    Highly Recommend!

    Cannot recommend Tum Hi Ho enough. We were engaged in March 2024, and we immediately started looking at wedding planners. We signed with Tum Hi Ho in April 2024, and we went with the full packing/coordination package because we were planning to have a Western ceremony in addition to our Hindu ceremony. We also wanted to aim for Spring/Early Summer 2025. Hiren and his team immediately got to work, and we were able to have our dream wedding in May 2025. Tum Hi Ho was there every step of the way. Tum Hi Ho has relationships with a lot of different vendors, so we never felt pressured into picking any particular vendors. Hiren made comparison sheets for us to compare the vendors we had met with, and he reviewed all the contracts that were sent our way. He and his assistant were also very responsive to questions, and they gave honest feedback about vendors and meetings with vendors.

    The day of coordination was when the team really shined though. My wife and I worried for nothing. We needed nothing. The Tum Hi Ho team took care of everything (with help from our families). Some of our friends had mentioned they weren't able to enjoy their own weddings because they were so worried about the details, but Nina, our lead coordinator, and her team handled it all. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding, and best of all, we were able to actually eat the food we had picked out.

    We are so thankful to the team for planning and coordinating our wedding, but we are most thankful to the team for allowing us to enjoy our wedding.

    Best Decision Ever!

    If you're looking for reliable wedding coordinators to ensure your wedding runs seamlessly through and through, you'll want to go with Tum Hi Ho Events. We hired THH for day-of-coordination but even before our wedding day, Nina (our lead coordinator) was jumping through hoops to ensure we had the smoothest wedding possible - no matter what unexpected situations came up!

    We had quite a few unanticipated changes and cancellations come up the week leading up to the wedding and Nina was in direct contact with all of our vendors to ensure everything was communicated in a detailed manner. THH, along with all our wonderful vendors, was forced to pivot so much DAYS leading up to our wedding but still remained organized and diligent through it all. We've said this so many times, but we wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day and that is largely because of how perfectly it all went. None of that would have been possible if it wasn't for Nina, Nikita, Romy, and Aditi - the best hypewomen and coordinators we could've asked for!

    Our wedding included a lot of extra, non-traditional elements that can easily throw off a timeline - for example, we had a double baraat that ended with a choreographed dance. Our coordinators remained calm and were able to keep our guests moving in the right direction so everyone knew where to be when. Our direct families, bridal party, and several of our guests commented on how well our whole day flowed and how organized our coordinators were!

    We are so thankful we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day and forget all the craziness that went into the planning process. We owe so much of that to Nina and THH!

    Hire thh asap!

    We will never forget the image of Hiren sprinting from two sides of the resort on our wedding day to coordinate bharaat, first looks, guests, and everything in between. We had our wedding in Lake Tahoe, where there is not the same infrastructure for Indian weddings as other places in America, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Our vendors came from all over the country, and presented unique challenges, even for a professional and seasoned team like THH. Hiren and his team were with us every step of the way. They communicated well, often, and helped us on creative aspects, in addition to logistics. Our wedding weekend in Tahoe turned out to be well beyond our expectations, and we are so thankful for all of the incredible amount of work this team put in. Everyone will deal with a lot of vendors for their Indian weddings, and you will often feel like you are getting price-gouged. That is NOT the case with this team. THH was the only part of our wedding where we felt we get outsized value for what we paid. I know they are really popular, so book them early and don't look back!

    The Best Wedding Planning Team!

    After not much success on our own, we hired Tum Hi Ho Events upon the recommendation of a friend to be our wedding planner and Day Of Coordinator for our May 2023 New Jersey wedding. Hiren was our lead planner and ultimately the lead coordinator. Hiren and the team were very personable and professional from start to finish earning trust both from us and our discerning parents. He was a polite and vocal advocate for us to vendors, friends, and family both upfront and behind the scenes. Even a month later, our guests are still praising our wedding weekend as the first time they had been to an Indian wedding where all events ran on time and complimented the Tum Hi Ho team for their efficiency and coordination. Specifically, Hiren and team managed to direct all guests for the post-wedding photoshoot in such a quick manner that they made up for a small delay and gave us some more free time in between our events. They became not just trusted advisors, but friends throughout the whole process. Our confidence in Tum Hi Ho allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend fully without being burdened by the stress or worries of how it would all come together. We recommend Hiren and his team wholeheartedly.

    Wedding 05/2022

    I truly don’t know how we would have pulled off our dream wedding without Alisha and the Tum Hi Ho team! They kept us extremely organized in the months leading up to the wedding with a client portal managing timelines. Their questionnaires made us discuss and plan for aspects to the wedding weekend flow we hadn’t even thought of! Alisha was always extremely responsive by email/text/call for even the smallest questions we had during the process. She had an amazing way of giving us suggestions and feedback while also incorporating our vision for the weekend. Alisha, Juhi, Madhavi, and Romy were absolute rockstars as well during the actual weekend! We had so many compliments on how organized the weekend felt despite having over 500 guests going between multiple sites and events. I am so thankful that after a year and a half of planning, we hired THH to put it all together so we could truly sit back and enjoy the weekend of our dreams! You cannot go wrong choosing Tum Hi Ho for your wedding planning needs!!

    Excellent vendor!

    I'm so glad I had Tum Hi Ho to work with for our wedding. They are so quick to respond, easy to contact, and incredibly helpful and organized. The way they helped me organize our wedding was nothing short of fantastic. They level of attention to detail was amazing and I did not have a single moment of stress our wedding weekend because of them. Multiple people from our family and friends came up to us after, to also state how great they were. I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone!

    My wife and I recently used TumHiHo Events for our wedding planning needs, and we have to say that their team exceeded all of our expectations.

    First and foremost, the venue sourcing process was a breeze. They listened to our vision for the big day and presented us with a variety of options that fit our budget and style. We ultimately ended up with a stunning local venue that was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

    In addition to venue sourcing, TumHiHo Events was also instrumental in helping us find the perfect vendors. From the photographer to the caterer, they recommended top-notch professionals who all did an amazing job on the day of the event. We were particularly impressed with the event decorator, who transformed the space into a beautifully decorated and cohesive vision of our dream wedding.

    As far as the plan details go, the TumHiHo Events team was incredibly organized and thorough. They made sure that every little detail was accounted for, from the timing of the ceremony to the placement of the centerpieces. They even helped us create a seamless flow for all of our events, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and without a hitch.

    But perhaps the biggest standout for us was the event coordination.     Absolutely incredible!

    Hiren and his team are absolutely spectacular. From leading every meeting from the first second with grace, attention to detail, and patience, they are truly designed to carry out weddings seamlessly. Working with them made our wedding ceremonies so memorable and fun for everyone involved. This was the best decision I made for my wedding.     Make your dream wedding a reality with THH

    We’ll admit, as two former consultants in the creative space, we had unimaginably high expectations of what we needed out of a wedding planner for our fusion destination wedding in Mexico. We are thrilled to say Hiren and his team at Tum Hi Ho went above and beyond to successfully collaborate, plan and execute our dream wedding.

    Planning a destination wedding requires a special level of attention to detail, especially when it comes to logistics, vendor management and communication. It was important to us that we found a planner with experience in the space, who could guide us through the process smoothly. We interviewed 10+ potential planners, but were drawn to THH by their honesty, professionalism, organization and clearly outlined milestones. THH had a streamlined process to extract information out of us and keep us on track – helping us narrow down vendors that fit our criteria early, ensuring we received our vendor of choice and helped us avoid any date conflicts. Their process also ensures you get the chance to move from creative ideation to execution in a way that helps you absorb the fun parts while also completing planning milestones. THH comes prepared with a client portal to keep the couple organized, questionnaires to prompt creative thinking, and templates to help manage budgets throughout the planning process.

    THH were always impressively responsive to our requests, emails and texts, setting up separate forums to help directly communicate with our vendors, wedding party and parents. When it came to the week of the wedding, they were able to navigate a sea of complexity on multiple levels, especially when it came to event set-up, managing many vendors, and keeping guests informed of when and where they had to be.

    Special shoutout to Anchal and Radha who rounded out Hiren’s team and became our de facto saviors on so many occasions throughout our five events. There’s no way we could have had our flawless dream wedding without the Tum Hi Ho team!

    The Best Decision Of Our Wedding

    Hiren and his team were the BEST decision we made for our wedding!! From day one, they made us feel so good about how everything was going. We had due dates and timelines for when we needed to hit each vendor a year in advance! And then the amount of work that went into the actual day of planning was crazy, but it all went so well. Every family member, bridal party, etc. had their own play by play of where they needed to be by when.

