Patrice was wonderful to work with. We hired her for month-of support and she was professional, responsive, supportive and so helpful especially the day of our wedding. My husband and I definitely felt she was in our corner and did a great job of kindly but firmly directing our wedding party and making sure the sequence of events went off without a hitch! We had several of our guests also share compliments about her, saying they could tell she was great at her job because of how smoothly things ran but also you could tell she was orchestrating it all and made sure to take care of all the little details during our reception. She caught the vision of what I wanted and was also very intentional to take care of the things I didn’t want to worry about—but she even made sure we had a celebratory drink after we said I do! I absolutely recommend her and her team for any of your wedding needs! -

Patrice and Kristyn were invaluable in keeping us on track with planning activities and coordinating seamlessly with our vendors. Patrice’s deep experience and strong connections in the wedding community were clear—she connected us with incredible vendors and was familiar with many we’d found on our own.
Patrice was also fantastic at anticipating and addressing last-minute issues. On the day of our wedding rehearsal, it unexpectedly rained, and she quickly worked with the venue to arrange tents, ensuring everything went smoothly. We also had a few vendor disputes leading up to the wedding, and Patrice stepped in each time to make sure they were resolved without added stress on our end.
On the wedding day itself, her calm, collected approach kept everything under control. She and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, handling any challenges so we could simply focus on enjoying our day. She was absolutely instrumental in the planning process, and the day of execution. She is so much more than a planner/coordinator - she is a jack of all trades. She put my veil in, she decorated, she even got a stain out of my dress after the ceremony. I'm convinced there is nothing Patrice and her team can't do. All of our vendors were ecstatic to find out that Patrice was our coordinator. I have nothing but positive things to say. You won't regret hiring Patrice and her team for your special day. Best wedding planner in Nashville !
When I got engaged in January 2023, the very first thing I did was search from a wedding planner! I felt so overwhelmed because the wedding market in Nashville is booming right now and there are a so many wedding planners! After thoroughly researching, I stumbled upon PLS Coordinate and sent an inquiry! Immediately within hours, I was sent a welcome packet with information about the services and bundles they offered! The very next day I had a consultation with Patrice, and I instantly knew she was the right fit. Her keen ability to listen, strategize, envision, &
communicate was just what I needed.
Throughout the 14 months that I worked with Patrice & her team, I truly felt like I was their only bride/wedding (although they had plenty other weddings & celebrations ). Patrice and her team just have a way of making you feel special by ensuring each of your request and needs are met in a quick &efficient way! I can honestly say my wedding exceeded every expectation and every dream I could have ever fathomed! I’m forever grateful and thankful!

