Soirees by Lauren is THAT team!

In the weeks leading up to our wedding, I worked closely with Ashley, who was absolutely phenomenal. Her communication was timely, clear, and reassuring every step of the way. She helped us craft our timeline, refine our vision, and think through logistics we never would have considered on our own. Her experience at The Cavalier Hotel was especially valuable, and her recommendations made a huge difference.

Taylor… truly an angel on earth. She ran our rehearsal like an absolute pro while also somehow feeling like she had been part of our family forever. And on the wedding day? She was the moment. The calm. The energy. The glue holding everything together. I’m someone who can run a little high-strung, and I found myself gravitating toward her all day because she was just so grounding, kind, and steady. She made everything feel easy, and that is such a gift on your wedding day.

Lauren was also there on the wedding day ensuring everything went perfectly, and she truly delivered. Any need, any question, any last-minute detail, she handled it all effortlessly.

This powerhouse team of women brought our vision to life in the best way possible. Bold. Eclectic. Fun. Colorful. Completely unique to us. They understood it, elevated it, and executed it flawlessly.

Definitely recommend a day of coordinator

Lauren was amazing for our wedding! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. She even picked up our flower bouquets on the way so I wasn’t charged extra for delivery since it was over the bridge and I was there since Friday. I had very specific things I wanted done with the tables, the decorations, etc and she made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it and was always so positive and helpful. I also wanted to change the timeline multiple times and she was very quick to help talk to all the vendors and move things around. At the end of the night when my caterers did not do what they were supposed to do, both of the coordinators made sure everything was cleaned up and put away and that all was finished before they left and we appreciated that so much so it didn't fall on us. I highly suggest Soirees by Lauren for your wedding day-it is a need not a want to have an amazing coordinator!

We had an amazing experience with Soirees by Lauren as our wedding coordinator! Lauren was incredibly responsive, and both she and her assistant, Courtney, were so helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, our wedding day went smoothly from start to finish. They took care of all the decorations and ensured every detail was perfect, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our day.

A Must-Have Coordiator

Ashley Fussell was my month-of coordinator for my wedding at the Chrysler Museum of Art this past June. She and her team were simply incredible. Timely, responsive, calm, and above all, professional. Here are just a few examples of Soirees by Lauren's above-and-beyond work:

1. An hour before the ceremony, the zippers on 2 of my bridesmaids' dresses popped open exposing their undergarments. There was no resetting the track -- they were unzippable. I texted Ashley and within minutes she and her assistant were in the dressing room with a needle and matching thread, sewing my bridesmaids into their gowns -- No problem.

2. During one of the reception speeches, the groomsman tossed all his notecards behind him, scattering them about the dance floor, and Ashley discreetly picked them all up after he was finished. It may sound minor, but to us, this was very professional and kind of her to do to make sure the area stayed pristine and no one slipped on a notecard.

3. Ashley handled EVERY practical issue on the wedding weekend including dispersing all my tips for me, assisting all my family members who brought desserts for our dessert table, keeping track of every item that someone brought that needed to be returned, the wedding parties personal items left in the dressing rooms, and the list goes on. She also packed my car with all the leftover food, cake, desserts, and any other items that were not claimed the night of the wedding while I enjoyed myself right up until the last minute.

4. And of course, Ashley and her team handled all communication with and direction of every one of my vendors on the wedding day, including parking, vendor meals, set up, tear down, timelines, and expectations.

5. Lastly, Ashley was so relaxed and level-headed about all things wedding -- which made a significant impact on the vibe in the dressing rooms & during portraits. I could not imagine working with a coordinator who wasn't as calming or zen.

Because Ashley and her team were SO reliable, SO professional, and SO driven to make my wedding perfect -- I was able to sit back, relax, and actually enjoy my day. No worrying. No wondering where things are. No concerns over vendors understanding the assignment...This is the biggest reason I recommend her to any couple. You won't regret it.

