When we first got engaged, I was incredibly overwhelmed. I was the first of my friends to get engaged/married and relied solely on the internet to figure out what I was doing. I ended up finding Ashley Reed at Sweetwater Events and from the moment I spoke with her I knew that we were meant to work together. After reaching out to her, she took the time to connect via phone and she made me feel so comfortable and was incredibly helpful. We used them for month of coordination at no point did they ever make us feel like we were asking to much of them. A few months out from our wedding date, we had a zoom call with Ashley and Megan who was assigned to be there with us on our wedding day. They took the time to answer any questions we had and also helped guide us in making decisions. We then spoke again a few weeks before our wedding date via zoom to finalize any last details and from that point on, they took everything into their own hands and I didn't have to worry about a thing. On our wedding day, Megan was absolutely outstanding! She handled everything with kindness, grace, and professionalism. No matter what came up, questions we had, questions we had about the ceremony, etc., she was there for us as was Ashley on the days leading up to the wedding. It took so much pressure off both of us so we could fully enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about any of the small details crucial to making sure everything ran smoothly. We are eternally grateful for how special they made our wedding day.

Ashley was incredible to work with.
She was patient with us, and she was the perfect amount of listening to our vision vs. telling us how we needed to do based on her past experiences.
She knew the ins and outs of the wedding day, guiding us through the process in multiple meetings. She had a fantastic list of vendors to choose from, as they were from the same caliber as she was!
Everything that was important to us, she found ways to make happen.
She was such a calming presence on the wedding day.

Cool, calm & collected
Ashley at Sweetwater was simply perfect for our daughter 's wedding! She managed & orchestrated everything so well and so professionally from beginning to end. The full package is what we signed up for, and she delivered!
She worked the wedding at OUR pace, and she gave us options and ideas to accomplish the wedding we wanted. We didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day. We got to sit back and enjoy the day, while she wrangled the vendors and set up the venue. The planning process, though tedious at times for us, was just right. We made one decision at a time, and had plenty of choices without being overwhelmed by too many.
She kept us and the vendors on point throughout the process and throughout the day.
The various meetings whether in person or online were always helpful and she followed up on all tasks given us, keeping us on point. We needed that, too! She answered our every email, promptly and succinctly. Her attention to every detail was stellar.
She is a problem solver, helping us to find a new china pattern when the one we wanted was rented out from under us! I believe she may even have let a hem out of one of the groomsmen's trousers! That is solving the problem!
Several people remarked how well she and her assistant, Megan, did dismissing the tables to the buffet, and how smooth that all went. They commented that they had been to weddings where that was a mixed up mess. It was nice, too, that the food was brought to our friends/family who could not manage the buffet.
Ashley was exactly right for us. She was cool, calm and collected, and made it all so easy for us to lean into the wedding and just enjoy it!
If we had a second daughter, we would hire her again!

My husband and I hired Ashley with Sweetwater Events to do partial planning for our Nashville Wedding this past May. Ashley immediately understood our vision for our wedding, and we were so grateful to have her assistance with recommending vendors and working out the major details of our big day. Her advice was so helpful, and especially with us being out of state, we could count on her to help with all of the little details in planning. She set realistic expectations with us, and she was very helpful with us finding ways to save money where we could. She truly is an expert!
When it came to the rehearsal and wedding day, Ashley was cool, calm, and collected the entire time. Her calm energy and ability to get things done alone made her so worth hiring. Some of the best money we spent on our wedding!
I knew from our very first phone call with Ashley that she was the wedding planner for me. As an anxious person who struggles to make decisions, Ashley always brought a calming presence that I needed. I was living out-of-state for most of my wedding planning, so it was important to me that I have a full-service wedding planner who could help a lot with vendor meetings, advocating for my wants and needs. She took my assortment of inspiration pictures and pinterest boards and worked with our vendors to bring my vision to life. When I finally saw it all on the day, it was even better than I had imagined.
I feel so thankful that she helped us choose the perfect vendors for our day. Even with all of my internet searching beforehand, she still introduced us to vendors we had not discovered yet - like our photographer - who made all the difference in our special day.
Like many brides, the possibility of COVID causing issues for our wedding was always something we had to consider throughout the planning process. Ashley made sure that we had all of the correct language needed in our contracts - just in case!
As if her support leading up to the big day wasn't enough, Ashley kept things running smoothly and stress-free on our wedding day. Any small issue that came up, she immediately took care of it before I could even worry about it! My mom, husband, and I have all said that one of the sad things about the wedding being behind us is that we don't have the chance to keep working with Ashley on a regular basis.
I cannot recommend Ashley and Sweetwater Events enough. You will not regret hiring her to be a part of your big day!