The best in the business
Patrice and the PLS coordinate team are the reason our big day was like a fairytale. I had a vision and they brought that vision to life AND THEN SOME! What I pictured in my head was EXCEEDED and I still get chills thinking about it all. During the planning process, Patrice kept me on task and each week she had a focused discussion/task that she led me through, which allowed for the big day to be relaxing (for our family). Patrice and the team of course, were behind the scenes running the show like a true quarterback!! My mom kept saying, “can you imagine what and where we would be if we didn’t have Patrice in all this?” My answer was, “I can’t imagine.” I had so many nerves about all the random things/scenarios and Patrice provided an insight that I could lean into and know that it would all come together, and WOW she coordinated the wedding of our dreams. She kept everyone in line and she did not miss a beat!! She is like a fairy Godmother and I cannot thank her and the PLS team more for all their hard work and professionalism. I don't even know where to begin; however, I'll start with: Patrice and the Pls Coordinate Team are everything you think you need, think you may need, or don't think you need, but you do, in planning and executing your wedding. I embarked on the wedding planning experience by telling myself: I deserve an amazingly, well-planned, well-executed, no-stress experience. I also knew I could not execute that myself, no matter how many successes I’ve had in other areas, with emphasis on the "no-stress".
Upon consultation, Patrice showed me who she was and what the experience would be. She gave me tips and tricks, because I had a series of venue tours set the week of my consultation with her. Without a contract signed, she sent me a wrap-up and pointers/next steps, with no clue as to whether I would sign with Pls Coordinate. That showed me that she believes in quality, paying it forward, and therefore she will always be blessed and in a successful ever-growing business.
I secured the full planning/coordination package approx. 14 months before our planned wedding date. And I must say: Whatever reservations you have on cost, please understand I am the most frugal of frugal and love a good DIY, a coupon, and saving(s); however, every penny was well spent with this service and experience. Why? Patrice put me and my husband first at every single turn. She kept us on-time, organized, on-budget, and well-planned. She adjusted our planning to our lives, given that we had a looming potential threat of military deployment and then later a relocation from our wedding city to another city/state. She therefore guided us on what to do and what implications deployment could have and how to best ensure our deposits were safe via wedding insurance. Thankfully, we didn’t need to cancel! But, once the relocation was confirmed, Patrice thoughtfully planned to ensure we had space to move and settle and not miss a beat.
If you are wondering: Do I need a full planning/coordination service? Take it from me: Yes! It will make your life swell and light. But, at minimum you need Pls Coordinate for the day of. And, if you need to know who, look no further, Pls Coordinate is the only way to go sis! Patrice is professional, direct, caring, and thoughtful in her approach. She is a friend, a mentor, a therapist, and a confidant. She is well-versed, knowledgeable and has the wedding event planning/execution business on-lock. When I say everything was perfect, I truly mean from start-to-finish, it was!
On the rehearsal dinner evening and wedding day, Patrice and Gina handled every question, concern, detail and whipped us into shape! Even the non-listeners in our wedding party were attentive! In every move, she put the bride and groom first, even when it meant giving us time to breathe and just prepare or reflect from our dearly loved friends and family. That protective bubble was priceless. At the end of our wedding, we exited with grace, gifts in-hand and were told to have a beautiful evening. Patrice called us the next day to remind us about wedding certificate filing and just check-in and I appreciated that additional touch.
My husband keeps saying that it was done so well that he wants to do it all again, and that is thanks to Pls Coordinate. Patrice, you’re a real one and you are a God-send! -

My husband and I had the greatest pleasure working with Patrice Armstrong from PLS Coordinate. Our venue, Daisy Hill Venue, required us to pick a wedding coordinator from a pre approved list, and man am I glad that was the case! If it wasn't for that, I'm not sure we would've found Patrice. I don't think I can fully explain how wonderfully she excelled at her job, but I'll try! :) I got married last month, and I'm 21 and my husband is 23. Both of us are young and neither of us had a lot of knowledge about what it actually takes to create a beautiful wedding, and we were very open to opinions and helpful tips throughout the process. We just wanted a classy but simple wedding, and Patrice made that happen effortlessly. She helped guide us through the entire process whether we were booking vendors, picking colors, choosing the meal plan she was helpful and kind. Even if you are a bride who knows exactly what you want and are a bit more closed off to other's opinions, Patrice is still the wedding coordinator you want in your corner. She will bring your dreams to life and respect your wishes and be sure to incorporate any traditions or activities you wish to have included on your big day in a very sweet way. I had a few special, non traditional things I wanted to have on my wedding day and even if it was something Patrice hadn't heard of she helped me incorporate it beautifully!! She is amazing at communication, especially at finding times to talk and check up even if you're someone with a busy schedule. She was skilled with communicating and directing our other vendors before and on the big day. She helped me with my videographer, photographer, DJ, caterer, both sides of the bride/groom's families, the whole bridal party, and more. I simply wouldn't have had the spectacular wedding day I had without her, and if you are in her area and in need of a skilled planner, Patrice is the one for you!! -

