Amanda Mitten is hands down the most amazing wedding planner/coordinator in the entire universe. She did absolutely everything to make sure my day was as perfect as I wanted to to be. I am so thankful I went with this beautiful venue and got to meet this sweet sweet lady. She is the definition of perfection.

I was in a friends wedding at Pine Mountain club chalets in 2013. And from that day I knew that if I ever got married that would be my dream place to get married. So on June 25th, 2016 I said I do! The staff is awesome and Pine Mountain Club Chalets is beautiful outside and inside.

Our wedding experience was different to say the least, we had many devastating changes way to close to the big day and I would have completely fallen apart if it had not been for Amanda and the wonderful staff and vendors at PMCC. They truly took a very emotional day for myself and turned it into the best day. She made me feel like even though our world was crashing around us that day and that time was still deserved for me an my husband. I would not change it for the world. I highly recommend having your special day at PMCC, They'll make you feel like family, and if you're lucky you'll make a great friend in the process, I know I did. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, you'll never know how great you made everything. We love you Amanda.

Loved this venue! Its natural beauty was perfect for our fall wedding. Amanda was a lifesaver and turned all of my ideas into reality. Excellent price for everything that you are getting. I wouldn't have wanted my wedding any other way!

Our wedding was the most BEAUTIFUL & PERFECT day EVER!!! Amanda MItten helped me for 11 months through planning, and was always quick to respond to emails/messages!! She was very professional throughout the entire process, and individualized my day to exactly what I wanted. Jessica was my wedding day director, and she was AWESOME!! She kept everything flowing well, and she even stayed later than she was paid to stay! Jimmy did our ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL flowers, and I am STILL getting compliments on them!! He brought more than enough, and I am still enjoying some in my home! Heather did our GORGEOUS & DELICIOUS wedding cake, and I will definitely recommend her to other people! I used several other of PMCCR's Preferred Vendors, and I couldn't be more happy to have had them on our special day! I only wish they would provide a place closer to the wedding site for the groomsmen to get ready because the photographer didn't get any pictures of them :(. Other than that, we ABSOLUTELY LOVED Pine Mountain Club Chalet's Resort & everything was BEAUTIFUL!!! I can't stop picturing how nice everything was, and we really appreciate the kindness of the staff!! I will definitely recommend all vendors that we had!! Again, thank you PMCCR for making everything SO PERFECT!!!!

Everyone was amazing. From the word go they helped me plan everything, flowers cake, and decor. The pricing is great too, they have packages that work with everyone's needs and budget, and you have until 30 days before the wedding to make your final payment which is good if you are on a tight budget. Their packages include a cake and flowers and the florist and cake designer are amazing, they will do pretty much anything you want. The wedding day was a piece of cake, they took care of scheduling everything and I did not have to do anything. My husband and I are so glad we had our wedding there. It is beautiful too. An outside wedding in a gazebo on the lake.

I loved everything about this venue. From start to finish they made my wedding exactly what I dreamed of. Amanda and staff at pmcc are the absolute best!

The staff at PMCC was very accommodating and kind. We were suppose to have an outdoor ceremony but it started to rain some about 30 minutes before the ceremony. Jessica, our director for the day, gave us the decision to wait it out or move it inside. We opted to move it inside to be safe and about 5 minutes before the ceremony the rain stopped. Jessica offered to move everything back out if we wanted but we decided to leave it inside and had a sweet candlelight ceremony. Heather make our cake and it was so delicious and Jimmy made the beautiful floral arrangements. Our day was perfect and stress free thanks to Amanda and the rest of PMCC staff! We will definitely be visiting again!

PMCC is a wonderful place to get married. The fact that you can bundle so much stuff together does save money and the quality of everything is so good! Amanda (the planner) is amazing. I have heard of other wedding planners and different vendors not being available to the bride when needed and that is not how Amanda is! She is grade A and so are the coordinators that work with her. My beautiful day was such a breeze thanks to the PMCC team! My flowers from Jimmy (PMCCs florist) was STUNNING. He is absolutely incredible and KNOWS his flowers. The cake was perfect and beautiful as well! I highly recommend this venue!

The Chalets at Pine Mountain was such a beautiful place to have my daughter's wedding. The water, the staircase, it was absolutely the most perfect setting for what we wanted to make the biggest day of her life the very best that we could give. It was perfect!!! The Alpine reception center was also elegant and absolutely perfect. We placed centerpieces on the tables and had very few decorations because it was already so naturally beautiful that we didn't want to take away from that. She had the BEST day ever and that's exactly what we wanted.

Amanda and Jessica the wedding planners were very professional and willing to help with any of our needs. They were also fun and made my wedding fun and unforgettable! I didn't have to worry about the details because they did everything!!! Recommend to everyone!

The resort made my day perfect!!! The staff was exceptional and was by my side the whole day. Everything was exactly how i imagined it. Everything was clean and put just the way i wanted it , except for the few services that i didn't want to pay for that i did myself. I would recommend this place to any future brides!!

