Kathryn went above and beyond for us!!
We hired her as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. She is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and she is the person you want by your side as you plan for your big day.
The day before our wedding, I had forgotten to purchase flowers for the entrance, and she was so kind to get them for me and she even created a beautiful flower arrangement out of them. Thanks to her, my husband and I were able to celebrate with our families stress-free. Kathryn was so supportive throughout the whole process; she created an event timeline and confirmed with all vendors, she came to the rehearsal at the church, and she received all the rentals (the day before our wedding).
She's the best, so consider yourself lucky if she's available for your wedding date. -

For a perfect wedding- Hire Kat
Y'all,
if you're thinking about hiring a wedding planner, hire Kat. Like for real. Just do it. She is the literal best. My wife and I got married on our 11th anniversary, and Kat helped us orchestrate the entire affair. I'm not gunna say my wife and I particularly easy or hard to work with but if you believe in astrology... we're both Virgos... and if you dont... we're both PhD students... so planning a wedding with us could have been difficult; except Kats organization, execution, and vendor connections were invaluable to us in creating the perfect day.
But here's the kicker... after Kat agreed to do our wedding we found out she organized the weddings of several of our dear friends and co-wedding guests!
I wanted to share a few pictures of Kat at our special day: in the first she is helping get everything set up, in the second she's surrounded by all the couples who's wedding she has planned, and finally one of the many many flower arrangements she put together for us! All in all she is a wonderful help, a great advocate, and all around a great human. You will not be disappointed working with her! -

TL; DR
HIRE KAT! She was the biggest support in helping create our perfect day. No detailed was left unaccounted for throughout every step of the way. I would work with Kat again in a heartbeat.
Fun fact: After we hired her, we realized she was also the wedding planner for two of our bestest friends’ weddings (which were also incredibly beautiful and well-organized events)!

I was quite reluctant to hire a wedding planning. My reasons being that I’m organized, good with research, and excellent with time management. I could handle a wedding that was about a year out and around 50 attendees with my handy spreadsheet skills. But my fiancé wanted to talk to a wedding planner.
Then the introductory call with Kat came and I was 100% in by the time we hung up. She put me at ease without me even realizing I had been stressing a bit. She heard what both my partner and I were saying about what we wanted, didn’t want, and everything in-between. She clearly knew her stuff in addition to being wonderfully kind. Even though we hadn’t said “yes” yet, Kat was taking notes and getting excited about who she was going to recommend (we choose the less involved option, but the support was always 100%).
Turns out planning a wedding is a lot of work…I often found myself putting wedding things on the backburner, but Kat kept us on track. She would send regular e-mails to see if there was anything she could do to help or in-put into our timeline and budget spreadsheets (that she provided).
The contacts she suggested were tailored to our wishes and were absolutely spot on! At one point I thought the hair/makeup person hadn’t responded after quite a while (pro tip: check your spam folder) and Kat was beyond ready to reach out to see what was going on.
The week before the wedding Kat was even more involved and supportive in what we needed to make our day absolutely perfect. For instance, the day before Kat, the groom, and I went to a local flower shop and bought a basketful of bouquets which Kat then took home and arranged. I tossed words and vibes at Kat, and she ran with them and soared.
I felt cared for by Kat at my wedding. She made sure the groom and I were hydrated, fed, and enjoying our day. When the cold rain started, her spirits did not go down in the slightest.
Her well wishes extended beyond the ceremony and wrap up messages. No detailed was left unaccounted for throughout every step of the way. I would work with Kat again in a heartbeat.

Kat is such a delight to work with. I was super stressed about the idea of planning a wedding, but then Kat came in and I don’t even know how to describe how amazing she is. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She handles all of the details, and many of the ones you don’t even think about. There were so many things day off I just didn’t even think about that she just totally handled, no questions asked. She doesn’t stress about the last minute things and has such a calm presence, she’s exactly what you need in a wedding planner and more. Our day was incredible and it had everything to do with all of Kat’s hard work. Her direction throughout the entire process is so helpful. She’s available and attentive and just so dang good at what she does. I will forever be so grateful that we had Kat handle one of the biggest days of our lives. -

Hire this woman! You won’t regret it!!!
Kathryn Eyers is simply amazing!!! She was instrumental in having the wedding of our dreams and is reasonably priced. She understood that we were on a fairly tight budget and that our top goal was to have a FUN time with our beloved friends and family members…with a classy/country vibe. She met with us multiple times, both online and in person, to gather and share information as the event planning progressed. She brought a sense of calm and organization to what otherwise could’ve been incredibly overwhelming. She helped us with resources and ideas that enabled us to do exactly what we wanted. She stayed in touch with our vendors (photographer, flowers, DJ, food, cake, bartenders, venue owner, etc). We had the BEST time at our wedding. Kat was always there in the wings, quietly and pleasantly making sure that EVERY SINGLE THING was happening, as planned. She kept us on schedule, while allowing the flexibility that was needed to ENJOY the weekend.
Kat brings knowledge and clarity to wedding planning, making it an overall joy to pull off your vision. We couldn’t have done it without her, and we are forever grateful. If you’re debating about the wedding planner to choose, this is your person. Just hire her! Our rehearsal/welcome evening and the wedding went off just the way we had hoped…a dream fulfilled! -

