We found Paradise Weddings online. After after a few virtual calls with outstanding options and presentations, we scheduled our site visit for almost exactly a year before our wedding. We visited two properties with Lucie who was an amazing guide, and brought us the sweetest gifts!
We stayed at Secrets Moxche in Playa del Carmen for an amazing deal. This hotel the clear winner for our big day, but we had concerns about pricing for our guests, but the team worked with us to suggest the best time of year and negotiated the best rates. We did a save the date and noted that there was no formal invite to follow. The card included a QR code to our wedding website, where putting a deposit on your room with Paradise Weddings was their RSVP.
Lu, our travel coordinator, was SO responsive and constantly provided me with updates so I could track our headcount. They communicated directly with guests and sent reminders so that the process was so incredibly stress free for me and my husband. She coordinated all the rooms and flights as requested, providing me with detailed spreadsheets as I requested them.
Emilio helped coordinate airport transfers for our party. When I asked if we could have beers in the vehicles for our guests, he QUICKLY found a vendor that would do this AT NO COST - so fun! He was super responsive, friendly, and surprised me and the groom with luxury accommodations.
A few day before we embarked on our destination weddings, the team wired us all rebates we were promised/they negotiated for us, which was perfect as this was around the time our final payment to the resort was due.
Finally, Lucie and Lu kindly visited us at the resort before our wedding and greeted us with the most thoughtful gift.
I can't recommend Paradise Weddings enough! Hard to believe that their services are FREE. They handled everything from our website, booking, transportation, room, reservations, and all that jazz. The team was amazing!ParadiseWeddings.com's reply:

I cannot recommend Paradise Weddings highly enough! From the very beginning they made the entire process so simple and enjoyable. Lucie helped us find the perfect resort that matched the vibe we were going for and checked each of our boxes, introduced us to the wonderful resort planning team, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient and kind, walked us through the process, and was very responsive answering any and every question we had. Once we locked in on our resort and finalized the room block, the rest of the Paradise Wedding team went above and beyond to help us coordinate with our guests and the resort. Vicky, Misael, and their wonderful team were on top of every inquiry and helped us adjust our rooms to meet every guest’s needs. They also kept us fully updated throughout the entire process and removed all of the guesswork from what would have otherwise been a very overwhelming experience. I'm taking great care to write this review because I want it to be genuinely helpful for any couple considering a destination wedding. When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in the Cancun area, we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed. There were so many resorts to choose from that the research process alone felt like a full-time job. That's when we stumbled across Paradise Weddings online and decided to reach out for guidance, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
From day one, Paradise Weddings was incredible. Our first Zoom meeting was with Lucie, who came prepared with pointed, thoughtful questions about the type of celebration we envisioned, the size of our group, and what mattered most to us. We had five events to plan! One of our challenges was finding a property that was affordable for a range of guests, while still offering clean, fresh, well-maintained accommodations that represented genuine value. We wanted to choose a place for the discerning traveler and equally for the guest who is saving up to make this a truly memorable trip. Lucie hit that mark.
Drawing on her deep, firsthand knowledge of the properties in the area, she narrowed the field and recommended three or four resorts that fit our vision perfectly. We then flew down ourselves to tour them and what we found was exactly what she had described. Her recommendation ultimately led us to The Fives Hotel and Residences, a property we never would have discovered on our own and one that turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. And here is something worth knowing: Paradise Weddings is paid directly by the resort you choose. Their expertise, guidance, and support cost us nothing out of pocket.
Once we decided to move forward with The Fives, Carolina was assigned to us and became an integral part of the entire planning process. Managing bookings and logistics for nearly 100 guests is no small task, and she made it feel seamless. She created a dedicated portal for our guests, handled all room bookings, arranged transportation, and set up excursion options for anyone who wanted to explore beyond the property. Carolina was not just a booking coordinator; she was a key player in making our destination wedding a true success.
What made the process especially smooth was the clearly strong working relationship between Paradise Weddings and The Fives. Special booking requests from our guests were handled seamlessly, and whenever any issue arose with the resort, Paradise Weddings would reach out directly and things were resolved instantly. That partnership meant so much to us throughout the entire journey.
