    Katrina was so awesome. She was exactly what my husband and I wanted in our wedding day-of coordinator: professional, compassionate, organized, with a high level of attention for detail. We received so many compliments from our guests regarding how kind Katrina was. Along with being great on the day-of, she was so helpful throughout the process. Our wedding day was completely stress-free, and we felt it went off without a single problem. We had a blast, and we want to thank Katrina for being a part of our special day.

    I had the wedding of my dreams.. all thanks to Katrina owner of Naemi Events. From the moment I gave her my vision and budget she understood exactly how to plan everything for me! Our wedding was outdoor in diamondhead on the lawn, so there was ALOT of work to be done!! An outdoor wedding is by far so much work (tents, lights, equipment) so I was really stressed! However, when Katrina steps in.. I'm at ease and spent the whole day and evening ENJOYING our wedding rather than stress about it. We admired her professionalism and organization, she made sure everything was on point from the food, servers, bar, rental set up, entertainment and the timing of everything! We highly recommend Katrina.

    We had a destination wedding in Hawaii and I'm japanese and my husband is American. So we were looking for an event coordinator who can speak both Japanese and English for our guests.
    That was the only reason I chose Katrina from Na•Emi Events as our wedding coodinator at the beginning. Yes, she is a beautiful bilingual young lady! But at the end of the big day I was very happy not only because she did a great interpretation but because everything she did for us from the decorations to make the party go so well. We asked Katrina to do MC in both language, interpretation, table/party coordination and everything for wedding lunch reception. Every one of our wedding guests loved her work at our reception. Her polite, kind, and sincere attitude and behavior was above and beyond professional; her genuine spirit and people skills really shined through. She seemed to truly love being there, helping us, assisting the guests, and doing her job. She truly has a gift. We couldn't be happier with what she did and how she served us and represented your company.
    Since I don't live in Hawaii, we always talked over email. There is nothing you should worry about that! She was always quick to respond and she was always helpful. I have never got frustrated by working with her through emails.
    If you give her an idea what you want for your big day she can make it just right or even better! I loved working with her. We couldn't stop taking how she did a great job for a few days after our wedding day.

    Katrina was fabulous on our big day! She communicated well throughout our wedding process and kept it stress free during our wedding day. She helped to create our wedding timeline and everything for our wedding went smoothly. It was so nice to not worry about anything on our day and enjoy the whole day. We highly recommend Katrina for wedding planning and day of coordination.

    After debating whether to use a planner at all, we chose to use Katrina from Na Emi Events for the "day of" services. She was by far the most reasonable of vendors we checked. She did not great! Her "day of" services included being at the rehearsal to make sure it went well. She also did a site visit with us and gave us good ideas about table set up, bar area, etc.

    We chose to have her add a second person on the day of the wedding so she could be at the wedding and the other person could be at the reception venue. There was very little time for the vendors to set up at the reception venue, the Waikiki Aquarium, because they could not get into the Aquarium until 5:15 and guests began arriving at 6:00.
    I think both of them were invaluable in having everything run smoothly, from figuring out who goes down the aisle in what order and doing the timing of that at the church, to doing a time line and keeping things moving well at the reception.

    Katrina was very flexible. I had several decorative items shipped to her directly so that she could make sure they were at the reception site, and she problem-solved in how to have several things done in the right timing. She was also very pleasant and and very responsive.

    She was just perfect for us.

    Katrina was amazing to work with! I hired her as my day of wedding coordinator and she was so helpful throughout the entire and before my wedding! She even gave me ideas on where to hold my picnic since I had a destination wedding and was not familiar with the parks in Hawaii. She contacted all my vendors a week prior to our wedding date to confirm their service. I highly recommend Katrina to anyone looking for a wedding planner. You will not be disappointed!

    Katrina was by far one of the best vendors that my husband and I worked with. She was very responsive via email and text, and she had a lot of questions, which I like, because that either means I did not explain well enough or she wanted to know every detail to be clear for herself to perform effeciently. Either way, our big day being smooth and perfect was in her best interests. Overall, Katrina was a 6 out of 5! And I highly recommend her, because from the moment of meeting her, we knew she would get the job done! Thanks again Katrina!