Truly Exceptional

We can’t say enough about how phenomenal Taylor and her assistant Stacey were. Truly top notch. Communicated well. Had the “day of” down to a science and were constantly there for every little detail. Super pleasant and fun, too. The wedding could not have gone better and they were a large part of it. A Perfect Experience

Taylor was our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and she was amazing. She responded to all of my texts and emails promptly from the very beginning to the end, and on the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything ran perfectly smoothly. My goal was to not have to worry about anything on that day, and she really helped get me there. She had such positive vibes that really kept me and the rest of the bridal party at ease and having a good time. If you're looking for an affordable, experienced coordinator who will contact all your vendors, plan your timeline, and take care of every tiny detail so you don't have to, this is a great vendor to hire.

Ashley is the BEST!! 1000/10

Our wedding day was an absolute dream and that was thanks in many part to Ashley!! A big storm was coming through around the time of our wedding and Ashley made sure that we were comfortable with every plan along the way (and with a little of her magic there was no rain!). Ashley has her stuff TOGETHER! Our crowd is a bit rowdy and she kept us all on track for the rehearsal. I can honestly say before looking for a planner/coordinator, we were unsure how much help it would really be especially because I tend to be pretty organized but oh my goodness our day could not have come together without her. Her prices were incredibly reasonable for how much help she gave. We really got to enjoy the days leading up to and the day of our wedding which would not have happened without someone external making sure everything went smoothly! Pretty close to our wedding, we decided we needed to offer shuttles for our guests and Ashley got on it, communicating with my husband’s mom, and the service we used just raved about her. It was really really nice for us that the majority of our vendors have worked with her before, even ones from RVA, and they all love her too! She responds SO quickly and never made me feel like my questions or opinions were unimportant. We found out later that we were the first of a triple header weekend for her and she always made us feel like we had all of her attention. She even bustled my dress in time for our dances. She is a ROCKSTAR! We could not recommend her more! With so much love, Molly and Ben!

Perfect, stress free wedding day!!!

OMG. I cannot imagine how we ever would have pulled off our dream wedding day without Ashley. She was VERY responsive, and seemed to always be one step ahead anticipating every need or question I had. She proactively coordinating with all of our other wedding vendors, and it was like she was somehow everywhere at the same time. Like, how does she even do that? It's amazing. Couldn't have done it without this team

My now husband and I hired Jenna to be our day of coordinator and boy am I glad we did! I honestly don't know if we would've made through the day without her! She was there for me through everything. She sent detailed google docs to help me with budgeting, organizing, contracts, details, checklists, you name it. She even brought me Starbucks the morning of! She made every last detail of my day really come together and helped me stay calm through everything! If I could hire her over and over again I would!!

Ashley is the BEST

Ashley was hands down, the BEST wedding coordinator we could have possibly hired! Prior to COVID and postponing our wedding due to COVID, Ashley was always a phone call, email, or text away for any guidance we needed. Any questions I had, she had answers and her responsiveness was superb. She made us feel like our wedding day expectations were hers and she made sure every little detail on our wedding day went smoothly and perfectly. No matter the difficulty, she made anything I ask happen and exceeded all expectations. Ashley is a BOSS and I couldn't have asked or wished for anyone better.

Such an easy day!

Ashley, I seriously cannot thank you enough for helping me with my wedding in July. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, I always felt she had my back. I can't tell you the amount of stress she took away from me leading up to and on the day of. She was so responsive, and always had or quickly got any answer for me. The day went so smoothly, and I didn't have to think about the transitions or how it would happen, because I'd blink and it would already be done. If you are even sort of thinking about it, absolutely get a planner and without a doubt it should be Soirees by Lauren.

So worth it!

OMG, I had two day of wedding coordinators and they were PHENOMENAL. They handled everything and I would have been such a wreck without them! They even saved my husband and I plates for dinner so we could eat and they put away the first tier of our wedding cake! Throughout the entire night they were so supportive and would address any needs that I had. I could not recommend them enough! Soirees by Lauren made our day PERFECT!