Amazing Planner!
We hired Ashley as a full-service wedding planner. We were planning our wedding from afar and found her to give excellent vendor, event logistic and design recommendations. She helped us find 12 vendors, working with them directly to negotiate costs, contracts, and logistics. She helped turn our vision into reality. When the big day arrived, everything was smooth and according to Ashley’s carefully mapped out plan. There was only one hitch, we had a few more whiskey drinkers than we originally anticipated but Ashley calmly came over to our table, explained the situation and had someone go out and purchase a few more bottles. Ashley is a true professional and that clearly shined through on the day of the wedding. It was comforting to know we were in such capable hands.

I found Ashley via fb when asking around about wedding coordinators. I had hired someone else prior and ended up letting her go. Before Ashley, not a single aspect of my wedding planning had been enjoyable. I was miserable and was dreading my wedding day. Ashley stepped in and quietly reassured me every step of the way. Great Planner!
Hiring Ashley for our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband and I had a vision for a beautiful backyard wedding. Once we got into the planning process, we realized the complexity of making that happen for 150 people. Even with roughly 15 vendors, we did not need to worry about a thing on wedding day knowing it was in Ashley's hands. She is calm, kind, and a natural at directing the flow of events. We had such a wonderful experience with Sweetwaters and Ashley. She was super thorough when we'd meet and discuss the event and what we wanted. The decorations were all set up so beautifully. Her detailed timeline and schedule was helpful and kept the night running smoothly. Ashley also assisted with last minute contract changes with vendors to increase/decrease any rentals based on our guest count. She ensured all vendors were paid on time and also assisted with he vendors loading in and out; it was very great to have a trustworthy person at the venue to do all of the BTS stuff! She was very detail oriented when discussing the events of a Kurdish wedding, and also joyful and excited to make it a beautiful experience. They were also flexible during our postponement due to covid, and she had a professional and nice attitude during all of those switches too. Totally worth it! Thank you all so much!

Look No Further for the BEST!!
I truly don't know how people get married without a planner as amazing as Ashley from SweetWater!! She came to us highly recommended by other vendors, and as we were going through the planning process, anyone we told that Ashley was our coordinator had nothing but amazing words to say about her, too. While working with her, she was so professional, thoughtful, organized, and on top of literally everything. She was solving issues before I even knew they were issues. She made the last few weeks going into the wedding, likely the most stressful in most planning processes, the easiest time for us. I had such peace of mind going into our weekend knowing Ashley was going to be there with us. The rehearsal and day-of went so smoothly and seamlessly, all thanks to her work and preparation. Wow! Perfection!
I have been in the hospitality/event business for over 30 years and I am truly blown away by the level of professionalism, patience, and detail exhibited by Ashley and the Sweetwater team. As the father-of-the-bride and a stickler for perfection, I needed to find a wedding planner who could rise to the highest level of service while providing recommendations to ensure that every guest had an amazing time and would remember the wedding for a long time. Ashley and Sweetwater came highly recommended by many of my friends in the Nashville event industry and I could NOT agree with them more.
Due to Covid, we were forced to move the wedding date from May to July. Then 2 weeks before the wedding, we were forced to move the wedding venue location from Franklin to Spring Hill, due to unnecessary and unfortunate restrictions imposed by the venue. A week before the wedding, we had to find a new wedding cake baker due to the prior baker coming down with COVID. Ashley didn't blink when faced with these last-minute changes and immediately adjusted the plans to accommodate the new venue. Her flexibility and suggestions and feedback made for an absolutely amazing day!
I can honestly say that the wedding would not have been the memorable event it was without the professionalism and grace of Ashley and Sweetwater! I had several industry friends at the wedding that commented how flawless everything was, given all of the major last-minute changes.
I would absolutely recommend Sweetwater events to ANYONE planning an event! You will not find a better event planner in Tennessee! Thank you Ashley and Team for making our daughter's wedding a beautiful event.

