Bill was very helpful from the 1st contact. He aways returned calls in a timely manner. I didn't have to make a second call for an inquiry. He took care of all the details and i felt very confident that he would follow through (which he did). you would be very very satisfied to work with Bill. I highly recommend him.

We used Maui'd Forever for our November 2009 wedding on Maui. We arranged everything via e-mail and phone and were very happy with the choice of services and price. We chose a la carte and were very happy with everything. Once we arrived in Maui, we touched base again 2 days before the wedding and found out there was to be a big storm on our wedding day!! Our planner, Bill, called us and had already taken action - he had the videographer and photographer "on call" for a possible date change and had also left a message for the minister. We opted to get married the day of the call; and with only 3 hours to prepare. He even had to change the beach location because of the rush of weddings that were trying to re-book. Believe it or not....the alternate location turned out to be better than the origina! He took care of everything in a calm, professional manner and our wedding was an absolute dream. His recommendations of the videographer, photographer and minister were all perfect for us. We have shown the video to several friends and they all can't believe how unbelievable it is. Mahalo, Bill for everything!!!

Bill with Maui'd Forever was recommended by a friend who had used him for her wedding. Bill was great to work with. He offered several options and suggestions when planning our wedding. He was very responsive to our phone calls and emails. Just overall, a pleasure to work with. Our wedding could not have been better.

We chose Maui'd Forever after checking out a few other Maui wedding websites. Bill was the nicest and most professional out of all of them. It was like pulling teeth to get in contact with anyone else, but Bill was quick to answer any questions. He offers everything that anyone else offers only at a better price and better customer service. When it came time to meet him and start the ceremony, he was very nice and our photographer, Yolanda, was just as nice. His ceremony was beautiful and it was everything we could have ever asked for. We didn't really know what to expect but everything he did for us exceeded all of our expectations from the cake to the bouquet to the ceremony. We were married on August 22, 2010 at Kapalua Bay and would recommend Bill and Maui'd Forever to anybody that was considering getting married in Maui. We would also recommend our photographer, Yolanda. She was awesome and took BEAUTIFUL pictures! Mahalo Bill for all of our beautiful memories!!!

My experience with Bill at Maui'd Forever was wonderful. From day one he was very prompt in calling me back and responding to emails. He answered all of my questions within one to two business days or sooner. We wanted a simple wedding on the beach and the custom package was great for that! In addition, the pricing for the custom package was very reasonable. Some photographers charge more per hour than we paid for the entire package! Bill helped us schedule the license appointment for the day we arrived in Maui. The licenser was professional and even met with us earlier than scheduled. We were in and out of the appointment in less than 15 minutes.
On the day of the wedding we learned that another wedding with 23 people was also going to happen on the same beach. Bill promptly called me to see if we wanted to move to another beach. However, we had our hearts set on the first beach. He said, "If this is what you want, we will make it work." Definitely something you want to hear on your wedding day! Once we arrived at the beach the officiate, photographer and ukulele player were very professional. We didn't even notice the other wedding as they had everything set up perfectly. They knew where to have us stand to get the best pictures and provided a very memorable experience. It truly was the perfect day! If you want a stress free way to plan a great wedding in Maui this is the company to use. I cannot recommend Maui'd Forever enough

We had a wonderful experience. The coordinator Bill Armstrong, was very helpful in planning according to our wants and budget, and also very responsive to our questions. Bill set up an alternate site to use because there was a possibility of rain , but it turned out that the weather cooperated and we didn't need the alternate beach. Rev Charles Hull was very caring and performed a beautiful ceremony and the photographer, Terry Rowe was professional and took lots of shots and was full of ideas to make lasting memories. Highly recommended!

Maui’d Forever...Perfectly Perfect!!!

