    Maui Magic

    We decided to elope on Maui early 2019 after never even visiting the Hawaiian Islands. After doing a bit of research, we decided on Maile Maui weddings due to their custom package options, fair pricing, and glowing reviews. I am so glad we made this decision! Fawn was incredible to work with. She listened to our ideas and executed them flawlessly. I had a few thoughts on my bouquet and haku and she made sure to pass along those requests to the florist who nailed it. We also requested a secluded cliff-side location with a romantic picnic to follow and she not only went out and scouted the most spectacular spot, but she also prepared a fresh Maui-centric picnic that was exactly what we were looking for. Mariah is also a seriously talented photographer. She helped us to relax and enjoy the moment, but also was able to pull the laughter out of us for some absolutely phenomenal photos. Her husband, Peter, officiated for us and he was full of smiles and kind words that helped perfectly sum up our partnership. They make a wonderful team and we could not have done it without them.

    Intimate and stress free...

    Although our wedding was well over a year ago, I owe it to them to give credit where credit is due... Maile Maui Weddings honestly deserves all the accolades, and you’d be doing yourself a favor to work with them. Fawn truly went above and beyond to make sure our intimate wedding was the most magical experience. Even though it wasn’t a true elopement since it wasn’t a secret, I never in a million years thought I could be away from my loved ones for such a momentous occasion, but the biggest, fanciest, most expensive wedding could never top the joy, love, beauty, and intimacy we ultimately experienced. From the start, Fawn was extremely responsive and organized. She always followed up with me and made sure all my questions were answered and our needs and wants were being met. It’s honestly kind of odd to plan your whole wedding with a stranger from a distance, but I felt completely comfortable, even confident, every step of the way with Fawn’s guidance and support. When time came and hiccups arose (totally out of our control but hiccups are inevitable), Fawn went out of her way and took it upon herself to make sure that it was still stress free and just as beautiful as we hoped. Her efforts honestly made the hiccups better than the original plan, and she even secretly worked with my best friend from home and our vendors (who were all amazing btw) to plant surprises along the way to make sure we felt everyone’s love. Maile Maui Weddings will not let you down. My one piece of advice... Contact them ASAP and secure a date because they don’t work multiple weddings back to back because they feel each couple deserves their full attention. How about that?

    Dream Wedding Planner

    I am so, so thankful I found Maile Maui Weddings... best decision ever because Fawn planned the perfect day for us! She was so wonderful to work with from the very beginning, I actually started planning with her over a year ahead of time. She always responded thoroughly to any questions I had and helped me make decisions based on what would fit my husband and I best.

    Before the big day she did a ceremony site visit with us and even showed us where our sunset pictures would be taken. She made sure we were 100% happy and confident about everything. The day of could not have been more perfect, she had my dress steamed, my gorgeous bouquet ready, and even gave me an extremely thoughtful wedding gift. Her presence calmed my nerves and the ceremony was everything we wanted and more. We absolutely loved the officiant she chose for us based on a survey she gave me, he was the perfect balance of funny and heart felt! I can't thank Fawn enough, she truly put so much love into our big day and I can tell she puts so much into everything she does. I just wish I could work with her again :) Mahalo for everything!

    Fawn and Mariah only had days notice before our wedding day. They made all of our dreams come true with absolute ease. While we were hanging on the beach, they were preparing Magic! No words will ever relay the amount of gratitude we have.

    Deciding to get eloped in Maui was a big decision for us. Having not been to the island before we knew we needed a wedding planner that was knowledgeable, honest and professional to help plan our special day. Then we found Maile Maui Weddings...Fawn Evermore our wedding planner, we couldn’t have done it without her! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, patient and just awesome! She definitely made the planning process stress free, providing us with many options to cater to all our desires. Mariah Milan our photographer, one word…magical! She made us feel very comfortable right from the start and captured every moment perfectly, you can feel her passion for photography. We couldn’t have imagined more stunning photos. Peter Dagupion, it was an honour to have him as our officiant. His beautiful words will stay with us forever. Maile Maui Weddings exceeded our expectations on all levels. Thank you so much Fawn, Mariah and Peter for making our wedding day so special and absolutely perfect!!!

    We knew we wanted a sunset beach wedding in Maui but had no idea how to go about it. I contacted Maile Maui Wedding and Fawn quickly replied. I am a very organized person and was nervous about wedding planning... especially planning a Wedding from Canada. Fawn took care of everything, she took the time to get to know us and took away the stress of wedding planning. Our day was perfect!!! Fawn, Mariah, our officiant and musician made our day the best day ever. From the bottom of our hearts we can’t thank them enough.