Hiring PLS Coordinate as our month-of coordinator was the best decision we've ever made (aside from getting married)! Patrice was available to answer any questions I had long before the month of the wedding, and she jumped right in during wedding month to take over with vendors and other details, giving my brain a much-needed break so I could focus on other things before the big day. Patrice and Gina were absolute rockstars on the wedding day. From our perspective, everything went perfectly -- they successfully shielded us from any behind-the-scenes issues that may have occurred. They were so thoughtful and took care of every detail so we could just relax and enjoy. I feel emotional even trying to explain my gratitude. We hired PLS Coordinate as our month-of and day-of planner for our wedding... Patrice and her team were an absolute dream and it was the best decision we could've made to have them as part of our day! We planned our Franklin, TN wedding from Maine and as soon as Patrice took over a month before the wedding.. I felt such a weight lifted off my shoulders. She was there for whatever questions I had and through all the last minute changes. The day of the wedding I felt like I could enjoy every moment and not worry about a thing throughout the event. Choosing PLS Coordinate for full planning services was the best investment in our wedding experience on June 18, 2022. Patrice is unmatched in her work ethic, knowledge, and attention to detail. She takes the time to get to know her clients and is impeccably detailed in every aspect so that all your intentions are recognized. I was a bride originally from Nashville but currently living in Michigan. As I was planning my wedding back home from a distance, Patrice was so helpful in helping vet and secure vendors, keeping up on tasks, managing issues, and concerns, and ultimately ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly. We did FaceTime walk thrus, countless Google Docs, countless texts, and calls. I never felt that my planner wasn't right by my side. Not only my husband and I but both sets of our parents we able to enjoy the day and be fully present with us. That peace of mind is priceless. Issues came up the day of ( as they always do!) but Patrice and her team handled them with grace, ease and class. We received so many compliments from our wedding party and guest on the professionalism exhibited by PLS Coordinate. Patrice paid close attention to all desires of my vision and was able to create a day that exceeded my expectations.
Patrice's integrity is unmatched. She carries her name highly and is accountable in the same to every vendor she works with. I can't express how many times I was so thankful to have Patrice in our corner. She goes to bat for her clients, and if there is a problem she will handle it. She is a friend, a cheerleader, and an accountability partner. I never felt like a number or in a cycle of clients. Patrice was always gracious and kind - flexible when needed and always ready to help.

I don’t even know where to start with how wonderful Patrice and the PLS team are!! If you’re just starting out looking for a wedding planner, PLEASE don’t look anywhere else and connect with Patrice right now. From our first phone conversation, I knew that she would be the perfect planner to help with our wedding.
She knows everything there is to know about wedding details and vendors, and on top of that, she is bubbly, professional, kind, and beyond easy to work with. Even on my most stressful days of planning in the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was there to help me talk through details and calm me down. I honestly don’t know how our day would have gone without PLS there to make last minute, day-of changes/updates, finalize details, and most of all, just make sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Our wedding party was around 18 people (definitely a little chaotic), and Patrice did the most amazing job of directing us all, AND keeping me relaxed all day so I could enjoy every minute of the day with my bridesmaids and then the ceremony/reception!! I literally didn’t have one worry the day of the wedding because I knew I was in good hands with her!! She had listened to every single one of my ideas leading up to the big day, so when it was finally happening, she took everything we had talked about and made it perfect. She was not only a planner for us, she truly became a friend throughout the process, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She’s the absolute BEST!!! Wedding coordinators mark the true difference between a poor regrettable experience and an amazing moment one cherishes for a lifetime. Much to our great fortune, Patrice and Gina with PLS Coordinate were fantastic for our wedding and absolutely stole the show compared to every other service and vendor who participated. We all agreed that they were the MVPs of the entire operation and in captaining this event, went above and beyond to make me and my husband happy while keeping the entire day organized, streamlined, and fine-tuned. Patrice and her team were on top of it when it came to planning the details line by line with all our vendors and the venue, exhibiting the graceful patience and understanding that we will forever hold as the gold standard of service. One of the key positive aspects that we were heartened by with Patrice’s assistance was attention to detail and her seemingly endless stores of tranquility in a potential sea of chaos. She helped with the setup, moving the entire wedding from outside to inside when the weather turned sour, babysat some of the unruly guests who were having too good of a time, and even had to dumpster dive when some of the linens were accidentally thrown away! We believe that fate provided us someone amazing like Patrice, who we now have the privilege and joy of calling friend. If we were to ever renew our vows, we would choose her 100% again. 10/10 choose her as you do not want to go through life wondering if you’ve ever picked the wrong event coordinator and missed out on Patrice and her team at PLS Coordinate. -

