Highly recommend. My partner Kyle and I engaged Olive Street Events for a venue search and wedding planning ~1.5 years prior to our wedding and we're so glad we did. As a couple who had never "Pintrested" their wedding, to say we were totally lost would be an understatement. From vision, vendors, timeline, and day-of, Brittany and her team kept us on track with a calm presence. It's clear she's done this a time or two; if you're type A like I am, Brittany's algorithmic, checklist-driven planning will make it all feel seamless. (And if you're type B ... well you probably need her approach even more.) On the day of, we were incredibly impressed by Brittany and her team's thoughtfulness, proactiveness, and overall organization. After the fact, we learned Brittany had quietly taken care of some mishaps (e.g. missing table numbers) without our knowledge, which we were very grateful to not have been stressed about. Olive Street Events should be your go-to for all wedding planning needs! -

Our Dream Wedding with Olive Street Events
After a truly terrible experience with our first wedding planner, we weren’t sure if we could ever get the process back on track. Everything changed the moment Brittany and her partner Kate stepped in. They took over as our planners and immediately transformed our experience, making us feel supported and heard from day one.
Brittany was a breath of fresh air. Throughout the entire process, she was a calming force who guided us through every single detail. What we appreciated most was how she identified what was truly important to us. She ensured we had as many meetings as we needed to feel confident, never making us feel rushed or like just another client.
Vision Alignment: She didn't try to change our vision; she understood it deeply and found ways to enhance it.
Hands-on Support: When we took on DIY projects, Brittany didn’t hesitate to jump in and help us cross the finish line.
Total Confidence: We always knew she "had it." Even when vendors weren't being the most cooperative, Brittany was on top of every communication, shielding us from the stress and handling everything with professional grace.
Design Focus: Design was really important to us and no idea was "too big"—Brittany patiently listened and found a way to make things happen even when our ideas changed.
The wedding itself was more than we could have ever hoped for. We are so proud of how everything turned out, and that pride is in no small part due to the tireless effort of Olive Street Events. To this day, our guests are still raving about how beautiful and seamless the entire event was. Having gone to weddings since working with them, we find ourselves saying "Brittany would not have let that happen" or "Brittany would've done it like this."
While our planning journey began under difficult circumstances, we are honestly so happy that our first planner didn't work out. We truly cannot imagine our wedding without Brittany and the team. We miss chatting with her because we truly felt like she was our best friend throughout this process. If you are looking for a planner who will protect your vision, advocate for you at every turn, and keep you calm through it all, look no further than Olive Street Events.-

OSE was the best!!!!!!
when I first got engaged, my fiance and I were adamant about not having a wedding — mostly because we’re introverts and planning a wedding felt INCREDIBLY daunting. We ultimately did decide that a wedding was important but that we were going to need a lot of help. we found Olive Street Events and my goodness, they were simply THE BEST. they were SO patient and organized and knowledgeable about everything. we ended up having the most perfect day that felt like “us”. we did a lot of non traditional stuff and OSE was so flexible and willing to help with anything that we asked. truly could not recommend them enough!!!!! -

The Absolute Best!
We are finally starting to wind down after the wedding, and looking back, there truly are no words to thank Katelynn and Britt enough for everything they did for us. From nearly two years of planning all the way through the final days (including nonstop weather watching!), they were with us every step of the way. Even with a pretty major last-minute change, their calm, patience, and professionalism never wavered—and that made all the difference for our family.
The wedding itself was absolute perfection! While some might think rain would put a damper on things, it actually made the day even more special. The photos were incredible, and it created an experience no one will ever forget.
Our guests had an amazing time, and we heard over and over how incredible the staff and organizers were—attentive, organized, and truly on top of every detail. The level of care and coordination was truly amazing!
We are beyond grateful to Olive Street Events and would wholeheartedly recommend Katelynn, Britt, and their team to anyone planning a wedding! ~Laura and Scott (the mom & dad :) -

The Very Best!
Katelynn & Brit were absolutely fabulous. From the very first discovery call, it was clear they weren’t only incredibly experienced but would bring a calm energy we wanted to be around. They kept us on track through the duration of wedding planning with amazing resources & timelines. They were always there to answer any question we had. Their vendor connections & curation are second-to-none. They helped bring together a team that brought our day to life so beautifully. Most importantly, we were 100% confident they were the people we wanted with us on our wedding day. They did not disappoint. They had everything in hand, kept that signature calm energy & made us feel so immensely special. No detail was missed. No questions were asked!! 10/10 would go on the journey with them again. So happy with OSE!
Picking the right planner was so important to us. After being drawn to Brittany's style, we chose Olive Street and absolutely feel we made the right decision. OSE [and Brittany] brought their experience to help us feel calm and comfortable as we both prepared for and navigated the day. They were responsive to anything we needed, were proactive for many of the details of the day, and helped us to manage all the relationships and vendors seamlessly. Thank you!