    Overall, just alleviated so much stress from us, I couldn't recommend him and his team more.

    Above & Beyond in Everything They Do

    If you're planning your wedding, the best decision you will make is setting up a call with Tum Hi Ho Events. This team is on top of it.

    Three things from our experience that will helpful for you to know:

    1. THH is personalized. Despite planning hundreds (thousands?) of weddings, our experience with this team was always about what we wanted and our vision. We were never pressured into a decision and THH provided their expertise when we asked their opinion. There were certain elements we were cost conscious on, we felt completely comfortable having this conversation and THH didn't settle until we came up with a plan that worked best.
    2. We live in California, our wedding was in Philadelphia. Hiren was flexible with our availability and we conducted the site visits and all of our meetings virtually. We really trusted Hiren (and team) in helping us design the best possible experience for our guests across 3 events with three different venues and three very different vibes. This trust really paid off, the response from our guests has been that our wedding was the best wedding they've ever attended (including those that have been historically hard to please).
    3. Planning a wedding, especially a wedding with several events and traditions, has the opportunity of become overwhelming. I never felt that way because THH has the process down to a T. Hiren and team made making decisions digestible for us by laying out the milestones we had to reach over a period of time and we broke up the planning process into phases. THH provides all of the tools you need & they do a really good job at helping you stay organized. From budgeting, to venue selection, to building the day of itinerary, there wasn't one thing that wasn't thought of and discussed. Both my husband and I really appreciated that. We weren't stressed, and that says a lot.

    When we look back our wedding, the first thing that comes to mind is how much we appreciated the opportunity to work with and get to know Hiren, Miloni, and the THH team. We wouldn't have been able to pull this off without them. They're more than just our Wedding Planner, they're family.

    Amazing Wedding Planners!!

    Tum Hi Ho Events did an incredible job planning our wedding. We opted for a custom package and were able to tailor all of our planning needs. Hiren and Miloni addressed all of our pre-planning needs and assured us that our big day would run smoothly. This was the first Indian wedding that we personally experienced starting and ending on time. Although there were unexpected circumstances, the event seemed flaweless to the audience and us because of the awesome responsiveness of the THH team. We would highly recommend their wedding planning services.

    Best investment in your wedding weekend

    We were originally supposed to be married in 2021 and postponed to 2022 due to the uncertainty of COVID. We had hired THH in December of 2020 to be our planners and coordinators for our wedding.
    Safe to say we have spent a lot of time with our lead planner, Hiren, and his team, navigating family, COVID protocols, vendors, etc. They were easily the best investment we made the entire wedding. I will split my review on their planning versus coordinating services since I wasn't originally sure if I wanted help with the planning (now that I've done it, it was 100% worth having them for both).

    1. Planning - Hiren was able to guide us as we reviewed many vendors for everything (caterers, DJ, band, decorators, baraat vehicles, photographer, videographer, cocktail mixologist, sari drapers, HMU for family, HMU for bride). He gave us space to get to know the vendors and provided his view on vendors when we asked. He also quickly understood our style / vibe. I remember a particular decorator meeting we went to and Hiren quickly could tell I was not interested and unsure of which decorators would understand my vision. He guided me to the decorator I eventually went with and he was completely right we loved her. My husband and I did all of the planning ourselves, our families participated a little but we made all of the decisions. We also made a few non-traditional decisions in wedding planning that our vendors were a little resistant to. Over and over again Hiren (quietly/subtilely) advocated for the decisions we made and made sure that our wedding weekend was a reflection of who we are. It was something so many of our loved ones said to us after the fact - this wedding really felt like you guys! I'm not sure we would have stuck with some of those decisions if Hiren hadn't helped us stick with our gut feelings.

    2. Coordinating - I mean just impeccable. The communication with families, vendors, bridal party was all on point. Everyone received advance schedules and knew where they needed to be. We were on schedule (or early) the whole weekend and everyone commented on how well the weekend flowed. This was both because of the advance work the team did and their attentiveness during the weekend. I remember that 10 minutes before the baraat it started drizzling and neither my husband or I felt like we knew what to do (should we shift indoors or stick with the original plan?). Hiren was able to make the game time decision for us and we stuck with the original plan. The drizzle ended a few minutes after we started. In times like that it was great to have someone on the ground who had done this countless times. His instincts are excellent.

    Our other THH day of coordinators were also amazing. They pre-empted our needs and brought very positive calm energy. There was a moment after my baraat (we did a joint bride/groom baraat) when my contact lens was messed up and we needed to go back up to the bridal suite so I could handle it. My bridal attendant managed all the stress around ensuring I felt comfortable while also getting me to my ceremony entrance in time.

    The last thing I will say is that I actually enjoyed my wedding and my friends, family and husband say the same. With THH handling so many details, we were able to let go of a lot of stress and spend time with our loved ones. There's no greater feeling at the end of a wedding weekend that we waited 2.5 years for.

    Awesome team THH!

    THH Team helped us create an awesome experience for my son Tanuj & Neha's wedding. Our decision to work with them was well worth it. We placed our trust in THH after first hand experience of the wedding they delivered for my son's friend. Right from the first meeting with THH we felt very comfortable as if Hiren and Milloni were family members and we were planning it all together. They helped us with everything including big ticket items like venue, caterer, decorator, mehndi / makeup artist, DJ & photo/video vendor sourcing. There are so many little things they took care of that would be too much to list here. THH has great relationships and were able to get us discounts for so many things. They were so resourceful with so many ideas, suggestions and solutions that made our lives so much easier as we planned 5 events at different locations. Without them it would have been so much more difficult and stressful given that all of us in the family have full time jobs with long hours and unpredictable work schedules. Our weekly meetings and the status reports every Friday helped us stay focused over the weekend to discuss internally and make decisions and complete tasks on time. I am truly grateful to the THH Team for everything they did for us. I strongly recommend all newly engaged couples to work with them if they prefer to remain relaxed and joyful while creating a beautiful wedding experience that will be remembered by all your guests forever.     Best Decision Ever

    Hiring THH was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process! We cannot stress how important it is to have a planner to just run things smoothly for your big day. Shriya, our lead coordinator, along with Nikita, Ami and Krishna were the dream team we had for our big day. They absolutely killed it from morning to night. Our families have came up to us and said it was one of the most well organized and smooth weddings they’ve been to. Its been over a month and we get phones calls about how amazing everything went. Even our parents who had no idea how wedding planners worked, were so amazed at how these girls coordinated everything. Shriya knew exactly what we wanted and made sure everything went as we dreamed of. She was patient with us and our families from the beginning.     Thh is the best!

    The best decision we made during the entire wedding process was choosing Tum Hi Ho as our day-of coordinator! Our lead coordinator, Aisha, was absolutely amazing! She began working with us in March to help us plan for our big day in June. From the very start, Aisha was extremely personable and took a keen interest in getting to know us. In conversations leading up to our wedding day, Aisha made sure all the small details were taken care (a lot things that we did not even think about!).

    Aisha developed a specific timeline of our entire wedding day, detailing every component down to the minute, which proved to be monumental in ensuring everything went smoothly. Along with the timeline developed for the bride and groom, there were specific timelines created for immediate family members, bridal party, and vendors – just another example that shows how THH goes above and beyond in their execution. The day of the wedding, the entire THH team calmly handled some major curveballs and displayed tremendous poise under pressure. Regardless of curveballs, the THH team quickly recalibrated and ensured that our timeline still stayed intact. They truly put our minds at ease and allowed our family and us to live in the moment without any stress. We were beyond thankful to them for this!

    The constant feedback we are continuing to receive from aunties and uncles that attended our wedding/reception has been how well organized the entire day was. THH truly did an incredible job of understanding what our vision was and doing their part to bring it to life. A big shout out to our day-of team - Aisha, Krishna, Ami and Ruchi!     Our wedding would not have been a success without THH

    One of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding was hiring THH! Nina was the absolute best lead coordinator we could have asked for. She was very detailed oriented, meticulous with the planning, and helped the day run so smoothly. The entire THH team went above and beyond the entire wedding day to ensure timelines were being adhered to and making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. I even had some wardrobe issues with my reception outfit and Nina and team dropped everything to help resolve as quickly as possible. We are so thankful we had them on our most important day and would recommend them 1000x over. Our wedding day would not have been a success without them!

