Seamless, Organized, and Worth Every Penny
Our wedding day felt effortless in the best possible way, and that is entirely thanks to Paulina & team. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the fact that there were zero issues or stressors throughout the day speaks volumes about how organized, professional, and thoughtful their team is behind the scenes.
One of our biggest goals for the wedding day was simply to be present - especially during cocktail hour and throughout the night in general. We did not want the day to feel like a blur where we were constantly being pulled in different directions, and they absolutely made that possible for us. We were able to genuinely enjoy nearly every moment of the day, spend meaningful time with our guests, and actually soak everything in without worrying about logistics or timelines.
They also helped us put together an incredible vendor team, and every recommendation exceeded expectations. Everything felt cohesive, well communicated, and genuinely tailored to the vibe we wanted for our wedding.
My parents primarily speak Spanish, and having Paulina who could communicate with them directly made such a difference. She made them feel comfortable, informed, and included throughout the entire process and on the wedding day itself, which meant so much to our family.
Beyond the logistics, the team was just wonderful to work with: responsive, calming, & kind. We absolutely recommend the MMW team to future couples. -

5 star Planner and MM team!
We truly cannot thank Paulina and Magnificent Moments team enough for making our wedding day absolutely the best day! From the moment we met, they made us feel confident, supported, and excited about the entire planning process. Paulina’s attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care for our vision made all the difference.
Every step—from vendor coordination and timeline creation to last-minute changes and day-of execution—was handled with professionalism and grace. I admire Paulina’s hard work on the timelines, ensuring every moment is counted for and efficient. My biggest concern was not making cocktail hour because of photos and she helped make sure we don’t miss it! Additionally I love their logistics tool, the Aisle planner. It helped us be organized, accountable, and a great visual for our wedding vision. Overall, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our big day, knowing Paulina had everything under control.
I would recommend Paulina and Magnificent Moments as they are easy to work with, organized, responsive, and truly invested to making your wedding vision come true!

Best wedding planner ever!
I got married in April and had Kristen as our wedding planner. She was absolutely amazing! She was prepared for everything, including the surprise tornado that rolled through 30 mins before the ceremony started! Kristen got the weather update and was able to get us down the aisle and married just in then knick of time! She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I did the best day! I would 100% recommend them!! -

Look no Further for Wedding Planning Needs
I recently had the pleasure of working with Brittni Miller of Magnificent Moments for my wedding, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her expertise and support throughout the entire process. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our special day perfect.
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Brittni made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She handled all the logistics, from vendor coordination to timeline management, allowing us to focus on what really mattered—celebrating our love with family and friends. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, which made us feel supported every step of the way. She even drove all the way from Charlotte to Asheville just to see/tour the venue before the wedding.
Brittni brought fresh ideas to the table that we hadn’t even considered, and the result was a wedding that was not only beautiful but also uniquely ours. Our guests are still raving about the stunning décor and the seamless flow of the day.
On the big day, Brittni was an absolute rock star! She ensured everything ran smoothly, from the ceremony to the reception. One of the groomsmen’s tuxedos came without its only button, but Brittni had buttons and a sewing kit available. She was prepared for any and all of the common mishaps. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that she had everything under control. She checked in frequently with us throughout the day and made sure all our personal items, keepsakes, florals, etc. weren’t left at the venue.
I wholeheartedly recommend Magnificent Moments & Brittni to anyone looking for a dedicated, talented, and passionate wedding planner. She truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we are so thankful for all the hard work and love she put into making our dream wedding come true. If you want a stress-free planning experience and a magical wedding day, look no further!