MVPs of the day!!
Hiring OSE was the single best decision I made. From our very first meeting, I knew I was in the best hands. Kate and Britt took the time to truly understand my vision, my style, and even the little details I didn’t know I cared about until they brought them up.
They were incredibly organized, professional, and calm in every situation—qualities every bride dreams of in a planner. They handled vendor communication seamlessly, kept me on track with timelines, and anticipated things I never would have thought of on my own. Kate answered our emails basically immediately and we never were made to feel that we were a bother. On the day of our wedding, I felt completely present because I knew they had everything handled. The transitions were flawless, the décor was exactly what I imagined (and somehow even better), and I never once had to stress about the schedule or details.
What stood out most, though, was how genuinely caring they were. I never felt like “just another wedding”—they made me feel like my day was just as important to them as it was to me. They celebrated with us, supported us, and turned my vision into reality in the most beautiful way possible.
I cannot recommend OSE enough. If you’re lucky enough to have them on your team, you will have not only a stunning and seamless wedding, but also peace of mind and memories you’ll treasure forever. Kate and Britt are truly one of a kind!🤍 -

Unmatched Execution
Working with Olive Street Events, Kate and Britt, was an absolute dream!! From the start, they partnered with us to truly bring our vision to life—every detail felt intentional and perfectly aligned with our style. Their flexibility, creativity, and deep understanding of what we wanted made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was their unmatched execution on the day of the event. Working with Katelynn to help plan our wedding was such an amazing experience! My husband and I are so grateful to her and her entire team! She was incredibly responsive, consistently thinking a few steps ahead of us, and went above and beyond for our wedding! Given that our wedding venue had not been built when we booked it we so appreciated her attention to detail and partnership in planning the day. She even came with us on the hard hat tour to better understand the space! The entire planning process was smooth and Katelynn worked so well with all of our vendors ensuring that everyone was aligned. The Best People to Have On Your Team
Katelynn was the calming, sweet, and organizing presence our wedding day needed. We met with her prior to the event to stay organized and on track and she helped us make important decisions and sort our lots of logistics. She had our backs on everything and worked with our venue, all our vendors, and close family to make sure the whole day went smoothly. Her partner, Brit, was there on the wedding day as well and also was an incredible asset to make sure everything went smoothly. Their best asset was just our kind and dedicated they were to making sure we had the best wedding possible. We felt like they were fully on our team and could not picture our day without them. Olive street events were amazing wedding planners! We had the most extraordinary day of our lives at our wedding. It was everything we had dreamed of and so much more. They brought our vision to life and it was breathtaking. The entire process was an unforgettable journey and we had an amazing time collaborating with them. The venue was stunning and all the details added to it. They went out of their way to create special moments during our day too! The attention to details was perfect and easy. Kate and Britt are amazing. From start to finish, they always went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was everything we could have asked for, and more.
From coordinating with vendors to planning every detail of our schedule the day of the wedding, they always ensured that everything went off without a hitch! Perfect wedding with a perfect team
I can't rave enough about Brittany and Kaitlyn at Olive Street Events! From our very first Zoom meeting, it was clear they were committed to making my wedding dreams come true. Brittany’s organization and attention to detail were nothing short of incredible. Every meeting was smooth, and she truly understood my vision—my perfect wedding became her mission!
One of my favorite moments was when I mentioned wanting bubbles blown as we walked down the aisle. I was thinking a few machines would be nice, but Brittany went above and beyond and arranged not one, but FOUR bubble machines! The effect was magical.
And let’s talk about the live butterflies! We wanted to honor my husband’s father, who couldn’t be there, by releasing butterflies during the ceremony. Brittany not only understood the significance but also sourced a hundred live butterflies for us. It was such a beautiful moment that added a personal touch to our day.
What really sets Brittany and Kaitlyn apart is how personable they are. From the start, it felt like we were old friends. They made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free. Olive Street Kept Us Sane!! 11/10 Stars
Booking Olive Street events was one of the BEST decisions we made during our planning process. We used Katelynn and her team for month of planning, but we were able to contact her way before the wedding month with questions, ask for guidance on contracts, and utilize the planning documents she provided us. On the big day, I couldn't imagine going through it with out Katelynn and Terry there! They kept us totally on schedule and made the day so stress free so we could just be in the moment and enjoy every second with our friends and family! Katelynn is so responsive and answered my many questions kindly and thoroughly. If you are even considering a planner DO IT and BOOK OLIVE STREET! We truly couldn't recommend them more. -