    10/10 Amazing Experience

    THH did an incredible job with our wedding. It’s not easy to put blind trust in anyone, especially on your wedding day but the team made it so easy to do so. Shriya as our lead coordinator did an amazing job and our attendants Krishna and Alisha made us feel so special - everyone made the details of the day flow seamlessly! They are genuinely just sweet, kind people so you can easily see the care they put into their work. It’s not easy to coordinate a big 500 person wedding, especially as one of the first full weddings our guests have been to post- pandemic. But, even our guests raved about the coordination and when someone says that from the outside looking in, you know they really mean it! We also had the unique experience of having to postpone our wedding twice because of COVID and THH was extremely understanding for what was a very difficult time for everyone. I would highly recommend THH- you will not regret it.

    Best decision ever - highly recommend

    I don't know how to fully express how pleased we are with Tum Hi Ho events. Quite frankly, it was the single best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process - everything else went absolutely perfectly and it was a 100% domino effect after choosing THH as our planning and coordination company.

    One of the first statements Hiren, our lead planner, said to us during our initial meeting over a year ago was "we're going to become real close over the next year." And he was not kidding. Hiren and Miloni who took on the planning of our destination wedding in Cancun (6 total events which took place last month) were our confidants and sounding boards through every up and down that comes with wedding planning. The level of organization and structure THH provided through the whole process is incomparable. Planning a destination wedding in the midst of an ever changing pandemic is no easy feat, but they are consummate professionals that were honest, realistic and empathetic through every step. They took on all of our concerns as their own and fought countless battles for us to bring every one of our visions to life in the most tasteful and unique ways.

    My husband and I were extremely impressed through the planning phase, but to be transparent - we were holding our breath until our events approached to see how everything really came together when it counts. Ok... you need to understand what I mean when I say they ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT. Hiren along with two attendants, Shaili and Romy were absolutely amazing from start to finish through our entire wedding weekend. Every single moment I was worried about anything, it was already taken care of before I could even say the words. Every friend/family member involved in a specific event or anyone who had a particular task WAS ALREADY THERE ready to go before I could even investigate - THH handled EVERYTHING. I was floored at their thoroughness and ability to think on their toes as things came up. It was seamless.

    I lost track of how many people came up to me praising our planning team. What sets THH apart is the fact that they are GENUINELY good people who build an invested relationship with you when they take your wedding on. Having Hiren there interacting with the most important people in our lives so effortlessly felt like family was managing our wedding - he had our best interests in mind the entire way through and was our most valued source of safety and security. I don't know how to thank him, Miloni, Shali and Romy enough. They will forever be tied to the most incredible experience of our lives. Emphasizing this as much as I possibly can - choosing THH for planning/coordination will be the best decision you make for your wedding. Hands down.

    If you’d like a little more detail:
    Our wedding coordinator was one of the last vendors we booked. Allen and I wanted to make sure we chose the best of the best because we knew staying on track with coordination and logistics was going to make or break our special weekend. Following our sales call with Hiren, we knew Tum Hi Ho was the team for us! Even before hiring THH we received excellent customer service, which was seen throughout our time working with them!

    We were privileged to work with Hiren as our lead coordinator. He and Milloni tag teamed all of our questions during the 3 months before the wedding. We never went more than 24 hours without a response from our THH team! During our calls Hiren worked with us to make sure everything we possibly wanted would abs could fit into our timelines! He offered advice and suggestions on how to optimize our wedding weekend!

    The timelines and itineraries Hiren made were super meticulous and insanely helpful. Our family and friends kept coming up to allen and me telling us how seamlessly the whole weekend went event with the hurricanes like weather we endured. The team made us feel like we were the center of attention in the best possible way - exactly what you would hope for your wedding weekend! We couldn’t be happier with our our wedding weekend turned out and it definitely would not have been possible without Tum Hi Ho! Allen, myself, and our families thank our Tum Hi Ho team from the bottom of our hearts! Tum Hi Ho made our dream weekend a reality!

    Thh is amazing

    Everything was so amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better lead coordinator, Charu was amazing, and listened when I needed to vent however still got things done, when I couldn’t! She read over all my contracts and helped me make sure everything was good before signing papers which made me feel so much better! I don’t have a least favorite thing about the day, because the THH TEAM made it absolutely amazing! I don’t know how I can repay you!

    By far the best wedding planning team! During Covid I had to change venues many times and Hiren was always there to reassure me that everything was going to be okay!     The best planners ever

    Cant say enough about Hiren and the THH team. we are extremely grateful that we went with THH, as Hiren and his team got us to the finish line. Without them, i dont know what we would have done.     THH helped our dream wedding come to life

    Ami was a pleasure to work with from the start of our wedding coordinating process. She was always readily available to answer our questions and helped us with all the small details of our wedding logistics. Because we had Ami as a partner, we were able to feel at peace leading up to the wedding.
    As we got closer to the wedding Ami had reached out to our bridal party to keep them in the loop of everything going on. This minimized the questions they would ask us and was super helpful in keeping them on time for their photos. Ami also kept in touch with all of our vendors and even helped us negotiate some tough conversations leading up to and during our wedding weekend.
    During our wedding weekend we had Ami and her team (Evana, Khizra and Zalak) for our Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. Not a single thing we noted to them was missed. They were all very professional and there was always someone around in case we had a question or needed something. They were able to do this while always keeping a happy and welcoming demeanor. We were so thankful that our family didn’t have to stress about anything because THH was there to take care of it. Our wedding actually ended up 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which allowed all of us to enjoy and savor every moment instead of feeling rushed.
    We would highly recommend THH to our all of our friends and family for wedding coordinating services. After attending and being a part of several wedding over the last couple years, we can confidently say that they are one of the most professional and organized coordinating companies on the east coast. We can’t explain how thankful we are for THH’s role in making our dream wedding come to life!

    We have nothing but great things to say about Ami P and the Tum Hi Ho team. Leading up to the wedding, my husband and I had so many moving parts between vendor changes and issues, venue restrictions, parents' requests, and changes my husband and I wanted.     The Best Wedding Planning Team

    Words can’t express the level of gratitude that Dev and I have for the Tum Hi Ho team as they helped create our dream wedding into a reality! We started working with THH team back in 2019 and from day one they exemplified professionalism, creativity and and a diligent work ethic. I knew since we were having a Hindu Ceremony, Catholic Ceremony and a reception in one day, I needed the best team for the job and I had heard from multiple people THH was the best in the business. We decided to go with the day of coordination services plus additional help with finding two vendors. We initially worked with Hiren on finding two of our vendors - decor and photo/video. Hiren came to all of our vendor meetings and together he helped us find the best vendors for us and ensured the vendors understood the vision we wanted for our big day. Of course due to Covid we had to postpone the wedding and THH helped navigate us through that process ensuring we could keep all the vendors on our new date.

    For the day of the wedding, Alisha was our lead coordinator and words can’t express our gratitude to her on how smoothly our entire day went. Our guests could not stop raving about how timely everything was despite having such a tight schedule. The wedding day went without a single hiccup and I know that was due to Alisha’s meticulous itinerary, coordination with our vendors and her amazing team. The other three coordinators Ami, Nina, Preeti went above and beyond making sure we had whatever we needed during that jam packed day. They even covered me in sheets and shuttled me back and forth in it just to ensure that I wouldn’t be seen in my outfit before my grand reception entrance. I can honestly say that Dev and I were not stressed at all on our wedding day and that was largely in part due to the THH team. Dev and I and our families will be forever grateful to THH and for those couples who are are debating on who you should pick for your dream wedding team don’t hesitate on picking THH!

    If you're looking for an event planner, do not look any further. Tum Hi Ho met our every need and made our big day special and memorable. From our first conversation, we knew Hiren's team was committed and extremely detailed - they answered all of our questions and cleared any concerns. Without any hesitation we knew this was the right planner for our wedding. The team is extremely detailed, organized, and concise in their planning process. From monthly meetings to questionnaires to Whatsapp texts and powerpoints this team will absorb any and every detail and ensure your big day goes flawlessly as planned. Coming from a Gujarati family we were concerned about preparation for multiple rituals, Hiren's team handled this smoothly given they have ample experience in dealing with Gujarati weddings. His team will take care of not only ceremonies flowing smoothly but also timing of meals through all events, wardrobe malfunctions, last minute scheduling changes, emergency situations that need to be handled right away. For example, our vidhai car broke down while the wedding ceremony was going on and Hiren was able to get a replacement without us having any idea that this was a concern. This was taken care of well in advance and we were notified after everything was taken care of. This is an incredible team to work with and this will be the easiest decision you make through your wedding planning process.

