Saying yes to working with TMD was such as easy YES for us. After one conversation with Fernanda all of our fears about wedding planning melted away. She gave us confidence that everything would run smoothly and perfectly. TMD are such genuine, beautiful souls and are incredible at what they do. I love to work with people who have amazing FUN personalities, warm hearts, great energy, and passion for their craft, They checked all the boxes. They planned the ultimate dream wedding for us. So many of our guests complimented our vendors but we wouldn't have been able to do it without our planners. They know the BEST vendors out there! Our guests were also saying that our wedding was the best one they’ve ever been to :’) They kept us organized , held us accountable and guided us through every step along the way. The best part was getting to see our manifestations come to life on our wedding day alongside them. I truly did not want this process to end because they were just the best and saying goodbye broke my heart. My wedding day was easily the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. I lived 29 years and no day compares to that day, and it was all made possible by Fernanda, Yoni, and Martina. If your heart is pulling you toward working with them, I would trust that and go for it. It’ll be one of the best decisions you ever make!! -

A wedding is a life-defining moment for everybody. Choosing someone to coordinate, let alone planning and having your wedding out of the country, is an extreme challenge. Our wedding planner group, Tailor Made Dream, proved to be an excellent choice for our wedding. As a couple from Boston, we recognized our lack of knowledge regarding the best vendors and overall wedding planning and sought help accordingly. After conducting several vendor interviews, we were immediately drawn to Fernanda and TMD within minutes of our first call. Fernanda’s warm personality and ability to comfort us were tremendous. The team at Tailor Made Dream provided us with exceptional service, and we are grateful for their assistance in making our wedding day a success.
Fernanda, Martina, and Yon demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentive service, and an amazing eye for detail. They took great care to understand our unique vision and goals for the event, recognizing that it held significant meaning beyond a typical wedding day. We appreciated their collaborative approach and willingness to value our input. It was a pleasure to work with such a skilled team and an amazing group of people.
After visiting Tulum (wedding location) a few times, meeting with Fernanda and Martina felt like they were an extended part of our inner circle. Tailor Made Dream was always there to answer questions, chat, and calm our nerves while providing guidance, words of reassurance, and recommendations. We stayed in touch all the time through WhatsApp, Zoom meetings and emails; it felt like we were right in Tulum!
During our wedding day, Fernanda and Martina were there to offer us their unwavering support and to tackle any unexpected challenges that arose. We felt confident in our planning process, knowing that we had a dedicated and right team behind us every step of the way. We were delighted to see that our day exceeded our expectations and that all the decisions made, regardless of the time span, came together seamlessly like a beautiful fairytale.
To Tailor Made Dream, thank you for guiding us on our beautiful endeavor. Never a goodbye, but see you soon for tacos and margaritas in the future.

Fernanda, Yoni, and Martina are the absolute best in the business! They handled every detail, every step of the way, and our wedding weekend couldn't have been more perfect. They have strong connections with the best vendors and insider knowledge in the Riviera Maya region. They are friendly, fun, organized, communicative, and really have a passion for their work. I would not hesitate - working with TMD is the best decision I made! -

The Wedding of our Dreams thanks to this team!
From the moment we had our first meeting with Fernanda from Tailor Made Dreams we knew we found our Wedding Planner. Everybody in the team was always ready to answer any questions and bringing the best selection of vendors. They captured our vision and they made us feel reassured on every moment even though we were thousands of miles away during the entire wedding planning process. All the guests were delighted and my husband and I are still enchanted and in disbelief by the beautiful wedding this team created. Yonatan was at every step of the process guiding us and giving us the best advice and ready for a call whenever we needed one. Thanks Tailor Made Dreams! Can't recommend them enough! -

WOW. We used Tailor Made Dreams for our wedding in playa del Carmen and what they delivered was above and beyond our expectations! From the moment we contacted them they were so helpful in finding the BEST vendors and the overall design of our venue was stunning! Anyone who knows me knows that I have a very discerning eye and expect the best when it comes to service and hospitality because I have worked in those very field myself. I interviewed 5 planners before landing with TMD- Fer totally got me from day 1 and not only was the wedding day a dream but so was the entire planning process!
Fer and Yon divided and conquered wedding duties according to each of their strengths- it made for a very seamless experience. I had an idea of what I wanted and Yon helped to bring that whole idea into reality with a vision board and a whole bevy of vendors who were not only professional and experienced, but also came with TMD's personal recommendation. When the original photographer that I wanted was not available, TMD found another that actually ended up working out even better than I could have ever imagined- we only have a sneak peek so far of our photos and they are just as incredible as we were promised.
TMD's support extended beyond our wedding day and Yon helped us secure transport to and from our next stop on the trip- to San Miguel de Allende. He provided tons of amazing recs and contacts- we felt safe and looked after on wedding weekend and even afterwards. Both my husband and I are all about relationships and people and through this experience we'd like to think we've made lifelong friends and hope to stay in touch. -

