    Essential Wedding Planner

    Stacey was essential to helping our big day become a reality! We had previous experience in seeing her first hand for my sister's wedding before and knew we would have another seamless event using her. She listened to all our our wants and must-haves and made sure to help us plan accordingly without stress. She was great in reviewing contracts for our vendors before signing as well as keeping all of our vendors, decor, songs, ideas, final details, etc. organized so we could see it all in one place in our timeline for the day of. With so much information out there today on what to have for your wedding, Stacey is perfect in helping you weed through all of that and get to your true vision for your unique day! She is absolutely vital for the day of in making sure that your vendors are in line and following the timeline/schedule, as well as herding your wedding parties to make sure everyone is where they need to be while also having fun! We never had to deal with any questions the day of and she handles everything for you in the background so you and your spouse can focus on having the best day you will never forget. Highly recommend!

    Great experience with Panache Events

    We totally recommend working with PANACHE Events to coordinate and complete your wedding! Stacey took us on as a couple from out of town with lots of questions, opinions and changes leading up to the big day. She was always so flexible and understanding, presenting us with so many options to make our visions come to life. We always felt comfortable with her. She was very pleasant to work with, professional and you could trust her to get the job done. She even went above and beyond to include elements from her personal garden to complete our greenery when in a pinch. Thank you Stacey for everything!

    Perfection!

    Look no further...Stacey at Panache Event Group is your girl. Assertive, patient, detail oriented and most importantly easy to work with. Most wedding planners would have moved the ceremony inside due to weather related issues. She did not. Knowing how important it was to have an outdoor wedding, she waited to the last minute which resulted in the most beautiful outdoor ceremony. Thank you for helping us create a truly magical celebration.

    The very best

    Searching for a wedding planner is a daunting task as you are placing so much trust in ensuring your event will be flawless. Look no further! Stacey of Panache Event Group is beyond perfection. She is highly regarded with vendors and hotels for her organizational and professional skills. She worked with us through COVID, tears, and frustration as we had to postpone the wedding once, then reorganize to a smaller ceremony in October, with a large reception to follow in May 2021. Stacey helped with reinventing what these events would look like and created a wonderful and beautiful experience for my daughter and her fiancé. Her coordination with the vendors (hotel, cake, flowers, photographer, band, DJ, etc.) and wedding party was seamless. As MOB, I got to enjoy every moment knowing Stacey was managing the details. We simply could not have done it without Stacey’s experience and expertise. We can't wait to work with her again in May 2021 for the grand reception!

    Accessible, positive, knowledgeable

    Stacey was fabulous! We cannot say enough positive things about her. She absolutely knows the ins and outs of every aspect when it comes to planning a wedding. She is very knowledgeable and has high standards for herself and what goes into a wedding. I had zero worries the day before and day of my daughter’s wedding. I was able to enjoy every moment from start to finish. Stacey is a must have and very reasonable when it comes to pricing.

    Wedding Day

    I was hesitant at first to hire a Wedding Coordinator as the cost of Weddings overall are so expensive. But that is exactly the reason why we hired Stacey. I wanted all the plans that we had made during the past year to go perfectly on the Wedding Day! Stacey was so experienced and gave us many suggestions that we did not think of. She was professional and always got back to us the same day. The Wedding was April 27th and it was perfect! Magical really! One of the best things was as the Mother of the Groom I did not have to worry about anything that day. Stacey was there and coordinated everything perfectly. From before the wedding started until the very end she was there every step of the way! She had the gifts organized and our personal belongings packed and ready to go. She even helped us load them in our car at the end of the evening. I truly don't know what we would have done without her. I would highly recommend Stacey and the Panache Event Group for your Wedding. It is such an important day, make sure you have someone like Stacey there to make it perfect!

    Before I started planning my wedding, I hired Kryzta with Panache Event Group to help me plan and she did a fabulous job! First of all, when I got engaged I knew NOTHING about planning a wedding and what a massive undertaking it can be. If you can, hire Kryzta BEFORE hiring any other vendors because she will help you make smart decisions. Shortly after I got engaged, I met with Kryzta so I could tell her my ideas and what my wedding budget was. She gave me so many helpful tools, planning tips, and recommendations on vendors. She was a constant resource when I had questions or wanted to run options by her. When you plan a wedding you make a million decisions and it’s so great to have a resource like Kryzta to rely on. My fiancé got tired of hearing me talk about wedding planning so it was great that I could reach out and talk to her at any time! She’s been in the wedding business for years so she knows a lot of people and has worked at many events. Utilize her experience to help you make your dream wedding WITHIN your budget.