    The Absolute BEST!

    I had a truly amazing experience working with Tum Hi Ho in making my wedding come together as flawlessly as possibly! We had booked Tum Hi Ho for day of coordination services but were shocked to see how much effort and assistance they provide you months in advance. I don't know what I would have done without Alisha and all her help! She was in touch with all my vendors, helped us develop timelines and iteinterearis, made sure that we were bringing everything we'd need to the venue, and so much more that you don't think of while planning!

    Our wedding ran smoothly as possible undoubtedly because of Alisha and her team. But with any wedding, unforeseen mishaps happen and I was so happy to have Alisha and her team there to help set out any fires. I was so thankful to have them as a calming and yet fun presence.

    Dream Team

    From the first day to the main day, Hiren’s team was with us every step of the way. They made whole wedding planning process easier and took a lot of the stress off our plates. Hiren was our main point of contact and words cannot describe how thankful we are for all of his help. We had a destination wedding and had to rescheduled due to covid. This process would’ve been a nightmare but Hiren made it a breeze. He contacted all of our vendors, on our behalf, notifying them about the change and also found multiple dates that worked for everyone. Ultimately, we had no issue rescheduling and were able to retain all of our vendors. Hiren and his team attended all of our vendor meetings leading up the wedding which helped the day of go that much smoother. Tum Hi Ho was on top of every detail and as a couple we didn’t have worry or stress about anything. Because of that we got to enjoy every minute of our big weekend. Tum Hi Ho is fun and easy to work with. They truly care of you as If you are their own family.

    Precise, prompt and professional does not even begin to describe Tum Hi Ho. During a wedding there is so much to consider, so much to look at, and so much to think of. Hiren and his team were just AMAZING from day one. They would know my questions or concerns before I would know them! They were always one step ahead and because of that I can say my big day went off without a hitch. I could openly speak with Hiren and express my concerns and everything would get handled. He was always available to give any advice or a different point of view whenever my husband or I needed.     The Best Team

    When I initially began planning my wedding, I was almost positive that I wouldn’t need a coordinator. My fiancé on the other hand was convinced that someone like me, who is painfully meticulous of every last detail, would absolutely want one. Right from the first conversation with one of the team members, I knew that I didn’t want to be working with any other wedding coordinator. One of the best decisions I made during the entire wedding process was choosing Tum Hi Ho. We worked directly with Aisha who was absolutely AMAZING! She was everything I needed her to be. Organized, thorough, extremely professional, punctual and as attached to small details as I consider myself to be. Aisha and her team were so helpful from the time we began communicating to the actual wedding day.     The best event planners!

    Tum Hi Ho was wonderful to work with since day one! After having to postpone a few times, they were extremely helpful and patient with us. They were very responsive and always available to text/call when we needed them. Alisha, Hiren and their entire team made our wedding day so easy. We had no hiccups during the day and they made sure everything was on schedule. From getting in touch with our vendors to making sure our bridal party were where they needed to be, they handled it all.     Excellent and Talented!

    I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a wedding planner or coordinator at the wedding. You may think you have everything covered, but there is always that one thing you may forget. And most importantly, not all coordinators are bred equally. Tum Hi Ho Events hands down made our event function flawlessly and coordinated everything with excellent communication. We have to give a big shoutout to Ami Patel and her flawless team who was the lead coordinator and worked with us from start to finish. Tum Hi Ho knows what they are doing and eased any concerns or stress levels the days leading up to and the day of the wedding. For our wedding, we had excellent vendors, but Tum Hi Ho was the glue that put it all together!

    Could truly enjoy every part of my wedding day!

    The fact that I didn't touch my cell phone at all from 5am-2am on the day of my wedding and reception just speaks volumes to how much faith I had in Charu and the THH team to ensure that everything went smoothly and according to plan! Having to postpone our original wedding date due to COVID was made infinitely less stressful with THH taking the lead on reaching out to all of our vendors to ensure we were still going to have the wedding we wanted! I had so much trust in Charu based on all the planning google sessions, what's app messages, and phone calls - and she helped make the day go so so smoothly!     Must have for any Indian wedding

    I got Tum Hi Ho for my day of coordination. They started services about 2 months prior; however, do to covid, they were available for any questions or concerns even prior to the 2 months. We were assigned Aisha Sumar as lead for our wedding and we loved working with her. She was calm, patient and flexible. We had changed plans every 2 weeks due to the changing covid rules and made everything work out. The day of, the team was organized and everything ran accordingly to schedule which is difficult when you do a late ceremony that goes into a cocktail hour so every minute counted. Having a bridal and groom attendant made me realize how much I need this for my everyday life, but glad we had them for our big day. They both were attentive and had great energy. Overall, Tum Hi Ho did a great job and glad I chose them!

    My husband and I hired Tum Hi Ho as our Day of Coordinators so that our wedding day could be stress free for us and our families. We would highly recommend this team as everything went flawlessly the day of! Even with our multiple date/number of guests changes they were so accommodating and understanding!

    From our first introduction call to the day of, we felt very supported and knew that all of the details would be paid attention to. THH provides a timeline for completing questionaries' and even had many templates to help guide you through wedding planning!

    Hiren and his staff are great to work with from a vendor perspective! We have worked with them for the past 6-7 years now and they are just phenomenal. They are proactive from the months/days leading up to the wedding and the energy they bring the day of the wedding is of the highest standards. It's exactly what you need whether a bride or a vendor at the event. They aim to solution seek with everything that could possibly go wrong and keep the bride and groom really calm.     Awesome team, awesome time!

    If you are looking for a team of professional & personable event coordinators, Tum Hi Ho Events is for you. We had initially connected with THH to be our day-of coordinators for a cross-cultural Hindu American wedding weekend for the fall of 2020. Due to the pandemic, our plans changed significantly from hosting 250 for a long weekend in Philadelphia to a small vow exchange in my childhood home. The owner, Hiren, supported us through the entire process and was available for candid advice that helped us change our plans to a smaller but safer format. When we were paired with our lead coordinator, Nina kept in constant contact with us and made sure we were taken care of from weeks before the event all the way through our reception. Our wedding day went by so smoothly thanks to Nina, Khizra, and Ami; they were all so kind to our families that I hope we’ll be able to connect again for our postponed large celebration in 2021.     My husband and I spent a great deal of time leading up to our wedding determining whether or not we should get day-of coordinators. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, trust us, and hire one. I would have definitely regretted it if I didn’t hire Tum Hi Ho. We can’t think of a better group of people to work with than Hiren and his team at Tum Hi Ho events!

    Our first interactions with Hiren put us immediately as ease. His level of professionalism, preparedness, and ability to navigate the day-of activities thoroughly impressed us. There are so many details about the wedding day that we wouldn’t have had time to coordinate nor address with his support.

    Tum Hi Ho helped us with everything from coordinating timelines with vendors to ensuring that specific people were in the right place at the right time. They stood by our side to give us anything we needed throughout the day. Their team managed to fulfil significant requests such as taking 75+ family pictures after the wedding, facilitating a morning-of photoshoot offsite, and making sure that all our events started on time in the process. In addition to the day of, Hiren & team were there for us the night before to talk through last minute details and put me at ease for the next day.

    With all these requests, Hiren was willing to work with us on a truncated timeline. For this, we are truly grateful!!! Having gone through the process, I understand why it is so important to bring his team onboard from the onset of your planning.

    Tum hi ho is amazing!

    My husband and I cannot express how much we appreciate Tum Hi Ho. During our wedding events they were always on top of everything. 6 months later, we still receive compliments on how smoothly everything went. Alisha, Neha, Minesh, and Rina were amazing on the day of the wedding. We were running a bit behind during the first look, the team ensured that we caught up and we even wrapped up the wedding ceremony earlier than scheduled.     Stress-free Wedding Day

    After debating whether or not we should get wedding planners, my husband and I hired Tum Hi Ho as our Day of Coordinators so that our wedding day could be stress free for us and our families. We are so glad we did because our families had NO worries on the day of and all of our events ran smoothly!

    During our first call, Hiren thoroughly explained all of the services that they would provide and made me feel very comfortable about the attention to detail his team would put into the events. Throughout the final couple of months of planning, we were able to use their templates and questionnaires to figure out any loose ends we had forgotten about. 1 month prior to the wedding, we had our in person walk through meeting at our venue. My parents were so impressed by the detailed itinerary Hiren provided and they trusted him to deliver.