A heartfelt shout-out goes to Lucie and Carolina. From the very first Zoom call to the final details, they were with us every step of the way. Their genuine interest and personal investment in making our wedding an absolute success never wavered. Highly professional but with genuine heart, and that combination meant so much to us.
We could not have done this without Paradise Weddings. The communication was wonderful from start to finish, and every interaction left us feeling supported and confident. After such an incredible wedding week last week, my wife and I have to give a massive shout-out to the team at Paradise Weddings. Coordinating travel for ourselves and all of our guests would have been a nightmare, but they handled everything from room bookings to airport shuttles with so much care. It made such a difference our family and friends had all the help they needed to smoothly get to our wedding hotel.
The early stages was a piece of cake thanks to Karla del Castillo and Ryan Crane. They really helped us navigate those first big steps with our initial bookings and contracts, which can be pretty overwhelming.
Once we picked to work with Paradise weddings - which was a year before the wedding, immediately we had an amazing support system:
Virginia Ortiz (Vicky): Our dedicated travel agent and Travel Coordinator. She was always there for any questions we had, or our family had. Vicky would check in weekly even just for updates if there wasn't anything going on. There was never any stupid questions Vicky was happy to answer or find an answer ASAP. Vicky became our friend with how much she put into our wedding, it felt so special that someone we didn't know prior to hiring PD actually cared so much about our big day!
Miguel Suarez: Another wonderful Travel Coordinator who was always so responsive in his emails when Vicky was out.
Vianney Castillo: Thank you for all the help with the flight details and reservations! it really took the pressure off us!
Karla Palacios: A huge thank you for handling the guest upgrades and making sure everyone’s transportation was perfectly arranged.

Planning our wedding with Paradise Weddings over the past year has been such an incredible experience that it almost feels bittersweet now that the planning is over. Elizabeth, Vicky, Ernesto, and the entire team truly became like family to us throughout this process.
From the beginning, they provided us with so many thoughtful options until we found the perfect location for our wedding. They patiently handled every question and concern from our large families and group of friends, and worked closely with the resort to make sure everyone was on the same page every step of the way.
They are truly the dream team. Their organization, communication, and support took so much pressure off of us and made the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable. Because of them, we were able to have the most stress-free and magical wedding weekend we could have imagined.

I had the best experience booking my Riviera Maya wedding through Paradise Weddings. They made the process as smooth as possible and really tried to make my dream wedding come true. Btw, it really is true that they don’t charge anything for their services! I LOVED working with my wedding specialist, Karla, and my travel coordinator, Aline. They really took care of everything from start to finish! Once guest started arriving, of course logistics issues happened, but Aline made sure to fix everything quickly so I wouldn’t have to worry about it or have to lift a finger. Aline even helped me book a tour to Chichen Itza for all my guests and got me amazing deals! Seriously she was the best! We worked with Paradise Weddings for our destination wedding travel bookings, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They were consistently friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. What stood out most was how steady they were — whether it was follow-ups, quick answers to questions, or helping with last-minute accommodations, their team helped our guests feel at ease throughout the process.
For our wedding, we worked closely with Dana, Isabel, and Mitzi, and each of them was wonderful.
Dana helped me figure out which resort to choose in the first place. I interviewed multiple travel companies when I started planning, and Dana was by far the most prepared. She put real care into understanding what mattered to us and came with thoughtful, well-researched options. That early experience told me immediately we were in great hands — and she continued to be attentive and knowledgeable throughout.
Isabel handled many of our guest bookings and was truly exceptional. So many of our family members commented on how lovely she was to talk to, how patient she was, and how confident she made them feel. She also went above and beyond for me personally since I was coming from another country — she helped me access items I needed and even made multiple trips to the resort ahead of time to drop things off.
Mitzi was also incredibly friendly and helpful, and she made the overall experience smooth and stress-free.

Destination for the win
Paradise was great. We considered sloping and I'm glad we didn't. This was way way cheaper than I could have imagined. Wedding with everything included under 9k for 35 people. It was a dream. Planning a destination wedding for 60 people in Cabo felt overwhelming at first. I’ve probably written two reviews in my entire life, but Paradise Weddings genuinely deserves every kind word I can write.