    On the day of, I was so glad I hired Kryzta. It was one of the best investments I made. With her in command, I could sit back and just be a beautiful bride and let her run the show! She had a very capable and professional staff assisting her as well. I literally had a team to run my big day! I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to know you have someone there making sure all your hours of planning and work go perfectly! I had the wedding of my dreams and all my guests were so impressed by the wedding and how well everything went. Hire Kryzta and she will be your wedding guide to help you have the most amazing wedding!!

    Stacey was AMAZING with getting everything put together! Her team has a solid understanding of the business needs, and I felt 100% confident in trusting her with any major decisions that I couldn't dedicate time towards. The wedding was absolutely *spectacular* and I was simply blown away at how it all came together. Tears were flowing all day & night, and we're still constantly being told by friends & family how this was the best wedding they've been to, hands down. Brides and grooms-to-be, worry not with the Panache Event Group. They've got you covered. :)

    Stacey was absolutely the most amazing wedding planner I could have ever asked for! We hired her for the month of but she was so much more than that. From the very beginning I knew that she was going to do a fantastic job. She was not only a wedding planner, but she was also my therapist at times, providing guidance through the inevitable family drama that comes along with weddings. By the time we got to the wedding I had complete trust in her vision and that she would execute the entire wedding flawlessly - and boy did she deliver! Our wedding was a BLAST and we were able to enjoy the entire night without a care because she took care of everything. We also never felt rushed from thing to thing, which was important to us. I recommend Stacey to everyone I know planning a wedding- I guarantee if you chose her you will not be disappointed!

    WOW, where do I begin? March 12, 2016 was the best day of our lives thus far! It was everything and more that we could of dreamed of, thanks to Stacey with Panache Event Group, and of course, my parents. Stacey helped us thoroughly every step planning process, taking the stress out of what could have been a very stressful time for us. She did everything from helping us create the look of our wedding to building out a timeline for the day (down to the minute), and everything in between. The day of the wedding, she even packed up several containers of food and a bottle of champagne for us to take back to our hotel.

    Stacey was the sweetest, best connected, and most efficient planner around! Anyone would be lucky to work with her. Now that our day is over, I'll miss speaking with her often, but I'll always treasure the beautiful memories of our dream day that she helped make a reality!

    We worked with Stacey DeWine at the Panache Event Group for our wedding coordinator. If there is one thing I would recommend spending money on it would be a wedding coordinator! Stacy took over all the headaches in planning and coordinating. Stacey and her crew were outstanding on the day of our wedding! There wasn't a single thing I had to worry about; everything was in its place and executed perfectly.

    Stacey DeWine was recommended by Erin McLarty of Eden's Echo Florist as "one of the best" coordinators in town and she is just that! Stacey truly is a professional at her job, detail oriented, organized and proactive in her coordinator services. She worked closely with all of the vendors I had selected on my own and also offered suggestions for vendors I had not decided on prior to our meeting. She assisted with every detail to make our wedding day celebration beautiful. Hiring Stacey allowed me to enjoy the day and make memories with our family and friends. Trust me, you will be glad to have her coordinating your wedding!

    Would just like to say how amazing Stacey DeWine is and how much my husband and I appreciated all that she did for us and our wedding. Initially I was pretty hesitant on hiring a wedding planner and it was my hubby who suggested it for me :) Literally THE best money spent during our wedding planning! Stacey is so great to work with! I am not sure any other planner could of have put up with my crap!! JK Seriously Stacey is professional, prompt, creative, honest, and overall just an amazing person in this industry.     We bought the Gold package from Panache and it was worth every dollar! Stacey was professional, calm, and an encourager in all circumstances. My daughter had a very specific vision for her wedding and Stacey truly helped to make it a perfectly magical event, pulling together a perfect team of vendors who worked together to have "the smoothest wedding event ever held" at our venue (according to the venue owner!). We are still hearing comments about our "perfect wedding". Truly--I have no comments other than to totally embrace Stacey and her staff. Thanks, Stacey!!!