Enthusiastically recommend
We were absolutely thrilled with the wedding planners from Olive Street and would enthusiastically recommend them. Kate has such a gift of listening and reading people, she was able to bring us vendors that not only fit our budget, but fit US as a couple. Every meeting was organized, well-researched, planned and on time. We appreciated the time and attention she showed us through the planning stages, responding to every email promptly.
As a same-sex couple we wanted to find wedding planners that supported our decision to marry and who would find us vendors that supported us. Olive Street delivered, triumphantly.
The day itself was better than we could have dreamed it. Olive Street designed the backdrop for our elopement ceremony beautifully, as it was in an untraditional hotel space. It was intimate and breathtaking. On the day, they handled everything so we could enjoy our morning getting ready together. They showed such an apt touch to manage everything, keep us informed and moving, while still allowing us the space to feel like it was an elopement, just the two of us. It meant the world! -

Britt & Kate at Olive Street are FANTASTIC!
Where do we even begin with the dream team that is Britt and Kate?! We knew that Olive Street Events was right for us after our very first call. I felt a sense of calm talking to Britt, our lead planner, which is so incredibly important when planning a wedding, and trusted her to bring our vision to life from the very beginning. Britt was very responsive and got so much done behind the scenes that whenever we met, it was just a quick check in to confirm something or tick off the boxes. When it was time for our final walkthrough, my husband and I just had to show up and smile since Britt had it all under control.
The day of our wedding, Britt and her assistant, Emily, had everything scheduled and taken care of. I did not feel stressed once that day - everything was fully taken care of and more importantly WE were well taken care of. Right after the ceremony, we had our favorite drinks and a platter of our food from cocktail hour to enjoy as Britt helped bustle my dress. We had a lot of vendors (cigar bar, live painter) and Britt and Emily made sure they were greeted, set up, and accommodated any of their needs. And most importantly, our wedding was absolutely perfect. Everything we dreamed of came to life and it was all due to the hard work, dedication, and teamwork at Olive Street.
We adored getting to work with Britt on the most important day of our lives and honestly miss checking in with her! We loved having her by our side and joking around with her and our other vendors throughout the day. The best of the best!
If you are planning a wedding, the best decision you could make would be to use Olive Street Events as your wedding planner! Not only were Katelynn & Britt extremely fun to be around, they were so professional and efficient in helping the day run smoothly. We worked with Katelyn for the months leading up to our wedding and she was so helpful with making sure we were accomplishing everything we needed to on time, and always sending us helpful tips and tricks to assist with the planning! We were not local to our venue, and Katelynn even went on her own to see our venue space and FaceTimed us in for the tour! When it got closer to our wedding she coordinated timelines with all of our vendors and helped us with a master timeline which made us feel so confident that things would run smoothly on the day of, which they did! On the day of they handled absolutely everything that we just got to relax and enjoy every second of our favorite day! All of our vendors also had nothing but great things to say about them! I feel so grateful to have had Olive Street Events as a part of our planning process and wedding day, they are the BEST! -

Great wedding thanks to a great team
Can't recommend Kate and Britt more highly! They were a pleasure to work with directly, great at supporting our calls with third parties, and attentive/thoughtful throughout.
We were supported with our selected vendors and planning for the wedding starting about 6-9 month before. From design to execution, the Olive Street team was top-notch. They were also very willing to answer our many questions and very available by email, text, or call.
Our wedding day could not have gone smoother and we got to focus on enjoying the wedding. Day of, Katelynn worked extremely hard to coordinate everything and took care of details large and small. At a certain point, she was even under my dress during cocktail hour making sure my bustle was done correctly. We got comments from friends and family saying how professional and on top of things the whole planning team seemed to be. They managed to be both directive and attentive without being obtrusive and helped us to really relax and enjoy our day with confidence. It was all we could've asked for - thanks again! -

We booked Olive Street Events for their event management service and just wow! We wouldn’t have had the wedding we dreamed of if it wasn’t for them. They made sure all our needs were met, put all the finishing touches on everything, and calmed on nerves the week leading up to the big day by being super responsive and supportive to our questions and met with us at our run through and rehearsal. They went beyond and above and did some tasks day-of that honestly weren’t sure we would be able to get done without them. They are rock-stars!