An AMAZING team to work with
We worked with Magnificent Moments to have a wedding day of coordinator. Ashton was AMAZING to work with! She listened to everything we wanted, worked with a brand new venue, and just went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I absolutely could not recommend this team enough. From start to finish, they were there and easy to work with. I tend to be a micromanager and felt extremely comfortable handing over the biggest day of my life to Ashton and her team! -

Organized, knowledgeable, communicative
We got married in June of this year, so it’s taken us a few months to get to writing this review… but that’s not a reflection of our level of enthusiasm for Magnificent Moments and our amazing wedding planner Shelby. We have extremely busy lives and were planning a Charlotte wedding from Texas. Therefore, we knew that we needed a full wedding planner. We interviewed several different Charlotte-based wedding planning companies, but were most impressed with Shelby and knew that her vibe matched what we needed. We could not imagine our wedding journey without Shelby by our side. She kept us on track the whole time, was always available when we needed her, and would reach out to us when we got so busy with our schedules that we had not checked in with her. Shelby was always incredibly patient and understanding with us all along the way. There were a few things we were quite picky about, such as asking her for a lot of recommendations for photography/videography as we searched for the perfect one, and she knocked it out of the park providing us with so many fantastic vendor options that ultimately made our day so special. Every time we had a random or crazy idea, Shelby was down to figure out how it could be done and definitely had a “never hurts to try/ask” attitude that meshed so well with our wedding vision.
Just as the entire planning journey with Shelby was exceptionally smooth, we knew we could trust her to ensure that the big day would be as perfect as possible. We had countless obstacles come up that were out of our hands leading up to the wedding, but Shelby’s calm and solutions-focused demeanor was perfect in supporting us through them. Both she and her assistant Haley made sure everything went off without a hitch on the day of, and we have heard from countless guests and people within our wedding party who were impressed with how smooth our wedding schedule was. We have been to and been in weddings where it was clear that the planner/coordinator did not have all their ducks in a row, and it negatively impacted the experience of guests. We definitely give so much credit to Shelby for many of the compliments we are still getting about how fun our wedding was. She definitely helped make our dreams come true. We cannot recommend Shelby/MMW enough! -

I can't say enough on how valuable Kristen was for us with the final wedding planning and the day of wedding coordination. Kristen was thoughtful, responsive and organized. She has a calming personality and patience. Both excellent qualities for such an important occasion. With a change in weather, we quickly had to make adjustments 30 minutes before guest arrived. The wedding ceremony, cocktail and reception went off seamlessly. As if there had been no last minute changes at all! We could not have done it without Kristen. We have no regrets in hiring Magnificent Moments for my daughter's wedding at The Mint Museum. Highly recommend. -

Life Savers
We just had our wedding, planned by Ashton. We hired her from the start for full service planning since I’m very disorganized and a procrastinator. We hit it off with her very quickly. I started calling her my ADD wrangler bc she was able to keep me on track and on topic, which is not easy lol. Let me just say, without her this wedding would have been a complete disaster. Everything was done in a calm manner on time. Nothing on her plate was left to the last minute. She took care of everything on the day of, even moving alpacas around. Yes you read that right. I am so grateful to have found her. I had ZERO worries that day, even when it started raining bc I knew she had everything handled. Nothing ent wrong, or at least that I know of! Any hiccups must have been taken care of behind the scenes without me knowing. I cannot emphasize this enough, if money is tight AT LEAST hire MMW for day-of coordination. -

Magnificent Moments Weddings Made Planning a Wedding During COVID-19 Much Easier
Amanda, Shelby, and Brittni were very helpful in planning our wedding. We had a lot of issues, rescheduling due to COVID-19, and vendor issues, but they helped us resolve the issues we could. The whole team is professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.-

MMW is a must-have!
I had an Indian-American fusion wedding that was a 2 day affair, and I was worried about finding a coordinator familiar with Hindu weddings that was also within budget. I am SO glad I found Magnificent Moments Weddings and that Amanda assigned my event to Brittni for Day Of Coordination. My wedding day(s) would not have been the same without Brittni's guidance and attention. She stepped in about 6 months before the wedding to assist with timelines, checklists, etc. She was organized, quick to respond, and helped execute everything just as we had discussed, including coordinating with all my booked vendors, setting up DIY decor, and making sure I had drinks and food in hand throughout the night. Brittni even gave me the back off of her own earring after I lost mine right before my sangeet - she is a true gem. Thank you, Brittni and MMW!!! -

Above and Beyond
The best thing we have done in the wedding planning process is work with Joelle and Magnificent Moments Weddings. In the midst of a pandemic Joelle did everything she could to take stress off of us and keep the focus on what was important - our marriage. She handled rescheduling our vendors for our reception next year and planned/coordinated our intimate ceremony on our original date. It was truly above and beyond any expectations I had. They are the best and I feel thankful to have developed a relationship with this business and Joelle. -