I can't say enough amazing things about Ashley and Danielle. The minute I spoke with Ashley on the phone I knew I wanted to have her as my coordinator. She helped make everything so perfect for our wedding day. She's very easy to communicate with and responded quickly every time I contacted her. Ashley and Danielle went above and beyond the day of the wedding, too. They organized everybody, helped with decor, communicated with all of our vendors, kept us all calm, and were there for anything we needed. My bridesmaids even commented how amazing the two of them were that day. My dad said he is so happy we hired them for the wedding because they kept everything flowing perfectly and they gave me peace of mind on my wedding day. From day one Ashley was so fun and easy to work with. She took the stress out of wedding planning and made my planning experience enjoyable! Simply Amazing

There is no way in a million years I could've made it through without Ashley and still been sane at the end. She provided such wonderful support to me even leading up to the wedding, which some coordinators won't do without a fee. My event was going to be a little bit tricky and she came overstaffed and made everything go off without a hitch. And the girls she brought with her, i loved them. I didn't have to worry about a THING but getting ready. I worried about absolutely nothing. She kept all of us on time and it was perfect. We talked so much before the wedding when she showed up to the rehearsal I felt like I already knew her and we were besties. I would hire her over and over and over again.

Ashley was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was always right there by our side coaching us and reassuring us that everything was running smoothly! I even forgot to bring a garter for the garter toss and she made it happen! She arranged a run to party city DURING the ceremony and she didn’t miss a beat!! She was always very calm, cool and collected even as we realized that my jr. bridesmaid didn’t have a bouquet literally seconds before we walked down the isle. She quickly made a bouquet for her pulling some flowers from each of the bridesmaids bouquets and tying it up with some ribbon she happened to have hand! It was fabulous. If you don’t use Ashley you’re crazy.

So happy that we booked a day-of-planner! Ashley and her assistants at Soirees by Lauren made everything so much easier. Ashley was quick and responsive when I asked her random questions about vendors and the layout of our room prior to the event. We used one of her recommendations for flowers and were happy we did!

For my actual wedding weekend, Ashley's coworker Brookelin came to our rehearsal dinner and the event and was super helpful about answering all of our questions and making everything flow easily. Both Brookelin and Ashley had helped with multiple events at the Portsmouth Woman's Club before and were able to offer many suggestions about how the ceremony and setup for the reception could work smoothly. This was especially helpful since we couldn't have the rehearsal at the actual venue since it was booked for a Friday wedding. Brookelin and her assistant also made the clean up super fast and easy for my family. We can't say how much trouble this saved us. Definitely worth it!!

Ashley with Soirees By Lauren is seriously the best! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely communicative and responded to all of my emails and phone calls quickly. If I had any questions, she was so helpful and quick to answer.

Since we had a close friend officiate our wedding (who had no experience officiating a wedding before), we really needed additional guidance and direction with how to conduct the ceremony, and Ashley expertly led our wedding rehearsal and made sure everyone knew exactly what to do. The ceremony the next day went perfectly! We could not have done it without her.

She made the whole wedding day so stress-free. She was calm and consistently reassured me that everything was being taken care of, so I truly felt like I could just enjoy my wedding - and I did! She went above and beyond with making sure all of the details were taken care of. She even returned my linens for me after the wedding, since my husband and I left for our honeymoon the very next day, which we really appreciated!

I would highly recommend Ashley as a wedding coordinator - she is such a professional and really went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly!