Fernanda and her team are absolutely amazing. My husband and I are from the U.S. and decided we wanted to bring our 90 guests to Cancun for our destination wedding. From the first kick-off call with Fer, we knew we had to hire her. We immediately got the sense that she was communicative, honest, super fun, and would get things done. She and her team didn’t disappoint!
Fer, Martina, and Yonathan helped to align on a vision for the wedding, and they brought on some of the best vendors to make both the welcome party and wedding day happen. Throughout our planning process, we had regular Zoom calls and talked via WhatsApp almost daily. It really helped keep me excited about the wedding and making sure I didn’t stress any step of the way!
Not only was the planning process smooth, but the wedding weekend was truly magical! Our guests still talk about how flawless everything was. Can’t say enough positive things about the entire experience working with them. Fer is a miracle worker—thank you for bringing our dream wedding to life!! -

Choosing Fer and Yoni as our coordinators was the best decision we made for our wedding. Wedding planning was last on my mind with everything I had going on at home and they kept me on track and organized. Fer and Yoni did a very heavy lift in selecting and communicating with my vendors, keeping track of my expenses and thinking of every small detail. Their connections are impressive and the day before my wedding they easily connected me with a seamstress to make last minute wedding dress adjustments. Our wedding day was absolutely incredible! Fer and Yoni thought of every detail, created an impecable timeline and gave us absolutely nothing to worry about. They had everything 100% under control and we were able to truly enjoy every second of our wedding. You can’t go wrong in selecting Fer and Yoni. They know their industry and vendors well, they are approachable and down to earth and they know how to get down to business while also keeping things fun. We will be forever grateful to them for creating our special day. -

Yoni and Fernanda made all of our wedding dreams come true! I could cry thinking about how special our day was. They were communicative, thorough, and extremely responsive to all of our questions throughout the last year of planning. We trusted them fully, and only saw our venue, and met them in person when we arrived the week before our wedding! We put all of our trust in them and their planning and they exceeded all expectations! They took all of the stress of planning our wedding and made it a very easy, and smooth process. Choosing Tailor Made Dreams as wedding planners was the best decision we made. Planning a destination wedding can be extremely stressful, but Yoni made planning the easiest part! He understood the vision I was going for and ran with it and, let me tell you.. the execution was ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. Tailor Made is an incredible team! Both Fernanda and Yonathan were so great to work with. We were planning for a 90 person wedding in a different country and having a team who we could trust was priceless. They were completely invested in our love story, vision and special day. They were organized and reassuring throughout the whole year of planning during a pandemic. I can’t say enough about Tailor Made! We had long-distance planned a small 30 person wedding in Tulum for Dec 18th. We did most of the vendor research, and booking - but needed someone for the day of for coordination and such. So we decided to hire Fernanda and Yoni. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding! While I consider myself super organized and sufficient, I'm, of course, not a professional. They continuously followed up with me as the days got closer and organized details that I didn't think of. Their communication is spot on throughout the process, and in MX, they were just a whatsapp message away.
As a very anxious person, I so appreciate that they made me feel so at ease on the day of. They really were behind the scenes, making everything seamless.
Fernanda and Yoni are also incredibly sweet, down to earth and they really do everything in their power to make sure you enjoy your day and everything happens the way you want. They're just great people.
Even if you need just a day of coordinator - just book them! You won't regret it, I promise.

Love fernanda
Fernanda was an absolute joy to work with and through everything she does, she makes you feel like her favorite couple. We had the fortune of working with Fernanda as our day-of coordinator for over 2 years, due to several COVID-related date changes. Throughout all of those changes, Fernanda kept studious detail of our evolving needs and provided invaluable advice along the way (including putting her expert decor sense to work!). Dealing with vendors and the many moving parts of the wedding day are a major undertaking - of course, this only gets more complex when the couple is planning a destination wedding. Because of that, it was invaluable to have Fernanda as our boots on the ground, and biggest advocate, when coordinating with vendors. Fernanda’s detailed knowledge of the Tulum wedding ecosystem made her particularly effective at knowing when to be firm and when to be sweet to vendors in order to get the job done. More than that, Fernanda is simply a warm person. During our planning trip to Tulum and when we arrived for the wedding, Fernanda greeted us with hugs and a familiarity that made us forget that most of our relationship took place on the phone. Even when discussing business, Fernanda was always genuinely interested in learning more about us as a couple. If you’re looking for a wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator we wholeheartedly recommend Tailor Made Dreams!

I contacted Tailor Made Dreams in 2019 and due to Covid finally got married 9/4! Fer and Yoni would wonderful throughout the whole process. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we figured out to do during the height of covid and postponing our wedding.
All the vendors they recommended and we chose were amazing! Our wedding in Tulum was absolutely perfect. It went so smoothly, and too fast. THANK YOU Tailor Made Dreams! -

Fernanda and Yoni are gems! Planning a destination wedding can be hard enough but throw a pandemic on top of that and add in postponement – you need planners working with you that you can trust, who are understanding and have your back – Fernanda and Yoni are just that! From the first moment me and my husband spoke with Fernanda, we had an immediate “good vibes” feeling – we are happy, excited and positive people and Fernanda and Yoni were the same! They worked with me for almost two years to execute literally the most amazing wedding celebration anyone could ask for – literally our friends and family said they felt like they left the earth for a night! They were completely invested in our love story, vision and absolutely brought it to life! They were both very quick to respond to my many questions and concerns – I am definitely a type A personality when it comes planning and organizing – so I truly appreciated them always responding and making me feel at ease or solving minor little issues that could come up during the planning process – because it’s a wedding and let’s be real, things come up! They recommended the BEST vendors in the business – literally every single vendor executed this wedding to perfection and went above and beyond to make this day what it was.