From the very beginning, Vicky and Leanna were patient, professional, organized, and extremely reassuring. As a type-A personality, giving up control is difficult for me, and I came into this process with a lot of anxiety. I read every Reddit thread, every TikTok, every YouTube video trying to figure out how to plan a wedding in another country.
But the moment we started working with Paradise Weddings, everything changed.
For nine months, they walked us through every detail — travel logistics, resort options, budgeting, communication with vendors, timelines, and all the small things you don’t even realize matter. They were always available, even hopping on weekend calls just to check in and make sure we were confident and comfortable.
When I played college football, I built friendships all across the U.S., so coordinating travel for everyone was a huge priority for us. They made that part seamless too.
Value for money? Absolutely.
We received WAY more support, time, and attention than we ever expected. Every dollar felt well-spent, and honestly, their guidance saved us from making expensive mistakes more than once.
Professionalism & attitude? 10/10.
They treated our wedding like it mattered to them personally — not just like another event on their calendar. Their kindness, excitement, and calming energy meant everything.
When our wedding day finally arrived, it was even more beautiful than what we had imagined for all those months. Every detail was thoughtful, the day flowed perfectly, and we were able to actually relax and enjoy it because we knew everything was handled.
I’m also one of the first in my friend group to get married, and now that my friends are starting to get engaged, I am recommending Paradise Weddings to all of them without hesitation.

Paradise Weddings made it so easy to plan our destination wedding! Lindsay Welch and the team played a huge role in making the most challenging part of planning a destination wedding stress-free. First and foremost, they helped us choose a venue in our budget, gave us the spark notes of each place so we didn’t have to do tons of research, and gave super important information about each place to help guide our decision on which resort was truly best for us and our family.
Once we chose our venue with their help, they communicated with our loved ones about deadlines for payments, room options with a booking link, transportation to and from the airport through Lomas travel (which was so fun and luxury), and answered even the silly questions that my family may have asked along the way. They sent out reminders, got back to people promptly, and were thorough in their communication with us. They exceeded my expectations and helped me focus on bride things rather than technical details.
Lindsay’s attentiveness and excitement for my own wedding made me feel so cared about as a person and not just a client. She communicated with me as my family got booked, asked me about how I was feeling throughout the process, and made me feel like my wedding was a priority to her. From the welcome call on, she gave me her most genuine self which set the tone for the rest of my experience. WOW Is all I could say! Paradise weddings was absolutely my rockstar during planning a destination wedding. I worked closely with Lucie and Jorge and the rest of the team worked closely with all 85 of my guests. Lucie from the beginning was spot on with listening to what I wanted regarding venue, pricing, coordinating with the hotel. Absolutely phenomenal. Jorge helped with the guests booking and helping me get in contact with the hotel when they wouldn’t answer. Also helping with the negotiations and rules with the hotel. They TRULY helped take off so much stress for me. I was skeptical at first if it was real and if there was going to be a surprise fee, but NOPE! I worked with Paradise Weddings for our Destination Wedding in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. From the very beginning, everyone was so beyond helpful! From arranging all the site visits for us to pick out location, to helping us stay organized with all of our guests and sending us regular updates on where things were with the reservations, room blocks and payments. Carolina was so very helpful and went above & beyond with her follow ups. We could not have picked a better travel company to assist us with bringing 60 guests from as far away as Tokyo, to celebrate our special day!

Cannot recommend enough!!
We thought we could figure out our destination wedding without a planner, but we quickly felt defeated. When we got connected with this company, WOW. Such a game changer. They exceeded expectations and cannot recommend them enough.
