The kairos moment
Where do I start ? Bernadette is exceptional amazing and a beautiful soul. Her energy Her spirit and Her warmth won me over. I remember searching for a wedding planner in August and I spoke to several people but the moment I spoke to Bernadette the connection I felt was unbelievable. I kept telling myself I think I found my wedding planner without a doubt. As time progresses she has stood by my side and my husband for every step towards our wedding. We also learned a lot through this journey. Bernadette also checked on us personally. We grew a bond. Bernadette is on point and very organized. Details matter , Time Matter, Professionalism Matter, you name it. Bernadette made sure we didn’t feel lost through this process. She also was our officiant the energy and the way she presented our love to everyone was unmatched. Our wedding day was August 4 2023 and it was everything we can ask for. I can go on and on about our experience with Bernadette. I remember telling her I'm sad because we won’t communicate as much once the wedding was over she said I’m not going anywhere . Hire Bernie!
My husband and I did a lot of homework prior to bringing someone onboard and we’re so happy to have landed with Bernie. She was patient, understanding, thorough, answered all of our questions and made all of the pieces fall together BEAUTIFULLY on our big day. It’s always a blessing to feel as though you’re being taken care of, and that’s how we felt with Bernie. Hireeee her. Can’t stress this enough! You will not regret it. -

I was feeling overwhelmed with the planning process. Bernadette from The Kairos Moment has helped to ease my anxiety. In my first meeting, I made so much headway. She knows exactly what questions to ask. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling and overwhelmed. -

I would have saved money on somethings. Not one detail was missed. She was always available and responsive. Day of ....any mishaps she took care of and I never knew about them until after the wedding. Hiring Bernie was money well spent. I’ve recommended Bernie to all of my friends and business associates who are getting married. Bernie gives you piece of mind and keeps Bridezilla tucked away. I truly enjoyed my day and will always remember how Kairos Moment Wedding & Event Planners was there for me.

She was hired as our officiant for our August 5th 2018 wedding.She went above and beyond to make sure our ceremony was PERFECT!!! There was no detail left out, from our vows , our handpicked sermon and our sand ceremony.Every detail was explained to not only to my husband and myself but the entire bridal party.We truly appreciate her professionalism , her kind and warm delivery but most of all her profound spirituality.
PS- Our guests are still raving about our wedding 10 across the board -

In the ambit of things she has produced a wedding planning company that is second to none. Starting from the initial phone call to the last goodbye from you guest . Whether it be a destination wedding in the Caribbean or a local event at a Manhattan loft . Having worked with Bernadette on several events as a caterer & a Chef I was exposed to the level of professionalism and grace that she has that is reflected in Kairos Moment. They are defiantly a go to company that possesses the panache that you look for in a wedding & event planer.

Ms. Saunders worked tirelessly on making my vision a reality . My celebration was exactly what I wanted. From our intial visit to the venue to the day of my celebration she was right there. Bernadette paid close attention to the details and gave great suggestions that made my celebration a success. -

Ayana Sent on 08/29/2018Kairos Moment was everything a bride’s mother could ask for. My daughter relocated out of state after her venue was selected. Kairos Moment helped our communication and kept us on track. Bernadette was simply amazing. She was able to encourage the bride to create and articulate a vision of her day. She helped with so much more than planning. She was our go between when we couldn’t get on the same page.
On the day of the wedding Bernadette arrived early and kept us on schedule all day. She brought an intern that was very helpful to her. However, not one detail turned over to the intern was incomplete or executed improperly. She coordinated with the Maitre’d perfectly. They worked together like a well oiled machine. All of the guests complimented me on how smoothly everything went. Kairos Moment was absolutely amazing. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars on flexibility is because there are times when schedules just don’t come together. It happens. However, everything was acceptable to all of us and that’s what’s important.
Bernadette was very professional as well as personable. She literally made the Bride’s and the Mother of the bride’s day. -

An excellent planner
Bernadette provided excellent, professional service when we hired her to plan our wedding in New York last year. She was a dedicated, detail-oriented planner who always made us feel that we were in good hands. We were also impressed by how flexible she was when the pandemic threw our plans into disarray. In short, we can happily recommend her to other couples! -
