family dynamics that inevitably pop up when planning a wedding
- Very available and is quick to respond to emails
- Negotiated a partial refund to the ONE vendor she did not reccomend that F’d up royally (also worth mentioning I was blissfully unaware of the drama until days later)
- Several other things that were above and beyond the terms of our contract and really meant a lot
I truly have no complaints- I feel very lucky to have found this company!

Alex and Logan handled our wedding planning with absolute breeze and made the entire process effortless. During the tough decision to postpone our wedding... twice, Alex understood our situation and made such an emotional, stressful time as simple as can be. Logan took over as our month of coordinator and we cannot thank her enough for her thoroughness, professionalism, and hard work. Every detail was accounted for and I was so thankful that we were able to enjoy our day with ZERO stress. Logan didn't miss a step and even accommodated our game-time decision to switch the ceremony to outdoors (with ten minutes notice). As a venue owner and planner I had very high standards for my own wedding May 1. Hiring Alex and her team for month of planning was the best decision we made. Having a wedding at our own venue proved to be stressful (somewhat like having a wedding at your own house) but Alex handled all of it in stride and took so much of that stress off of us. She was great at handling all of our last minute details and making our dream wedding a reality. Our wedding had lots of decor details and personal touches and I was a bridezilla (THE FIRST STEP IS ADMITTING IT OK?!) and a micromanager being a planner myself and Alex reassured me with her confident chill demeanor and made sure everything was under control and managed to juggle all of it with grace. She also was tons of fun (which is also important in a planner cause your wedding should be fun!) and was there every step of the way on the actual day making sure we were hydrated and keeping us on schedule. Vision in White is the way to go!
Alex B was an absolute lifesaver when it came to the weeks leading up to our wedding. Wedding planning is stressful enough, so as a Corona bride who had to postpone and almost re-plan the entire day, and who had our original planner drop off, it was overwhelming. We had Alex for Month-Of wedding planning since I still wanted to do most of the planning myself, and I'm so glad we did!! Trust me when I say the weeks leading up to the wedding are not bliss and it is essential to have someone you can trust by your side to lead the charge. Being from out of state, I wanted minimal stress with planning a wedding and Alex helped me with just that: a stress free experience. Even during a pandemic! As they all say, the day comes and goes - and it did! But I was able to actually be present and relax throughout the entire day because Alex and her team were so on point. They handled everything from start to finish. From recommending vendors and being present for every meeting and decision making, Alex was there. And on the wedding day, her and her team did it all - setting the itinerary, making sure everyone knew what to do and where to go, setting everything up and even broke it all down. I’m 110% sure there’s so much more they did that I can’t even think of because that’s how effortless my job was. I simply just picked what I wanted, paid for it, and showed up. Our 10/4/2020 Pandemic Wedding
Planning a wedding as the 2020 pandemic crept in was certainly not ideal; I realized a few months out from our date that I needed help! I researched probably a dozen coordinators in the Nashville area, and ultimately was referred to Alex Bovee by my trusted photographer and friend. There is truly not enough space in this little box to express my gratitude for all of the hard work, time, consideration, and thoughtful care Alex put into our wedding day. I hired her as our Month of Coordinator and I cannot stress how much anxiety she took off my plate from the moment we had our first phone call. I booked a venue that was essentially a shell, so she took over the task of communicating with literally 12 different vendors - it is safe to say I would have been bald by my wedding day if Alex was not such an integral part of our planning! As with most weddings, we also encountered one potentially MAJOR catastrophe at the last minute; Alex handled it so seamlessly that we did not even know what was going on until it had already been dealt with. Not only did she take on all of these tasks prior to our day, but during our actual wedding day she and her assistant were incredibly attentive to every minor detail. They went above and beyond any expectation that we had when we hired Vision in White; they brought our vision together beautifully, and truly provided a service that allowed us to relax and really enjoy every moment of our day. Our wedding was one for the books; our guests were thrilled with all of the details, and we could not be happier reflecting back on our memories. It was an incredible day, and we really credit Alex for how amazing it all turned out! We just used Vision in White Events for their elopement package and I cannot recommend them enough! After having to change our wedding plans due to Covid we had about 3 weeks to plan everything. Alex B got it all done and expertly planned for us! From the first email, she was the most attentive and responsive with every question and detail. The elopement package included EVERYTHING we needed to make our small wedding dreams come true. She constantly kept in touch with us through email, texts, and phone calls to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. The day of was stress-free and our plans came together perfectly. The officiant, photographer, flowers, venue, hair and makeup, and violinist that were included in the package were all amazing. Alex made our wedding day go so smoothly. Throughout the process of planning the wedding, she set up meetings with us to go over logistics and just listen to us explain our concerns and desires for our big day. She executed all of these perfectly! Alex was very organized and helped us a lot with the timeline of the day. Also, she took the burden of communicating with the vendors off of us. My husband and I are both stationed overseas so when we got engaged last Christmas, we knew we needed the help of a professional planner to pull off our Nashville wedding. Enter Vision in White.
From the get-go, we were impressed by Alex B’s engagement and responsiveness during the holiday season. When looking for our planner, I was particularly worried about finding the right personality match. I didn’t want a bunch of cheesy nonsense, I wanted a reliable and serious professional who we could rely on while planning from long distance. We interviewed and elected to work with Alex K—and she proved to be the meticulous, responsive, and knowledgeable partner we needed.
Hands down, the best aspect of working with Alex was managing the paralysis of choice. There are just SO MANY vendors out there. As an industry insider, Alex was able to take our budget, priorities, and schedule and provide us with a curated list of vendors, category by category. Instead of picking needles from a haystack, we were choosing from 3-5 vendors at a time who we already knew were within our budget and available on our wedding date. **If you’re debating hiring a planner, I can tell you from our experience that the savings in time and stress from this approach alone is worth the investment.
We stayed ahead of the planning curve, took care of all payments on time, and lined up a truly amazing team of vendors and venue with the help of Vision in White. And by the time our big day rolled around, I knew Alex would nail the event while we enjoyed the day with our friends and family—and she killed it.
With the exception of saying “yes” to the proposal and to one another on our wedding day, hiring Vision in White was hands down our first and best decision!