The BEST choice I made.
I met Britt and Kate at my older siblings wedding. They did such a good job, I hired them for my own wedding. For a day of coordinator service, I think I was spoiled.
We had multiple meetings and touched base many times months and weeks before my day. I honestly felt that I had a wedding planner haha. The spread sheets and documents provided helped me stay organized, which I LOVED.
Britt was there for me during some horrible times with my inlaws. She provided me with different options and ideas that could be done to accommodate their ridiculous demands, but also gave me the reassurance that I was making beyond reasonable choices. She helped ground me when I thought I would lose it and very VERY professionally made it through probably the worst rehearsal she's ever been a part of. She handled it with ease and kept things moving.
Kate was a blast during my wedding and made sure that my bridal party and myself had everything we needed. She made clean up/item pick up the next day a breeze.
Honestly there shouldn't even be a choice between Olive Street and anyone else. Best choice of my wedding was to have these two women with me. -

We are so thankful for Olive Street Events as they put together one of the most special times in our lives. We so appreciate all that they did to make our wedding a success. Best Decision!
Britt & Kate made the wedding planning process seamless and enjoyable. They were detailed, knowledgeable, transparent and were patient with my many many questions. We were able to take in every moment of our wedding day and the months leading up without a single worry. They knocked our vision out of the park and even created a custom and beautiful seating chart. Britt & Kate are very kind and down to earth which made us feel comfortable from day one. We can not thank them enough for a truly perfect start to our marriage. Booking them was easily the best decision we made. -

My experience with Olive Street Events was absolutely amazing!
Britt and Kate were the best people to work with when planning our wedding! They will sit with you and really get to know you and your partner as a couple and make your dreams a reality! I was so shocked that they made everything we were thinking of for our wedding come to life within our budget. They were so nice and sweet the whole way through, and they really make the experience so much less stressful so you can actually enjoy planning your special day! Amazing day, couldn't have done it without Olive Street
**I have to point out that this review is more than a few months late. I think that can be attributed to the fact that we don't have Kate and Brit keeping us on schedule anymore!
My husband and I got married over the summer of 2022 and we highly recommend Olive Street Events. Kate and Britt helped us through the entire planning process with their full service planning and design package. Everything from our first meeting to the day of, Kate and Britt put our minds at ease and were so incredibly helpful in every aspect. We were planning our wedding with them for a year and a half and at no point did we feel like we were behind on anything. We never felt pushed or rushed. Their team was very friendly and so easy to work with. I honestly was dreading the planning process and it could not have been more of an enjoyable time working with them.
Being a gay couple we wanted to go down more of an untradional route for our big day and their team was super attentive to what we wanted, and especially what we didn't want, and the suggestions for venues/vendors + designs we received were great. Each vendor they suggested was also so kind and fun to work with which helped to make the day of our wedding truly magical. We ultimately held a reception with 100 people and almost every single person told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. All thanks to Kate and Britt. People say to expect at least 3 things to go wrong during your wedding. The team from Olive Street Events and our vendors handled everything so well that if anything did go wrong, neither my husband or I (or any of our guests) noticed. We cannot recommend Kate and Britt enough. I am so thankful we found them early in our planning stage and I can't imagine our big day without their help. -

A must have wedding planner!
I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Britt and Kate from Olive Street Events are. From the start of our planning process a year out to the day of our wedding Britt was there every step of the way. She helped guide us and provided so many cool ideas for our big day (disco balls!!!). She was always available via email/text and was always super patient with us (my husband, mom and I do not have an eye for decor).
The day of Britt and Kate were literally the MVPs. Britt sent out a super detailed and helpful day of plan (literally minute by minute) for both my husband and I as well as our bridal party. They coordinated vendor arrivals and departures as well as set-up and break down of everything. Everything went so so seamlessly and according to schedule. The decor was beyond what I could ever imagine. They truly made our vision come to life. Not to mention- during pictures Britt was legit hand feeding my husband and I our cocktail hour food to make sure we were able to eat and enjoy it. They always made sure we were both taken care of the entire night. We truly would not have had the day we had without them. If you are on the fence about hiring a professional planner…it is a must and the ladies at olive street events are the best in the business- I will recommend them over and over again! Thank you guys for everything !!!!-