Bill and the team he put together for my wedding was unbelievable. Over 5000 miles away, time difference, and a bride not arriving until 3 days before and oh yeah forget to mention while a hurricane was going on and even when I was going throw in the towel, Bill didn’t!!! Bill kept this bride going. This wa s a once in a life time trip/wedding and with being 40ish...I wanted it literally to be perfect. Bill helped with everything especially the day of the wedding, he and the team made me not regret the choice of a romantic beach wedding (no family or friends) with a twist....sand ceremony and the breaking of the glass, beach wedding. Bill with the great team of Reverend Lisa, Sarah Quinn (Photographer) and Brian Rothstein (videographer) gave me an unforgettable day, experience and literally made it as easy and pain free as possible. Bill’s dedication to his customers as well as his knowledge of Maui and recommendations is worth much much more than any amount of money but warning...don’t be shocked or think it’s a mistake when you see the bill, cause it’s not!!!! Unbelievable price and even more unbelievable service. Don’t question your luck, just be grateful that you found the absolute wedding coordinator. 4 months later and I’m still amazed.

I was over the moon happy with how our wedding turned out. They say third is a charm well, I differently agree with that.
I love how my hair was done, and the ceremony, the picture and the video. Our guest at our reception enjoyed the video.

I worked with Bill Armstrong with Mauid Forever for wedding planning services for my destination wedding in Maui, Hawaii. I would highly recommend Mauid Forever for every need that you have. Bill was very professional, and timely with communication and phone calls. He made everything so simple, easy, and above all stress free. Bill did an excellent job of coordinating our vendors for floral, photography and videography which we were well pleased with the services. My husband and I chose to have a small wedding on Maui and after much online investigation we chose Bill Armstrong from mauidforever.com... We are extremely pleased with our choice. Bill was very responsive to both emails and phone calls and was always professional and flexible. He also gave us great advice throughout the planning process. The result was the perfect wedding for us on a beautiful Maui beach with Kimo (who was great at making us feel comfortable, we felt the ceremony was touching and personalized). Our videographer, Brian and photographer, Alex, were very professional as well as creative.....spending as much time as needed to get the pictures we wanted and suggesting fun shots.....all of which turned out great. We felt that not only were their prices really the most reasonable for what we desired, but the outcome was exceptional!! Bill allowed us to easily create a beautiful and personal wedding from thousands of miles away and have executed it flawlessly less than 48 hours after we flew into Maui.

Well...what can I say about my special day (5-7-13)...IT WAS PERFECT!
Forever grateful to Bill. He is the best, he reassured me that everything will be perfect and it was. I never thought a "destination wedding" is a way to go, but I would NOT have it any other way.
Bill recommended Kapalua Bay for the ceremony and we did just that. The whole thing was breath taking...still feeling blessed and humble by the whole experience.
We had chose KIMO for our minister and he was awesome. He made the whole ceremony fun and but yet spiritual and meaningful.
We also chose Yolanda as our photographer and she was wonderful and she captured our special moments on our wedding day.
Cindy the hair and make up artist was great and did a beautiful job doing my hair and make up.
BILL did a great job putting this together and we will always remember him and for making our wedding day special.

When we began planning a distance wedding in Maui from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, it was very frightening, you have no idea how it is going to turn out or if you have even hired a reliable, honest company. We can not say enough about the service that we received from Maui'd Forever. Bill Armstrong coordinated our entire wedding and he did a fabulous job. He is extremely knowledgeable about wedding coordination, Maui vendors and nearly anything on the Island that you may inquire about. We had many additional requests and our expectations were high, we can honestly say that we were absolutely delighted that we received everything that we requested and there was nothing that did not meet our high expectations. Our vendors from our musician, videographer, photographer, officiator, our site on the beach was all absolutely more then we could have expected. You made it so easy for us, as you took care of everything, including making an appointment and forwarding the address to obtain our marriage license. The serves we received for the price that we paid was incredible. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and far beyond our expectations, we are so happy that we chose Maui'd Forever and thank you Bill for your outstanding service.

The Maui'd Forever Staff was so helpful in planning my wedding to remember I could not have done it without them. It is quite intimidatiing these days as to who you can trust regardless of meeting face to face or on line, but Bill and his staff made us feel as if we belonged to the island by guiding us and making us feel rest assured although we were miles away and all we had to worry about was being on time at the beach and he would do the rest. Thank you Bill and the Maui'd Forever Staff for all that you did to make mine and Tony's day a day to remember. Mahalo and Aloha.