    Stacey is amazing. She takes the time to really understand her bride and groom and make the day special. I told Stacey basic ideas for my day and she took that and ran with it!! She was a great sounding board from bridesmaid dresses to centerpiece design and seating. The day I could just enjoy my day and know everything would be perfect. Thank you, best decision ever to have you a part of our wedding!!

    Stacey was amazing! She came at the recommendation of our photographer and I can not sing her praises enough. Her ideas for the rentals and decor were spot on. She was proactive with having a rain plan and she was able to handle a complete switch-over from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding without sacrificing any ambiance. She was always very professional and upbeat (and was a great mediator between me and my mother). She helped our day run so smoothly. Thank you, Stacey!

    I chose "day of" services. Stacey advised with timelines, decoration advice/ideas, suggestions for vendors, directed the rehearsal etc. I made the centerpieces and she did all the set up/tear down at the venue. I had a few disasters: RSVP count dropped 20% below the allowable amount for my catering contract, my now husband and his best man were not able to attend rehearsal, a bridesmaid had her baby 2 days before the wedding and my DJ relocated to another state without contacting me or securing my contract elsewhere. Stacey did all the legwork to find available backup DJs for me to choose from before she ever had to tell me the bad news. I forgot a few things - pew decorations, cords for the ceremony and she had back up "stuff" to add the finishing touches for things I didn't have. I found out later one of the guys' boutonnieres got messed up and Stacey had a hot glue gun to fix it! She worked with the caterer to offset the drop in attendance, got the guys together prior to their picture session to run through a rehearsal and rearranged the recessional to account for the one less bridesmaid. What will be of immeasurable value on your wedding day - these things were addressed without me having to stress and in some cases without me even knowing. Every person she recommended exceeded my expectations. I even had one vendor give me a discount BECAUSE she was my wedding planner. When she says her reach in the wedding industry is long - she's not kidding and what's even more important is the stellar reputation she's built. Everyone spoke highly of her. When our getaway car was brought around she had a bag set up with champagne, the SWEETEST note and AMAZING leftovers from the reception in to go boxes. I can't say it enough - go with panache event group, it will be the single BEST decision you can make regarding wedding plans, short of the guy or gal you're choosing to marry.

    Panache Event group was the best wedding-decision we made. We hired Stacey DeWine later on in our wedding-planning process and she could not have been a bigger help. As we neared closer to the wedding, I found myself lost in a lot of areas and needing some sort of guidance from someone who knows what they're doing. We had not originally budgeted for a wedding coordinator however, making that decision actually saved us a lot of money. Stacey was able to suggest vendors and ideas that would work well and also save us money. She suggested things I would have never though of. Our wedding was an absolute dream and ran very smoothly. Having all of the wedding-day stress is enough so having Stacey and her assistant there to guide us through the ceremony and the events of the reception was a huge help and relieved a lot of additional stress. Best money we spent and well worth it!

    Working with Stacey was a pleasure from the very beginning. She is very intuitive about what is wanted and expected to create a memorable, glitch-free event. We couldn't have done it without her! She's worth every penny, and I will highly recommend her without reservation.

    We were so lucky to find Stacey! I am from Houston, so I knew I would need support with planning an out of town wedding. I was referred to the Panache Event Group by another vendor and gave Stacey a call to set up an appointment. I was beginning to get a little nervous about planning an out of town wedding, but from the moment I had my first meeting with Stacey I knew that everything would be perfect. Stacey was very professional, organized and answered all of my questions. Throughout planning, she was always there to answer any question I had..big or small. Stacey is definitely an expert in her field and is VERY respected by vendors in the area. When I spoke with vendors, they would ask who is your planner and I would tell them Stacey. Every time I mentioned Stacey EVERYONE would say you are in great hands and how much they loved working with her. We got married at a ranch and a few days before the wedding I began to get really concerned about rain. Stacey calmed my nerves and assured me that everything would be perfect, rain or shine. She did a great job, the week before the wedding I wasn't nervous or stressed like I thought I would be because she took care of everything. Our wedding was everything that we wanted and more! We went with our "rain" plan and it was perfect! One of my favorite memories was right before the ceremony. Stacey met me where I was getting ready to give me my flowers and walk me over to the ceremony location. As we walked over, Stacey brought me over for a sneak peak of the reception. It took my breath away! It was more beautiful than I had ever imagined! Stacey did a great job of ensuring our wedding started on time (many of our guest told us they have never been to a wedding that started on time), well ours did and I loved it! Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Stacey, Thank you SO much for everything you did to make our day so special!