They are everything you would imagine -- so professional, very responsive, very organized and personable in all email/video exchanges. The contrast of them vs our wedding coordinator was huge. We had a blast at Iberostar Selection Playa Mita.🏝️ Such a beautiful resort with amazing hospitality! Adriana, the day of coordinator was amazing! She took care of me and my family. As far as booking and planning remotely, Paradise Weddings has been wonderful! From the start, Lindsey was extremely helpful. She introduced us our travel coordinators, Virgina (Vicky) Ortiz and Ernesto Vazquez. I had no idea where to start when I began this process. I reached out to a bunch of destination wedding travel agencies and finally found Lucie at Paradise Weddings, and seriously thank goodness for Paradise Weddings. Lucie took the time (so much time, so so so much time) to help my husband and I find the exactly right place for us. We must have reviewed every resort on the east side of Mexico from Tulum to the top of Cancun. She never let us give up on what we wanted (a luxurious, posh, glam wedding) despite pressure from others along the way. And when we ultimately went with Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai Cancun, the other members of the Paradise Weddings team came in to help with bookings and issues along the way including Asgard and and Val. They were attentive, organized, very quickly responsive to emails, texts, phone calls, etc. They were our go-to people throughout this journey. When we had some issues with the resort, I am telling you that it was Paradise Weddings who seriously helped us resolve the issues with their knowledge and connections. Whoever you hire, make sure when you plan your destination wedding, have a destination wedding travel agency that has perfect reviews (like Paradise Weddings) there for you. They do NOT cost you a dime, they serve as your personal representative (kind of like a buffer between you and the resort, especially for negotiations and issues), and are on your side. Paradise Weddings made our Wedding planning process so simple and easy. We were worried about planning a destination wedding with all the logistics and coordination required that would have to be done virtually, but the support from their team made everything seamless. Everyone we worked with was extremely responsive, friendly, and willing to accommodate all of our questions and concerns. All I can say is, WOW!!! This company and team is truly the best of the best!!! I feel so blessed I found them and they immediately were quick to move things along for us. Ryan Crane, you are the man! Ask for him when finding the perfect resort for you! They will give you a PowerPoint presentation with different resorts that will fit your needs/requests! Once picked out, a travel coordinator will be assigned for booking you and your guests rooms! We had Isabel and is truly one of my friends now. Karla got introduced to us the last couple months of planning and was in charge of transportation to and from the airport. Her and Isabel are the dream team! All of our guests were so impressed with how quickly they answered emails and how they gracefully handled any requests. I will genuinely miss talking to them on the regular. Paradise Weddings is the best travel agency, hands down!!! From the very start, we were able to schedule a call with a representative and begin the planning process. We worked with Megan initially, and she was absolutely fantastic—super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and always communicative. She patiently answered all our questions and provided a well-curated presentation of the best resort options based on our vision and criteria. Her guidance made the decision-making process so much easier.
Once we selected our resort, we transitioned to working with Ana for guest bookings, and she was nothing short of exceptional. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, ensuring that every guest was well taken care of from start to finish. The team also handled all guest inquiries and arranged excellent ground transportation, which our guests repeatedly complimented. This level of service allowed us to focus on enjoying our wedding without the added stress of logistics.
Beyond just bookings, Ana went above and beyond for our wedding group—even though we had a smaller gathering, she provided truly personalized service. She never missed a detail and even took the initiative to recommend local wedding favors and facilitate our communication with the resort. We are beyond grateful for her dedication and kindness!
Thanks to Ana, Andrea, and the entire Paradise Wedding team, we had the most incredible destination wedding at El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya. We cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone planning a destination wedding. The fact that their services are completely FREE still amazes us! Great service from an amazing team - I would give 10 stars if I could! We are so happy that we opted to use Paradise Weddings for our son’s wedding.
Beginning with Karla helping us scout locations to entering into a contract with the resort, she’s been awesome. She listened and made sure all our requirements were met.
Then came Vicky with her always sweet, and ready to help personality! She managed reservations and communications with 200 guests efficiently and seamlessly. That’s one huge task taken off of our hands, and I am very thankful for that.
Nataly was great, always on top of communications and transportation for the guests.
Every request and email was answered to our satisfaction and with a human touch.

They are the best!