    On the day of, the Tum Hi Ho team made sure our vendors and families were on time and ready to go for each part of the itinerary. My bridal attendant Charu was there for me from when I was getting ready till the moment I walked down the aisle. Even though I just met her that day, she felt like an old friend and completely calmed my nerves. She also went above and beyond by helping my mom when needed and by putting away my wedding clothes/accessories, which is not part of her job description! Throughout the wedding, Hiren’s team made sure the event execution lived up to our planning and vision. They handled any unexpected situations that came up without us even noticing. Our guests took note that the wedding ran on time without any hiccups and that our parents were enjoying and entertaining instead of being stressed.

    Overall, we are SO glad we had Tum Hi Ho by our side on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy the results of our hard work to the fullest and owe it to them for making it a magical day.

    There is NO better team.

    We cannot thank Tum Hi Ho Events enough for doing an incredible job on our wedding day (and the weeks leading up to it). Hiren and his team were exceptional and their hard work and efficiency were much appreciated. The entire wedding day ran smoothly without incident, and within the buffered cushions built into our schedule. Even though I (the bride) was stressed about staying on schedule and on time, every team member consistently kept me calm throughout, and assured us that we had nothing to worry about (which was true). I loved that Nina (my bridal attendant) was so attentive while I was getting ready and always willing to help whether it was draping, assisting the makeup artist, taking pictures of my bridesmaids and I and even offering to help me go to the bathroom in my heavy clothing. She ensured that Karthik and I were well-fed and had a constant flow of drinks during our cocktail hour, which couples rarely do on their wedding day. We were so appreciative of that.



    Hiren was incredible throughout this entire process. Our scheduled calls were efficient and he kept all schedules updated real-time (and communicated well with our vendors), particularly over the final stretch leading up to the wedding. Even though we changed some things around a few times, he never expressed that these changes were tedious or annoying. Hiren was able to coordinate with and manage all of the vendors to stay on track with and fulfill our requests. He was always responsive via email, text, and even was able to manage our families and close friends behind the scenes. We truly depended on him and his reassuring nature was extremely comforting. We truly could not have done this without his hard work and diligence.



    The entire team worked together very well and constantly communicated with each other even though they were in different places within our very large venue. The day flowed seamlessly and THH Events was always prepared for what came next (regardless of whether we were or not!). In short, to any prospective bride and groom who is considering THH’s services, they are an absolute no-brainer. People do not truly recognize the value of being surrounded by experienced, competent, kind, and adaptable individuals on a day that is bound to be chaotic, stressful, and unpredictable, until they experience it themselves (ourselves included). We can say with utmost sincerity and confidence that THH helped make wedding a resounding success.

    Hire them!

    Hiren, Juhi, Nina, and Ankit were amazing! Our destination wedding was in South Carolina. There was no site visit done prior. The team came in early the night before to look at the site and get a better idea of resort that is over 1600 acres large! They did every little thing from putting out pamphlets (that I accidentally left home) 30 minutes before the ceremony to even walking my dogs! Hiren, our lead coordinator, was amazing in getting us organized from the get go. We had 3 meetings with him and each time he asked us questions that we didn’t know the answer to or didn’t even think of. Hiren organized all our vendors, and our venue has never been happier with a coordinator. Nina, the bride attendant, was always holding my dress, making sure I had food, digging my shoe out of the boardwalk, or even carrying my phone. She was with me the whole time and helped me with things I didn’t even ask her for. Ankit, the groom attendant, rounded up all the drunk groomsmen, which was quite a feat in my opinion. He was always with my now husband and made sure he was hydrated, refreshed and on time. Juhi, the vendor coordinator, made sure all our vendors were on time, playing the music we wanted, and helped filter people to our ballroom. This was an amazing team and I couldn’t have asked for better coordinators. My sister is planning on using THH very soon! Thank you for making this wedding run smoothly, but most of all relieving so much stress off my sister and me! You guys were fantastic! I promise you, you will NOT REGRET hiring them. This review doesn't even do justice to their amazing service.

    Best addition to the wedding

    Before the days leading up the wedding, THH helped us organize our wedding day from the time we woke up to the the dance floor opening up at night. The entire time, Shivani and I did not have to worry about a single thing. THH helped take care of every detail and ensured everything went as smooth as possible. Without them, our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was. Family and friends did not have the burden of being the "coordinators".

    Reassuring from day one, delivered to the last (BIG) day

    After my initial phone call with Tum Hi Ho, I knew we had to have them their that day to help coordinate our wedding. With ten vendors involved across two venues, I knew we would need a sharp team. They were professional, kind, and reassuring from the beginning, and I knew our wedding would be in excellent hands. What I also loved about them was their flexibility of their packages, allowing us to tailor their coordination to our exact needs. They delivered exactly what they promised, and I am still reveling how smoothly and on time our ceremony went off. I kind of wish I had them around to coordinate all of my life events, big and small! Cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a team that will make you calm, happy, and taken care of.

    Absolutely the BEST!

    Tum Hi Ho is awesome!! We first saw them in action a couple years ago while attending a wedding, and knew right away that we wanted to have them for our own wedding. After locking down our venue and date, THH was the first vendor we booked as our day-of coordinators! During our initial call, Hiren took the time to get to know us as individuals, and as a couple. Throughout the planning process, Hiren was available if we had any questions, then once our wedding day approached, we were regularly communicating. Hiren was very thorough in getting all of the information he needed, and even covered the details we might have missed. He personally contacted each of our vendors and created personalized, and very thorough itineraries for them, as well as for us, our families, and our wedding party. Everyone knew exactly where to be, and when. Hiren also worked through some logistical challenges that arose with our venue on his own, so we didn't have to stress or worry about it all. 
    The day of the wedding, Hiren and his team were absolutely wonderful. Each team member had their role, and they were ready and prepared from early in the morning, all the way into the night. They made sure everyone was on time, and in the right place. The whole team took care of us like we were family, and our attendants were by our side at every moment. Our wedding had a lot of logistical details and quite a few "nontraditional" elements, but with THH, our day was perfect! From our friends and family to our guests, everyone was very impressed with how well the day was organized, and even how quickly the picture process went! We also had multiple vendors tell us that THH was the best coordinating team they had worked with, and that the whole experience was so positive. 
    Most importantly, Jay and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. We didn't have a single thing to worry about because THH took care of everything. They carried out our vision and covered every little detail. The entire team went above and beyond to truly make this one of the most special days of our lives, and we cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us. Without a doubt, we will be recommending Tum Hi Ho to any couples going through the wedding planning process. Tum Hi Ho, you are unbelievably the best!

    Best Wedding Coordinators ever!

    It’s hard to put into words what Tum hi ho did for us. To say they went above and beyond is a understatement. They did everything, literally everything and then some. Because of Tum hi ho our wedding day ran smoothly and on time. ( something that never happens in our family). From the first conversation we had with Alisha and Neha to our Texts after the wedding, the whole team has been exceptional. Tum hi ho made us feel like family, we were able to call them, text for any small thing we needed help with through out the wedding planning process. They always gave us honest feedback and helped us find all the small things we needed help with. They asked us for all our contracts and they carefully looked through them all so on that our wedding day no detail that was written in our contracts was left behind. They were so particular with making sure everything was according to how I envisioned it to be.

    On the day of the wedding from the moment we woke up until they said good bye to us on our dance floor they were right there with us. They made sure our detailed schedule which they carefully planned out was going on time. From our 50 different sets of family and friends pictures to making sure the rooms were set up on time they did it all.

    Amazing company!

    THH was amazing. We worked with Aisha and her team and they were so thorough with their timeline. They made sure everything was on schedule and really made us feel comfortable! Our friends and family loved how smoothly everything ran on the wedding day.
    We had such a large family photoshoot and THH made sure the photoshoot went quick and seamlessly which not many people can do esp with large indian families.

    "I hope every wedding I go from now on is planned by you guys"

    Those are the exact words I said to Hiren after our reception. Tum Hi Ho, especially Hiren and Aisha, were absolutely incredible. They made our Mexico wedding go exactly as we imagined and then some.

    We weren't sure how serious we were about planning a destination wedding when we first started. Speaking to other wedding coordinators/planners before Tum Hi Ho was actually quite discouraging. But the moment Hiren responded to our inquiry he was immediately enthusiastic and incredibly helpful. We knew that he was the person we wanted to help us plan our big day.

    The preparation the team does to make sure every single detail is taken care of is immense. You don't realize how much attention even the smallest thing needs until you plan your own wedding. We had so many questions and many things we just had no idea to even think about. Having Hiren lead us through all of it during our months of planning was amazing; every meeting we had was timely, efficient, and productive.