We loved our wedding. It was absolutely perfect. Everything was very smooth from the planning to the day of. Amanda handled all of the planning and meetings and everything was very easy and well organized. It made that process extremely stress free for me and I couldn't have asked for more! Jessica was amazing the day of the wedding. She made me feel at ease and everything went smoothly. She completed some of the finishing touches up around the venue and made everything perfect! I had a wonderful experience at Pine Mountain Club Chalets for my wedding. My entire wedding was beautiful and the wedding coordinator, Amanda, is awesome. I didn't have to worry about a thing because she took care of all my worries and then some. The outdoor space was beautiful and now 2 months later my guest are still talking about how beautiful my wedding was. I would recommend this venue for anyone's upcoming event. I promise that you will not be disappointed. Thank you Amanda for all of your hard work and for making my special day a memory I will never forget.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day at PMCC. We had so much fun and the place had such a great view. It was nice to have the outdoor look for our wedding ceremony, but also be able to go inside for the reception so that it was nice and cool.

Our coordinator/wedding planner was Amanda and she was awesome! Everything was handled so professionally from meetings and paperwork to everything that went on the day of the wedding. She helped everything go as smoothly as possible even when we encountered a little bit of rain!

We felt like our money was very well spent here and everyone enjoyed it. They loved how beautiful and peaceful the place was and how well everything was set up for both the ceremony and reception.

First off, if you want the romantic feel of an outside wedding, but have the comfortable feeling of A/C later while you're dancing, this is the place for you!! Secondly, Amanda was SO wonderful in helping plan our event at PMCC. Jessica was an AMAZING coordinator on the day of our wedding. There is literally nothing I would change about my wedding day because of these two women!

My now husband and I were looking for a different venue that not everybody has had their wedding at. Another friend recommended Pine Mountain Club Chalets and Amanda, the on site wedding coordinator. We fell in love instantly when we saw the venue. Amanda and Mary Beth were WONDERFUL! From the planning stage to the actual day, everything ran so smoothly! They handled all the details that I worried were going to stress me out, kept the ceremony running and the day went by flawlessly!! I recommend this venue to any bride on a budget as you get so much taken care of for such a great price!! PMCC was just everything that i could imagine in a venue for my wedding day. The packages they offer are very affordable. It was wonderful to know that my wedding cake, grooms cake, and flowers were taken care of which took off some stress. Amanda Mitten is the best she made she everything was just perfect for my special day and she was always there when i needed her or had any questions. The cabin that we stayed in on our wedding day was nice and just made us feel at home. It was absolutely perfect and i could not of picked a better place

Amanda was AMAZING! She gave me advice when I needed it, helped advise me financially and still made my day look picture perfect. She is very professional and quick to respond via phone or email. She definitely knows what she is doing!

My husband Michael and I had our wedding at Pine Mountain Club Chalet on 5-25-2013. Amanda was the coordinator that helped us. Our day was nothing less than perfect. Everything went the way we planned with no mistakes and it was all thanks to Amanda and her team at PMCC. We were able to get everything that we wanted in the venue, food, entertainment, schedule, décor, and cabins and stay without the budget we had set for ourselves. Anyone looking for a wedding venue would be crazy not to check out this place. I can not say enough good things about the location and the staff. Amanda even helped us find vendors for all the things we needed for the wedding and was there to help when we arrived and realized that we had forgotten some important things like our cake cutting utensils. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking to get married or hold an event.

Everything was great! They were Johnny on the spot. We were very pleased and will be back.

The vendor had everything organized and very professional. There was not a question that was left unanswered. If you wanted something specific needed the vendor got it and they are there for you no one else.

I am really glad I found this place, my wedding turned out beautiful, it is such a wonderful place with such great people. Amanda is there every step of the way making sure everything is perfect, she does a fantastic job!

PMCC was our dream wedding venue. It was so beautiful and affordable. PMCC's staff is incredible and wonderfully polite/helpful. Amanda was our wedding planner and a godsend. My experience with PMCC was fantastic. It is a lovely venue, and the packages that are provided with renting the space are very fairly priced- the vendors are great to work with and provide great quality with their products. Amanda was an incredible wedding coordinator- she went above and beyond anything I expected or imagined, was very easy to work with and very flexible/accommodating- you can tell that she really enjoys her job and it was a pleasure and God-send to have her there through the whole process.

This wedding venue was so beautiful, and affordable!!!!!!!!! Amanda provided wonderful services. My day went so smooth because she knew what needed to be done and how to get it done right. Everyone was so suprised at how beautiful the location was.

Everyone says to prepare yourself for at least one thing to go wrong and because of her and my awesome family the day was perfect and we did not have one single problem:) Everything about our special day was wonderful and the Pine Mountain Challets was the perfect place to get married! This place was beautiful! The wedding planner Amanda and her team are wonderful! There are many affordable packages to choose from and the quality of everything is excellent. She has many other vendors to choose from to work within your budget. There is also a plan B option in case it rains, but my overall experience is rated at a 10! It was the wedding of my dreams and I am so thankful I went with Pine Mountain Club Chalets!

