  Luanne Bohn: The Fairy Godmother of Weddings

  Luanne was freaking STELLAR y’all! She was the fairy godmother we NEEDED; not only on our wedding day but throughout the entire planning process. From the moment we first met with her, we felt a immense weight lifted off our shoulders. Luanne went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us with our blind spots in our wedding planning. Instead of dreading planning, each new decision or meet up became the highlight of our week as Luanne sprinkled her magic leading up to our big day. She handled our wedding with Grace (pun intended, her assistant Grace was amazing as well!). We highly recommend Luanne to everyone; whether you need complete help with wedding planning or help coordinating your vendors and putting the final touches on things!

  Phenomenal!

  I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner- I needed Luanne!!!
  Luanne was integral to the fun and success of our day. She is extremely detail oriented which made the day run smoothly and efficiently. It was great having meetings with her leading up to our wedding day in order to iron out details. She thought of things that were not even on our radar.
  There were a few curveballs throughout our wedding day that I didn’t even know about because Luanne had everything handled.
  Luanne and Grace are a dynamite team, I would highly recommend Tulip Hill Weddings!!

  Our wedding's guardian angel

  My wife and I hired Luanne because we were intimidated by the many many logistical details involved in planning a wedding. She was a godsend, keeping us on track, prompting us to figure out our own vision for the day and make timely decisions to make sure that that happened, full of suggestions for vendors or things to consider. On the day, she handled everything logistical so that we could have time to spend with our loved ones and with each other. During the reception, I joked that she was the reason why everybody had food that day. She was a huge help to us, more than worth what we paid her, and we highly recommend her to anybody who is planning a wedding.

  Outstanding services and expertise!!!

  We booked Luanne around end of 2022 for our wedding in May 2023, and one of the amazing things about her is that she started working with us that early to make sure our big day went as smooth as possible. Luanne brings a ton of experience from across her entire career, and it really showed in all of the details that she paid attention to in coordinating our wedding day. She asks very comprehensive questions that we were often not even thinking about ourselves. Day of we felt very confident that everything would go as planned given all of the careful planning that Luanne had put into our event leading up to then. On day of, she and her assistant Grace saw us through from start of day to end. She kept our wedding party (we each had seven on each side) organized and at the location they were supposed to be at at a certain time. Luanne and Grace also bustled my dress which was not the most straightforward bustle. Grace also put the boutonnieres on my husband and his wedding party. During the wedding they also placed all bridesmaids bouquets around the venue in a very beautiful fashion. We highly recommend Luanne because we had such a great experience, and she really delivered on everything she promised from the get-go.

  A must-have for any wedding!

  Do not hesitate to book Luanne to help plan and coordinate your wedding. She was worth every penny and then some. She is incredibly organized and meticulous, and I don't say that lightly as a total type-A personality. She made sure everything went smoothly for us so we could focus on enjoying our wedding without a stress in site. We couldn't have done it without her!

  I hired Tulip Hill Weddings to be the day of wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. What an invaluable service Luanne, the owner, provided! Luanne began working with my daughter & I months in advance to understand all of the wedding details and then communicated & worked with our vendors. She had the wedding day completely organized so we could thoroughly enjoy the day without a care in the world because Luanne took care of it all. She provided much needed guidance at the rehearsal & on the wedding day, she & her assistant worked from the time the photographer arrived for pre-wedding pictures until the cake was cut. Luanne is incredibly thorough, organized & a master in the wedding field. She even carries stain remover! When make up spilled on the wedding dress, Luanne was there scrubbing off the stain with her stain remover. If it wasn't for Luanne, my daughter may have walked down the aisle with a large beige make up stain on the front of her dress. Because of Tulip Hill's outstanding service, we enjoyed every moment of our most special day!

  My family and I absolutely adore Luanne. She is incredibly helpful, and is not afraid to give her honest professional opinion! Luanne bent over backwards to ensure the perfection of our wedding. Luanne also worked with my older sister, therefore I have seen her work her magic TWICE! Brides, if you want to alleviate a TON of stress, work with Luanne. She knows what she is doing and will work her hardest to make sure not only each vendor, guest, family member etc is happy, but also YOU!

  Everyone needs a Luanne!