I cannot put into words how amazing Shelby and Amanda are! Shelby was available any day and any time via phone call, text, or email during the planning process and on the day of my wedding to answer any questions, regardless of how large or how small, or to calm my nerves at the times I needed it most. Shelby executed a FLAWLESS event, ESPECIALLY considering she got stuck in an elevator taking some of my things back to my hotel room for over an hour DURING my wedding. She had things so well planned out that I had no idea until she was gone until I saw Amanda when we were headed out to our sparkler exit. While it was not Amanda's job to be there that night, she generously came after working another wedding so I could have the sparkler exit I had planned. Her husband even brought the sparklers from her home to the venue because the sparklers I provided were stuck with Shelby in the elevator. The next morning, Shelby's only concern was if my husband and I had the wedding we dreamed of (not the fact that she had a traumatic experience in an elevator). She never made the situation about her, she made the situation about US. After the hotel profusely apologized to me regarding the incident, I kindly explained to them that my night wasn't ruined because of how amazing Magnificent Moments is but it easily could have been if it wasn't for there professionalism, planning, and execution. They make the day about YOU and what YOU want, NOT what other people want and they will work tirelessly to make that happen. I am speaking from experience here.
The goal in hiring a coordinator for me was to make my day less stressful and more successful. I knew things were going to go wrong but I didn't want to know about them. My goal was met and exceeded. Hiring Magnificent Moments was the upmost BEST decision I ever made on my wedding day with the exception of marrying my husband. I promise they will make you feel the same way!!! -

Friendly, organized, and experienced!
You should absolutely hire MMW to coordinate your wedding.
They are amazing! Without getting into too much detail, I needed to find a new planner after my first couldn't complete services. Suffice to say, I needed to find someone competent, kind, organized, and experienced to clean up that mess but also get me to the finish line in less than three months.
When I emailed Amanda and then had a phone call with her a little later, I was honestly sold - a little scared still, but I knew they were different. At this point of my planning, I was truly just ready for my wedding to be over, I was trying to pick up the pieces from my home in California while the wedding was in North Carolina, and I was just honestly distraught at the whole situation. Amanda was calm, straightforward, and funny and she got what I was looking for immediately. She was BEYOND understanding of my hesitation to work with another planning team and I knew I needed someone though so I signed with MMW - I’m glad I did!
Amanda directed me to Shelby, who was going to be my coordinator. The highest compliment I can pay to anyone is to say that they work hard and they care and Shelby is the hardest working, most thoughtful woman in the biz! From the moment we were connected, she jumped in and got us organized and moving. She is direct, honest, friendly, and organized - exactly what every bride needs and especially what I needed. She answered my many MANY questions promptly and thoughtfully and never made me feel like I was bothering her, it was honestly like talking with an old friend. The day of my wedding, there were some minor hiccups and Shelby handled everything like a pro. I honestly had no idea until after the ceremony because she was so committed to us just enjoying our day and having no stress. My parents were both super impressed by MMW from start to finish and both remarked on how much they could tell Shelby cared about delivering us the perfect day. Our guests had a blast and we got several comments that everything ran smoothly and that’s definitely thanks to Shelby. I could honestly write a small novel about how great it was to be an MMW Bride but to wrap it up - I would definitely recommend Shelby and the MMW team! -