I was a little nervous about planning a wedding in Maui as we are in Boise, Idaho. I found Maui'd Forever online and did some extra research. Bill had some of the best reviews out of all of the wedding coordinators in Maui/Hawaii. After going through his website and looking through the wedding packages, we decided to go with Maui'd Forever. We had an initial call with Bill - he went over the process and answered all the questions we had. After we made our deposit, Bill sent over a lot of information regarding beaches, restaurants, entertainment and he also helped us decide on the location of our condo rental. Bill was truly the easiest person to work with and he has so much knowledge of Maui.

The day of our wedding was so beautiful, and our wedding flowers were even better than I had imagined. I had sent Bill a picture of the bouquet I was wanting and the one for my wedding day was spot on. Thanks again, Bill, for making our elopement so easy, stress free and beautiful!

Bill was extremely easy to work with. He always made time to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. It's scary planning a wedding when you can't see anything beforehand, however everything was beautifully taken care of. We originally were to be married on the beach, however the weather wasn't going to have that so Bill was able to make last minute arrangements to marry us in a fantastic little church. Flowers were pretty, cake yummy....the only thing that wasn't working out was my hair, lol! He and the rest of the guys that were apart of everything were professional yet laid back. They were truly a blessing. I feel everyone went above and beyond for us and I thank them for that! I have already told a handful of people that want to get married in Hawaii to look them up!!!!!!!

My name is Milo and my wife and I were married in Maui on February 28, 2010. I offered to write a review for Bill because I was extremely pleased with his companies services. My wife and I committed to Maui'd Forever after carefully comparing cost, locations, services, photographers, videographers, and all the other components of at least 6 different Wedding Planning companies. We were nervous for many reasons but mostly because of the organization an preparation a wedding requires. As soon as I spoke with Bill I knew he was the person I wanted to deal with since I could tell there was nothing he wanted more than for my wife and myself to be happy with our decisions. The other Wedding Planners were trying to up sell different areas of the wedding and it was very discouraging. We wanted something beautiful but did want pressure to spend extra money on things we didn't want or didn't need. Bill guided us through our process as professional and helpful as possible. I would encourage anyone to contact me if they wanted more information on my personal experience with my experience with Maui'd Forever. I was impressed with Bill and his team! We made all the arrangements all the way from Oregon, Bill did an excellent job at getting back to me in a timely manner. When we arrived in Maui he called us and welcomed us to the island and got our room number so the make up artist could come do my makeup. When our big day came, my make up artist arrived at our room and did an amazing job with my hair and makeup, with plenty of time to spare. We were greeted at the beach by Bills team and everything turned out perfect! The photographer was fun to work with and was willing to do the poses we wanted. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect, stress free and affordable wedding!! Thank you all at Maui'd Forever!!

Myself and my new husband work on board a cruise ship and had never been to Hawaii before, we had no idea how we were going to arrange everything. After searching over the internet and sending emails to different companies, Bill Armstrong at Maui'd Forever, was the fastest to respond and the only one that would cater for my specific needs. Being in Maui for only one day, we had no idea what to expect, I put my faith in Bill. It was the best decision I made, he chose the perfect location for us and arranged the flowers and Minister, so I had nothing to worry about. Our Hawaiian minister was Dennis DeRego he was also fantastic, he was very professional, told us what to do & when and very personable. Bill Armstrong organized the most perfect wedding for us!

Trying to plan a wedding on Maui all the way from Austria, Europe seemed to be a huge challenge but as soon as we had found Maui'd Forever, it turned out to be the easiest thing in the world. Bill Armstrong would reply to any e-mail instantly and was helpful in every matter. I felt like I did not have to worry about a thing and it was true.

We got married on Kapalua Bay. Bill was on site and took care of everything in a very discreet way. Kimo Kirkman was a wonderful minister. He made us laugh and his ceremony felt so sincere and true. Brian was unobtrusive in his filming and made the most beautiful video. I could not have been happier about my bouquet, the flower leis, our wedding cake and Tarvin - our musician - he was the best!