    I think Stacey is so awesome, I had to put this review on multiple sites. Bottom line, Stacey is AWESOME! To be honest, we found her because I saw her ad in San Antonio Weddings magazine, and thought her logo was cute. But it only took one phone conversation with her to know she was exactly what we were looking for in a coordinator! She knew exactly what we were looking for from the start & helped make it the perfect day for us. Any time I had a question (and there were plenty!), Stacey had an answer ready, or let me know she was working on it. She went above and beyond helping us find vendors & making sure we were staying within our budget. I've had friends use large event planning companies in San Antonio who felt like their planners were suggesting things that weren't in the couple's best interest. I never once felt like Stacey made any recommendations because she was somehow benefiting on the back-end. She genuinely wanted to make sure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. That being said, if she thought something would be difficult or we should make changes, she explained her concerns & clearly knew what she was talking about. The day-of Stacey and her assistant were amazing. It meant so much to us that not only were my husband and I able to enjoy the day without stressing, our families were, too!

    I could not be happier with our overall experience. Stacey was so great, did an excellent job and kept us all together during a near weather emergency, then redid the whole thing the day of when the sun came out so that my daughter had the most beautiful wedding, everything she dreamed of and more.

    Stacey was truly amazing and I am so glad we choice her to be our wedding planner! She allowed my husband and I to enjoy our event without dealing with the stress. I couldn't have been more pleased with her services. Stacey met us whenever it was convenient for us, our phone calls were always answered and emails quickly replied to. She is on top of her stuff as far as weddings are concerned and I highly recommend her! You will be blown away with her talent.

    When my husband and I were starting to plan our wedding he immediately wanted to hire a wedding planner. I, on the other hand, was not entirely sold on the idea of spending money to have someone do what I could do myself. I stubbornly spent weeks trying to find a venue that suited our requests without much luck. So after two months of no success I decided to humor my husband and shop for a wedding planner. When we met Stacey it only took a few minutes of her talking to realize how valuable her services will be to me. We liked her organization, her knowledge of the business along with the vendors and her flexibility. After talking it over we quickly hired Stacey without evening knowing our wedding date! Of course being the most amazing wedding planner that she is she quickly dove in to our very unique and odd demands to create a wedding that suited our style.

    We wanted a beautiful wedding on a budget, just like most couples do and Stacey delivered! She helped us find the perfect venue, along with the most amazing photographer. Stacey also reviewed all of our contracts, from our cake and florist to our DJ and rental contracts. She helped us to revise contracts when needed and gave her honest opinion on vendors based on previous experience. She was a big help in planning our wedding! When our catering plans fell through a month before the wedding she quickly did some research and found another a caterer so that we wouldn't have to deal with that stress. When I getting ready to order linens she told me where the best deal for the value is. Stacey also made sure I rented all the linens I needed and did not get anything that I did not need. Stacey thought of things I would have never thought of when signing the contracts. Which, when you are planning on a budget is very helpful!

    As if that isn't great enough I think Stacey really earned her money the week before the wedding when she not only created a time frame for my vendors, but for my wedding party and guest as well. She took care of all the questions from my vendors and verified they were still going to make it to my wedding. She dealt with my last minute questions and my break downs! She helped me put together a seating chart the day before the wedding because I decided I wanted to have the seating chart on a poster where everyone can easily see their names. Of course, I had no time to design a poster or go to get it printed, but Stacey managed to create a beautiful poster within minutes and took it to the printers for me.