Best investment ever!
Amanda Allsbrook and the Magnificent Moments team is the best! Amanda was very professional and extremely organized. It was the best investment ever. With only 5 months to plan, Amanda kept us on task, helped us stay on budget and made all of our dreams come true. She knew all of the vendors and made sure they met our expectations. Brittni and Amanda are fantastic! I had several meetings with these two prior to my wedding day. They had great ideas and are super creative. My parents and I had so many questions during our initial and final walk-throughs of the venue but it wasn't a problem. I knew I had to hire a wedding planner after seeing the difference between weddings that had a wedding planner and weddings that did not. Let me just say I saw enough tears and stressed out brides without wedding planners on their wedding day to know I was NOT going through all of that. Hiring Magnificent Moments weddings was the best decision I had made during my whole wedding process. The day of your wedding you are so busy getting your wedding party together and getting yourself dressed that you do not have time to handle anything else. Thank goodness for Amanda. I literally did not have to worry about ANYTHING. Between the shuttle bus, cake delivery, Dj and most importantly the decorating of the venue, it all turned out like a dream. She has impeccable taste and can make anyone’s vision for their wedding turn out even better than they imagined. You see her experience really come into play with how detailed she is with the planning process. She has seen it all and knows exactly what to expect and knows how to fix basically any issue that may arise. Other vendors also absolutely love to work with her and she has the best recommendations for vendors that Charlotte has to offer. On my wedding day everyone kept mentioning that they could not believe how calm I was which can all be attributed to Magnificent Moments. I was literally just able to enjoy and take in the entire day. Not only is Amanda a dream to work with but she is also an amazing person and one of the most caring people I have ever met. I highly recommend Magnificent Moments for your wedding. -

I decided to hire a day of wedding planner as a gift to myself for my daughter's wedding. Choosing Amanda and Magnificent Moments Weddings was one of the best decisions I have ever made! She was there every step of the way for me, making sure I was organized and keeping me grounded and figuring out the perfect timeline for the wedding day. On the big day, she went above and beyond looking for an item that had been misplaced and handled the situation with ease. She bustled and sewed my daughters train on the spot before the reception began - yes, she had a sewing kit with her!

In short: Amanda is 100% worth the investment! She is timely, prompt, creative, organized, patient, encouraging, and well-connected! She knows fantastic vendors, who love working with her, and she is well-respected! An outstanding wedding planner + happy vendors = exceptional wedding! The details: Amanda is an absolute dream to work with! Choosing Amanda was the BEST decision we made. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner due to the additional cost, and my perfectionist, organized, ‘do it all’ mentality. But, listen here, you NEED to hire a wedding planner, and when you do, you HAVE to hire Amanda, or the MMW team! Amanda came highly recommended, and after meeting her, I knew that she would be the perfect person to work with. We had a great deal in common, but that doesn’t begin to describe the depth of Amanda’s talent, not to mention her sweet spirit. Amanda is prompt, incredibly organized, and as Tom at the Mint Museum says “she gets everything done, and with a smile on her face.” She was flexible with my schedule, as I planned from afar, and often arranged FaceTime meetings with vendors, and was never more than a text, e-mail, or phone call away. This immensely helped relieve our stress. I still want to text her as a friend! Additionally, she ensured me that we could implement all the little details. We had a valiant search for a classic mustang getaway car, and Amanda was even texting friends of hers who were in the market for classic cars. I’m truly grateful that she always made the process feel like teamwork, even when her expertise far outweighed mine. The day of our wedding, with its many moving pieces, went smoothly due to Amanda’s planning and organization. Moreover, Amanda is well-connected and knows a fantastic team of vendors. Her recommendations were spot on, and both the DJ and flowers stole the show! My parents (and our beloved puppy) love Amanda as much as I do. Weddings are her thing! My husband and I are both planners, by nature and profession, but we knew we needed a rockstar wedding planner to manage the biggest day of our lives and allow us to simply be the bride and groom. Living in NYC and not knowing Charlotte very well, we were fortunate to get a personal recommendation from my mom's neighbor who used Amanda for her daughter's wedding. After our first FaceTime chat with Amanda (thank you technology), we knew we were in great hands! In the months leading up to the wedding, Amanda asked all the right questions, kept us on track and reminded us of the little things we may have missed. She was thoughtful, thorough, professional, calm and always had a smile on her face. In turn, Amanda experienced her first Jewish wedding and was incredibly diligent and respectful of the different traditions. Working with Amanda Allsbrook at Magnificent Moments Weddings was the reason my wedding and wedding season was a complete dream!
When I got engaged I was sure a wedding planner was a waste of money and unnecessary as I am task oriented and decently organized. However, Amanda came as a referral from a good friend and I travel 2-3 nights a week for my job so I thought it would be worth checking her out at least. From the moment my then fiancé and I met Amanda we knew we wanted to work with her. I remember the thoughtful questions she asked at the very first meeting and that same thoughtfulness and attention to detail remained a key trait of hers though the entire process. Working with Amanda leading up to the wedding was like working with a best friend. I never felt like we were "working" or questioned whether I could call or text her. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or asking too many stupid questions. She acted like the wedding was just as important to her as it was to me. And even though I knew she was coordinating a wedding almost every weekend I felt like my wedding was the only one she ever thought about! Amanda did so many special things for my fiancé and I during our wedding season to make us feel special that I felt like we had been friends forever. I cant imagine the amount of stress I would have felt not knowing she was looking after every detail. Planning for a wedding and being engaged is such a special and sweet time that only comes once in your life and I would not change one thing about having Amanda involved with us during that season.
Planning and leading up to the wedding was a blast with Amanda but the wedding day was even better! Of course like everyone says it was a complete blurr but everything went off without a hitch. There is no way I would have been able to organize all of those details on the day of the wedding and leading up to without MMW.