We hired Ashley to be our month of coordinator and could be more thrilled that we did. She immediately understood the kind of wedding we were hoping to have. She is organized, calm, direct and easy to work with. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted things to go but she gave excellent recommendations to help us fill in the gaps. She also was able to pivot and coordinate all our vendors to change venues a week and a half before the wedding! Ashley was the wedding coordinator at my daughters wedding at Allenbrook Farms on November 14,2020 . This was a crazy and stressful time to have a wedding but Ashley and her team brought the Calm. Ashley is an angel. She took every ounce of stress off of my shoulders. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because of her. All I had to do was get married! I would hire her 1,000/1,000 times. If there was a problem she took care of it, and she set up and broke down my entire wedding. Plus, she handled every vendor possible. She’s amazing!

Worth her weight in gold
Ashley was worth her weight in gold when it came to our wedding. We were originally scheduled to get married on March 28, 2020 but had to postpone it due to the Covid shutdown. Thankfully we were able to reschedule for July 18 of the same year only to find out 2 weeks before the wedding that our reception venue was unable to host us due to reverting back to phase 2 of the shutdown. We had 14 days to plan a new reception for 100 guests and I absolutely would not have been able to pull this off without Ashley. Her connections and relationships with vendors were crucial in us finding a new venue. It was a much sought after location for weddings and it ended up still being the wedding of my dreams.
I have nothing but praise for Ashley on the day of the wedding as she coordinated the entire day from the organization of the ceremony, to the logistics of transportation, to the timeline of the reception. She was very personable, practical, and had lots of good ideas that I would never have thought about. She is quick to respond to emails, easy to work with, and detail oriented.
I would highly recommend Ashley!

Couldn’t have done it without her!!
I am SO thankful we hired Ashley for month-of coordination. My mom and I were able to get most of the large vendors booked at the beginning of planning, but it’s crazy how much things pile up right before the wedding! There were so many moving pieces that she made fit together perfectly. Her personality is very calm, cool, and collected which helped me so much on the wedding day when my Type A personality was on full alert. She organized each little detail with perfection and helped guide us through our timeline (which is key when time flies like it did). Our guests raved about the decorations and details she put together throughout the venue! She also worked so well with the other vendors to help make our day e a fly how we wanted it! I could not imagine going through that crazy day without her help, I would have been completely lost!

A must for your wedding
We hired Ashley about 3 months out from our wedding day. She helped and guided us with the final months of planning and vendor negotiations, as well as coordinating our wedding rehearsal and wedding day. Ashley is incredibly kind, well organized, and responsive. After some bad experiences with other vendors being unresponsive or not listening to my questions and ideas, I needed a planner that would get back to me quickly and fully, and Ashley did just that. She was great at figuring out logistical problems and helped us plan our perfect wedding. The day before the wedding, at the rehearsal, she thoroughly went through the timeline and the things needed before the wedding day, and we felt fully prepared. The day of the wedding she was a calming presence and ran things smoothly. She checked in with us to ensure we were having a great time and happy with how things were going. She coordinated the wedding of my dreams and was a dream to work with. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wedding planner; she will be a great asset and will make your day perfect and special. (And if you are not looking for a wedding planner, I encourage you to re-think that decision and give Ashley a call!)

Ashley saved my life on the wedding day. Without her I would have been a mess. There were no hiccups during my special day, thanks to her. She set up my tables, took care of all my vendors, and jumped to my rescue the day of, if I needed anything. She was always so quick to respond, had all the answers, and was always stepping in to help no matter what. She is an expert in the field and I definitely recommend her as your wedding planner! She’s the best there is, hands down! If you are also considering even getting a wedding planner I definitely recommend it. Cut down on the budget else where and do yourself a favor. We had a destination wedding for our daughter (at the fabulous Allenbrooke Farms venue) in the Nashville, TN area. Everything was planned long distance without ever visiting the area, having tastings for catering/cake or face to face meetings with the vendors. I know we could not have pulled off the wedding without Ashley Reed from Sweetwater Events!
We booked her for "month of" help. But Ashley was available many weeks before the event, always gracious & willing to give guidance & advice in hiring vendors, timelines, etc.
The month of the wedding, Ashley took over all of the many details, emails, wrangled vendors & handled last minute blips, making the the process of planning a long distance wedding so easy on us. She double & triple checked all of the deets with the vendors, arranged (at the very last minute) extra tables/linens, took care of planning a meal for our band, had the ceremony area flipped to accommodate the dinner set-up with not one guest realizing this was going on, etc,etc...
Our guests never noticed her (as she was running the show very quietly behind the scenes) but our family & friends who helped set up ALL commented on how calm, professional and pleasant she was to work with. The packing up process was handled by Ashley & her staff quickly and without any hassle.
I cannot recommend Sweetwater Events enough! She gave this MOB peace of mind and great help in all aspects of planning our daughter's wedding.