Patrice was a complete joy to work with. We hired her and her team as a day of coordinator, but as COVID emerged she became so much more than that. She helped us navigate many last minute changes (as we had to push our wedding ceremony four months and switch to a micro wedding). From vendor contacting to covid safety measures, she was on it. She knew our venue and the venue staff so well, that the day-of was a breeze. My husband and I didn't worry about a thing, the decor looked amazing, the ceremony started on time and it was a beautiful day. I would 100% recommend PLS Coordinate!!! -

Best Coordinator EVER
After postponing our May wedding, my husband and I decided to hire a wedding coordinator to take over. I found PLS Coordinate and decided to reach out to Patrice. From the first conversation I felt less stressed. Patrice is organized, timely, knowledgeable, kind, I could go on and on. From the weekly check ins leading up to the wedding to the full on takeover, Patrice went above and beyond. On the day of my outdoor wedding, the wind was blowing over my arrangements and ruined 2 of my tablecloths. Instead of me having to worry and figure out what to do, Patrice swooped in, figured out a solution and fixed it all while I was getting ready. She is the kind of coordinator I dreamt of! Wedding coordination
From the beginning Patrice worked with our budget and jumped into our approaching wedding days after our previous planner let us know she could not make the wedding due to Covid. Patrice met with my fiancé and me to get to know us and hear our ideas for our big day. While listening like a friend, Patrice also put her professional foot forward and let us know her concerns and how we could better our day. The week of the wedding, Patrice’s response to my concerns were “I’ll take care of it”. Being the perfectionist I am, it was hard to let go but I trusted she had our best interest. She’s a very talented coordinator and that really shined on the day of the wedding. You need someone with ingenuity and creativity to not only make quick decisions, but good ones to quickly solve and prevent issues. That’s just what she did over and over. I felt good with her at the helm. -

Where do I start!?! Patrice was a SAVIOR & AN ANGEL that helped me through every last detail for our wedding. I was a "Covid bride" and had to end up changing venues 2 weeks prior to our wedding date 😱. Patrice communicated with all our vendors and assisted with finding a new venue last minute. Without her, our wedding would have been a disaster.