We were married in September 2017 and hired Amanda as our month of coordinator. Let me preface that I must have spoken with every planner in the Charlotte metro area, but just had a feeling that Amanda was the right one for us. I knew immediately that she understood us without ever having met. It was the best decision we made. Over the course of the yearlong planning, she quickly answered every and any question I had, provided great guidance and insight, and really enabled me to feel calm through the entire process. When it came to the weekend of our wedding, she handled it all. I didn't have to worry about a thing and what a blessing that was. My husband and I, along with our family, were really able to live in the moment of the day. We are forever grateful to Amanda and Brittni's help the day of our wedding. They were beyond professional and even more, we are so glad they were a part of our day. We couldn't imagine it any other way. -

MMW was amazing! Amanda helped to make my dream wedding come true. The planning process was easy because Amanda used a design book. She took time to put together a design book with different options for everything related to the wedding. From there I was able to pick what I did or maybe did not like. The wedding process really overwhelmed me until I started working with Amanda. She made sure I didn't forget about any of the small details and there are a lot! She was the sweetest person and so easy to work with during the entire process. She will make sure you have the best wedding possible! I had just moved to Charlotte when I got engaged and was very nervous, not only about planning my wedding in general, but also in a city I knew nothing about! I wanted to use a wedding planner but was concerned about the cost of a full service planner, about staying within my budget, and about finding someone who could also be a reliable friend during the entire process. After talking with Amanda, I knew that she would be worth the investment. (And she was!!)
Amanda really took the time to get to know me and my fiance, our initial ideas, our likes and dislikes, and what was important to us. She made us both feel at ease and took away the anxieties we had about our engagement. To kick off planning, she came up with a design board and initial suggestions that were spot on with what I had envisioned. In each stage after that, Amanda focused my attention and energy on options that fit my style and budget so I never felt overwhelmed by too many options or too much information. She knew great vendors and locations and made fantastic suggestions for all of our needs. She also kept us on track with our timeline (which was also something I was nervous about) and used a really cool website to keep us in sync.
During the entire process, Amanda was easy to work with, proactive, prompt, creative, patient with all my questions, supportive of my decisions and ideas, encouraging when I was flustered or anxious, flexible with my hectic work schedule, and made the whole process so much better than it ever would have been on my own. My now husband, who works in operations, was also very impressed with Amanda's timeliness, responsiveness, professionalism, proactive solutions, knowledge base and connections in the city, understanding of our needs, ability to manage vendors and negotiate on our behalf, and focus on our values and priorities. He often said that if Amanda worked in his line of business, he'd hire her!!
I'm so thankful to Amanda for such an incredible wedding!! -