Ashley is very professional, organized, and easy to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone having a wedding in Nashville. We hired her as a one-month coordinator, and my fiancé and I were totally relaxed leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding she organized and did everything on site so we could celebrate with our friends and family! She also recommended some great vendors. Honestly, hiring Ashley was the best money we spent on our entire wedding. My wife and I consistently felt like her services were bar-none the best value money we spent. Sweetwater Events and Ashley Reed are Simply the Best
If you are hosting a wedding in Nashville, you would be crazy not to use Sweetwater Events as your planner. Ashley is simply the best in every way. She was our “day of” coordinator for my daughter Rachel’s wedding, but she was so much more. Rachel (and Hayden) got married on May 4, 2019 at Acme Feed & Seed. It was a destination wedding with a lot of moving parts. I initially found Ashley's information on WeddingWire, and after speaking with her just once, I knew I was on to something. After a few phone check in’s, we met with Ashley about a month before the wedding when she joined us at a final meeting at Acme. She is incredibly professional, but at the same time warm and down to earth. She truly cares about making your event as easy as possible for you. Her advice and recommendations are always thoughtful (and can save you money). She will voice an opinion if she has one, but in the most diplomatic way. She also caught an issue with the linens the day before the wedding and took care of the problem immediately. Finally, Ashley is well-respected by her peers. It was fun to learn that she knew and worked often with almost all of the other vendors we selected like our photographer (Melanie Grady) and our hair and make-up artists (Amy Lynn Larwig). On the day of Rachel’s wedding, I didn’t worry about anything except the weather and the wedding went off without a hitch (and was so much fun). Thank you Ashley for everything!

Ashley's connections are extensive and she is so easy to work with. She understood our wedding priorities right from the beginning and also quickly learned the 'personality' of our wedding party. Ashley matched our criteria perfectly, not just for the wedding, but for the entire weekend. Her recommendation for our reception was spot on; likewise for the officiant, music, flowers and photography. Ashley also made great recommendations for dining and nightlife. Ashley and her team at Sweetwater Events are absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough for their beautiful work. After a rough start with a previous wedding planner, we were beyond ecstatic to meet with Ashley, and secure her for our wedding. From the very beginning, Ashley's professionalism, years of experience, and genuine nature is both comforting and relaxed. It became very clear to both my husband and I that Ashley would easily be the best vendor decision we made during the wedding planning process. Ashley was always there for any questions, and always had sound suggestions, especially when it came to our indecisiveness about vendors, decor, etc. Both the introductory meeting and the final meeting were so great and necessary; Ashley's experience in the industry is very apparent as she thinks of all the things that brides/grooms may forget! For example, we were having children at our wedding and being a childless couple, we were completely unaware about high chairs and boosters, etc. Ashley held our hands through this decision and many others!
On the day of our rehearsal dinner, Lindsey, another member of Sweetwater was great at leading our far-too-large bridal party through the motions and working with other vendors. We quickly realized that our 3 foot rented pillars had actually been replaced with 7 foot pillars. Lindsey was immediately on the phone with the vendor and the correct pillars were delivered before we even left the venue for our rehearsal dinner!
Weddings can be extremely expensive, and I was definitely a bride who went back and forth between saving money and paying for a wedding coordinator. I cannot stress this enough - it is one thing to have the vision planned; it is another thing to actually carry out that vision. Trust this low-key laid-back bride when I say you NEED that extra non-familial help on your special day and you NEED Sweetwater Events.
Working with Ashley and her crew at Sweetwater Events was an absolute joy and my husband and I cannot cannot cannot thank Ashley enough for all the help, stress elimination/avoidance, and general support through this crazy process! Sweetwater is the best!

I must say that weddings have really changed since I got married and now it is truly an industry with lots of contracts, vendors, etc. I wanted to be involved in all the big decisions, but I also recognized that I had no idea how to create a timeline and I knew I would be stressed the final weeks tying all the loose ends together so, I took the advise of friends and started interviewing wedding planners. I liked Ashley after our first phone conversation. She was very attentive and listened to all of my ideas. While we hired Ashley to work with us during the last few weeks before the wedding, she was willing to meet with me sooner to review things I had done for the wedding. She even jumped on board much earlier than planned and placed orders for the reception to make sure it was done properly when she saw I was getting stressed. Ashley was very detailed-oriented which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at ease because I knew Ashley had everything under control. The wedding was absolutely perfect. After the sendoff, I returned to the venue to find Ashley and her team packing everything away including all the gifts, cake, flowers, etc. Everything was done for us. Hiring Sweetwater Events was one of the best decisions we made. Ashley made us feel so special and I feel like we made a true friend. I highly recommend her services to any bride.

Ashley was the epitome of what a wedding planner should provide during the sometimes stressful phases of wedding planning. I reached out to Ashley to help plan our destination wedding in Nashville as soon as I saw her previous work, read her wonderful reviews, and discovered she was very affordable. We decided to go with the partial wedding package and it was worth every penny; I truly believe Ashley went above and beyond what the contract enlisted as her responsibilities, because she is that dedicated to making your wedding day perfect. Her professionalism is top-notch. There was never at time I didn't feel like a priority to her, no matter how far out from the wedding day was, and however many alternative accommodations we had to make since I was in Louisville and Atlanta during most of the planning process. She is so poised, professional, and calming. She responds to emails and phone calls quickly and to be honest, she made me feel like I was her only client at times, even though I know she was extremely busy helping other brides with their perfect day. As for the day of our wedding, I could not imagine it going as smoothly without her help. I did not worry about a single vendor (or really any detail except showing up when and where I needed to be) the entire day because I knew she had it under control. There is no doubt that Ashley helped make our wedding day perfect. She was nothing short of a pleasure to work with.

I can't praise or thank Ashley enough for helping me on my Big Day and the entire month of our wedding. We hadn't planned on hiring a coordinator and I planned the wedding and then realized 3 weeks out that we really needed someone to be on site to coordinate the logistics, vendors, and schedule and ensure that everything runs smoothly so that my groom, family and I could enjoy our day. That is exactly what she did! She communicated with all my vendors, arranged meetings, emailed with me throughout the whole process, and then executed the day flawlessly. We are so grateful! I would absolutely use her again.

Ashley was wonderful and really eased some of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. She was great at recommending and choosing vendors. On our wedding day, I ended up with the stomach virus. Ashley was amazing and kept our dinner and reception going so smoothly and I'm sure many people didn't even notice that I went missing for a little while. When I was finally feeling well enough to come down to the reception Ashley kept everything going in a timely manner and was very accomodating to make sure I was ok throughout the night. If anything went wrong I didn't know a thing about it. Would absolutely use her again.

She took care of everything for me but the great thing is that you can be involved as much as you want to be!! From a budget perspective, she hit everything right on. The vision I had of what I wanted for my wedding came to life thanks to Ashley. She knew exactly which vendors would work for us. She really heard what I wanted and what was important and just truly made it a reality. There wasn't one hitch for the whole event. It was beautiful, romantic, flawless and just simply perfect. Ashley was absolutely fantastic and without her our wedding day wouldn't have been what it was. We had over a year to plan my wedding and she was responsive and on top of it during the entire time. She has an great way of interpreting your vision and ideas and bringing them to life. I know nothing about flowers/linens and just showed her a few pinterest ideas and it turned out exactly how I wanted. She has a great relationship with vendors and is always on task to be cost effective. The month leading up to the wedding I kept thinking there was so much that needed to be done but she had it all taken care of. We hired Ashley from Sweetwater Events as our month of planner when the stress of wedding planning was just becoming too much for me. We used Ashley and Sweetwater Events for our wedding and couldn't have asked for anything better. She was well informed on vendors and locations and helped us out with any questions we needed answered and, while I'm the dude and could have cared less about asking a ton of questions, my wife and her mother more than made up for my lack of them, and probably tested her patience, but she was always professional and nice to deal with.... The wedding day went off without a hitch and I expected that to be the case because everything else went off without an issue, thanks to her.... I'd definitely recommend her to others getting married in the Nashville area.... She wont try to force her views or thoughts on you, but wants you to tell her what you want and she makes that happen.... There are probably like a million other wedding planners in Nashville, and before using Ashley, I equated them all with gypsies, fortune tellers and magicians.... charlatans, only interested in stealing your money.... But, she changed my view and I don't think that would be the case with the other 999,999 wedding planners.... At least, I think that's the numerical representation of what 1 from a million looks like, but then again.... I'm a dude and math frightens me, unless im trying to figure out how many pieces of bacon i can add to a sammich... What shouldn't frighten you? I cannot say enough good things about Ashley Reed and Sweetwater Events! I do not know what we would have done without her. My wedding day could have been a disaster: The reception venue relocated cocktail hour the day of, the caterers were late and it rained the entire day on my outdoor reception tent, but Ashley made it seem as though there were no hiccups at all. She was cool, calm and collected all day and proved to be the consummate professional even when the venue became difficult.
Ashley is a pleasure to work with and she really knows what she's doing. I didn't feel any of the stress that comes with a wedding because Ashley was always one step ahead. She even appeared with a cocktail, food and cake at the perfect times throughout the reception since we were too busy catching up with our guests! I absolutely recommend Sweetwater Events!