    My husband and I recently got married May 6, 2017 on a private property. Thinking back to our special day we don't know how we would of pulled such an incredible day without our day of wedding coordinator, Fawn. Although, we only hired her for the day of, she has been in communication with us since the beginning. From recommending vendors, hotels for guests, photo locations, and restaurants. She also stayed connected to all our vendors leading up to our wedding day. We are truly grateful. Not only is she amazing and thorough, she always has the best interest for the bride and groom...SO THANK YOU! ;)
    Because our venue was a private property I was nervous how everything was going to look once all the props/decor/tables and chairs were set up. I honestly thought I wouldn't even have the chance to relax but Fawn made sure that I didn't have to do anything. It was so nice. After walking down the aisle and looking at everything, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was gorgeous. That whole day went so smooth and I can't thank Fawn enough.

    Fawn and Mariah are just AMAZING. Our wedding was perfect. Our pictures left us speechless. I cannot emphasize how fortunate we were to have chosen Maile Maui Weddings and Mariah as our wedding coordinator and photographer. Fawn was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of everything and was very responsive. She answered all of my questions and even made suggestions on what to do and eat on the island. My husband and I live in Miami and were concerned about planning our wedding all the way in Hawaii. Fawn handled everything. I selected an officiant and guitarist that ultimately could not make it last minute. Fawn handled it. Instead of coming to me with the problem to stress me out, Fawn found the perfect replacement officiant and guitarist. She made sure our guitarist learned our wedding song, and selected an officiant based off the preferences we previously provided her. I was so impressed. We eloped, so it was just my husband and I. Fawn was there to carry my train, to drive me to the location, to help me fix my hair and make-up. Mariah has so much vision! She knew where to take the best shots, and how to position us so that we look natural. She exceeded my expectations. She provided us with so so many beautiful photos. She even sent us a beautiful USB with our photos and a handwritten note. You can tell she loves what she does and cares. I researched for weeks before selecting Maile and Mariah. They are truly the BEST!

    We were married on March 21, 2017. Neither my husband or I had ever been to Maui so it surprised us both when one night we decided that we wanted to be married there. After reading of the wonderful experiences other couples had with Maile Maui Weddings I decided to give them a call. From the very first conversation I had with Fawn I knew we picked the right person to help us plan our destination wedding. From guiding us as we selected our hotel, recommending vendors and even helping us pick the perfect beach to be married on, Fawn paid attention to what we truly wanted. She listened and did everything she could to make our fairytale wedding come to life. In total honesty, there was very little that I actually physically did to plan our beach wedding. Fawn and I spent months over email, calls and text planning and she made me feel like I could truly trust her with this special day. A trust that was perfectly placed! She went above and beyond her role to make EVERY detail incredibly special. My husband and I were married just us two so it was so comforting to me that the team we worked with made us feel so at ease on our wedding day! We had the perfect fairytale beginning and in large part that was because of the incredible service we received from Maile Maui Weddings. Fawn was more than a wedding planner or coordinator to us, she became a friend and treated us as Ohana.

    It can be scary to plan a wedding with a complete stranger from halfway around the world, on different time zones and without having met face to face. But Fawn from Maile Maui Weddings really made me feel comfortable off the bat. After having reached out to several different wedding planners in the exact same way, thank you Google, I decided to go with Maile Maui Weddings because of the connection I felt with Fawn just from her initial response to my generic email of "Hi, I'm looking to get Maui'd and don't know where to start."

    I'm so glad I went with my gut and couldn't be happier with everything that Fawn did for me from our first email to our last hug good-bye. Every girl dreams of having the perfect wedding and I want to thank Fawn for making it happen with absolutely no stress.

    Even from miles away, she helped me make decisions about the flowers, the photographer, hair & make up, the itinerary, the wedding license, down to which part of the island we should stay with recommendations of hotels and where to eat, what to do, what to see, where to get my nails done etc. I jokingly called Fawn my personal Siri cause she really was there for me every single step of the way.

    Even when the actual date of my wedding got rained out, she made the necessary arrangements with every single vendor to change the date of our wedding without me having to lift a finger or feel any sort of stress about it.

    I'm forever grateful to Fawn for going above and beyond our expectations for the entire duration of our wedding planning down to the 11th hour when she and her husband crafted a "Just Maui'd" sign for us. (I brought the sign back to Toronto by the way and will keep it forever)

    Thank you so so so much to Maile Maui Weddings, especially to Fawn for making our special day as perfect and memorable as it was.