    The entire weekend went by so smoothly. Not that either of us expected any disasters, but even our guests have made comments about how everything went without any hiccups. I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding. With the events being in Mexico, and having a more hands off approach vs events in America, we just kind of crossed our fingers and hoped that things would be how we asked for. Everything from the mandap, to the food, to even simple things such as table layouts were discussed only once in person. Hiren was our liaison for each and every vendor. And of course everything went perfectly. Hiren always just "got" us. We didn't have to clarify anything for him twice and he was always on the same page. We described some details to him once and he would convey them exactly to the people who needed to make it work. He never once discouraged us from trying to add in last minute ideas or changing some small details.

    I think the best thing about Hiren and Aisha was the amount of personalities they have to juggle and just how well they do it. Parents, guests, priests, vendors, and travel agents all hand their hands on our wedding weekend and yet every single one of them came out of it having great things to say about the team. We also only met Aisha a few days before our wedding but immediately felt like we had known her for years. That level of comfort, with both Hiren and Aisha, really helped ease us through stressful timelines of photo, video, and events in that Mexico heat and humidity. Our parents can't stop talking about how great they were and that's so important for us. Hearing their praise and adoration for Hiren and Aisha again confirms that we made the right choice.

    I really meant what I said to Hiren when he said his goodbyes at our reception. We couldn't ask for a better team of people to help plan and coordinate one of the most important days of our lives.

    Hire them. You won't regret it.

    We honestly don't even know where to start to thank the Tum Hi Ho team and how great they were on our wedding day! Aisha, Chandni, Rina, Nina & Forum were incredible to work with, accommodating to all our/family’s needs, and so amazing at what they do! There aren’t enough words to explain everything they have done the day of and how thankful we are to them!

    When we first came across THH at our friend’s wedding a few years ago, we didn't know all that was involved in the back end. But the way the whole wedding flowed that day was just incredible! So even before we started planning our wedding, we book Tum Hi Ho for our day-of coordinators! When we first spoke to Hiren, he was so friendly and interested in everything we were looking for in the day-of. It made us feel like we were talking to someone we already knew and we knew this was the right team for us! As we started to plan our wedding and had our first meeting with Aisha, we realized that having her and the team be part of our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. We wanted to get a day-of coordinator not just for ourselves, but also for our parents and bridal party so they would be able to enjoy and have fun without having to worry about anything else. With us both being only children, our parents wanted this to be it, but that also meant they were going to stress to make sure everything was perfect. We wanted our parents, bridal party and families to enjoy everything to the fullest without having to stress at all. And this was exactly, or even more of what happened the day of! Seeing the smiles and laughter on our parents’ faces the day of the wedding and how much they were enjoying every aspect of the day meant the world to us and all the credit goes to the THH team! Not only did we see this, but multiple guests came up to our parents to tell them how impressed they were with the whole team and how kind and friendly everyone was even while doing their job flawlessly. Some of our family even mentioned that they thought the team was part of our friends because they were so involved and helpful with anything anyone asked for and came across so genuine and friendly with all the guests!

    From the first meeting we had with Aisha, she not only got to know us, but also what our vision was for our wedding. From that moment on, she literally made everything possible that we had in mind, even things we thought wouldn't fit into the day's timeline you made possible! It really felt like we were talking to a longtime friend rather than a vendor. Even when we met for our walkthrough the first time, it was as if we didn't even have to say anything more because she truly understood what we envisioned from our initial meetings. There are really no words to express how thankful we are that we had the amazing team with us on our special day!

    The day of the wedding, everything seemed to be going very smoothly as we had imagined it! What we didn't see was that THH worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to take care of any issues that came up and made sure it didn't affect us or our parents. Every time we asked if we were on time, they would always smile and tell us not to worry as everything was going smoothly. It really made us feel like we could enjoy our day to the fullest without having to worry about anything, and we mean anything, at all!

    Enjoy your big day! Tum Hi Ho has it under control!

    There were several day-of-coordination teams and services available for our wedding day so it was a tough to make a decision. Tum Hi Ho was recommended by several of our friends and we are so incredibly happy to have worked with Hiren and his team. Hiren kept us on our toes during the planning stages and reminded us of things we did not even think about. It was perfect that Hiren had worked with almost all of our vendors on multiple occasions. It’s a testament of how popular Tum Hi Ho is. We put in the work to solidify contracts with our vendors and the rest was on Hiren and his team. They made sure we received all the services promised by our vendors, which was great because sometimes you forget the services requested. With one spouse having a type-A personality, it was a pretty big deal to let someone else handle one of the most important days of our lives. Hiren made a detailed timeline for the day of the wedding and it really put us at ease. We have to say that the bride and groom attendants along with Hiren worked seamlessly together to make sure everything ran on time. Our post-wedding photo list was long with 31 different group photos, one that had 65 people! We finished our photos in record time thanks to the Tum Hi Ho team. Most importantly, as the bride and groom, we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding weekend because we knew Hiren had everything under control. We would definitely recommend Tum Hi Ho day-of-coordination services because it’s important to enjoy the day you’ve spent months planning for.

    Amazing Experience

    We had our daughter's wedding (#ArshiaandNeil) at the Jersey City Hyatt Regency this past weekend. Everything went extremely well, our guests one after the other commented on our "hospitality" among other things. We can safely say that one of the primary driving forces behind our hospitality and professionalism was Tum Hi Ho Events, LLC. Hiren and his team of Neha, Nina, Avani, Ami and Charu, bowled us over with their hard work, attention to detail, organization but mostly their passion at what they do.

    Frankly we had a very strong vendor list, and every one of them were happy to hear that they will be working with Hiren and his team. Your best compliment is when your peers that you work with each weekend like you so much. This is hard work and Hiren and team excel at it. I cannot imagine very many other teams can handle this as well as these guys.

    Great Planner

    I've been in the wedding industry for over 15 years as a photographer, and I've come across many planners in that time. Hiren of Tum Hi Ho Events stands out as one of most competent and easy to work with. From our first communication, well before the wedding, he was professional, courteous, and thoughtful. He has a good sense of vendor needs and expectations and easily meshes those with expectations of his clients so that everyone works together seamlessly on the day of the wedding. When I've worked with Hiren, the weddings have been on-time with no perceivable drama, but let's be real for a second, every wedding has drama right? What we didn't see is that Hiren worked hard behind the scenes to ensure that any issues that might have arisen didn't affect us, and most importantly the couple and their families. With Hiren in charge the couple had nothing to worry about except having a good time, and smiling for me. Cheers to many more successful events!

    Worth every penny

    We did a lot of research on coordinators for our wedding and decided on Tum Hi Ho events. Luckily we made the right choice. Hiren and his team did a tremendous job and made our wedding flow smoothly and stress free. My Indian friends kept telling me ours was the first wedding they went to that was organized and on schedule with everything. They handled everything with great professionalism, including dealing with my crazy parents, and we did not have to worry about anything. We could not have asked for more of a perfect day and it was all thanks to them. They even kept our photographers in check when they were trying to run long. Thank you Tum Hi Ho for everything and we definitely would recommend them to anyone who is having a wedding coming up.

    Best Decision Ever

    The best thing I ever did for my wedding (other than marrying my husband) was hiring Tum Hi Ho. I am an incredibly organized person, and I thought that I wouldn't necessarily need a coordinator. After a few months, I realized that a coordinator would be helpful, especially to ensure that my husband and I enjoyed our wedding day. Tum Hi Ho came highly recommended, and so we moved forward with signing with them.

    Hiren and his team were SO GREAT. They were incredibly organized, great at communication, and did an exceptional job with all of our vendors. The week before my wedding, I was so relaxed because THH had everything under control. During our wedding weekend, my husband and I enjoyed every single second, because THH was busy at work behind the scenes. Our guests raved about THH and they were the MVP's of our wedding! Beyond that, the people on their team are so kind and genuinely fun to be around. Hiren, Juhi, Neha, and Nina were with us during our wedding, and my husband and I truly enjoyed spending the day with them.

    I could not recommend THH more highly. If you are even thinking about it, do it. I promise you won't regret it.

    Incredible Wedding Coordinator Team - Highly Recommend!