I am so thankful that I hired Magnificent Moments Weddings for my wedding! Amanda is so amazing! I was feeling overwhelmed with all the details that come with wedding planning that I convinced my husband that we needed a wedding planner/day of coordinator. I highly recommend Amanda for "day of" wedding coordination! We were planning our wedding from out of town. Using Magnificent Moments was one of the best decisions that we made when it came to our wedding! My fiance and I live out of state and were worried about bringing together all of the final details since we are so far away. From our first conversation, Amanda and Brittni from MMW put me at ease. I knew immediately that they would be able to carry our wedding visions into reality. Brittni was our AMAZING coordinator and she went above and beyond our expectations. I was so stressed about pulling it all together but Brittni took care of EVERYTHING and make sure our wedding was stress-free. When we arrived at the venue, Brittni and her assistant had everything decorated and set to match our vision. As a wedding venue owner/manager, I look to a wedding planner and coordinator for creativity in problem-solving, a cooperative spirit in working with other vendors, organization in plan, communication, and execution, and professionalism. Amanda was a dream to work with! She did a great job of keeping us on track as we planned the wedding. We really needed a wedding planner to remind us of the small details that didn't occur to us to plan. As the mother of the bride, who up until 2 months before the wedding, lived 700 plus miles away from my daughter and the wedding venue, absolutely found Amanda to be invaluable. My husband and I got married on 11/11/16. I knew that whenever I got engaged, Amanda would be our girl. I knew how organized, energetic, hard-working she was, but I didn't know her as a wedding planner yet. Of course, I had some concerns. I was worried about setting expectations for level of involvement. I wanted to be pretty involved, but I knew I needed help with the coordination efforts. I also knew I needed help in many things that only an expert would know, such as, questions to ask, tasks I may have been forgetting about altogether, methods of making the design come to life, etc... However, she REALLY does as much as you want her to do. It was VERY clear she was in this for us. She provided great suggestions, while at the same time keeping it very business-like in determining which suggestions we would use and which suggestions we would not. I also had HUGE concerns of day-of coordination. Not concerns with Amanda, but concerns about the day going just as planned. I had a day-of coordinator through the venue (The Oaks at Salem... also AMAZING!), but Amanda was in charge of making the ceremony and reception really reflect US and our personality through decorations and design. She guided me through making a Wedding Theme book, and from that, she was able to do all decorations and other coordination throughout the day. Of course, there were a few decorations and items that I forgot, but Amanda was a pro at improvising and keeping in line with our theme. You can fully trust that Amanda will get the job done, no matter what. Throughout this process, Amanda was so punctual and on top of things. She keeps her composure, no matter how many last minute changes you throw at her. I was also told the next day by my parents, that she stayed at the venue to help my family make sure everything was squared away. You'll be blown away! Amanda was incredible throughout the whole process. Professionally, I plan major conferences and am a type A+ personality. Being able to completely trust her judgement put me at total ease with every moving piece. She helped tremendously with wedding etiquette and has a great eye for details. Amanda is honest, flexible, and an absolute jem of a person - everything you look for in a planner. If you are bride who is looking for someone to make your wedding planning and wedding day the best experience of your life, then Amanda is the perfect wedding planner for you! The very first time I met with Amanda to begin planning our wedding, she provided me with a timeline of what to do in the upcoming months. She went out of her way to help find venues and vendors. She was very accessible and knew how to calm me down when I was a little stressed. She sent an email to the entire bridal party a few weeks before the wedding with a packing list and detailed agenda, as our bridal party was scattered throughout the country; I had never heard of this idea but the bridal party loved it. Amanda confirmed all of our vendors the week before the wedding which definitely saved me a lot of phone calls. Throughout the process, she was confident, organized, easy to work with and very professional. On rehearsal day, she made sure rehearsal was flawless with just two run throughs. Our wedding day was the best day of my life. If anything went wrong that day, I do not know about it. Hiring Amanda was quite possibly the best decision I made when planning the wedding. She was our Day-Of Coordinator for our wedding on 06/18 in Columbia, and we could not have been happier. She was super organized, calm, friendly, and exactly what we needed to keep me- and our family- from stressing out on the wedding day. She took the vision I'd worked out, didn't even blink at some of the more unusual choices, and turned it into the most beautiful day we could have possibly wished for.
All of the other vendors- photographer, officiant, bartenders, food truck, etc- thought she was fantastic as well, and I know she made their jobs easier by being totally on top of everything. I think there were a couple of minor issues, as always with weddings (something about the cake?), but Amanda fixed them so fast I barely even heard of them afterward, don't know the details, and certainly didn't notice on the day itself. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!