Ashley was the first planner I met with..and the last. I had two other consults scheduled which I cancelled as soon as I'd talked with her & felt like she was exactly who I wanted helping me stay sane through the planning process. I spent ten months really grateful that I'd found her because she was the most responsive & thorough planner I could have ever asked for & by trusting her judgement completely as far as vendor recommendations, etc. I ended up with the most beautiful, issue-free wedding imaginable. Having her for day-of coordination was SO helpful- she got everyone where they needed to be with a group of people who can tend to be a little all over the place..including getting my groom's butt in line as he was wandering around & nearly saw me right before the ceremony. My dad mentioned to me later what a hard-worker my planner was- setting up chairs & helping with breakdown & just generally being in about 10 places at once to make sure things went smoothly. Soirees by Lauren is an awesome team and great to work with! I heard of them through my event rentals vendor, Waterford Event Rentals. I was an out of town bride for them as they are based in Hampton Roads and I got married in the DC area so right from the start I was very pleased with their flexibility.

I utilized them for "day of" coordination and assistance but I got so much more. Ashley/team helped me with design questions I had beforehand and worked very closely with me the full month before my wedding. They are super responsive - almost all my communication with them was via email and I never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response which was nice! I was one of those crazy brides that had hand drawn photos, spreadsheets, etc. and they kept good track of all the information to make sure they had it for the day of.

Brookelin was a rockstar during the rehearsal and the day of - taking on everything that came up so we had nothing to worry about on the best day of our lives! Definitely hire this team if you want to have a carefree wedding day :)

Ashley was absolutely amazing and a complete life saver! I had my wedding at Shifting Sands on the base and all I really needed assistance with was setting up my decor for the reception. The Soirees By Lauren Team was absolutely amazing and I am so grateful that they were around to coach us and guide us through the whole wedding planning process. Every couple NEEDS a wedding planner. I hired Souirees by Lauren for my day of help BUT I wish I had used them for everything. The details of planning a wedding are stressful and I would have loved the kind of help I got on my wedding day through the whole process with them. That being said, I was SO glad I had help at my rehearsal& my whole wedding day. I felt so relaxed, didn't worry about details or decorations, timing, coordination of bridal party- they handled it ALL!! This gave my family the opportunity to be with me instead of setting up or directing things.

Soirees by Lauren is awesome! We worked with Ashley who was our month-of wedding planner and she and her team did amazing! Everything that I had envisioned for my wedding day came true, thanks to her. She was so great a communicating with me, listening to me, coordinating with the other vendors, and just all around professional. I met up with her a few times to go over the itinerary, wedding details, gave her any decorations that I bought for the room, explained where I wanted them, and she took it all in her hands. She even made a timeline for the day of which was neat. The only thing I had a hard time with was the seating chart and they helped me big time with it! I didn’t have that done until the morning of the wedding (my fault), so I did not have time to put it on a board or anything. They just had me send the chart to them over email and they took it from there. No one ever knew that I had made the seating chart last minute, it was great!  So thank you Ashley, Soirees by Lauren, for making everything go smoothly for my wedding, including last minute things, you guys are the best!

I recently was married in VA Beach, and had to plan my wedding from Arizona. I knew that I was going to want a day of coordinator to help carry out the logistics for my big day. Ashley was absolutely amazing! After our rehearsal the day before the wedding, she loaded up her car with all of the boxes of stuff that I had planned to use for our centerpieces, place cards, guest book table etc. When I showed up the day of our wedding, Ashley and Allie were already there setting everything up, and they did an outstanding job! Everything they did was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. The centerpieces looked great, the place cards were setup perfectly and we received so many compliments on everything! Ashley and Allie were so attentive the entire night, and it was a dream come true having them there to help with the cleanup and loading up of our cars at the end of the night. Ashley is very friendly and outgoing, that I felt like we were already friends by the time I met her at my rehearsal. Without having her be a part of our big day, it definitely wouldn't have been the same!