We chose the Alpine Center at the Pine Mountain Club Chalets for our wedding reception, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning. Amanda, the Event Coordinator, was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and friendly. She met with us several times in the planning stages to see the venue and create an idea of what we wanted. She helped me arrange tables, she helped come up with a plan to fit our numbers comfortably within the building while considering our need to keep the people traffic moving along. The Alpine Center was priced very well for everything included: tables, chairs, fireplace, two bathrooms, porch, kitchen, parking, and view of the lake and gazebo. The Center was clean and ready as previously arranged on the day we agreed. The setting is beautiful and provided a wonderful backdrop for our day. The whole experience at the Alpine Center was totally satisfactory. I would recommend the Alpine Center at the Pine Mountain Club Chalets to anyone who needed a reasonably priced, venue for fewer than 200 people. It was perfect!

When my husband and i found the chalets, we knew as soon as we pulled onto the grounds that THIS WAS the place we were going to get married! It was just perfect! Amanda, the wedding coordinator, was great! I dont know what i would have done without her! She always had the answers that i needed no matter how many times i had asked the same questions! When our wedding day rolled around everything ran so smoothly. No problems! It was great! I would 100% recommend this place to any and everybody i know!!

Amanda was great! She handled everything and we were able to enjoy our day. She becomes not just a wedding planner but a friend. She has amazing tips and ideas that you might not have thought about. The price is great considering everything that you get. I do NOT recommend using the cake vendor that they use. My cake looked NOTHING like we asked and the flavor was awful, the florist however was AMAZING. There were a few changes that were made the day of that I was not made aware of and found out on my own once it was to late. However I highly recommend the Chalets for your big day!

Overall this little hidden gem offers great packages so that you don't have to sell your first born for your wedding. My only reservations on giving it 5/5 is that: 1) there were fluorescent lighting in the reception room so to avoid harsh terrible lighting I had to pay an outside company to hang white lights 2) while meeting with the main coordinator, it was never relayed that she may not be the one who was actually with me on my wedding day. Her stand-in was incredible and honestly I was happier with her than I would have been with the original person. However I just didn't feel like it was made clear who would be doing what. 3) when being told about local vendors, the main coordinator gave us rates for these vendors but when we met with the vendors they did not go with those rates. When we asked her about it, she said the vendors could change their prices at any time. It made us feel like we were lied to about PMCCs involvement with vendors. It was made to seem they were more interconnected than they really were.

I had such a wonderful time working with Amanda and PMCC during the planning for our wedding. It was so much more than what I expected it to be. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful when I called with questions. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone's wedding. It is beautiful!

The staff at PMCC Resort was wonderful, especially Amanda Mitten, the event coordinator. They met my needs. The only concern that I had dealt with the capacity. As we were planning the wedding, I knew the reception hall could only hold 125 people. However, I also knew that we would possibly have substantially more than that. With that said, I was assured throughout the process that PMCC could accomodate our wedding, especially since it was outside. About two weeks before the ceremony when I had to give my final numbers, it appeared that we wouldn't be able to have the ceremony there because of our numbers. I had to pay a significant amount of money for each person over 125. I wasn't totally happy about that, but I understood the concerns of the resort management. In the end, everything worked out and I had a wonderful wedding.

The event venue was great. The event coordination which was also paid for should have been better.

Pine mountain club chalet is a very beautiful place. As far as the wedding services i would say that what is promised in the package offer is not completely explained in the begining. They paint a very polished portrait in the begining. Not all expectaions were met but, in the end everything worked out. Wedding planning services are included, but they did not meet my expectations. Other than the lack of planning help, Amanda the wedding "planner," did come through on the day of the ceremony. Also, the wedding cake is included in the package deal. I would not recomend the cake, it was horrible. Some flowers are incluede which was a very good deal, they were beautiful.

I had my wedding here in September. The scenery was perfect for my husband and I and we loved that it was quiet and away from the cities. If we didn't have a wedding planner in the family that offered to bring some decorations and provide some creativity in the decor and feel of our wedding we would have had a very different day. The planner offered by the venue was decent but then on our wedding day without any notice or choice there was a different wedding planner on the wedding day. The change of planner was frustrating because she did not know anything about me or how we wanted the day to go. In the end we had a beautiful day but I attribute most of it to the scenery and to the help of our cousin, the outside wedding planner.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations given the high cost. The flowers were completely wrong, and the coordinator—who was new—caused several issues, including handing out corsages and boutonnieres to the wrong guests. The timeline wasn’t followed, and the flow of the event felt disjointed. My photographer even had to step in to help coordinate, which is definitely not part of her job. While I understand that the coordinator was new, it was still very frustrating, especially for the amount we were paying. My advice: choose the cheapest package and pick your own vendors for a smoother experience. The venue is beautiful, but the lack of professionalism and organization made for a stressful day.