There aren’t enough stars for Olive Street Events- We absolutely adore Katelynn and Britt and could not recommend them more for your special day! They are kind, professional, attentive, quick with answering back to emails, and so helpful with any changes and concerns. From the very first meeting, we knew they were a great fit for us. Would absolutely recommend Olive Street!! We reached out to them in a bit of a panic — our wedding was ~8 weeks away and we knew we had a lot to do but didn't know what / how / when we were going to do it. Katelynn immediately sent us planning documents and got on the phone with us to go through details of what was done and what was still needed -- her experience showed, and we felt instant relief. In the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day, that feeling didn't wane -- she was kind and patient with all of the many people involved in the wedding and expertly coordinated them and kept them updated. She brought solutions when issues arose, and she was flexible and adaptable as things changed or didn't go according to plan. Ultimately, Katelynn was reliable, super competent, flexible, positive, and adaptable. I felt like I could truly trust her, and she delivered!! -

Amazing Full Service Planner!
My daughters' wedding was 3 days ago and I am still riding the high of the beautiful, joyous wedding!
HUGE thank you to Katelynn! I do not know how we would have managed the enormity of the wedding planning without her! We hired her to hold the hand of the bride: assist her through every detail, start to finish, full service. I cannot rave enough about how hard she worked, attentive she was, patient, reassuring and experienced. Truly the Best Day Of Coordinator
Britt from Olive Street was my day of coordinator and also helped with some ideation during planning… and I just have to say, I’m so so happy that I chose to work with them. Britt was one of those people who feels like your good friend the first time you talk, she is real, funny, organized has great vision for decor and on such a special day, you need someone with all those characteristics to make everything happen but also to keep everyone feeling calm and comfortable at the same time. If you care about the details and making your guests feel like they are walking into an experience and not just a typical wedding, then you should chose to work with Olive Street. Down to every detail Britt made our vision come to life and we are so thankful for everything she did to make that day amazing. Wedding of my dreams!
When we found our dream wedding venue, the date available was a little closer than was comfortable - 9 months. I am shocked and amazed at how well Britt and Kate of OSE maneuvered the process with us, and I wound up with the wedding of my dreams.
When we had our first call, Britt sounded so excited about the ideas I had - and there were many - and really helped us hone in on a comprehensive aesthetic, then execute on it. From the design overview Bible to the vision board that helped my girls nail their mismatched bridesmaid dresses… and doing absolute endless research on vendors for us and emailing me answers to my (many) questions - they really helped pull it all together.
Finally, Britt and Kate were there at the venue on the day of the event to help everything execute flawlessly. They had safety pins when we needed them, kept us on schedule, and I felt like I had the brain space to actually enjoy my wedding without worrying that I needed to manage the details.
And of course they stole my heart by adding some surprise Hidden Mickeys throughout our details that we were able to hunt for at the wedding!-

Exquisite. Absolutely saved my sanity.
When I first reached out to Olive Street, I was in a panic. I had undertaken wedding planning all on my own, and despite it being a small event with not too many frills, I was burnt out and overwhelmed. My call with Britt was such a relief. She understood exactly what I needed -- no full service planning, but someone to step in and help place our florals on the table, fill in the gaps where I would normally have a second set of hands from a bridal party I chose to omit, and guide me in the week/day of process where payments were due and confirmation calls had to be made, and seating and catering and timelines organized.
They went above and beyond.
Kate and Britt checked in on me throughout the process, putting me at ease and letting me know that, yes, it feels like there's absolutely zero time before this event, but no worries everything will get done. They were the liaisons between myself and my vendors, asking questions I didn't know to have, and catching things I would have otherwise missed or goofed up. They took what was becoming a source of anxiety and a burden I was just ready to get over with back to something that was exciting! Every time I felt silly about passing on something more traditional or wanting to do a weirder option, they supported me and helped figure out the exact logistics of making my vision work. The day of, they were my eyes and ears on the ground, helping me make a last minute rain-call and assisting with bustling my dress, making sure I didn't die of dehydration after I was finally able to chill out and have fun!!!
I cannot even begin to explain how much they saved my sanity, and how exceptional and organized and just lovely the two of them were. They even tackled the worst part of all of the planning-- filling out all of those endless contact forms between vendors. AND Britt was kind enough to store a few items that wouldn't fit in our car until I was able to scoop them, saving things I was so sure I'd have to toss. Absolutely amazing. -