    Tum Hi Ho is incredible! From the minute we talked to Hiren early on, we had faith that he and his team were the perfect people to add on as day-of coordinators for our wedding day. The main reason we wanted to hire day-of coordinators was so that our family and friends would be able to focus on enjoying the event and my now husband and I would be able to enjoy the wedding and time with our families. Hiren and his team surpassed our expectations. With each meeting and each interaction, we saw the team take the work we had put into planning and organize it in a way that would logically flow throughout the weekend. With any issue that came up - even two days before the event, Hiren was able to quickly resolve it to allow us to continue to enjoy the time with our families. We were in awe after meeting the rest of the team - Avani, Chandni and Khizra during our wedding weekend. The heart that they put into our wedding weekend made it feel like we had known them for ages and that they were our friends (very professional friends) who were helping us get through the weekend. We can honestly say that without the Tum Hi Ho team (especially Hiren) this weekend would not have felt the same. I would highly recommend them!

    Must Have Day of Coordination with Hiren & Team!

    We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Tum Hi Ho for our big day. We went with the day of coordination package. In the weeks leading up to our wedding day, Hiren helped formalize our timeline and created an extremely detailed plan - including vendor details/responsibilities, items that we would need to bring, and outlining THH’s responsibilities. Hiren coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure they were all clear on exactly what would be expected of them. After our walkthrough at the venue with Hiren, all our nervousness and anxiety for the big day was relieved as we felt confident that we could leave the entire day in THH’s hands. The biggest relief was with how comfortable our families became once they spoke with Hiren.

    On the day of the team consisted of Hiren, Evana, Khushabu, and Neha. Everyone of them helped make the day run smoothly and ahead of schedule (yes, they helped avoided Indian Standard Time). The team was on top of all of the vendors as well as our families. They also helped in managing our guests in a professional and friendly manner - especially with guests who showed up without RSVP-ing! We didn’t have any day of scares and were fully able to enjoy the day and each other. We truly could not have put together the same event without the help of THH. We have and will continue to recommend THH to any family and friend’s planning weddings - definitely one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning!

    Best decision ever!

    Hiring Tum Hi Ho for our wedding was the best decision! Having both a Catholic and Hindu wedding made our day super complicated. It made all of the difference to have a coordinator who was experienced with interfaith weddings. Hiren was extremely professional, kept us on track, and gave us a better day then we could have even imagined. We got the Ruby Plus package, which gave us day-of-coordination, 3 pre-wedding meetings, 12 hours of day-of service, 4 day-of coordinators, and most importantly peace of mind! After the planning was done, Hiren stepped in and coordinated everything. He talked with all of our vendors leading up to the event and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank goodness for him because when he was calling he came across an issue with our transportation company, which would have been a nightmare! His timelines, checklist, and tipping sheets were so helpful. On the day of, I didn't worry about anything. I knew the Tum Hi Ho team would take care of it. If you're on the fence about hiring Tum Hi Ho, DO IT! 100% worth every penny.

    Absolutely amazing coordinators!

    With so many moving parts to our wedding we knew we needed help and coordinators to make the day go as smooth as possible. Tum Hi Ho team was nothing short of amazing in delivering exactly what we had hoped for on our special day! I was impressed right from the beginning from my initial introductory call with Hiren. Beyond that, he answered my many questions without hesitation in a timely manner despite their busy schedule during the wedding season. We started working with Aisha, our lead coordinator, few months before the big day. We had on site meetings at the venue and multiple phone calls to go through the schedule and details. We went through our schedule for the big day minute by minute (hair and make up schedule for myself, my mother, bridesmaids, over 30 family pictures, etc). The teams attention to detail was a huge savior for small things that I didn't think of throughout the planning.They constantly communicated with our family and friends who were closely involved well in advance to the day of the wedding to ensure that everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, I was at ease knowing that Aisha and her team were actively communicating with our family, bridesmaids, groomsmen and more importantly our vendors to make sure that things were going according to our schedule.     My now husband and I were planning a wedding for about 1000 people. After attending a few weddings coordinated by Tum Hi Ho Events (THH), we knew we wanted them for our big day. And it was one of the best decision we made throughout our entire process. We did day of coordination with them, and they started with us in May, about 2 months before our wedding. When we first spoke to our lead, Alisha, we gave her everything we already had and she took care of the rest. She asked us the most detailed questions about things we hadn't even talked about. She would follow up with us every couple of days and see if we needed anything at all. She would remind us of everything we had to do or bring to the venue the night before the wedding. She also provided us with the most detailed time line that had everything on it! Once Friday night came, Alisha met with us, we did a final run through, and she told us not to worry about a thing. So we didn't and we didn't have to either because we were in great hands. Our Bridal party consisted of 15 bridesmaids and 15 groomsmen. Our bridal party was telling us about how amazing their personal attendants were. They would make sure everyone was ready and down for pictures, entrances, and all on time. Our schedule did not run a minute past what is should have. THH was great on keeping us and our 1000 guest on schedule for the entire day. And if you're having a big fat Gujarati wedding, your know the one thing that takes the most time is post wedding family pictures, because everyone wants one. THH did such an amazing job coordinating all the pictures, we got through over 50 family pictures with large groups in less than 1 hour. The one consistent feedback we got from all of our family and friends was that the planning and coordination was simply flawless throughout the day. . And we only have THH to thank for that. We HIGHLY recommend a wedding coordinator for any event, big or small, but we recommend you get the best. And THH is the BEST!

    The Tum Hi Ho coordinators are a must have on your wedding day! We could not have asked for a better team. Our wedding day ran smoothly and on time. Hiren was a great a lead coordinator, he stayed in contact with us months prior to the event and was very responsive to our emails. The team handled everything including arranging pictures at an off site location with our large bridal parties to make sure our decorations were set up on time.     The best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process was hiring Tum Hi Ho. Initially, we were not sure about hiring day-of coordinators. With a wedding of over 500 people, we quickly realized that we were in WAY over our heads and having a dedicated team of people who were solely there to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch was absolutely necessary.
    The Tum Hi Ho team blew us away from the second that we hopped on an interest call with Hiren, our incredible lead coordinator, to get some information about the day-of coordination services they provided. After the call and before we signed the contract, Hiren was so responsive to questions and kept it real with all of his answers, making us feel really comfortable and making it super easy to build trust.
    Leading up to the big day, we had planning meetings with the THH team. Each call was so detail oriented that we often realized how many things we had left to plan/answer. Instead of this being overwhelming, it made us feel so at ease that someone else was looking out for us, given the crazy number of moving pieces that we were managing as the bride and groom.
    The day of support was phenomenal. I had a wonderful bridal attendant (shout-out to my girl Prutha!) who was by my side for anything that I needed. My groom also had a fantastic groom attendant that did the same. From bringing us food to helping put shoes on, they were not hesitant at all to jump in and help. With the detailed minute-by-minute schedule that the team had built out, the entire day ran on time and so smoothly. Two highlights: (1) we had a 45+ individual groups that we needed to take pictures with post-wedding. It took 37 minutes thanks to THH! (2) the THH team realized that we didn't have a photo book for guests to sign in our contract with our photographer. They had someone in the car and ready to go purchase one for us!
    This team is EVERYTHING and helped make our wedding day the most perfect of our lives!

    Our wedding was on 7/28/18 at the Hanover Marriott. We had picked out a venue a year and a half in advance. I began planning and thought I could do it all myself but shortly realized I need some help! TumHiHo provided suggestions and advice on things that I never would have thought of. They provided so much insight prior to the wedding that we were both able to enjoy our day stressfree. Juhi was my bridal attendant and she was constantly there to listen and communicate with friends and family. She also made sure I was kept away from any issues that I didn’t need to be a part of (the coffee and tea didn’t come out on time for our event)! Urvi Neha and Aisha were always on the same page as well and communicated instructions to family and friends to ensure everyone is looped in and ready to enjoy the event! I would highly recommend TumHiHo, a great team and excellent personalities to have around you on your special day!

    Tum Hi Ho came highly recommended by two of our friends so our standards were set pretty high. Lisa and her team did not disappoint! Lisa worked with us from day one to ensure that everything would run smoothly on our wedding day and it did! She was familiar with the venue and was able to make helpful suggestions to streamline everything. There are lots of small details that you don't really think of (or want to think of) until it's too late. The surveys that Tum Hi Ho has you fill out bring those small details to light. In particular, I really appreciated that the THH ladies made sure I was fed :) No wants to see or be a hangry bride.

    First, if you're on the fence about whether or not you should get a day-of wedding coordinator, please do. As the bride or groom, you don't want to be stressing about timeliness. Second, go with Tum Hi Ho!

