Working with Pearls Events and Co. (PEC) for our wedding was an absolutely stellar experience. From the minute we signed, Chandni was incredibly engaged, excited, and overly generous with her energy and commitment. Whether it was coordinating site visits, managing meticulous spreadsheets, or having long conversations to find the perfect vendors, we couldn't have imagined a better partner.
When the month countdown began, Jose stepped in, and when the big weekend arrived, the rest of the team integrated smoothly and effortlessly. Having them there truly felt like an extension of our own family. Planning a large wedding comes with so many nerves about the unknowns, but the PEC team allowed us to completely relax and soak in every single minute without a single worry.
What truly sets PEC apart, though, is their behind-the-scenes dedication. Months later, while catching up over dinner, I learned the incredible lengths they went to in order to ensure our weekend was perfect. As a bride, I had completely forgotten to share my bouquet inspiration until two weeks before the wedding, and I accidentally sent it to the wrong contact. The weekend of our wedding in Asheville, NC, Chandni realized the bouquet was missing. Instead of stressing me out, she quietly organized her team to divide, conquer, casually drive 4 hours to find the exact florals... and execute my exact vision flawlessly. I had absolutely NO idea until months later, and hearing about it brought tears to my eyes. It’s those little things—and their quiet dedication—that I will forever cherish.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Chandni Mistry and her incredible team at Pearls Event & Co. From the very beginning, Chandni and her team were nothing short of exceptional—on top of every single detail, no matter how big or small. As a couple with time-consuming careers, we were beyond grateful for how seamlessly they made the entire wedding planning process feel.
What stood out the most was how much time they took to truly understand our vision, what was important to us, and also what mattered to our families. They didn’t just execute plans—they brought our dreams to life in a way that reflected who we are, while still making both sides of our families feel heard and cared for. Where do we start?
Chandni and her team went above and beyond for our wedding in Cabo. After speaking with a ton of wedding planners across the country and in the NYC area, we decided to go with Pearls Event after feeling they understood what we were looking to do.
Chandni was an amazing planner and worked with us for nearly a year to help plan our destination wedding. From negotiating the contracts with several venues to finding caterers to finding transportation to helping wrapping gifts at the events, there is nothing her and her team did not help us with.
More than anything, she kept everyone calm during the entire process. Wedding planning is not easy, especially when you have many hands in the cookie jar. I cannot stress how well Chandni handles the emotions of all the parties involved in the wedding planning process.
During each event of our wedding, Chandni and her team kept everyone on time. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO KEEP SOUTH ASIAN PEOPLE ON TIME? It's impossible but Chandni made it possible (shoutout Adidas).

Chandni was literally so awesome to work with! We had a year and half long process with Chandni and she was super helpful. Hiring her for the full service package was one of the best choices we made. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Chandni always stayed so calm every check in call with her even when there were fires to put out. She was collective and assured us that it will all be okay, and truly she was always on top it. She handled so many things behind the scene without us even realizing. Chandni was a rockstar from day 1 for us. She listened closely to what we were looking for from a venue, vendor & style perspective and made the process of identifying a top list to meet with a simple process. She was consistently there for us throughout the planning process outside of our regularly scheduled calls, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with each vendor/decision we made. Given that our wedding was interracial and celebrating two separate religions/ceremonies – there were unique challenges to making sure we covered all the bases which we would not have been able to navigate without her guidance. She took the time to walk us through how we could approach making the most of our 3 days and we can truly say that it turned out perfectly.

Chandni and her team were everything I could have asked for and more in a wedding planner. We had a fusion Hindu/Christian wedding with 2 ceremonies on the same day (back-to-back), which is no easy feat, but Chandni made it happen and did not miss a beat. Everything was truly seamless. Throughout the planning process, she was patient, kind, and helpful - she listened to all my ideas and understood the vision I had, while also helping me bring everything together. She recommended most of my vendors to me which we got so many compliments on. Thanks to her, Sarika, and Varsha, I felt like an absolute princess and I felt like they waited on me hand and foot. I did not worry about a single thing on the wedding day, they took care of EVERYTHING! Our wedding was 2 months ago and people are still telling us how our wedding was one of the most elegant, organized, detail-oriented, and on-time weddings they've ever been to. I don’t even know where to begin! From the beginning, I always knew I wanted to use Chandni for my wedding planning team. My original date was March 27th, 2021 but we decided last minute (literally not even a month out maybe) to postpone till November. Chandni was so smooth and helpful throughout all the changes and helping me coordinate with all the vendors and helping me find new vendors for the ones who were not available on my new date. I know it was a CRAZY wedding season for all the vendors so since I knew I had some time, I tried not to bother Chandni as much throughout the summer, but she was always responsive when I did have a random question or needed help with anything. I think around September is when my parent’s wedding nerves finally started to kick in. Time was now quickly approaching and they really needed assurance from Chandni that everything will be done flawlessly with her support, and let me tell you, she delivered 1000%. I’m still in shock that that was MY wedding, from the week of till very end of reception, Chandni was so attentive and answering any small or big question I had. The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly! Chandni and her team were all so calm and had such a great energy. My whole family and friends even complimented on how great they were and easy to work with. I could not have asked for a better planner to work with for my dream wedding, so a big big thank you to Chandni & PEC team. Love you guys!!! -

