Facilities and Capacity
The Warehouse on Main is the central venue at The Eclectic Warehouse. Spanning 10,000 square feet, it is suited to guest lists between 60 and as many as 400. You can begin your festivities with the ceremony in the outdoor Sycamore Courtyard, which also functions as a space for cocktail hours. A 2,000 square-foot deck keeps the celebrations in the open air and features lighting. A dressing room is available for your convenience, as are bathrooms and a private kitchen. While the multipurpose venue can be used in a plethora of ways, options are not limited here. Aubrey owns a number of other locations that can help couples achieve their wedding dreams. The Harden Building provides 4,000 square feet of space for loved ones to gather in merriment. Generally used for concerts, the Music Barn provides a classic rural setting for weddings. Couples seeking to celebrate outdoors have the choice of The Eclectic Woodlands, which features woods, meadows, and a stream. A permanent bathroom is located on the site and you can set up a tent. Accommodations are also available in the Pond Cabin and a Lake Martin Treasure Cove Cabin. The Pond Cabin also serves as a grooms' or brides' room while up to eight can stay the night at the waterfront Treasure Cove cabin.
At The Eclectic Warehouse, you can host both your ceremony and reception, as well as your engagement party, shower, and rehearsal dinner. If you desire, you may also choose all your own vendors or even take a do-it-yourself approach. The team is enthusiastic about letting lovebirds celebrate their milestone moment in a way that is quintessentially them. The staff takes pride in offering facilities that can meet so many event needs. To help you focus on making memories, the professionals at the venue can provide cleanup services.
The Eclectic Warehouse was constructed in 1928 by Lee Hornsby. For decades, it served many functional purposes, providing lumber, cotton merchandising, and hardware. This contributed to the economic life of the town, allowing the community to thrive. In 1996, Aubrey transformed the location into an events facility. Since then it has been used for school activities, festivals, special events, concerts, and much more. Bustling with activity, the venue’s flexibility makes it an ideal place for gatherings, parties, and occasions, surrounded by the picturesque charm of pastoral America.

A fairy tale dream for my daughter and new son.
The venue is amazing! Aubrey is very accommodating and easy to work with. Everything you need for an indoor or outdoor ceremony. You will not regret your decision. We rented for four days. It was worth the charge. Gave us plenty of time to decorate, have the rehearsal and clean up for the day after the wedding. A small private honeymoon cottage is also available.Sent on 09/23/2020

Had my dream wedding at the Eclectic Warehouse
I had searched for weeks for the perfect venue at the end of last year and finally found this gem! We toured it and fell in love. The pricing is amazing compared to all of the venues we looked at. The warehouse already has beautiful decor, vintage furniture, chandeliers, string lights galore, it literally feels like a dream when you walk in. Aubrey is by far the sweetest man I have ever met. From day one he has made my (now) wife and I feel very comfortable and accepted. We were apprehensive at first being a same sex couple shopping for vendors but Aubrey welcomed us with open arms and we couldn’t be grateful. The attention to detail he has put into the venue is amazing. It has so many reclaimed and repurposed materials that make it so unique! Unlike anything I have ever seen. His assistant Sherri is also a joy. She will get everything organized for you and she always respond quickly if you have any questions before your big day. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your dream wedding, I would wholeheartedly recommend the eclectic warehouse.Sent on 10/20/2020