The organization of our wedding was perfect and even now, two months after the wedding, Bill is being so helpful with documents that we still need for the marriage to be recognized in Austria.

Setting up a wedding from another state was very scary. Our wedding was a fairy tale from start to finish. Bill Armstrong was the coordinator, he made sure every step was covered. The hair and makeup was wonderful. The video was on the web the next morning and beautiful. We had hundreds of pictures to choose from. Our minister Kimo was amazing. My husband is still trying to learn to blow the conch shell! I would encourage anyone to do a destination wedding and if they are lucky enough to be in Hawaii definitely use Just Maui'd. Every expectation was met and it was amazing!!!

Bill Armstrong from Mauidforever was awesome. He took care of everything, even some of my "off the wall" requests with kindness and professionalism. He even calmed my nerves when I thought it would rain. (Turns out it was warm and sunny with a delightful sunset. Not sure how he made that happen.) All I had to worry about was not messing up my vows. Also, Minister Kenneth Hoo'pai was perfect. I would highly recommend him for any Hawaii wedding.
Overall all my wedding dreams came true thanks to Bill and his team.

Bill Armstrong with Maui'd forever was phenomenal. He planned everything I wanted and although I was in Houston and he was in Hawaii when I arrived everything was done just as I had asked and everything was gorgeous. I like how he had different options that I could choose from. Every time I emailed Bill he promptly emailed be back (with the expected 4 hour time difference). Bill was very professional and gave great ideas. He coordinated everything down from the venue and hair stylist to arranging an appointment to get our marriage license. Even now that it is all over Bill still responds to my questions and sends information that I need post wedding. Everything was so professional and well coordinated. No need for me to be a bridzilla.. I had to do nothing but tell Bill Armstrong what I wanted and he made it happen when the time came.

Bill at Maui'd Forever did a great job. Everything was just as I wanted it to be. Sent a photo of the bouquet I wanted and it was exactly the same. Minister and musician were excellent. I was a little skeptical about having my makeup and hair done by someone I didn't know but the stylist did a wonderful job.

I loved Maui’d Forever. Bill and his family were so hospitable. My fiancée and I wanted a personalized wedding with a bit of tradition for just the two of us. I search on the internet and talked to many wedding companies. I reviewed so many companies and decided on Maui’d forever. One reason I chose them is because they gave us a complete package for a good price; photographer, video, cake, guitarist, and inscribed flutes. They also gave me control of our ceremony, which I liked compared to the other companies that made me feel like I was entering a marriage factory. Bill answered all my questions promptly. He sent me e-mails with a list of photographer and ministers to choose from. I was able to read about the different suppliers and see thier portfolios before hand. Then I chose for myself the one that best fit us. It was so easy!
Well you still don’t know how it will turn out until you get there. We were elated after the ceremony! Our wedding was better then I could have ever dreamed of. We meet Bill at his house. His wife helped me get dress and Bill helped my fiancée. Bill drove me to the beach and didn’t let my fiancée see me till the wedding, love that tradition, it adds excitement/anticipation. At the ceremony everyone was so relaxed. Bill set up everything and sat on the lava rocks as my proud spectator while we had our ceremony. We felt like Bill and everyone there enjoyed what they did and respected the sanctuary of marriage. After the ceremony the guitarist played more songs that we had chosen. We danced and played on the beach as the photographer took pictures. Even our photographer started to dance. We also chose to have the video taken and I am glad we did. It helped me share our special day with my family. My friends and family were able to watch it the next day while we began our honeymoon. They did an awesome job! Everything was of great quality. From the flutes with our names and wedding date to the video we were impressed with how it turned out. Thank you, Bill and Maui’d Forever for helping us get Maui’d in Maui in style.