Chandni and her team are the best! They are the reason my wedding day was unforgettable and PERFECT. I hired them for day of coordination and to help with securing a decor vendor prior to the pandemic. My wedding got postponed from 2020 to 2021 and while I was frantic, like every bride going through the messiness of rescheduling weddings/vendors/etc., Chandni checked in on me right away and helped me reschedule all of my vendors quickly. Without her help, I don't think I would have been able to re-secure 100% of my vendors for the new wedding date. Anandi led the group of ladies who were my day of coordinators -- but when I tell you they not only checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was all set, they checked in on my husband, they checked in with my closest family members, and they really did coordinate EVERYTHING day of. From making sure all vendors arrived early for setup, breakdown, audio check to also confirming the immediate family made it to the venues on time / early for family photos. I am so glad I hired the PEC team for my wedding and I would recommend them time and time over!! They are THE BEST! -

Pec is the very best!
A huge wholehearted thank you to the PEC for making our wedding day perfect! The whole team went above & beyond from the days leading up to the big day as well as the day of. Everything was on time & they managed everything flawlessly despite the hurdles with our other vendors. Knowing our venue provided minimal support - PEC did an amazing AMAZING job keeping things under control. Our friends & family raved about how everything was on time & thought out - our wedding would not have been possible without PEC's full attention & positive demeanor. We especially loved the teams energy, enthusiasm & high standard for success. We are so grateful to have worked with PEC & couldn't recommend Chandni & her team more. Chandni, Anandi, Ratna, and Dhara were absolutely AMAZING!!! I truly don’t think our wedding would have been the same without them. Anandi was our lead coordinator that day (she was incredible), but we also had Chandni help plan each step of the way. Ratna was by my side every second of the day and Dhara was by my husbands side. My mom still mentions how grateful she was for having Ratna there, not only helping me, but also helping my mom. By the end of the night we all became family!
The last two years were very stressful. We were one of the many weddings effected by COVID. With that, Chandni helped me with re-planning and making sure everything went smoothly. If you are contemplating between different event planners, STOP, you will not be disappointed with Pearl Events. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH Chandni, Anandi, Ratna & Dhara. I will forever be grateful to each of you being there by our side each step of the way. -

Chandni Mistry and her team at Pearls Event & Co are second to none in the wedding planning game. Ahead of our big day, we had an especially unique challenge because we were planning the entire wedding (during the pandemic) in only 3 months. Both my wife and I have had extensive experience planning larger weddings within our family and friends circle, and my wife even has worked at a wedding planning company. In spite of that, Pearls Events & Co. not only met, but EXCEEDED our expectations.
From the moment we began our planning process, Chandni was extremely organized and punctual for every meeting. She has a very high attention to detail and spends a tremendous amount of time with making sure the vision of the bride/groom is fully realized. She really brought in that extra "wow factor" we were looking for. In addition to all of that, Chandni will really go to bat for you when you need to go the extra mile to get something done. Whether it's last minute errands that require running around on the day of the wedding, or staying up all night with her team to get work done, she will do it with a smile on her face.
Our wedding day ran absolutely phenomenally. The entire day ran AHEAD of schedule (yes it was a completely traditional Indian ceremony). Every guest who attended had only positive comments to make, even though they were not used to the abbreviated and pandemic style Indian wedding we had taken on.
If you want someone to be your planner who is not only easy to work with but also gets your dream wedding done with grace, hire Pearls Event & Co. You will not be disappointed! -

I found PEC through a friend/coworker of mine, and let me tell you that was probably one of the BEST investments I made for our wedding. Chandni and her team are absolutely amazing. I hired them for their “day of coordinator” service because I had pretty much taken cared of everything else with time, (otherwise I would’ve booked them for the complete wedding planning experience, hands down.) Their team is dedicated to really making everything flow and when I say that they are life savers, they truly are. My bridal boutique dropped the bomb with my veil that we didn’t know was not in my dress bag until the evening of (few hours before the ceremony actually) I reached out to Chandni immediately and all she said was “we’ll handle it.” Through my meltdown and a half she and her team really did take care of everything with love and patience. Chandni herself went to get my veil the morning of our wedding while Jose and another team member was with me as I got ready. By the time we arrived at the church for our early morning ceremony, Chandni somehow managed to defeat manhattan traffic and get my veil to me right before entering the church to walk down the aisle! They worked so professionally and honestly felt like family that day. If there’s any recommendations I can give any bride, it is to bring PEC onto your team for your wedding. Whether for day of coordination and just making everything went smoothly like I did, or better yet your whole wedding planning process. From one bride that had every curveball thrown at her during her wedding planning process, trust me it’ll be the best investment for that whole day. -

We hired Pearl Events for day of coordination for our 3 day wedding and it was 150% worth it!! We chatted with many different event companies prior to Pearl Events and were given absurd quotes, but PEC is incredibly reasonable and worth every penny. Chandni and her team were on top of everything and took care of things without me having to ask about it. We had a big fat Punjabi wedding and they were able to make sure everything went on time and everyone was where they were supposed to be. I highly recommend PEC. Chandni is very organized and such a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of her team!! -

Where do we begin, our wedding day and the entire year and a half long process went smoothly all because of Chandni and her team. She was there from the beginning and always responded , helped with finding the perfect vendors and accommodating all our needs. As a super busy couple the thought of planning a wedding seemed daunting with our schedules and trying to meet vendors but Chandni and her team took care of it all and communications! On the day of the wedding , that’s when they real shined. The whole day went so pleasantly, and questions, needs, even timing went well because of her and her team. There were moments where I totally forgot I had to arrange things or gather my wedding party and she was always two steps ahead. From arranging the ceremony decor last minute to finding items such as religious lanterns that seemed impossible it was all done. When we were running behind due to logistics of the venue she somehow revamped our timeline and made sure everything happened all within my original scheduled time! Somehow she and her team was always there not only for ourselves the bride and groom but also our family and wedding party. I seriously have no idea how they were always able to help so many people out at once. The funniest moment was when my earring went flying off during my dance and somehow they got my earring, found me a new back and then managed to find the minuscule backing ina crowd of 250 on a dance floor, now that’s skills! Ours was a Catholic Malayalee Indian wedding and it was executed wonderfully! She really can accommodate to any kind of South Asian wedding. We loved our journey and highly recommend Pearls Event and Co. to all current and future brides and grooms to be! -

Chandni and her team helped execute our vision. Her team and coordinators helped make the week of the wedding seamless and low stress. They were great at logistically making each event run on time and smooth and were able to help bring our vision to life. They seamlessly made decisions to blow out fires without burdening the wedding couple or families. Contacting Chandni Mistry at Pearls Event and Co is one of the best things I could have done for my sanity at my wedding.
As an extremely detail-oriented and anal person, I was weary about hiring a planner. I was nervous that even after all of our meetings and correspondence, that a planner wouldn't understand my vision. I also worried that my Bangladeshi customs would take a back seat, since I wasn't sure how many planners in the area had experience planning a Bangladeshi-Muslim wedding.
But Chandni blew it out of the park - she was attentive to my vision, connected me with excellent vendors with whom she had great relationships, managed my budgeting expectations, and really impressed me on the weekend of my wedding. Even when our weekly meetings didn't feel like enough (I told you, I'm overly detail-oriented and I talk too much), I saw it all come together with Chandni's help.
During the planning phase, Chandni connected me to some great vendors and acted as a liaison between them all. The idea of working with so many vendors overwhelmed me, so I was really pleased with her level-headedness and her ability to communicate effectively in my favor. She had my best interests in mind throughout. She also helped me conceptualize a realistic budget - reeling me in when I needed it and giving me practical advice. Even though I didn't listen sometimes (lol $$), I appreciated how real she kept it with me.
She particularly impressed me on the weekend of my wedding. Many examples come to mind, but Chandni really came through during stressful situations that I wasn't even privy to at the time! I learned about these things much later, from members of my family. Let's face it - something will ALWAYS happen at a wedding that wasn't planned. Chandni was there to address and fix them all. And she did! She pulled strings to make my dreams come through, especially when it came to a particular decor issue on the morning of my ceremony.
Overall, I couldn't recommend Chandni Mistry enough. She knows what she's doing. -

Chandni and Priyanka were wonderful when we used them for our wedding on 1/8/21. We had booked her team back in Feb. of 2020 before the pandemic hit. She understood our concerns and made us feel comfortable in moving forward with our wedding. Up until a month before things kept changing and she was on board with everything. Our event went extremely smooth and everything was on time, I did not want to waste any time and she made sure everything was covered. Chandni and Priyanka made sure to know all the important people, and make sure they were ready to go for the wedding as well as being part of our big day. Although, we met them the day of the wedding I felt an instant connection because of all the prior commutation we had. My family got to know them well and relied on them for things that we couldn't do. I am glad we hired Pearl Events, and hoping to use them for our bigger event in July 2021!
