We have absolutely no complaints about our day with Marriott Shoals. The food was amazing, the cake was delicious, and they handled those pesky little details no one thinks about such as transporting our bags to our honeymoon suite and transporting gifts brought to the reception to my parents' room.

Felecia (Sales), Sheryl (Food & Beverage) and Alex (Operations) were wonderful to work with. They were all very responsive and professional. The company was flexible and understanding with an unexpected date change. The venue was beautiful, and did not disappoint for an all inclusive location. The food and details were outstanding. The Presidential Cottage made our event extra special, from our rehearsal dinner to our stay there. Definitely recommend!