I literally couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! Anything I questioned or needed she had all the answers. All I had to do was tell her my vision and she was on it. When it came to the wedding day I didn’t have to lift a finger. There is no way I could have planned my wedding without Alex. She had an assistant on our wedding day who even got down in the floor playing with our son. Vision on White Events went over and beyond our expectations and we will forever be grateful!

The most fun wedding planners to work with!
Vision in White was a DREAM to work with to plan my wedding! I actually found them from researching and reading reviews here. Everyone wrote wonderful things about working with them, so I reached out. I did the partial planning package with Alex Kournetas, and it was the best planning experience I could have asked for. We worked together for 14 months to plan my wedding. Alex K immediately took the time to get to know me and my wedding vision so that by the time we were doing vendor meetings, she was able to on the spot describe my wedding vision better than I could. She had a way of knowing exactly what I wanted and what would go with my vision - it was crazy! She never pushed me to go with certain vendors or looks but more gave her professional opinion based on getting to know me. She was so communicative - texts, emails, calls. We talked so much over the 14 months (I was planning from afar in D.C.) that by the end, I felt like our meetings were more like friends getting together. Planning from afar too was no problem - Alex always made time to meet with me and come to vendor meetings with me when I was in Nashville. I was someone who obsessed over details and stressed about timeline, and she never had a problem reviewing details with me again...and again...and again! The wedding day was also an absolute breeze. I never once thought about timing, coordination, trying to tell people what to do - Alex K and her team had it covered. She had Alex Bovee and two others with her. They were on top of everything from moving our massive wedding party around, our families, the guests - they were so coordinated and smooth. Everything went exactly as we planned, and it was all in thanks to Alex K being the best wedding planning partner I could have asked for. What an AMAZING wedding day we had! You should definitely book Alex K and Vision in White - I honestly miss planning and meeting with Alex K all the time. I want to do it all over again!!

Alex K and VIW worth their weight in gold!
Alex K and the planning services she provided me and my family were worth their weight in gold. I purchased the partial planning, which was so incredible. She helped set up appointments for the big vendors and create a vision for the big day. I not only had someone there for all appointments so I wasn't alone, but she also was always prepared with the right questions. She helped me to feel confident and comfortable with my decisions, and she made sure we stuck to the budget.
Alex was always available when I needed her. She made sure to answer any questions I had with her expert knowledge, even the small stuff that I just couldn't decide on! She truly felt like a friend at the end of the planning process.
On the wedding day, I cannot express how laid back the day was because of her and her team. I was able to actually enjoy my day of getting ready and spending time with my bridesmaids while Alex K handled literally everything else! From the vendors to the schedule, all the way to helping me with my bustle, it was a magical day thanks to her and her team of professionals. I would recommend her and Vision in White to anyone getting married and wanting to enjoy the planning and day-of process!

My husband and I had an unusually short engagement of 3 months and we were on a strict budget. Kellie Eavey at Vision in White made our planning process much less stressful. Especially as the bride with a full time 9-5, there's no way I could have pulled it off without her. She was a great affirming voice in every decision I made and imparted her expertise in the decision making process. I believe she gave us above standard assistance going above and beyond for us in every way. She thinks of every detail that matches your vision, creatively honing ways to stay within budget. She also did an incredible job of matching us with amazing vendors that worked within our vision and budget. Best Decision Ever!
Alex Bovee at VIW was an absolute dream to work with. Planning our "destination" wedding from Manhattan, we knew we'd need serious help. Our wedding vision was a backyard wedding at our lakehouse 2 hours from Nashville, with transportation by boat, fireworks, and family-style catering. She made it ALL happen flawlessly. She also did the flowers for our wedding arbor which were beautiful and came out exactly like the photo we gave her. She gave us wonderful vendor recommendations and we got so many compliments on all of it, from the band to the portable restroom trailors! The entire process of planning our wedding was a breeze, and our wedding day was perfect.

Vision in White's Alex Bovee went above and beyond all our expectations in helping us craft and flawlessly execute everything we dreamed our wedding would be! From initial guidance on how to prioritise elements, to gentle shepherding to keep us on timeline and on budget, Alex was the perfect mix of sensible and warm hearted - she was super helpful with recommendations and assistance in the planning stage, with excellent communication - critical since both bride and groom were in separate countries to herself and each other, with a nine hour time difference. On the day of the wedding and the rehearsal prior Alex felt like a touchstone and a very reassuring presence. The peace of mind from knowing she was taking full responsibility for the execution of every minute detail was priceless, always on hand but never intrusive, to ensure timings flowed perfectly, everyone was where they should be, little kinks were addressed seamlessly and we just had utter confidence that she understood exactly how we hoped our day would come together. Choosing to work with Alex K. from Vision in White was the best decision I made during the entire planning process. She is SO great to work with & she will keep you motivated to get things done. I was so overwhelmed with planning by myself and felt so much relief once we hired Alex K from Vision in White for our wedding. Honestly, Alex kept me sane during the last month leading up to the wedding and to me that was priceless! Once I met with Alex for the first time I knew that on the big day I would have nothing to worry about. She was so organized and paid attention to all the details big & small! It rained on our wedding day (we had an outdoor ceremony & reception) and she & Alex B. worked tirelessly to make sure that my vision was still in tact despite the rain & tents we had to put up! They were there when we needed them all day, made sure we ate dinner (trust me it is hard to find time or remember), they helped find shoes for me to switch into, made sure everything was packed up perfectly at the end of the night, and were some of the very last people to leave our wedding that night! The absolute best decision I made for my wedding was to hire Alex K as my coordinator! She was so professional but also incredibly personable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I literally didn’t do a thing on my wedding day as she was running around in the background making sure things went smoothly, which meant that myself and my family were able to enjoy the day and be in the moment. Amazing Planning and Flowers
I worked with Kellie for planning and Alex for my flowers and both were incredible. My flowers were so gorgeous I cried when I saw them haha Alex nailed it with the flower selection and arranging. I just told her the color scheme I wanted and she created the florals I dreamed of.
Kellie was awesome to work with. She made the day and weeks leading up to the wedding completely stress free. She was a terrific communicator and super organized. I couldn’t have done this without her and she made it so I just had to show up and enjoy the day.
I would hire them again in a second and recommend them to everyone I know!!

Vision in White was an absolute dream to work with. Alex B sent us an angel on earth (Alex K) to be our month of coordinator. About two months out, planning was getting a little too stressful, and so we extended our month of package out by an additional month. Alex K. hit the ground running and never stopped. I am so appreciative of her sweet, yet no-nonsense manner. Our vendors loved working with her, and the wedding went off without a hitch.

Alex K. was the magic touch to our wedding planning and a big reason why the day of was perfect! We had several calls with wedding planners before speaking with Alex K. of Vision in White. As soon as we started our conversations we knew she was "the one"! Throughout the time we spent together, her professional and fun personality, organization and wedding planning experience always stood out. We trusted her advice and opinions and appreciated the strong relationships she had with all our vendors. Alex K. kept us on schedule with all the wedding to-do's which allowed us to not stress during the planning process. Anything we asked or requested was never an issue no matter how strange, and she was always available for us to bounce ideas off-of via email or text. Alex K was a dream to work with! My husband I wanted something a little out of the ordinary (and out of city limits). Alex never batted an eye when I told her where we wanted to get married and she was eager to help us design our dream day.
Alex is very detail-oriented and she ALWAYS gives you options. There was never a time where Alex was hesitant or unwilling to at least try something -- even if it was out of the ordinary.
Ultimately, Alex K. listens to what you want, gives you vendor options that really enhance your vision, and then delivers every time on budget-friendly contracts.

Alex K was our month-of coordinator and there are not enough words to describe how organized, patient, efficient and absolutely amazing she is! Working full-time while planning a wedding is extremely stressful. Alex K took so much off of my plate and helped keep me organized- I immediately began sleeping better at night! I so wish that I could go back in time and work with her from the get-go, not just for the month of. I never realized just how much goes into planning a wedding and if you're questioning whether hiring a wedding planner for more than just the day of or month of is worth it- it is!
Alex K touched base with me a little over a month from the wedding. She was so friendly and so excited to begin!
After our first meeting, I felt more organized and much less overwhelmed. She was always so quick to respond to my emails and text messages and took over all communications with each of the vendors. Kellie from VIW helped with our rehearsal and ceremony and she was also wonderful! The day of the wedding, Alex K and her team ensured that everything- big and small- was in order. She ensured that each person was where they needed to be when they needed to be there and allowed my husband, our families and me to truly enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. I can not say enough great things about Alex Bovee and the Vision in White team. She was fun to work with, super organized and attentive, and she worked SO HARD to make our day as perfect as it could be. We purchased full planning services because my husband and I both work very long hours and often travel for work. Alex was always so flexible with our schedules and took on all of the little things that we just didn't have the time or energy to care about. And the end result was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The only thing that went wrong on the day of was a minor hiccup with a groomsman's shirt (that was the fault of the menswear vendor) and Alex and her team had it resolved before I (the bride) even knew something was wrong. I would recommend Vision in White to anyone getting married in the Nashville area!

Kellie was amazing!
Our event manager at the hotel told us to not spend our money on a planner because she could handle everything. Being from Minnesota, I hired Kellie for month of planning services to help coordinate the vendors as I was so far away. I'm glad I did! The event planner quit working for the hotel 6 weeks before the wedding and things unraveled immediately - the new event manager did not even know the date of our event! I could not have ever imagined that things could go as wrong as they did. Kellie stepped into a huge mess.
Her professionalism, and skill at her job are simply fantastic. She physically went to the hotel, called corporate and continued to work to make my daughter's wedding absolutely perfect! She was able to put out every fire while keeping my daughter calm and excited for her day.
Kellie ran the rehearsal professionally and had everyone ready for the next day.( Being in the moment at the rehearsal, I am glad we were not trying to coordinate that alone because it was a feat getting everyone where they were supposed to be.)
The day of the wedding went off perfectly! Kellie and her assistant, Kaydee, were wonderful! Kellie kept us on our timeline and made everyone feel relaxed, so we enjoyed the day without having to think about anything except celebrating the love of a special couple.
I do not even want to think about what would have happened in this situation if we did not have Kellie. Words cannot explain how valuable she was to us. Investing in her service was was 100% a great decision, and I give her 10 out of 5 stars!

Alex K. was awesome!! We loved working with her as our month-of planner. She's very responsive, helpful, thoughtful and organized. Honestly, we have no idea how our wedding would've turned out without her. Highly recommend.

We just used Vision in White Events for our April 7th wedding. Kellie was our primary coordinator and we LOVED every second of working with her! She was helpful, encouraging, responsive. We HIGHLY recommend using this company as your coordinator. We also used their florist services. Our flowers were beautiful. Alex walked through all the options with me and was AMAZING! Hands down the BEST purchase we made the entire wedding. Can't say enough good things!

I used Alex for "Month of Coordination" as well as florals for my wedding. She was wonderful. On such a stressful day, it is SO helpful to have someone to help make sure you stay on schedule and ensure that everyone is where they are supposed to be. If anything went wrong on my day, Alex made sure to deal with it without me even knowing or stressing about it. She is kind and flexible and more than willing to make sure your day is perfect for YOU. We had the perfect day for us, all thanks to Alex!
She also decorated our table centerpieces, and did the florals for our wedding. My bouquet was gorgeous and so were my bridesmaids'. The centerpieces were perfect and she found exactly what I asked for. She is also very helpful when it comes to showing options and helping with decisions, which was so comforting for an indecisive person like myself. I would highly recommend Alex for your big day!

Working with Alex K. from Vision in White Events for "partial planning" was hands down the best decision we made during the wedding planning process! Our Type A personalities worked well together and she is SO organized, sweet, and fun! I was finishing my post-graduate school training and my husband was in graduate school during our engagement giving us very little time to plan. Alex was always understanding of our insane schedules and helped us make up our minds anytime we were stuck. She was always available via email, phone, or text. She understood the feel and look my husband and I were going for and made fantastic suggestions of vendors and decor based on our style. Day of, we were so relaxed and able to enjoy every minute knowing that Alex had it 100% handled. We are beyond thankful we were able to work with Alex K.! Our wedding would not have been the fairytale it was without her!

Alex B. was an absolutely amazing partner when planning my wedding!! She was flexible, understanding, supportive, and honest the entire process, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that!! I work full-time, and all the time, and she kept me on track, on budget, but still allowed me to do a lot of the planning or pick up the slack when needed! Hands-down the best investment and gift to myself for the entire planning process!!!

Where to even begin when trying to explain how amazing Alex B and her VIW team was for helping to plan our wedding! We planned our wedding in Nashville, while we live in Canada, and we cannot begin to put in words the gratitude we feel for Alex. We worked with Alex for about 17 months planning from a far, and she truly made all of our dreams and vision turn into a reality for the big day. Alex was professional, approachable, organized, personable, and so much fun! We definitely had some moments throughout the process of “what are we thinking” planning a wedding thousands of miles away, but Alex was there to handle every hiccup, worry and stressful situation with a calm approach, joke to lighten the mood, and suggestions to problem solve any situation that came up. Alex took every idea we had and tried (and succeeded) at making every one of them come to life.
Seriously, if you are looking for the greatest team to help make your wedding planning process fun and enjoyable, and your wedding day to be everything you imagined, look no further - Vision in White is it! We had so many compliments about Alex and her team from our guests, and every compliment she received was more than deserved. Alex had an infectious positive personality, and we don’t just consider her our wedding planner, but honestly, our friend!
Thank you, Alex, we had such an amazing planning process and wedding day that we keep saying we want to do it all over again - exactly the same, we wouldn’t change a thing!