    Lastly, Stacey was phenomenal on my wedding day. No matter how much planning and thought went in to my wedding I definitely would not have been prepared to handle it! However, with Stacey there I got to fully enjoy my wonderful wedding without knowing about the issues. Instead of trying to call my florist to see if he was on his way, handing the priest our marriage license and talking with the organist to make sure she was all set up I got to do my mother’s make up, drink wine with my bridesmaids and laugh and cry about how I am getting married. I got to twirl in my wedding gown and feel nervous about walking down the aisle. Instead of worrying about whether or not my photographer is in the right spot to catch all the good shots I got to see my husband’s eyes light up when he first saw me step out in my gown. I got to kiss him as we were announced as husband and wife and feel like I was in heaven instead of thinking about whether or not my caterer is set up and ready for my reception to begin. Instead of talking to the DJ about what needs to happen and organizing the caterer I got to laugh with my husband about how I was going to eat without getting my dress dirty and tell my mom how truly happy I am. I got to be in awe of how beautiful the reception hall looked and enjoy talking with all of my guests without worrying one bit. That would have not be possible without Stacey.

    You see, while I was taking laughing with my bridesmaids Stacey was calling my caterer to see when they will be arriving at the church and embellishing our décor at the reception hall. While I was doing my mom’s makeup Stacey realized I forgot my marriage license and sent my brother to go pick it up. While I was twirling in my dress Stacey was speaking to the organist to make sure she had everything she needed. While I was preparing to walk down the aisle Stacey helped the photographers get in the best position possible to capture the moments. When I was kissing my husband while being announced as husband and wife, Stacey was getting the reception hall prepared with our sign in book and last minutes details. While I was listening to congratulations and smiling as my husband places his arms around me, Stacey realized my bartenders are now half an hour late and that she needs to set up my bar if it is to be ready to serve my guests when they arrive. While I was in complete bliss dancing the night away with my husband Stacey was bussing our tables because the servers from the catering company refused to do their job. As my husband and I walked hand in hand to make our getaway from the most amazing day of our lives Stacey was preparing to go plates for us to take to our hotel room to eat later on. While we drove away holding each other thinking things could not have been more perfect Stacey breathed for the first time that evening as she began to box everything up that needs to be sent home with our family. So, as easy as it seems to plan for the wedding, you will never be fully prepared for the events that unfold the day of.

    Needless to say Stacey was amazing!!

    Stacey was so nice to work with. She was very helpful and had suggestions to help make my decisions easier. I had a vision, did not know for sure what I wanted, but knew what I did not want and Stacey helped my vision come alive and I had the wedding of my dreams!!!
    She told me I was very calm when we first met via skype and I told her that was because all my wedding issues were now hers:-).
    She made it so much easier for me as I live in Chicago and did not have to go dashing back and forth from San Antonio to Chicago. She helped with vendors, decor and suggestions to make my planning more stress free.
    I would definitely recommend Stacey (Panache Event Group) to everyone. You get more than you pay for, but aside from that, she was/is a good person. Thank you so much Stacey!!!

    Stacey was wonderful to work with. I got to see her plan an event before I was engaged. I ended up picking her because I got to see first hand (without her impressing me) how she worked. She was very professional with vendors and kept them on the same page. When contracted my vendors, she helped me negoiate and make sure the contracts were correct and that all fees wereoutlined (this can add up when planning a wedding). She was also great at keeping me organized and reminding me of things I needed to do for my wedding. Since this was my first (and only), I thought I would know everything I needed to do for the wedding. She reminded me of things I would have not thought of doing. Stacey was also great to ask for opinions. There were times when I was not sure what I should do or not do, she was there to lead me inthe right direction. She was worth every penny and helped me save money on my wedding. I could not have done it without her!

    A year ago, we decided to have our wedding in San Antonio. We live in Houston with all of our family, but have always loved the city and its culture. We needed help in getting to know the lay of the land and looked for a wedding coordinator.

    After a couple phone interviews with well regarded coordinators in San Antonio, we decided to meet with Stacey. She completely convinced us that she could help make what we wanted a reality with her knowledge of San Antonio, her CAD drawings, and her budgeting tools. We signed up on the spot. It proved to be one of our best decisions.

    Stacey coordinated a team of vendors that were the best in San Antonio. At each step, she came up with top notch people that "got" what we wanted. We never had to give a lot of direction to Stacey as she had everything covered and continued to contribute good ideas throughout the process.