    For those of you on the fence about getting Tum Hi Ho as your wedding planners, at least get on that first introductory call with them; Hiren had us sold right from the start! From our initial interaction from them, I was so impressed with how organized they were, and they definitely kept it up leading up to the wedding and throughout the weekend!
    What I think was the most invaluable service that Tum Hi Ho offered is the making of THE schedule. That schedule had EVERYTHING. When vendors would start, where Dharav and I needed to be, at what time. Where our families, bridesmaids, and groomsmen needed to be at what time, and if they weren’t there, the team knew where to grab them from. Having such an organized schedule during the weekend kept the confusion of where who needed to be, at what time to a minimum and quite honestly might have made our weekend. We had a super tight schedule both days Tum Hi Ho was working with us, with 4 events in 2 days, and coordinating makeup scheduling, photoshoots, video-shoots, along with everything else, is honestly impossible to do in a manner as organized as Hiren somehow managed. Him and the team then proceeded to put out any issues with table numbers and place cards, all while ensuring everything was running smoothly, even with last minute scheduling changes my parents threw on them.
    I can honestly say that, thanks to the Tum Hi Ho team, I was able to enjoy my weekend far more than I would have. without them. Juhi was awesome at making sure I was running on time; my bridesmaids were running on time (and kept me or my family from having to be the bad guy rushing them!). The Dharav and the groomsmen were also always on time (shockingly!) thanks to Urvi. And, while we didn’t interact much with Prachi, we know she coordinated with the vendors amazingly, because if there were any issues the vendors, we sure didn’t hear about them!
    All in all, both Dharav and I can wholeheartedly recommend Tum Hi Ho to all you newly engaged couples!

    Hiren Patel and his team are amazing to work with. They coordinated a gorgeous wedding in June here at the Hilton Hotel & Spa Short Pump. From the moment I met him, he was on point. If I thought it - he or one of his team members was already doing it. Professionalism at it's finest - but truly warm and comforting.

    I hope to work with him for many years to come and will highly recommend him to my brides and grooms.

    Hiren and team from Tum Hi Ho were absolutely amazing. There's a bit of work up front to keep them well-informed on every detail of the wedding, but they were incredibly patient, understanding, flexible and willing to work around our schedule, especially as we got closer to the wedding. I had two ceremonies and my reception all in one day between ny/nj and they absolutely took ALL the stress off of me. I was able to be the happiest bride alive the day of my wedding because of this team. They were running around like mad people all day but made sure all vendors accurately provided what they were supposed to, per their contract and dodged last minute wedding day bullets by being extremely proactive in solving any issues. they kept all bride and groom parties and involved vendors up to date on the itinerary the day of and were fantastic with communication. they make themselves available to you and are very understanding of how important this day is to you and your family, despite covering weddings constantly. They take professionalism to a whole different level and were familiar with ceremonial customs from all different backgrounds. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Tum Hi Ho to coordinate your event, if you want things to go smoothly the day of. I tell everyone the same thing I told this team- they were the best spent money in all of my wedding. Love Tum Hi Ho!

    Tum Hi Ho Events Team did an amazing job putting everything together for Pavan & Ankita Wedding Ceremony & Reception at Princeton Hyatt, NJ. The team's attention to details was amazing. They kept everyone and everything on time. As a DJ, It makes our job a lot easier when planning is to the perfection.

    Backstory: For those who are on the fence about getting a wedding planner, just go ahead and get one ! Me and my now wife are from two different countries and we planned to get married in Philadelphia. Both our families were flying in from our home countries few days before the wedding, so basically we were on our own as far as planning in concerned. Our budget was limited and hence we never thought about getting a wedding planner. One of our cousins had STRONGLY recommended getting a wedding planner, at least for the day of coordination. 4 months before the wedding, we had already gotten our venue, all the vendors. Ours is an interfaith marriage and we had two ceremonies, cocktail hour, reception/dinner/dance on the same day. As we were moving close to the date, as things were starting to get overwhelming, we started looking for a wedding planner for the day of. We found Tum Hi Ho (THH) through wedding wire, and we are so thankful for it. We hired all our vendors after meeting them in person and interviewing them (we are kinda old school that way) but for THH, we were quite impressed just after the first phone call. We spoke with Hiren Patel and he was just awesome. He listened to us patiently and answered all our questions clearly. We felt very confident that they would do a good job and were more than comfortable hiring them. (yes without meeting them in person, which is so unlike us).
    We hired THH and that was probably one of the right decisions we made for our wedding.
    We were assigned a team of four members who did a fantastic job. Our lead coordinator was Lisa Patel and she was approachable, very quick to respond, highly organized and most importantly had a lot of patience with us.
    They not only met, but actually exceeded our expectations. We were ALWAYS on schedule and there was no lag anywhere. We have many more good things to say but unfortunately there is character limit here! We are so glad we hired THH and STRONGLY recommend them all the couples!

    From the first experience Tum Hi Ho (THH) made the wedding day go very smoothly. The process began with a consultation and keeping the whole process moving while asking questions to have us give consideration to every aspect of the wedding experience over the 8 weeks before the wedding. We had a two ceremonies and a reception in one day - the events went very smoothly, guests moved from event to event with ease. We were also able to keep everything on time which is no easy feat. They were also able to help handle the inevitable issues that would have completely derailed the day with ease. The team was also very professional and friendly. I had no regrets and am very glad we had a top flight team for our wedding day.

    I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding and it is all thanks to THH. Although the girls are my friends/colleagues, they remained professional throughout the whole process. I could not be thankful for the services they provided to Anand and I and our family. Nina was by my side every second on my wedding day and helped with more than I could ask. Alisha from day 1 answered all our questions from our vendors at any time of day and was on top of any issues we had. Thank you all times a million! Love my team!

    Lisa & her team were phenomenal to work with - they made our wedding day as smooth and stress free as it could be! Throughout the weeks leading up to our wedding, Lisa was very easy to get in touch with on all our questions and concerns. She not only helped us get on the same page with our vendors, she made sure we addressed every detail even if we didn't think of it first. Towards the days leading up to our wedding my husband & I were not the least bit stressed because we knew Lisa was already on board making sure everything would go seamless. During our wedding weekend, all of our guests loved the team and had nothing but nice things to say about them. I can say confidently that Tum Hi Ho was the best investment for our wedding weekend - they have been amazing and I can't think of anything but great things to say about them!!

    Hiring Tum Hi Ho was one of the best decisions we made for our 2 day wedding. The team honestly made my stress level the lowest it could be during that time with their thinking ahead, careful planning, and calm demeanor. They took care of everything, from the smallest details to the biggest. They made sure the vendors were on time, anticipated any issues, and also managed to have wine ready for us when we needed it :) Us - and our families - are still raving about how professional and on their game they were the whole weekend!

    This team did an outstanding job for my brother’s wedding. I’ve been through this before and what was really impressive about this group was 1) attention to detail and 2) ability to solve all problems. No matter how much planning goes into your wedding, you will inevitably have problems come up. How well your events go is entirely dependent on how you address these big and small problems (and any help on your side). This team was a total rockstar whenever these unavoidable issues came around and really made the day special for my brother and sister in law. Thank you so much!

    Nikul and company were awesome. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. We were pretty lowkey and laid back but that didn't stop them from going above and beyond for us. We appreciated everything they did for us and made our wedding truly seamless.

    I chose Tum Hi Ho after doing much research into all the wedding coordinator groups. Hiren and his staff were always very quick, efficient, organized with their responses and after this I knew that this was the group for me. Overall, very useful service. At first, without much knowledge of the wedding process, I thought these details could be performed by a family friend/family member. I realized this was not the case and experience is a big driving factor in all the preparation. The experience lead to details that we would not have thought about and overall saved time/headache. I think wedding coordination was one of the few things that is truly worth the expense, and is a reasonable hourly cost per services rendered. This wedding coordinator service saved us many, many hours of work that doesn't even include all the staff hours the day of the wedding. We were completely stress-free throughout the wedding day and this was because of the Tum Hi Ho team. This was definitely worth it and one of the most cost effective items of the wedding expenses.

    The Tum Hi Ho Events team was definitely one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding! The company is very organized and easy to work with and our wedding day went beautifully! Lisa, our day of planner (really...weeks-before-planner), stayed in touch with our vendors during the wedding and everything went smoothly. When there were small hiccups with other vendors, Tum Hi Ho Events made sure to inform me quickly and brought possible solutions to these problems. The team communicated excellently with each other and the day was perfect! They were fantastic to work with and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a planner!