Everything about this team is flawless. They are motivated to make your day and travel so easy and stress free. We had 73 guests and they organized all travel arrangements and communication with the guests. Paradise Weddings helped us find our dream wedding venue :) We initially worked with Megan B., who was a delight to work with. Her communication and organization allowed us to find a venue within our 10 month timeframe. She listened to our desires and requirements and provided us with several options to choose from, and as a bonus, negotiated a great room rate for our room block with the all-inclusive resort. We then worked with Aline who helped with our booking site for guests, room changes, and transportation. She was responsive to our emails and phone calls and overall our guests had a positive experience with the booking experience. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Vicky and Dana at Paradise Weddings to help coordinate our destination wedding in Mexico. They were both so sweet and so so helpful! We could not have done it without them both and Vicky was so vital and responsive, even after we had arrived in Mexico and had questions about our travel/wedding plans. Would absolutely recommend using them, especially to help navigate an international wedding for our guests, and to have local "feet on the ground" at the wedding location. We loved our experience with ParadiseWeddings! I met with a few companies to decide who we wanted to work with as our travel agent for what we thought would be 50 people (ended up being 67 people) destination wedding. After talking with Alison and her team to share what we were looking for and look at resort options, I knew ParadiseWeddings was who we wanted to work with. Everyone has been so kind and helpful the entire year and a half we worked with them. Alison was on it to make sure we got the last weekend available for the resort we picked and was so helpful in setting up the room block. (These two steps were one of the most stressful parts of the wedding planning, I couldn't imagine doing it without Alison's guidance.) Our guests had a great experience booking and that took a lot of pressure off of me. ParadiseWeddings checked in with us along the way, once we got to the resort, and upon returning home. Paradise Weddings was a lifesaver! I had no idea where to begin with planning a destination wedding, and they helped us pick the perfect resort, got discounted room rates for us and our guests, and took care of booking the rooms and airport shuttles directly with each guest coming. They also even helped with planning our bachelor/bachelorette parties we had while we were in Mexico. Everything went very smoothly, and I couldn't recommend them more. I can’t say enough nice things about Paradise Weddings. They found my dream venue and then they made my dream wedding come true. I had around 90 guests traveling to my destination wedding at a luxury resort in Mexico called Secrets Bahia Mita. They managed all logistics of room block and transportation and made the entire experience stress free for us! It was a complete honor to work with these people, especially Vicky who is an absolute angel. She was professional, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The crazy amazing part is we didn’t pay them anything! They paid us! It’s sounds too good to be true, but it is real. Forever grateful I found Paradise Weddings! Gotta admit, when we first started looking for a hotel to host our Destination Wedding, I was trying to do the research myself. I was overwhelmed by the options, the questions, and all the beautiful hotels to choose from. My now husband decided to look for a Destination wedding coordinator to assist. He reached out to Paradise Weddings and an angel was sent into my life! Ryan helped us with all the questions we had. Narrowed it down to the most important things we wanted and gave us options. We finally decided on a hotel and we were placed in Daniela's hands and expertise. To say she has the most calm demeanor and patience is an understatement. Daniela was available to answer all my questions. We made changes along the way and she helped so much. She was professional and calm the whole time. She was the best. I cannot recommend Daniela at Paradise Weddings enough. She helped all of our guests book their rooms, managed payments, helped with balances, communication, shuttles, everything that helped our guests attend out destination wedding that made it easier for them. The wedding was a success. Our guests loved the hotel. Everyone's rooms were booked. No issues. And all of our guests were in love with the whole experience. The ‘Paradise weddings’ group was an absolute pleasure to work with. I booked through them for my friends’ destination Wedding in Tulum and it took away all the stress of planning!
As a courtesy, they even gave me a call as the number of rooms at the resort were dwindling down so that I could make sure I secured one.
I travel a lot and I am used to doing all of this on my own so to have this service was an absolute luxury.
Most importantly, they were easy to communicate with so that I didn’t have to bother the bride and groom for small details regarding our arrival and departure.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ease and a peace of mind while traveling for a destination wedding or for your own special day! -

All the staff at Paradise Weddings were wonderful to work with.
Ryan (helped mostly with our room block only) was responsive when we were first reaching out about having our destination wedding in Dreams Natura. He had everything set up when a year and a half out before the wedding. It was harder to reach him towards the last 6 months closer to our wedding. Not sure if because he was only supposed to help us in the beginning? He was still a pleasure to work with the beginning process!
With that said, our amazing travel agent Miguel was there to help us with any and all questions up to and even after the wedding! Any question we had, he would get us an answer and he was also easy to get a hold of via phone.
He settled our private check-in, our shuttles (for all guests! and we had 110), upgrades to rooms, etc. any hiccup during our stay, we were also able to get in contact with Miguel. It was a pleasure working with him.
Other guests who had questions shared with us that Miguel was easy to talk to and he was always able to help them with whatever questions they had.
Overall, I do recommend Paradise Weddings to help streamline travel and rooms for you and your guests.ParadiseWeddings.com's reply:
