Susan truly saved our wedding. We were unexpectedly left without a planner just one month before the big day, and she and her team jumped right in and hit the ground running. From the moment she stepped in, she truly listened to all of our wants and needs, and was incredibly easy and kind to work with.
She helped with every remaining detail, from finalizing designs and rentals to coordinating with vendors, the venue, and building the perfect timeline. In the week leading up to and on the day of our wedding, Susan executed everything flawlessly. She anticipated every challenge, handled every hiccup before it became a problem, and made sure the entire day went off without a hitch.
She went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed of (and more). We truly cannot recommend her enough, our only regret is not hiring her sooner! Do yourself a favor and hire her now. You’ll be so glad you did! -

Susan went above and beyond for our wedding at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, bringing our dreams to life in the most unbelievable way. I had very high expectations about what I wanted our wedding to become and Susan at the Styled Bride met every single one of them - speaking to me almost daily for 2 years to ensure this vision was developed with care and that every detail was accounted for. She is organized, has deep relationships with other top notch vendors in their fields, and knows how to pull off an amazing event. Even on the day-of I feel like she was in 10 places at once - I don't know how she does it but I couldn't have done any of it without her!! She's the best, 10 stars all around. -

When I started planning my wedding, I had planned a few large events for work and was convinced I didn’t need a wedding planner. Thankfully, I heeded advice from multiple people who told me it was their best decision and I’m SO glad it led me to Susan. Not only did she help me stay on track regarding the tasks I knew/had thought about, she pointed out so many things that never would’ve occurred to me. I’m a pretty organized person and I truly would’ve been a mess without Susan! I was engaged for nearly two years and she was with me for almost the entire time — I’m so glad I hired her when I did. As if all the preparation wasn’t enough, she was an absolute rockstar for my rehearsal and wedding day. She handled so many day-of tasks and was ready and willing to help with anything needed. Susan was also extremely helpful in communicating with all of my vendors and keeping everyone on the same page leading up to the wedding and day of. I truly cannot say enough positive things about The Styled Bride. Do yourself a favor and book Susan! You will be so so glad you did. -

Susan is complete rockstar, and we are so beyond happy that we had her as our wedding planner / coordinator. Susan was a great partner for us throughout the entire process, from helping us choose the best vendor team, to partnering with us on design and style choices, to ensuring we were on top of and ahead of all key decisions and deadlines, to helping us execute last minute COVID-related changes, and most importantly, to ensuring that the wedding weekend went off perfectly, without a hitch. She is so easy to be around, and brings the best attitude. She is super knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the Philly wedding scene - having amazing relationships with every vendor. She really cares about you as a couple, and making sure that the wedding is the wedding of your dreams. She also has a fabulous team around her, and we were so lucky to have Arielle and Carly by her side on our special day. -

Susan Norcross and her team at The Styled Bride are truly the best in the industry. I hired them using the "month-of" package and was impressed by the organization, responsiveness, and diligence in their work. When I first began planning my wedding, the first thing my sister said to me was: hire Susan Norcross. I am so grateful for this suggestion. Susan was a godsend during these tumultuous times.
When we had to pivot our wedding from a 160+ soiree in the city to an intimate microwedding in our backyard, Susan was there to help us make what we thought was "the best of a bad situation" into "the best wedding ever."
Susan is easy to work with and wonderfully communicative. Whatever questions we had, she was right there with an answer or proposed solution. She made the preparation easy and reminded us of things we might forget-- like to make sure to have certain kinds of lighting during our outdoor evening event. I also appreciated how she kept in touch with all of our vendors and organized all of the communication with the wide array of people making our day happen. She checked in with us frequently, but we were given the opportunity during the last few stressful weeks of our wedding, not to have to worry so much about the various intricate logistics and I am very grateful.
During the wedding, Susan was there to help us through the day, easing us through the shifts from pictures to ceremony to dancing to dinner. The night flew by and was truly spectacular. I felt like we were in remarkably competent hands and I would recommend Susan to ANYONE who wants to have a dream wedding. -

Susan helped us from the beginning to the end, she made everything ran smoothly from pick ups to phone conferences to schedules. I do not know what I would have done without her! We did not miss a single detail and were on time for everything. Because of her we had the BEST DAY EVER! 1000 thank yous go out to Susan because we would have not been able to get through the day without her and her assistant. -