A BIG Thank You to Bill Armstrong with Maui'd Forever/Maui! Bill made our special day PERFECT!!! We found the company online and were a little worried about planning a destination wedding. After a couple of emails and phone calls from Bill it put our minds at ease and he took care of EVERYTHING! Our minister Kimo was absolutely AMAZING and he was very calming and genuine! The pictures were taken by Yolanda, I am so thankful she was able to be there because we have so many BEAUTIFUL pictures and have received many many compliments from friends and family! Our videographer was Brian and what an AMAZING job he did! We have been able to watch our wedding time and time again and also share it online with our family and friends. The biggest compliment for Brain from all our family and friends has been that they all got to experience our wedding and feel like they were there with us! I would absolutely 100% recommend Maui'd Forever to everyone!! Our wedding was more than we could have ever asked for, it was PERFECT!

Had a wonderful ceremony. Gerry was our minister and he was fabulous. He preformed the ceremony in English and Hawaiian. He was very friendly. I would highly reccomend him. We picked just the basic service, we wanted no fuss, and I couldn't be happier. Mark was helpful, informative, and gave such a good suggestion for a beach we went back the next day just to play.

The site we renewed our vows(Kapalua Beach) was beautiful Our officiant was in native dress,recited our vows in Hawaiian and English,and did an excellent job.

We loved Maui"d Forever. My travel agent hooked me up with these people. I was blown away by there professionalism and flexablity. Bill handled everything and made this expieriene soooo great !!!! He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Hanne was our photographer and she was amazing. I can't wait to see our pictures, she has a great eye. We couldn't have asked for a better paster, Paster Dennis.....what a great man. Brian was our videographer. I didn't expect much from him, I thought it was going to be pretty basic.......wrong. Brian made us into stars. I had no idea how cool his video was going to be. All of our friends and family have just gone on and on about how great the video was and what an awesome keepsake it is. I planned a renewal ceremony for us on our 25th anniversary. The twist was it was a total surprise to my wife. She had NO idea what was coming or what we were doing that evening. I searched the internet for the right wedding coordinator and I found Bill Armstrong from Maui'd Forever. Bill was so easy to work with and provided the romantic experience of a lifetime! Bill made it easy for me to make payments so I could keep it a secret. I don't advise keeping too many secrets from your spouse but this was one I will never regret! Also we communicated through email so it was easy to avoid the risk of giving it away. Our phone calls were few and were discrete. We only needed a few to make it work and boy was it a great day! Bill helped me look like I'm a great husband. The reality is Bill is a great coordinator!
Bill had the numerous locations available and suggested the best for a sunset ceremony. The timing was perfect! I can tell he has many years at perfecting the sunset ceremony!
The list of minsters was extensive and seemed to be able to accommodate all religions and also has Hawaiian officiates for the traditional Hawaiian wedding experience. The photographer and video crew were very professional and captured the memories as soon as we showed up. They didn't miss a single second of that special moment for my wife! The musician was very talented and she couldn't be beat! Her voice was beautiful and was blended with her harp to make seem as it was a fairytale. The cake he provided was delicious and beautiful as well. I'm not a big cake lover but there was a perfect amount of icing and a great tasting cake as well. It certainly was not one of those overbearing too sweet icing piles hiding a bland dry cake.
After the ceremony, we sat down for a special romantic dinner on the beach for the two of us. Our chef made a dinner that you can't match in the finest restaurants anywhere! Everything was made to order on the beach. There was no shortage of food or exceptional flavor. Of course the chef was also on Bill's list of exceptional people that he brought out for us.
As we concluded our special evening of celebrating 25 years of marriage and reaffirming our love for each other, the sun was completely gone and there were only three of us remaining on the beach. The glow of the tiki torches and the glow in the eyes of my wife made me think about how the day was a total success and was planned perfectly. My wife thanked me for a beautiful 25th anniversary and I just smiled! Now at that point I took all the credit. But the real hero behind it all was Bill Armstrong and the special group of people he had available to make everything so special. I paid a fee to Bill that was agreed upon for the services he provided. Bill provided a service that gave us memories worth more than money can buy! All I have to do today is mention Maui'd Forever and she gets that twinkle in her eye again! I hope when we make it to 50 years to come back and do it again! But I don't think I'll get to surprise her as I did this time. If you want a pro, look no further! Bill will make it happen and he can keep a secret too!

