This was the perfect venue for a wedding reception. Because it was such a perfect location and we had a lot of out of town guest we also had the rehearsal dinner here too. They did everything for us the food cocktail hour it was absolutely perfect!Sent on 12/12/2014

Amanda, who was in charge of my wedding reception was amazing. She was assigned my reception late into us planning it because of some things that happened with the conference center. She took over and was wonderful in helping me and my family plan the best day of my life. During the reception, Amanda was right there, but never in the way. Anytime I needed her, she was willing to do anything for us. The rest of the staff (waiters, etc.) were very professional and great to deal with. Do not have your wedding reception here! Everyone that helped plan was very nice, but so many important things went wrong!!! I would have been OK with this if I got a sincere apology, but that didn't happen. My husband and I were never made a plate of food- but the servers got seconds for themselves and took it out back. During the toast my husband and I didn't receive champagne, and our "entrance" was done twice because one of the idiot banquet employees opened the doors before we there. Our welcome baskets were never handed out to our out of town guests, costing me about $300. Our favors weren't put on the tables either, so our guests didn't receive anything! In the end we were comped for $300, which didn't cover it in my opinion.Sent on 08/31/2008