Kate and Britt were a dream come true to work with. Planning a wedding through COVID is something I never envisioned. After having to cancel my first wedding, I was devastated. It was difficult to start back up with wedding planning until I found Olive Street Events. From the initial zoom calls till the clean-up after the wedding, these ladies were phenomenal. All my visions, picture inspirations, Pinterest boards were turned into reality. They were so attentive to everything I had to say and were so timely with their responses. We booked them for the minimal amount possible yet they were still there every step of the way. Checking in on us multiple times a month in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure everything would run smoothly. They provided us with multiple forms and guidelines to help stay organized throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were great with communication and even if they did not know an answer for my many questions- they got a hold of the correct people to find out the answer! Not only were they professional but also very fun and personable as well! As the bride I can honestly say they helped relieve so much stress the day of the wedding. I could enjoy the time getting ready with family and my girls without having to worry about setting up the venue. The Dream Team!! 10/10 experience from day 1!
I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!! Brittany and her team went above and beyond from day 1 of planning our wedding. On top of them all being extremely kind and friendly, they were super attentive and detail oriented and they kept me organized throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was behind on anything and they stayed in lockstep with me the whole time. They crossed things off my own to-do list without me even realizing they were doing it!
They made us feel as if there was no limit to what we could do to make our wedding day extraordinary and pretty much made all my wildest wedding dreams come true (including chips & salsa/guac baskets at each table setting and mini margarita escort card displays that they graciously worked on with the caterer behind the scenes all morning!). No ask or idea was too big for them and they offered their own advice on how to make each detail perfect.
The whole team was super professional on the day of and no one felt overwhelmed or confused on the timeline because they were so on top of everything. They kept me super calm throughout the morning and brought so much excitement to the day, definitely making me feel very special. There is no doubt that they knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish.
We highly recommend you consider using the Olive Street team for your wedding!!! -

Olive Street Events Goes Above and Beyond!
Where do I begin with expressing my gratitude for Olive Street Events. After speaking with numerous planners I felt a sense of relief when I found Katelynn and Brittany! I hired Katelynn and Brittany about 8 months prior to my wedding and they helped me throughout the planning process, even if it was to just to talk through ideas and vision! Katelynn was extremely attentive to detail and was very responsive whenever I called or emailed. She organized my vendor team, created our timeline, ceremony and reception layout and vision, setup/breakdown and so much more that helped to make our vision come true on our special day.
The biggest thing I owe to Olive Street is the surprise they pulled off. Without me knowing, my dad reached out to Katelynn and coordinated a surprise musical performance during my reception. Katelynn helped my dad and cousin pull off the big surprise, created a completely separate timeline for all of the vendors and I had no idea. The execution was seamless and I owe it to her and Brittany for making this special moment happen!
For the day of my wedding at Rosewood Farms, Katelynn and Brittany were there every step of the way, making sure me and my soon to be husband, bridal party, groomsmen, parents and in-laws had everything they needed. They were in constant communication with us the entire day to ensure that everything was going smoothly and we were happy.
I cannot say enough positive things about hiring Katelynn and Brittany! Originally, my fiancé (now husband) and I did not see the need to hire a wedding planner, however, it was probably the greatest decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. The best thing about hiring Olive Street was that they took a lot of stress off of us and allowed us to enjoy our wedding day as much as we possibly could! Olive Street Events went above and beyond on our special day and we are beyond grateful!

THANK GOODNESS FOR KATELYNN AND BRITTANY!! Seriously. Our wedding got postponed several times due to the pandemic, and Kate and Britt were there for us every step of the way. Planning a wedding involves so many moving parts, and having them organize the information and send us important reminders was a major help. They were the point of contact for all of our vendors which was a huge stress reliever! Even when our makeup artist double booked us, Olive Street came to the rescue. Highly recommend!
When our first wedding planner had to unexpectedly back out a month before our wedding, Britt and Kate stepped right in and seamlessly helped us plan everything we had left. The day of our wedding they were the perfect balance of being accessible while making sure everything ran smoothly in the background. When somebody's dress ripped, Kate pulled out 5 different sized safety pins. They were great to work with at every step of the process!