We cannot say enough good things about Patrice and her team. From our initial call, she was so easy to work with. She helped us ask the questions that we didn’t know that we needed to ask. We were an out of state couple and were only able to visit twice before our wedding. She was so accommodating and made those specific times work. I felt more than comfortable taking her recommendations on all vendors since we couldn’t meet with them all. She listened to all my wishes and visions and made it come to life. While planning our wedding, Covid 19 happened. I was a wreck not knowing if we were going to have the wedding or how it would be altered, but Patrice stayed calm and helped find solutions. After planning, I didn’t know that I could become more impressed, but the wedding day was above and beyond! The PLS team worked with all vendors and wedding party to make for the smoothest day - which is exactly what we wanted for our destination wedding. For all of our friends and family to enjoy and have quality time with each other. I was literally falling asleep while getting my hair done - I was that relaxed! I had very high expectations about my day, and with the help of Patrice, my expectations were 1000% exceeded. It was the luxury wedding of my dreams. Hiring PLS Coordinate for my wedding day was absolutely the best decision I have ever made. Patrice is absolutely amazing, and 100% the person you want and need on your wedding day. Not only is she extremely confident and professional, she is also one of the warmest and most calming personalities I have ever experienced. The moment she took over handling our wedding, my stress levels decreased and my ability to enjoy being a bride increased. On the day of our wedding, one of our vendors did not show up on time, and also did not bring everything I had paid for - including our tent, which is a pretty big thing to forget. I don’t know where to begin when it comes to explaining how AWESOME PLS Coordinate was for my big day! We recently said I do at the beautiful Ravenswood Mansion in Brentwood on 10/04 and once we booked the venue I knew I had to get a day of planner. However, Patrice and her team were more than just day of I can tell you for sure!! I talked to Patrice every month all the way until the big day! She helped me set a budget, offered advice and listen to me vent about my frustrations! Thanks to her, we didn’t go over our budget but actually came out under our budget which was amazing! I pretty much had the vision and she brought it to life! I am so used to handling everything that I truly did not know what to do but I knew and trusted that she would do an amazing job! It was beautiful weather for our big day but that wind was not friendly but that did not stop her and her assistant from making the reception area beautiful! She kept everyone on their toes and kept everyone in line so I didn’t have to which was such a relief cause I was a ball of nerves and butterflies,baby! She handled everything that happened behind the scenes that I wasn’t even aware until the end of the night! She kept me from being a true bridezilla lol I thank her and the rest of her PLS Coordinate team so very very much for making that day, a day that we will truly cherish! Oh and our son had a great time and shut the whole reception down with his introduction!! -

Patrice was truly God-sent. Professional from the first phone call/ meeting to the last guest leaving the reception. Always kept our feelings and concerns as her first priorities. Treated not only the bride and groom with love and respect, but also everyone who played a part in our big day. Really loved how she was the voice of reasoning when I became stressed. Included her personal touches on the design layout for the wedding décor. Crushed everything that was asked of her with a smile on her face. Even knows how to keep secrets..(insider). We cannot thank Patrice enough for making our day at Arrington Vineyards so incredible. She ensured every detail of the ceremony and reception were correct and that everyone followed the timeline. She added so many personal touches such as having the caterers prepare “doggie bags” for myself and the groom, personally topping off our drinks when she saw they were low, and checking in to ensure our day was going how we envisioned it. I highly recommend her and PLS Coordinate to all upcoming brides in the Nashville and surrounding areas. -

Patrice from PLS is FANTASTIC!!! From the moment I talked to her on the phone, I knew she was going to be great, and she exceeded every expectation we had!!! Patrice truly went above-and-beyond before our wedding, and she was like our fairy godmother on the day of the wedding . . . putting out fires behind-the -scenes, checking on us, helping with the timeline, making sure everything and everyone was in their place, and SO much more!! I didn't realize how essential having a wedding coordinator was until I was in the thick of it with planning, and I am so glad I had Patrice!!! I don't know what we would have done without her!! If you're on the fence about using a wedding coordinator, my advice would be to do whatever you can to make it work, and then give Patrice a call! You will be thankful you did!!! -

I selected "month-before" coordination with Patrice, but let me tell you - she started working with us right away. There is not one tiny detail she forgot or overlooked. She kept all of our files, receipts, timelines, vendor info, etc. and kept me extremely organized. She raised valuable questions to the vendors and helped me save money on some suggestions. She is professional, organized, confident; she gets it done but makes sure the bride and groom are happy the entire time. Halfway through the day, I was starving and this girl had a bag of chips ready to go for me. I texted or called her at odd hours throughout the process and she always answered. She is worth every penny - and honestly, probably more. You will love Patrice and Gina! I had 9 bridesmaids (yes, way too many) who each had a slightly different dress. I didn't have a preference where they stood but Patrice in her infinite wisdom rearranged them for the best picture quality ang giirrrrrllll did it look so good after I got the prints back. About 2 months after my wedding, my parents asked me how she was doing because they were still so impressed by her and loved her as a person. I will never get married without PLS Coordinate again! :) -
