  We planned our wedding for a year, and we are so glad we had Sandy. She helped us navigate vendors and pull our vision together, with an amazing team. She knows exactly who to match you with based on your price point. Her experience is valuable so listen to her!! Our event was flawless and I didn't have to worry about barely a thing two weeks before the wedding or during the wedding either. So worth it!!

  We love Sandy. My sister and I decided to have a double wedding which meant double the confusion. Sandy came in and took over. She set us up with vendors and even met us at our appointments. Our wedding was last month and it was the most magical night. I can honestly say that after an entire year of phone calls and emails, we miss hearing from Sandy! She was such a pleasure to work with. We would choose sandy again and again!!

  Sandy was incredible. She was on time and on point every second. She was spectacular and if I ever had another event, she would be my first call. My husband and I had the most beautiful wedding I could ever imagined. We had a horrible experience with our first planner and 3 months before the wedding we had nothing accomplished for our big day. My mom and I were terrified, but Sandy turned it all around within a few days. She knows amazing vendors and has incredible and reliable contacts. My biggest advice as a former bride...don't hire anyone but Sandy Rule. :)

  Sandy was hired in March to coordinate my daughters June wedding. Other than a venue, nothing was picked or decided. She stepped in and made it all work. She helped us to hire amazing vendors and was responsive to a million emails and questions. She would stay in touch with us on almost a daily basis. In a word she is "fabulous". She had to get our invitations done and printed on the fly and because of her relationship with the vendor they were done in less than 2 weeks. She found someone amazing to handle our décor and attended meetings with him. She helped with music at the church and a wonderful dj. She even helped with menus and candy buffet. Her "day-of" coordination is off the chain. We had a detailed line that allowed us to know exactly what everyone was doing every minute of the day. On the wedding day my daughter and I were able to relax and soak in all the specialness of the day because we knew Sandy had everything under control. Going to the church was amazing because of the vendors she arranged for music and flowers....excellent. Walking into a dream of a reception was almost overwhelming with the beauty and creativity...I have never been to anything like that before and Sandy helped with all of it. Sandy is everything a planner should be...she is creative, organized, kind, incredibly talented with décor ideas and is someone I would choose for a friend. I would recommend her with 20 stars if it were possible because that is how good she is. Words are inadequate when it comes to expressing how wonderful she is at her job. Thank you Sandy for everything.

  Sandy took on my daughters very messy wedding at what should have been the end of the planning process.. She planned the entire wedding in less than 90 days and treated us with humor, respect and kindness. Having been with a terrible planner up until that time watching Sandy I realized how a truly quality planner operates and Sandy is that person... Loved by clients, vendors and known to have an honest reputation working with her has been a wonderful experience especially when compared with the horrible job I was receiving from our first planner. My only regret is that I did not use Sandy right from the beginning and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a wonderful experience while planning their big day. Thank you Sandy Rule from the bottom of our hearts for pulling everything together.... You are the best.

  What would I do without Sandy??? I can't tell you enough why you need to hire Sandy Rule Events for your wedding! No matter how big or small, Sandy has got it all under control! Without Sandy, and the cooperating weather, of course, I never could have pulled off such a perfect evening for my wedding. She made my ceremony and reception go off without a hitch. I am in the wedding and events industry and I could not have pulled off such a perfect evening without her! I promise her fees will pay for themselves ten fold!

  I would HIGHLY recommend Sandy Rule as a wedding coordinator... She is extremely professional, a very warm and kind individual who absolutely loves what she does. She not only says how excited she is to help you but you can actually feel it in the way she talks about the whole wedding process. It really isn't all about the bottom line but rather about the dream of your day and how to make it a reality.
  Sandy comes very highly recommended by both vendors and clients alike. We were really impressed as to how she made us feel when discussing booking her for our wedding. It was like our needs were her top priority. She was our counselor and cheerleader on top of an impeccable organizer. She went above and beyond when it came to our special day.   many people do not believe a wedding planner would help then very much or is too expensive. To those who think, you need to work with Sandy Rule. Sandy helped plan little details of my wedding that I totally forgot about or missed. Her attention to detail was key in getting everything done and not worrying about my wedding.

  Sandy is a fantastic planner and I am so glad I hired her. Not only did she make my dream a reality, but I feel like I gained a friend along the way. A few of my favorite qualities about Sandy are that she provides constructive feedback (great when trying to figure out if something is feasable), she is very honest and she is tough when she needs to be. This was valuable when we got into a sticky situation along the way; it was immediately resolved thanks to the way she handled it.
  One thing I like is that Sandy is always available and is a good communicator. She answers her phone almost every time I call and will text you if she cannot talk. She stays on top of emails and responds quickly.
  Another bonus is that Sandy has excellent vendor relationships. She was great at setting up meetings with vendors that would be a good match for my personality and for our wedding. She took the stress and the work out of the vendor selection process, which was a HUGE help. In fact, many of my vendors that I just reviewed on here received 5 stars in part due to Sandy's preparation and relationships!
  Sandy is a pro at planning and executing. She created a solid timeline for the event and handled everything on the "day of" so that I was able to enjoy the day w/ my friends/family. She kept the vendors on schedule and kept us on schedule, and the event went off without a hitch!
  Probably most importantly, Sandy always listened to what we wanted and worked hard to bring our vision to life. I wish I was getting married again, so I could hire her again!   I don't know where I would have been without Sandy! She is awesome! I live in Chicago and my wedding was in Tampa. Sandy's expertise and knowledge of vendors in the Tampa area was so helpful! Without her, I think I would have been scrambling to find vendors and they would have been vendors who I knew little or nothing about.   As a groom, I was a little skeptical when my fiancée (now wife) wanted to use a wedding planner instead of doing ourselves. But looking back afterward, I would not change a thing. The vendors she recommended we use, the personal attention she paid to our wedding and her ability to creatively solve for minor issues made her worth every penny we spent. Just the look on my Brides’ face when we both were able to see the vision that we had for our wedding fully executed, made me extremely happy with our decision to use Sandy as our wedding planner. She really did change my mind on couples using wedding planners and I have recommended her to several other couples that become engaged since our wedding.

  Sandy Rule is an angel sent to brides from above! she has great style, knows how to get things done, and might as well be a psychiatrist when it comes to dealing with personalities. Everything was perfect and I couldn't have done it without her! She is excellent at making the most of your ideas and your dreams! She works incredibly well with all vendors and can organize even the most chaotic group of people! I could not have had the wedding of my dreams (which i did have) without her! in fact, now that the wedding is over, i miss her!

  There is very little to say aside from FANTASTIC! Sandy was wonderful...I can tell you i have no idea what we would have done without her. If you dont hire Sandy or a planner period you are NUTS. Sandy thought of things way before i did....I can tell you that i would pay whatever the cost times 10 for her.

  I am an optometrist and own a practice so planning a wedding and a cocktail reception for out of town guests the night before was a daunting task.
  
  She assisted in coordinating different vendors, created a time line and budget to follow and helped me through countless emails and questions. So many details I never would have thought of, I didnt have to because Sandy thought of them first. She anticipated all of our needs right up to and including the day of the wedding.
  
  My new husband and I would highly recommend Sandy @ Sandy Rule Events. She was everything one could ask for in a wedding coordinator.

  Sandy understood what I was wanting for my wedding day and helped us have the perfect day. She went out of her way to help with the gift bags and shipping items to and from Florida. Sandy was wonderful to deal with.