Hiring Sweetwater Events TN as my wedding planner was the best decision ever. Ashely is SO sweet and helpful. She is very organized (and as an extremely organized person mnyself, this is saying a lot!!). When we would meet, she was never in a hurry. She made me feel like my wedding was the most important wedding ever, and she spent as much time as I needed with her to discuss details and such. Ashley definitely became my "go to" person about everything wedding. It was so nice to be able to email her regarding a vendor issue, payments, or a creative idea I wanted to somehow implement during the wedding, and have her take care of it. I never had to worry that things weren't getting done or that I had forgotten an important detal. I think the best way to describe her and her service is that she took a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. She did all of the "dirty work" for me, allowing me to enjoy time with family, friends, and my fiance leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, my parents nor I had to worry about anything! She was in contact with all of the vendors, ensuring everything was on schedule and being set up as we had planned. A wedding has A LOT of moving parts, especially on the actual wedding day. She kept track and managed every aspect of it...the only job I had on wedding day was to get pampered and marry my best friend! I would HIGHLY recommend Sweetwater Events TN as your wedding planner. I promise it is money well spent!!

From our first meeting she was taking down every bit of important information while immediately making contact with the vendors already put in place, and contacting the ones we had yet to book for our needs. The week before the wedding weekend she had covered every base and I had no doubt it was all set to go, she is extremely thorough in details and planning. At the risk of sounding like a generic "glowing" feedback provider, my wife and I cannot express enough how much we valued Ashley's assistance with the planning of our wedding. She was beyond professional, timely, very well-organized and efficient, as well as full of great feedback, suggestions. Her referrals were universally wonderful vendors. Our schedules can be a little outrageous and time can be scarce, so she made a point to fill our occasional meetings with multiple appointments, multiple "to-dos" in order to maximize the time spent, which was so appreciated. Similarly, she kept us on a reasonable timeline/deadline schedule and keeping us on task, when we needed some reminders. We know she must be busy and pulled in multiple directions but she managed to make us feel like our wedding was the only one she was planning. The day of the event, she and her assistant were invaluable, not only with setting up the ceremony and the reception, but in keeping us on the schedule, quietly making sure that we did everything we had planned to do. It truly would not have been the wonderful day and night that it was without her. And she is sweet and charming and just a doll, on top of everything else! A joy and pleasure to work with...

Sweetwater made my wedding beautiful!!! Ashley, in 5 weeks might I add, pulled off a better than I could have imagined destination wedding for us in Point Clear, Alabama. She did all the planning with us in Nashville and also did much if it over the phone as I was out of state because of my grandmother's passing. She was so amazingly patient and professional throughout the whole process and never passed the stress of the time crunch on to me. She really worked hard to find great vendors and because of her relationships got us great prices. Day of the wedding she coordinated the day with total grace and calm. Everyone sung her praises from the moms to pastors to venue representitives and of course my husband and I think she is truly the best at what she does. She has great taste, great personality and will genuinely care about making your day as special as it can possibly be.

My husband and I got engaged in September and decided to plan a wedding in less then 90 days and let me tell you it is possible if you have the right people helping you! Ashley was such an amazing help and resource during the entire process. Ashley was the first vendor we hired and I can't imagine the day without her help and influence (actually I can.. and it would have been a much more stressful day which would have been terrible!). We hired her for the month-of coordinating and she literally took everything over the last several weeks and I worried about ZERO, ZIP, NADA. My mom and I could relax and really enjoy the last few weeks and days leading up to the wedding thanks to Ashley's expertise and attention to detail.