Ashley and her team were fantastic handling my wedding. I have no problems admitting that I like to have control in as many pieces of a project/event as possible. Under normal circumstance I would have freaked out with the lack of control in the day of prep work, but that never happened. Wedding Day setup was on them, and they knocked it out of the park! I never had a worry or a concern that things would go awry. As a bride, you want to have a Day Of Coordinator who is attentive, who is patient with any last minute revisions, and who has the utmost professionalism. The entire team is awesome. Leading up to the wedding they are very responsive and great at making sure all of the vendors are on the same page. Kelsey and Danielle helped us on the day of our wedding, and we couldn't have done it without them. Because the weather doesn't like the cooperate, we had to make a last second decision to go with our plan B, and Kelsey and Danielle were there to make the transition smooth. They helped the photographers shuffle family around for photos, they kept us on schedule, and they were our go to people for everything. They let us enjoy our wedding while they took care of the details. We could not have done it without them.

Ashley was a wonder to work with and was on top of everything throughout the process. Ashley runs a tight ship and has amazing people working with her. I do not know what we would have done without having Kelsey F. and Danielle coordinating during the day of our wedding. They were nothing short of miracle workers, especially since we had to change our plans due to inclement weather. Ashley & her team are fantastic. Ashley drove all the way to Richmond to meet me for our initial meeting and was so sweet and professional. Her two coordinators Cara and Kelsey were fantastic on my wedding day. It was scheduled to be a low grade hurricane on the day of so I was unable to go outside and set up anything on my own - it was heartbreaking for me since I had everything planned to a t. We met with Ashley from Soirees By Lauren upon the recommendation of some of our other vendors and immediately hired her after the first meeting because you could tell that she loves her job and is very knowledgeable. We used her as "day of wedding planner" but she she was always very responsive to our inquiries throughout nine month period. Ashley has a way of calming you down even when things seems to be hectic. She was always willing to help, very timely in responding to inquiries and worked well with all our other vendors. On the day of the wedding, Ashley and her team were there on time, helped with the set up, coordinated all the activities, made sure we were running on time and parked everything at the end of the wedding. To start, whenever we explained who our coordinator was to any vendor in this industry, their response was always the same: "I know her, I've worked with her, she'll get it done, she does a great job" (all rave reviews!). And now having worked with her, Ashley is AMAZING, I would refer her to anyone I know. I seriously can't thank her and her team enough for the exceptional job on my wedding day. I could go on and on as to why, but the first thing on my list is how she has this innate ability to give me peace of mind. On the days leading up to the wedding, I told her I was getting anxious/frazzled and she would look me in the eye and say "I'll handle that" with zero hesitation. She reassured me numerous times that everything will turn out perfectly, they'll make sure of it. And I trusted that. She had met and exceeded both my expectations and my father's. Our venue required a day of coordinator so we hired Soirees By Lauren after meeting with Ashley. They were very professional and easy to work with. They contacted all of the vendors in the weeks before the wedding to confirm arrival times and really prevented any stress. Molly was there for the rehearsal and wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. Several people mentioned to us how calm and relaxed we both were and I know that Molly had a lot to do with it. Ashley was amazing! She truly went above and beyond when it came to responsiveness, professionalism and overall quality starting right from our initial phone call, all the way through the wedding day. Before the wedding we met with ashley to discuss our vendors, timeline of the wedding, and any preperations we needed to do. On the day of the wedding they made it extremely calming and stress free! Myself and my family did not have to deal with any vendors, nor did my family need to set anything up. They picked up the decorations and did EVERYTHING! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Ashley was fabulous! From the day I met her I know she's carry out my vision just like I imagined. She's an absolutely sweetheart, and was there for me in whatever way I needed. Everything was set up just as I imagined. Leading up to the wedding day, I knew I was in good hands. We worked directly with Ashley at Soirees by Lauren and she was absolutely amazing! Our reception venue required we have a day-of-coordinator and we ended up deciding on Soirees by Lauren. We booked Ashley about 9 months out of our wedding and she was always willing and able to answer my random questions over the 9 months, even though she was only day of. She even made an extra trip to Richmond, VA a few months out to meet my husband and I in person and your the venue with us. Two weeks leading up to the event she took control with all our other vendors and confirmed times and other logistics. It was so refreshing for her to help streamline everyone! Day of the event she went above and beyond, she handled so many little tasks and tons of items I didn't even think about. I originally thought it was unnecessary that we were required to get a day of coordinator but at the wedding and looking back I don't know how everything would have gone off without her!! Not to mention brownie points for sending little treats and favors leading up to the wedding and working our wedding in 100 degree and high humid weather :)