    My husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary with a vow renewal on Maui. I researched many photographers and came across Mariah Milan. Her photographs and her images were gorgeous. I knew I had to hire her to capture our special day. She and her assistant Fawn were so sweet and helped me every step of the way. Fawn was amazing to work with. She answered all my questions and did a great job planning my renewal. Thank you! Thank you! My vow renewal was everything I hoped it would be because of you! ??

    e were considering getting married in Maui for a while as we loved he idea of an intimate beach elopement but the more I looked for a company who offered the day that we pictured the more dissapointed I became. Then one day I found Maile Maui Weddings and I was so relieved! The weddings I saw on their journal where just the kind of ceremony my partner and I were after.

    We had Fawn as our wedding planner and couldn't have been more lucky. We emailed at least once a week and got to know each other really well. Fawn was so attentive and organised. She booked every service and appointment and even when I changed my mind or changed our plans (we changed our hotel a month before the wedding) she was so understanding and accommodating.

    My best friend and now husband both contacted her without my knowledge to organise surprises for me on the wedding day and she was emailing all of us at once at some point and keeping it secret. On the day of the wedding she came to my hotel and helped me get ready, drove me to the ceremony site and took photos for my family back home. She even went back to the hotel later that night to set up the surprise my husband had organised (fresh native flowers, chocolates and champagne).

    I could honestly go on and on about Fawn, she was truly a blessing and such a lovely person, our day would not have been what it was without her.

    Mariah was the photographer we chose for our wedding pictures and I am so glad we did. We don't get a lot of photos together so we weren't super comfortable in front of the camera but Mariah knew all the tricks to get us to laugh and relax and be ourselves. She was willing to scale the steep rocks to get the perfect photo and was taking pictures until the sun set on us.

    Thankyou to Maile Maui Weddings for the perfect service! Everything was exactly as I had imagined if not better. The whole day was so beautiful and effortless and I would recommend Maile Maui Weddings to anyone wishing to get Maui'd!

    Can't say enough great things about Maile Maui Weddings. Working with Mariah and Deborah was simple and comfortable. They made planning a breeze! I really hate wedding planning but they made the whole thing easy on me--our ceremony was stress-free and beautiful.

    Oh, these two lovely ladies have a special spot in our hearts. Very professional, fun, caring, knowledgeable about maui...which is very helpful. Our wedding was seamless.

    Fawn is hands down the best planner. She found restaurants, things to do on the island, places to stay, she even took us to an amazing little spot.

    Mariah lives for ohana, which means family in Hawaii. We are now a part of her ohana and she's part of ours ♡

    Mariah and Fawn were absolutely the best at helping us plan (on very short notice) and celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. They were very personable and helpful with ALL of the necessary details. Very attentive and accommodating with everything. We could not have asked for better assistance. The photography was amazing and all of the added extras and tips on where to go and what to do not only in Maui, but the Big Island, surpassed our expectations. Thank you so much! You helped us make a memory that will last forever!!!!!!

    When we finally decided to get married in Maui after a wonderful vacation, we both said, "this is the place!". We immediately started planning in January for an early May wedding. This timing was no problem after I found Maile Maui Weddings. After doing some research I read over the reviews and contacted a few high rated companies. I got the best vibe from Maile Maui Weddings because of their personal touch and sense of class. It never felt "turn-key" it always felt personal. From the consistent outreach from Fawn (who is awesome!), I felt stress free being able to plan my big day with her. She guided me through everything like licensing and making appointments, flowers, restaurant booking, cake ordering, it was all covered and I felt confident that the recommendations were quality ones. She even went above and beyond and sent ideas for things to do and places to eat while in Maui. Everything came together perfectly. The day before the wedding we did site visits, she took us around to different places to choose from and knew the best places to go. There are a lot of things that most people don't know about when dealing with a wedding like this, especially remotely - things like beach permits! They took care of all of it. We also had some special needs like a few chairs for my family to sit in and she brought the beach chairs. She was always on time and trust was built immediately which is very important when planning from afar! Then you add the photos from mariah - SPECTACULAR. She captured everything so perfectly with whimsical shots and unique focused shots that you would never think of. We like creativity and not corny posed shots and it def came out just how we would have wanted. Well exceeded expectations. This was the BEST money I ever spent was to have Fawn and Mariah as part of our wedding. Also - the officiant, Ernest, was full of smiles and awesome as well. They deserve TEN STARS!!!