The Sweetwater team kept everything running flawlessly during our event. I can't even imagine having a big celebration without her team! We didn't have to think about a thing on the day and that is exactly what we needed :)

Where do we begin to thank you for the over-the-top job you did with making our wedding celebration a night that won't be forgotten by not only us but by our family and friends!!!
Your exceptional professionalism and attention to every detail was beyond what either Guy or I expected!!
I'm not going to lie - we were a little nervous as we had run through a couple of Opryland Event Coordinators and having Sweetwater Events take over in the middle, we were unsure of what to expect.
However what we received turned a mid-sized party into a memorable evening of laughter, tears, and every emotion in between!!
Again, we cannot thank you and Lindsey enough for the magical evening we experienced and we hope that we run into you both when we are in Nashville again!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Ashley! I was the type of bride who wanted to do most of the planning, but needed help pulling it all together. Ashley had a particular package for that. She pointed me in the right direction and with her helpand WeddingWire, I was on my way. What was also unique was that I was an out-of-town bride. She was available to chat via phone or FaceTime when necessary and was also accommodating to meet with me when I was in town. 6 weeks before the wedding, I was able to hand all that I had done over to her! She followed up with all vendors and made sure that everything ran smoothly. She also did event design for me. My reception space needed alot of sprucing up and she made it all come together beautifully! I would definitely recommend working with Ashley! She is sweet, but handles business. I appreciated that she was organized and all of her suggestions and vendor recommendations were spot on with my vision. Ashley, we couldn't have had such a beautiful day without you!

Ashley was a gem to work with! I chose her because my husband and I are both designers and it was important to us that our planner totally understand our creative and aesthetic tastes above all else, which we felt Ashley did. We were also planning our wedding from afar, in a different time zone, and Ashley was very accommodating working with the time difference. Our wedding came together beautifully, in huge part to Ashley's recommendations of vendors and coordination the day of the wedding. She was great at entertaining some of my crazier ideas, searching for various options for me, and really helped us bring our vision to life. There were moments along the way where I worried that her vendors of choice were on the expensive side, but then when I saw the beautiful final result on the day-of, I understood why she had chosen them and realized she knew what we needed! If we had gone any other way we would have been disappointed. She was also very organized and chill, let me stress that, because her calm demeanor kept ME totally calm during the planning process and even more on the day of the event. The wedding went off without a hitch, and Ashley was there at just the right moments to make sure we were staying on track, being well-fed, and overall enjoying ourselves without the stress of the minutiae. Ashley is a doll and I highly recommend her.

Ashley at Sweetwater Events is one of the kindest & sweetest souls. She has a true knack for weddings. We had the opportunity & pleasure to work with Ashley since 2021. We booked her Partial Planning package. Speaking with Ashley on our intro call immediately told us everything we needed to know. She is thorough and knowledgeable of all things wedding. She is honest - she will not tell you you need unnecessary things/services, she offers her advice when asked and will give her true opinion. She is not pushy but patient and takes everything in. She is an advocate for her couples! Before we confirmed Ashley, I asked our venue their thoughts between two coordinators we had spoken to. They immediately said ASHLEY! Her weddings run as smooth as can be and there is never a flaw in the timeline. Boy, were they right. Ashley in all of her calmness led the day with ease. A core memory I have of the day is preparing to walk down the aisle. I was trying to keep it together and remain calm. She was the definition of calm, cool & collected! She told me what to do, where to go and helped fluff out my dress. Then sent me on my way to my husband. That was a really special moment to me and I thank her for keeping me calm. If there was an issue on our wedding day, my husband and I definitely didn't know. Ashley & her team handled everything! Our wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams and better than we could have ever expected. We owe Ashley and her team a huge thank you for an unforgettable wedding day & planning process.

Working with Ashley Reed throughout my wedding planning process was everything I thought it would be. I went with her “partial planning” service option.
Ashley was there to offer advice , set up meetings with other vendors , create seating/floor plan arrangements, create a timeline for my wedding day, and she was available to answer any questions I had throughout the whole process. She truly helped make my wedding vision come to life and the whole planning process would have been much more stressful without her. I would recommend Ashley to anyone getting married who is looking for assistance and guidance in making their day everything they dreamed it would be!

Wedding Planner
Ashley is very knowledgeable and made sure that we had everything we wanted on the day of our wedding. She was very professional and kept track of the details pertaining to our wedding. In the two weeks leading up to the wedding we would have appreciated quicker updates for our vendors but overall our experience was a positive one and we would recommend working with her.