Because of Susan's expertise and wonderful rapport with the rest of our amazing vendor team, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. Susan and The Styled Bride gracefully navigated any and every mishap before it even had a chance to happen. It has been a few months since the wedding, and we have yet to think of anything--from the smallest details on up--that wasn't perfect as a result of her meticulous work. She managed to create a flawless plan for the day that allowed us to incorporate all the elements that were important to us--and she did this across two sites on opposite sides of the city, both of which were not only limited by rules for historical and artistic preservation and strict time allowances, but also under construction! As we anticipated these elements prior to the wedding, Susan's advice and planning provided us with much needed calm and wisdom. We couldn't recommend The Styled Bride more highly--I can't imagine planning a wedding without Susan on my team! -

We hired Susan for month of coordination and she was fantastic throughout the process. She took the time to answer any questions we had, even before the 'month of'. It was extremely easy looping her in with our vendors closer to our wedding date and she put together a very detailed timeline for us so we knew what was happening minute by minute. Her and her team were fantastic on our wedding day, putting both my husband and I at ease so we could enjoy ourselves. Thank you again Susan + team for helping to make our day extra special! -

Wow, where do we start. Susan and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Words cannot express how thankful and happy we are that Susan was there to make sure our day was as magical as we planned! She and Kate were so lovely, patient, reliable, and cool under pressure...there is no way the wedding would have went as planned without them! From the moment we brought her team on board, Susan brought a sense of calm and professionalism that immediately reassured us that we were in great hands. Leading up to our wedding, the level of communication and organization she brought was incredible. And she brought us so many creative ideas and recommendations that we would never have thought of! I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with The Styled Bride. We selected the month-of package with Susan as we had an idea of some of the major decisions we wanted to make, but had a very large guest count and knew that we needed help coordinating vendors and details leading up to the big day. Throughout the process, Susan was an available sounding board and offered great advice and recommendations. In the month of, she was timely, efficient, and organized as we finalized timelines and schedules for vendors and bridal party. We had a 600-person Indian wedding with a large bridal party, and Susan and Arielle were extremely professional, kind, and capable in helping the day run smoothly. I am by nature a highly strung person, but I felt totally at ease trusting Susan and Arielle with the day and did not feel a bit of stress. I am so thankful to have had them as part of our team and cannot imagine having done the day without them! -

Susan made what could have been a stressful wedding planning process a fun one. Aside from being a pleasure to work with and having a calm yet energetic personality, she is amazingly organized, accommodating, and efficient! No request of ours was too much for her, and no task too small or too difficult (in fact, she'd have a list of follow-up ideas waiting for us within 24 hours). The big day went absolutely perfectly (beyond our wildest dreams) and we can't imagine having gotten married without Susan by our side! -

We are so happy that we decided to use The Styled Bride as our wedding planner. We decided we only needed a month-of planner and Susan was extremely helpful right from the get-go. We had a call a few months out and Susan was available to answer any/all of our questions at any point leading up to the wedding. She definitely went above and beyond and assisted us even before it was technically the month of our wedding. She attended all of our meetings with the venue/catering people, organized all our vendor drop-offs and contracts, and made a thorough itinerary for our big day. After pretty much every time we had a meeting, call or email with Susan we found ourselves saying "thank goodness we have Susan on our team."
In addition from all the work she did leading up to the wedding, she was crucial during our rehearsal and on our wedding day. Her and her staff made everything run smoothly, made sure everyone got where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, and took care of all the moving parts (they also lent us several items for the day e.g. cake stand, card box etc. free of charge). We totally felt safe in Susan's hands, and were able to just relax and enjoy our bid day knowing every little thing would be taken care of. In sum, Susan and The Styled Bride are organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, generous, and reliable. -

I don't know where to begin! We got the 6 month package with Styled Bride and it was probably the best decision I made in my life (besides marrying my husband). Susan was on top of EVERYTHING, from timelines to locating things to handling vendors to answering any and every question possible. Leading up to the wedding people kept asking me, are you stressed? And I'd say no, I have Susan. The Style Bride team is truly a wedding asset. I can't imagine enjoying the time leading up to the day and the day itself without them. I have been a part of so many weddings and shoot weddings as well, so I've seen the extreme stress that brides and parties go through. If I can give any bride a piece of advice when starting to plan a wedding - budget for a coordinator, budget for Styled Bride! Truly. I had the day I had always dreamed of, 10 fold. -

We loved having Susan and her team as our month of coordinator. She made sure everything ran smoothly leading up to the wedding and the day of. We did not have to worry about a thing! Would hire her all over again... so worth it!