Lisa from Maui'd Forever was awesome! My husband and I live near Chicago and decided to renew our vows on The Big Island for our 10 year anniversary. It's pretty intimidating to plan a wedding from so far away in a place you've never been but Lisa made it easy! If you are looking for an excellent wedding planner to take care of everything down to the smallest detail, Bill at Maui’d Forever is for you. It was intimidating trying to plan our wedding from 5000 miles away but Bill will work with you to make your day everything you’ve ever dreamed of from the flowers to the wedding site to photographer and officiant and even hair/makeup. I was completely in the dark when I started planning my destination wedding in Maui. I work in retail and a customer just renewed her vows in Maui and worked with Bill Armstrong and Maui'd Forever. Luckily she gave me her recommendation and I contacted Bill via email. He responded within hours (remember if you live in Michigan its a 6 hour time difference.) Bill provided me with people to do my hair, makeup and they came to my location to get me ready. He also provided the names and locations of numerous restuarants to go to after the ceremony. We went to Sarento's on the Beach and if I had to rate it, I'd give it a 7 out of 10 only because it was sooo dark when we ate (after sunset) and the food was OK. I wed on Makena Beach in South Maui and it was PERFECT. Not crowded, beautiful scenery, tropical pathway that was perfect for family and me (the bride) to walk down. It was a little hard to find the location at first but well worth the hassle. Bill was also the minister and performed the ceremony without a hitch. We had lei's, champagne, and the beauty of a sunset at Makena Beach. My photographer was Yolanda and my videographer was Brian, they both were professional, understanding and did amazing work. I would highly recommend Bill and Maui'd Forever to future brides! I have no complaints and am happy with the results! Good Luck :)

Our wedding day was perfect! Our minister, muisician and photographer were all great and so easy to work with. Bill was great with giving me last minute advice on where I could get my dress and my husband’s suit pressed the day before our ceremony.

The one disappointment that I had was when Bill was away at the main island and I couldn’t reach him for almost 2 weeks. For a very anxious bride, this was grueling and all stress with this could have easily been prevented with an out of office email.

All in all, we had the best, most laid back wedding day and ceremony and it could not have been more perfect!

Bill conducted our wedding vow renewal ceremony on Maui on March 19th, 2010. He was very willing to work with me on changing the "wedding package" details to help to stay within my budget. I would absolutely recommend their service. The day went off without a hitch. My only complaints is the issue that they have with their Email Firewall. Some messages were never received, we were asked to use different email addresses. To put it simply, the companies email setup made communication disjointed and frustrating.

Wedding Week Ruined

Our wedding was ruined by this company. We agreed upon a site for the wedding and no one scouted the site prior to our arrival and we found out ourselves three days before the wedding that the site was under construction. While they tried to reassure us that "the pictures would look great" our concerns about having a wedding on a construction site were not addressed. We were given several options of where the wedding could happen. We were left to our own devices to scout these sites without any guidance other than the name of the venue - we are not from Hawaii and had to make our own arrangement to visit these venues (mostly beaches). We spent days looking for new venues. While we were looking for venues and expressing our distress, we were only contacted through text messages and never contacted with a phone call to help alleviate our distress. In fact, two days before the wedding Mark told us he could not speak that day, and the day before the wedding we called and called and called and there was no response. We contacted the other vendors and no one could get a hold of him. We were so distressed, and Mark did not even call us when we told him we wanted to cancel everything. He just texted to brag about the number of weddings he had done in the past and threatened to go ahead with everything several times. Once he accepted we were cancelling everything, we were only refunded part of our payment.

We hired Lisa from Maui’d Forever to help us with obtaining a Beach Permit and finding a Marriage License Counselor for our Hawaiian Beach Wedding this past May. We signed a contract for a small package that included the beach permit, assistance in obtaining a marriage license, an Officiant (which we found on our own), two fresh leis for the wedding ceremony and local coupons. It was a very frustrating experience for us and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Very slow responses to our emails and phone calls, and seemingly little or no effort to provide what we paid for, I’m guessing because we got the least expensive package. There was so much stress for us that could have easily been avoided with better communication and better service. There is lots of competition in this business in Hawaii and I would recommend looking elsewhere for your wedding plans.