Best team ever!
Brittany & Katelynn were absolute wedding savers! Our originally coordinator quit only 40 days before our big day. We then entrusted both of them to help make our day perfect. They not only meet our expectations but went above and beyond to make it perfect. They never hesitated to clarify something or work out a problem for us. Black Tie Wedding Magic
How could we even begin to say how amazing Kate and Brit at Olive Street Events are. My husband and I got engaged in September of 2018 and not long after started working with Kate and Brit. After our first meeting we was so impressed, not only by their organization but by their energy and excitement. From day 1 they guided us through what could have easily been a stressful and complicated process. After almost a year of planning Olive Street Events helped us to put together an elaborate black tie wedding for 300 guests, scheduled for March 20, 2020. They made the process so easy for us, it was our dream come true. And then, on March 16th, four short days before our big day, the city of Philadelphia shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our wedding would have to be cancelled. Devastated and at a total loss, Kate and Brit reached out to us to offer their support and guidance. By the end of the day they had our entire event rescheduled for November 13. Needless to say, we were floored. The overwhelming sense of comfort knowing we had this amazing team of women not only there to offer us emotional support, but to take care of everything with an almost superhuman celerity was beyond anything we could have hoped for or dreamed of. As the summer months rolled on, they stayed in regular contact with us, sometimes witn updates sometimes just to say hello. As fall approached and it became clear that November 13 was not going to be able to happen, Kate and Brit assured us they would make our wedding happen and that it would be the evening we dreamed of - and they delivered. After having to switch to yet another wedding date , having to switch venues, then having to switch venues again, countless meetings, phone calls, and emails later the team at Olive Street put together what we can easily say was the best day of our lives. The day of, they made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Water? Got it. Bandaids? You bet. Starbucks order delivered while you’re getting ready? No problem! They literally thought of everything. Their attention to detail when dealing with vendors was bar none. They triple checked to make sure we got everything we asked for - right down to the chicken fingers my husband wanted along with his filet and lobster. I know for a fact that if it wasn’t for consummate professionalism, the help and the guidance from Kate and Brit we would never have had the absolute fairytale day that we did. We could thank them everyday for a lifetime and it still wouldn’t be enough.

Seamless, Supportive Day-Of Coordination
We had the pleasure of working with Olive Street Events for our May 2025 wedding, hiring them for event management and design support. From the beginning, Katelynn and Brittany were kind, responsive, and supportive, always quick to reply and happy to meet over Zoom to walk through details.
Since we had already booked most of our vendors and completed the bigger planning tasks, we were looking for help with fine-tuning the remaining details and executing the day-of coordination. Olive Street provided helpful tools like timelines and checklists, and they adapted their planning materials to better fit our needs when we asked for more customized support.
On the design side, they beautifully executed specific elements like our seating chart and bar menu, bringing our vision to life with care and attention to detail.
Where Olive Street truly excelled was on the wedding day. The team managed all logistics flawlessly — coordinating vendors, sticking to the timeline, adjusting ceremony timing, and making sure we could stay present and enjoy every moment. They were there from early morning until after the last guest departed, quietly tending to every detail so we never had to worry about a thing.
Katelynn and Brittany clearly care deeply about their clients, and we’re grateful for their role in making our day special! We’d recommend Olive Street Events to couples who have a vision and are looking for a supportive, detail-oriented team, especially for day-of coordination. -

An overall great experience with Olive Street Events
Britt, Katelynn, and their team definitely made our day much easier. The comprehensive checklists originally provided when we first signed with them were helpful with keeping us moving in our planning. They were also very receptive when it came to general questions, vendor recommendations, and changes to things. They started providing us assistance well before their written start date in the contract, which helped in the long run. It was nothing major, but relieved some stress up front and helped us collect thoughts.
There were a few hiccups when it came to our timeline coordination with our other vendors that needed correcting on all fronts, but overall it got resolved and everything went smoothly on our wedding day.
All of the vendor communication was done for us, which was a big help as it was something that was off our plate, allowing us to focus on finalizing details. We were also constantly being tended to on our big day as one of the team members was always present and available.
Overall, it was a great experience working with Katelynn, Britt, and team and we'd certainly recommend them to others looking for "day-of" planners. -