  We just had our second wedding with Luanne. When my first daughter got engaged in 2019 she insisted we needed a wedding planner. Thank goodness we hired Luanne because four months before the wedding Covid hit! Luanne was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. I think her best quality was keeping my daughter calm. When we knew we would have to move the date of the wedding Luanne contacted all the vendors and helped us coordinate a date 10 months away. As the wedding approached it was apparent that Philly still wasn't going to be able to host the wedding. Only four months out from the wedding Luanne helped us plan an entirely new wedding at another tented venue in Bucks County. She again contacted all the vendors, kept us on track with invitations and everything else. We could not have done it without Luanne! It was the perfect day! When my second daughter got engaged Luanne was our first call! She kept my daughter on task and created a timeline for everything we had to do before the wedding. Luanne is exceptional the day of the wedding! She arrived at our home as the bridesmaids were getting ready and kept hair and makeup on schedule. She worked with the photographer and videographer to make sure we stayed in our timeframe. There were a few hiccups at the reception that I didn't know about because Luanne handled it like the professional that she is! The morning of the wedding when we were all getting ready I turned to Luanne and said, "how do people do this without a Luanne!" I cannot recommend Luanne enough!! We had two perfect weddings in a year and couldn't have done it without Luanne!

  Luanne helped with the execution of all my million and one ideas for my wedding. She was super organized. She made a well written time line for the day. She made many adjustments to it throughout the planning process. She was full of suggestions that help decide on things I wanted to do. She also came prepared on the day of my wedding with things to assist me. For instance she brought tape to help tape my wedding dress and a steamer to steam my bridesmaids dresses. Luanne is extremely sweet, attentive and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her as a wedding planner.

  Wonderful Experience with Luanne!

  Luanne is a wonderful wedding planner and day of coordinator who made sure our wedding day was incredible! Luanne’s guidance helped us each step of the way from day one. At the very start of our wedding planning, she shared helpful tips when selecting vendors and important details to consider to make the day extra special.
  
  Luanne was also a crucial part of creating our wedding timeline. She coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure all moving pieces and details were organized into a comprehensive timeline weeks before the big day. We felt very calm because of Luanne’s guidance and expertise (our wedding party was also very impressed by the details of our timeline!)
  
  She made sure our wedding day went smoothly and truly lived into our vision! She is so patient (we had a ton of questions and needed a lot of help coordinating a wedding across states), professional, warm, responsive and detailed orientated! My husband and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

At the very start of our wedding planning, she shared helpful tips when selecting vendors and important details to consider to make the day extra special.
  
  Luanne was also a crucial part of creating our wedding timeline. She coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure all moving pieces and details were organized into a comprehensive timeline weeks before the big day. We felt very calm because of Luanne’s guidance and expertise (our wedding party was also very impressed by the details of our timeline!)
  
  She made sure our wedding day went smoothly and truly lived into our vision! She is so patient (we had a ton of questions and needed a lot of help coordinating a wedding across states), professional, warm, responsive and detailed orientated! My husband and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

  Great Experience

  Luanne was amazing leading up to and on our wedding day. She was so organized, professional and helped the day go off without a hitch. Her day of timeline was extremely detailed and she ensured we stayed on track while also making adjustments if we needed them on the fly! She took all of the pressure off of having to contact vendors before hand which made the weeks leading up to the wedding stress free and fun. Her emergency kit was so helpful when my wife got a tiny stain on her dress- she made it disappear and calmed her down in the process :) Our families loved spending the day with her and we will definitely be recommending Luanne and Tulip Hill Weddings to all of our friends and family!

  There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Luanne Bohn of Tuliphillweddings! I originally found Luanne while flipping through a local Philadelphia wedding magazine. With her extensive knowledge and experience within the industry, she made us feel so at ease with the wedding process and was a delight to work with. We both knew immediately that she would help bring our vision to life for our wedding day!
  
  My husband and I were originally scheduled to get married earlier this summer. Due to COVID-19, our original wedding plans changed considerably and Luanne was extremely proactive and helped us navigate our revised wedding timeline and ceremony with extreme attention to all the details, including navigating contracts and remaining the main point of contact with all of our vendors.

  Luanne at Tulip Hill Weddings is fantastic! My fiancé and I have unfortunately had to postpone our July 2020 wedding due to COVID-19 and Luanne as been amazing to work with through it all.   My wedding was in September 2019 and we had a fantastic experience relying on Luanne for day-of coordination! “Day-of coordination” is truly a misnomer as Luanne made herself available during the months leading up to the wedding for our questions and concerns. She was extremely professional and responsive- always willing to hop on a call to sort out any issues or questions. That really stood out to me as many vendors would only schedule us for calls weeks in advance. Luanne worked behind the scenes to coordinate with all of our vendors and make sure they knew where they needed to be and when. Organization and list-making is not a strong suit for me and my mom, but Luanne kept us on track and made sure we were ready for the big day! It was the first wedding in our family so there were lots of details that we never would have thought about without Luanne’s assistance. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we were well-organized when the weekend finally came! I was really able to live in the moment at my wedding and enjoy the day thanks to all of Luanne’s planning.

  We hired Luanne to help us with our wedding. She goes so above and beyond day-of coordinating. Luanne became a separate portion of my wedding brain, organizing my many scattered thoughts and making sure everything went well leading into the day of.