I hired Ashley and her team for Day of Coordination and it was much more! They were super speedy at answering emails or any questions I had along the way. Ashley was perfect! We booked her as a day of coordinator because our venue required it. I thought i was the kind of person who had to do everything themselves. She was amazing as a day of coordinator and my only regret was not using her for more! She went above and beyond what a day of coordinator has to do, suggesting vendors, reaching out to them for me, she even scheduled meetings. She is so sweet and helped with everything we asked and with things we didn't even know we needed help with. Our wedding day went perfectly smooth and if there were any snafus, we didn't know about them because Ashley handled everything. If you are debating getting professional help - DO IT. You won't regret having Ashley by your side on your big day. We love her! (and she has super cute dogs too for any pet lovers :) ) We have already recommended her to my brother who is using her as well.

Ashley was awesome! Made the whole day go so much smoother and I literally had to worry about NOTHING on the day of. Ashley was an integral part of my wedding planning process. I planned from afar and she made it so much easier on me (and my family!) and gave fantastic recommendations. My husband and I hired Ashley as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding, and I don't have enough good things to say about her. When we first booked her, she sent us cookies and right before the wedding, she sent relaxation tea (conveniently arriving the day before my florist called to say she couldn't get the primary flower for the bouquet, so perfect timing there!). She kept the other vendors on track, and I got positive feedback from them on the weeks leading up to the wedding. For our wedding, I essentially gave Ashley a car full of decorations and some vague instructions on what I envisioned with them. What she did was amazing and more than I could ever have hoped for. The wedding was beautiful, and she kept the entire night on track, without anyone having to ask me any questions. I couldn't be happier with Ashley's work, and I just wish I'd found her sooner and booked her for full service wedding planning, because that's the only way the wedding could possibly have been better! Thank you, Ashley!

I started working with Soirees By Lauren about 3 months before my wedding. I had already set up most of my vendors, but Ashley was very helpful with the last minute details and providing recommendations for services that I had not yet booked. She made sure to check in with me the months/weeks leading up to the wedding to see if there was anything that I needed if I had not reached out. We hired Soirees by Lauren for our wedding day, and we felt it was the best decision we've ever made. From the start Ashley was able to help us feel confident that our wedding was going to be smooth. They were able to provide professional service to keep all of our vendors on the same page with the itinerary we provided, prepared our wedding party rehearsal (thanks for her assistant Rachel), organized all of our decorations, and lastly directed the entire wedding ceremony and reception with ease. We hired Ashley to help plan a wedding in under 5 months. She responded immediately and traveled to meet with us (we live 2 hours away from her). She jumped right in with venue recommendations and tons of knowledge, taking away lots of stress. After choosing a venue, we found they required us to use their coordinator so we unfortunately will not get to have Ashley help us on the big day. It was disappointing, but she was extremely professional and understanding. We are so sad that we can no longer have her as our coordinator, but hopefully she can use the date to help another bride have the perfect wedding day!