    We had our magical wedding on March 5th at the McNay Museum. It all came together in breathtaking fashion. We got to see the Leeper Auditorium in its completed form while our guests were getting to see the art at the McNay during the cocktail hour, after the ceremony and before the doors were opened for dinner. We were speechless. It was perfect. Just perfect. Dazzling and gorgeous. Our guests were absolutely blown away. Every vendor brought their "A" game.

    Throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, everything stayed on schedule. Nothing was rushed. Everything was covered. We were able to relax and enjoy the moments with family. We were able to be more than be good hosts, we were able to soak everything up with our family and friends. Our wedding was more than we had hoped as the moving parts all fit together perfectly under Stacey's guidance.

    We absolutely endorse Stacey for her professionalism, ideas, knowledge, skills, tools, and character. If you are going back and forth about whether to get a wedding coordinator, we consider it one of the best decisions we have made and the best money we spent in the process. And if you are getting a wedding coordinator in San Antonio, we completely trust and recommend Stacey Dewine with Panache Event Group. She has set the bar very, very high. This is coming from someone that could have hired anyone in San Antonio.

    Stacey was awesome! I could't have done it without her. I planned my San Antonio wedding from New York and it came out so beautiful and perfect. I had a specific vision and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. She gave great advice and suggestions. I don't have anything bad to say. I was a stressed out bride and she calmed me down everytime. My groom was weary of spending the extra money, but told me how worth it she was on the wedding day. I highly recommend her.

    Stacey DeWine, of Panache Event Group, is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. She always was a step ahead of us and made the wedding run smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is getting married. In the wedding business it is hard to find responsive, caring vendors, but with Stacey that is what you get. You need a planner for a worry free wedding, and Panache Event Group in my opinion would do a great job!!

    I was so blessed to work with Stacey DeWine from Panachae Event Group. She made my wedding day completely seamless and flawless. Her upbeat attitude andundying energy especially at 8 months pregnant is unmatched. She and her assistant had the day coordinated down the the second basically all I had to do was listen and be where I was supposed to be when I was supposed to be there. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend working with Stacey. Thank you to her for making our day so wonderful and special!

    Stacey is one of the most talented and creative people I know. She is a dream to work with. The vision and engery she brings to the table makes your wedding truely unique.     I have used Stacey's talents for the past 2 years with my Heart Ball Gala. She is highly innovative and extremely creative. Each year she "pulls a rabbit from her hat" and comes up with a theme and design around this fundraising event.     It's shocking to discover how much preparation is involved when you start getting into the planning. Panche Event Group was essential to the wedding planning and saved me so much time and stress. I am extremely indecisive so Stacey, my event coordinator, helped me make informed decisions from start to finish. Stacey also has a way of working with vendors to assist with comparing your options, verifying you are getting a good deal, and ensuring the details are in place as you envision it to be. Her knowledge and experience will turn your dream wedding into reality and it is well worth it.

    I thought that Stacey did a wonderful job! She works really hard to make sure everything comes together and my wedding came together exactly how I wanted it! She knows which vendors are the best to use and her advice with them is really helpful. The only comments I would make are that I got the middle package and sometimes I had a hard time knowing what I was provided and what was not, it is outlined in the contract, but as planning continues I forgot about it and then did not know if I could ask for help on certain issues or not. So my advice would be if you choose the middle package make sure you go over exactly what is included. Also I was a bride who did not know anything about wedding etiquette or other specific details with the wedding and while Stacey did a good job about filling me in on a lot of them, there were a few such as details on the invitations, that I did incorrectly and would have been helpful for me to know ahead of time, because sometimes you just don't even know to ask.
    Overall Stacey did a wonderful job putting my wedding together and I could not have done it without her. She knows how to make a wedding look beautiful and the best vendors to choose so that the food taste good, the photographer takes beautiful pictures, the bride looks beautiful and all the guests enjoy the wedding. Also she does a good job at staying within the budget, which is always a good thing!

    Stacey provided day-of coordination. I liked that her packages are based on what she will cover for a set price, rather than an hourly rate. She and her assistant set up everything as we envisioned (all decorations, table numbers, photos, etc). The only major snafu was that a vendor showed up very late (not sure where the miscommunication was), but Stacey was able to make contact and they came eventually. It was definitely worth it to have someone there to take care of last minute issues and finish our set up.