WOW! Where do I even begin? If you are considering hiring a wedding planner or even if you aren't - you need to hire Kat! Kat stepped in about a month prior to my son's wedding and literally took charge of EVERYTHING! She communicated perfectly with every vendor to be sure that they did everything they promised. She remembered EVERY single detail and everything we discussed. She is sweet, responsive, calm, friendly, organized and welcoming. Nothing phases her. She handled curve balls with such a calm nature. She made the day run so smoothly so we could just enjoy ourselves. There is not one thing she could have done better! We love Kat! -

Working with Kat to plan our wedding was the best decision we made during the entire process. From start to finish, Kat went above and beyond and really made the whole thing as stress-free as possible. She was so communicative, creative, professional, (but also so positive and friendly!) and wonderful to work with all around.
She also knows and has great relationships with top vendors in the Austin area which made planning and the day-of coordination a breeze. Her great working relationships with these vendors and her attention to detail helped us make early decisions about things we hadn't even considered and it really made it easy for us to focus on enjoying our wedding day.

Kathryn did such an amazing job to help coordinate and plan our wedding! She always was attentive and helpful at every stage of our planning process and was totally on her A-game even as she delivered a baby during the last couple of months of planning!
She supplied us with an abundance of organizational tools and helpful tips, and was just overall wonderful to work with. She was always quick to respond to our every email and call, and always had super helpful input!

As an event planner myself, I am particular about who I work with, especially entrusting someone to act as the day-of coordinator for my own wedding day. Kathryn at Unwrapped & Uncorked events came highly recommended to me through a mutual friend who I trust.
Kathryn and I built a 2.5 year working relationship due to COVID postponing our big wedding from November 2020 to November 2021 and she was a true resource through it all. Although she was hired as my day-of coordinator, she went far beyond that scope touching base with us throughout the planning process, giving vendor recommendations and just being an overall rockstar through it all. She even helped with some recommendations for our small elopement in Fredericksburg in 2020.
Kathyrn was detail focused and asked all of the right questions leading up to the day. The event management software that she uses makes communication, timeline, and event details a seamless and easy process while planning. On the day of, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a person be in so many places at once, but she did it and managed all of our vendors. She handled running the timeline and making sure we were on track, event set-up/tear down and all of the stuff you don’t think about in between.
There were a few small snags with a vendor during the day and I didn’t have a clue because Kathryn problem solved and handled things with ease, which is how a wedding day should be… full of fun and time with friends and family, not worrying about small details and who is where when. Again, I cannot recommend her enough, she is professional, calm, easy-going, personable, detail oriented and a problem solver which is everything one wants in a wedding coordinator. Thanks again for going above and beyond and making it such a special day for us!

She was always so organized and was there to answer all my questions and made sure I was not too stressed the month before the wedding as she helped me with all the last minute details. Kathryn was the calmest, most organized, dependable and helpful person the day of our wedding. Things were perfect. Absolutely perfect in my eyes. Kathryn was completely amazing!!!
The truth is that the only reason we hired a day-of wedding coordinator was because our reception venue required it. And initially, we sort of begrudgingly did it because we had to...but it just seemed like another expense and possibly an unnecessary one! But now that all is said and done, I'm honestly not sure what we would have done without her! Seriously, my husband and I agree that it was 100% money very well spent...and one of the best decisions we made! Though we hired her as a "day-of" coordinator, she was present and helping from a month before our wedding! She took so many things off our plates, especially in the days leading up to the wedding! And then, on the day of our wedding, it seemed like she was able to bilocate or something! She was everywhere we needed her to be, taking care of so many things that we wouldn't have been able to handle and making it so that we didn't have to worry about anything! She handled it ALL! We remain in awe of EVERYTHING she helped with, handled, and took care of for us that day!
I completely understand how expensive weddings can be...but trust me, you really should find a way to make hiring Kathryn fit into the budget! You will not regret it! -

I have worked with many planners before but Kathryn is truly the BEST there IS!!. She has the perfect eye when it comes to Details with any event from weddings baby showers or corporate! I have witness how she makes the client feel special from the very beginning to the very end! She is always on time in fact she gets to her destination 30 minutes ahead of time and runs the event effortlessly and she is one of the kindest people you will ever meet! Every client or vendor who has the opportunity to work with Kathryn is truly fortunate!