As an incredibly type-A, overly organized, and probably way too involved bride, even I knew that I couldn't pull this big day off all by myself. Thank God I chose Vision in White to help make it happen. Alex K and her team went above and beyond to juggle incredibly short set-up windows imposed by my venues, a guest list that somehow got larger than we comfortably could accommodate, and very, very specific requests by me. I hired Alex pretty much immediately after I got engaged, which was a whole year ago. Her checklists kept me on target as the months went by, and her vendor recommendations were priceless to me! I was so grateful for Alex's relationships with many of my vendors, which helped make the process move smoothly and also helped us know exactly what to expect from each vendor. Not only did Alex exceed all my expectations professionally, she also has become a great friend throughout this process. I genuinely felt like she was invested in helping me pull off my dream day and making it everything I hoped for. She was incredibly responsive to all my millions of questions and was always able to give me feedback when I needed someone else's thoughts on a vision I had. On the wedding day, it was invaluable to have someone else handling logistics so that I could sit back and actually enjoy the fabulous party we had planned. I couldn't begin to imagine doing it all by myself and never in a million years would I want to! I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Vision in White and Alex K! You will 100% not regret this choice!!

Alex Bovee and her team did a great job coordinating and helping plan our wedding day so it ran smoothly. When I first met Alex I really liked her and knew we would worked well together. I hired her for the 6-7 months prior to the wedding because I was unable to keep up with all the demands of wedding planning along with my demanding full time job. She kept me focused on what needed to be done and when, and helped ensure everything was done on schedule before our special day. I highly recommend her and her team to any bride and groom looking for someone to help coordinate and plan their wedding day when things just seem too overwhelming.

Alex Bovee gives me life. Together, my husband and I make a very type-A team, so we were nervous to hand over control of our wedding to someone else. The day I met Alex, I told her, "I take the bar exam the month before my wedding, so I won't be able to help at all that month." She assured me it would work out. She was also the only planner who didn't scoff at our moderate budget. I hired her that day, which was eleven months before our wedding. While I was studying for the bar and while my husband was working, Alex took care of every detail. She suggested a caterer that people genuinely raved about, a DJ that people were hugging and dancing with at the end of the night, and a makeup artist that has now become my friend. She is so relaxed, confident, and easy-going. Any time we had a hitch in the plan, she made it work out, and she did so graciously. On the morning of the wedding, I texted Alex about how nervous I was. Not only did she respond with a super encouraging message, but she also kept checking on me throughout the day, making sure I felt good and had plenty to eat and drink. She takes care of people and things! Alex, if you read this: thank you so much for making our wedding so special. You went above and beyond what we wanted, both in terms of planning and florals. More importantly, you have treated us so well during the planning process and helped me get through a really difficult summer--planning a wedding during the bar. Alex-freakin-K y'all
We met Alex K I think 1 year (to the day) from when we got married. We walked away from that meeting and my husband suggested I cancelled our other meetings with potential planners. He felt like it was a waste of everyones time to speak with anyone else. And I total agreed. It's crazy how good she made us feel RIGHT AWAY! We went with the month of planning (because I am a control-freak-crazy-pants). I was nervous about the handoff 30-days out, but that turned out to not be an issue at all. Alex is wayyyy organized and totally has it. And you know that from the moment she takes over. She handled everything with grace and then some. I was getting really spacing towards the end of the planning (13+ month engagement and a full time job will do it to ya) and she was so kind and reminded me to give her things she needed to do her job in such a nice way. Our wedding day could have been so stressful, but because of her, it was easy and so much fun. Alex, I'll never ever be able to thank you enough. You rock girl.
Alex B - Was up for a challenge. I come from a longline of church & wedding florists, but we decided we didn't want family working on our wedding day. We threw so much at Alex B is such a short amount of time. She came through BIG TIME! We are so grateful for all your hard work and patience.

Alex was incredible! She made me feel comfortable and I legitimately felt like we were friends by the end. Our wedding went completely perfectly, and she even let us borrow some of her things for a party we were having the next day. She made sure everything went smoothly dealt with some loud and difficult to work with relatives, and was always professional and easy-going. She was the perfect fit for us and I would recommend her to anyone!