Ashley was my day of event coordinator and she definitely went above and beyond that title. From the moment I signed my contract, she willingly answered any questions I had about other vendors and checked in with me regularly to make sure we were on track for everything. Even with such a short timeframe, she made leading up to my wedding day virtually stress-free and my wedding day flawless. . This is from the Mother of the groom, I believe the best money spent was on the wedding coordinator Ashley Fussell. My daughter in- law and her Mother new it was necessary to have Ashley's help. Ashley was so organized and her communication skills to every detail of the wedding made us feel so special that day(especially her bride and groom). She was so on task at every little detail. I've worked with many event planners in my own catering business and I will say she is one in a million. We were able to enjoy this amazing day because of her guidance leading up to and including the day of the event. She handled everything with grace, patience and most of all her professionalism. Ashley was such a wonderful wedding planner! I chose her because of the fact that out of all the planners I had reached out to, she made the effort to follow up after her initial response. It showed her commitment to her brides, even before they decide to hire her!

We only had one meeting with Ashley between the time we hired her and our wedding. But as the date got closer we communicated via email and text and she was always so quick to reply.

I did worry about settings for everything since we didn't really have a lot of time to discuss how the decorations and everything would be set, but with enough communication and the help of my fiancé, she took what little information I gave her and created exactly what I had envisioned!

She kept everything planned according to the timeline, and was always there when needed. I never felt pressured to do one thing or another by her, which was so, so great as we had quite a lot of guests and it took some time going around greeting and thanking each and every one of them. She and Danielle were always at the ready.

Our wedding day went as smoothly and perfectly as it could have been, and my stress level was almost non-existent from the moment I stood waiting to walk down the aisle, all because I knew everything was in good hands.

We cannot thank Ashley enough for her amazing work for our wedding. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

WOW! Soirees By Lauren is simply a spectacular lifesaving company! I am a very organized OCD person so I thought that I could plan my wedding by myself no help needed. Welp! As any bride to be knows there is more to plan than any one person can handle. I reached out to Ashley and she was ready with open arms. She would check in with me just to see how I was doing, no wedding talk just to know she was there if I needed her. At one of our many meetings I was so overwhelmed when we sat down and she just put me at ease immediately. She had a plan and a solution to everything I was freaking out about. Ashley is so professional, compassionate and genuine all rolled up into one amazing wedding planner! She is the type of vendor that you don't want the planning process to end because you don't want to stop working with her. First off, let me start with the fact that I use to be a wedding DJ and have seen a few less then qualified Day of Coordinators. I was very hesitant to hire one, but I am so glad that I did!!! Ashley exceeded and out performed all of my mom's, my husband's, and my expectations! She was extremely flexible and professional when it came to meeting up and discussing the wedding. I also loved how she decorated both of the cocktail hour and reception. I wish I had been able to really appreciate them and not just the brief moments on my way to the alter. The reception itself ran smoothly and Ashley was there if I had any requests or questions. Overall, I am beyond happy I met Ashley and hired her as my Day of Coordinator. She pulled all of my ideas and my mom's together and helped make my night as wonderful as it was.

When others try to tell you that a wedding planner is a must during the preparation of a wedding, take that advice! As mother of the bride, I just knew I could handle it all. Then my father became very ill and worry took over. We met with Ashley and she assured us that all would go well. She was available every step of the way during the months before the wedding. She offered guidance and helpful hints along the way. She took care of everything the day of the wedding which allowed us to enjoy friends and family during our event. Ashley asked us to trust her and every little detail was perfect, and just as it was envisioned. Hiring Ashley was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process! She was amazing to work with and helped our entire wedding weekend run smoothly. We hired her to be our day-of-coordinator, but she went above and beyond (including meeting us at our venue 6 months out just to go over everything and help us iron out some kinks in the planning process). The day of our wedding, she was there to take care of EVERYTHING. She set up escort cards and decorations, helped ensure our vendors were good to go, and provided everything from bobby pins to tide pens. I would recommend Ashley to any and every bride!!!

We had hired Ashley as a day of coordinator, but she far surpassed that. I had emailed her numerous times leading up to our wedding day and she was always quick to respond. Ashley and her assistant made our wedding day so much less stressful than I had anticipated. From ceremony to reception, Ashley made sure everything was going accordingly and made sure my husband and I had time to actually enjoy our special day with our family and friends.