Amanda at Magnificent Moments just helped us pull off our absolute dream wedding! She was so helpful in tying up the loose ends in the final weeks of planning. She helped us stay on track, when everything seemed to be piling up and happening all at once. Her team was incredibly organized, resourceful, and on top of it all. Amanda was even willing to carry our fussy 4 year old around when we were busy trying to take photos before the reception - without even being asked to! She had that mentality throughout the day, and those leading up to it. I couldn't recommend her services, and those of Magnificent Moments, more! -

At first, I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner. I was so far along in the planning process that I wasn't sure it would be worth it, but I was also starting to realize I couldn't do it all on my own. Hiring Amanda from Magnificent Moments Wedding was MORE than worth it...it was the best decision we made throughout our wedding planning process. We had Amanda for our "Day of" wedding planning, and she did an incredible job putting together timelines for us and our vendors, coordinating set up, and clean up. I was able to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest because I was confident in her abilities to make sure the day ran as smoothly as possible. She also did a fabulous job making sure The Mint Museum Uptown looked like I had always imagined it would! She checked on me on my wedding party multiple times throughout the day, and always had what we needed! There were a few things thrown at us during the day like mixed up hotel rooms and rain during our exit, but she handled each one of them with professionalism and ease! She was able to book some last minute (I'm talking 30 minutes before our exit) transportation for our guests and take care of my grandmother's hotel room mix up. My husband and my parents also loved working with Magnificent Moments weddings! My mom has told me multiple times since our wedding day that she is beyond thankful we had Amanda there with us. I highly recommend hiring MMW for your wedding planning. It is absolutely worth the investment to have this team on your side on your wedding day! -

Amanda is amazing and makes the name of her company come to life - it's not called Magnificent Moments Weddings by chance. She kept me on track every step of the way and stayed calm when all I could do was panic. Anytime I had an issue, she immediately came up with at least 2 or 3 possible solutions that I'd never even considered! She is extremely organized, proactive, easy to work with, upbeat, professional and never misses a deadline. Even my vendors were singing her praises!! My day would not have been half as special without her. Save yourself the headache and stress of looking for help or wondering if you can do it all and hire Amanda with Magnificent Moments immediately! -

I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda about our wedding for April of 2016 after she was VERY quick to respond. Immediately, I felt as if she was going to be PERFECT for what we were looking for. She was cheerful, energetic, excited and super easy to talk to. We were planning on using her day-of services, and even though we weren't hiring her for full-coordination, she still would contact me with ideas and questions. Sadly, the venue that we chose provided a coordinator with our all-inclusive package so it wasn't in our budget for both. I was most definitely looking forward to working with her and am jealous of anyone who gets to (haha). If you are looking for any kind of wedding coordination, chose Amanda at Magnificent Moments Weddings!!!
UPDATE: So, due to some last minute issues, my now husband and I decided to hire Amanda as our Day-of Coordinator. Living 10 hours away from our wedding site was proving to be extremely stressful, and Amanda took all of the stress away!! Our day could not have happened as smoothly as it did without her. She happily got everything sorted out for us and got us back on the right track. She is calm, organized and on top of EVERYTHING and always has a smile on her face. Her demeanor is exactly what every bride needs in order to take the stress and the nerves away. I couldn't imagine going through this day without her. She truly was a life-saver and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She will go above and beyond for you to make sure your day is as special as it is meant to be. Thank you so much, Amanda, for everything you have done for us!! -

I thought that since I am such an organized person, I wouldn’t need much help in the wedding planning department. Then, I got very overwhelmed so quickly with just the amount of information and options out there!
I am so glad I hired Amanda from Magnificent Moments Weddings. I felt right at ease knowing she specialized in weddings only. She answered all of my emails and texts and would meet with me regularly to help make sure I wasn’t overwhelmed and was on track. She even saved us almost the amount we paid for her by paying attention to our catering contract.
Everything was setup perfectly and I got to enjoy my day with my Mom and my family. That is exactly what I wanted and I would recommend Amanda to anyone! -

We could not say enough nice things about Amanda (and the Magnificent Moments Weddings team) and how perfect she made our day!
Our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful our wedding was and how much it was a reflection of who we are as a couple. I am so glad we decided to book more than just the day of services we were looking at. I also loved that her starting prices are listed on her website, so I could already factor her into the budget!
Amanda was calm and collected throughout the entire process and she worked very hard to keep us on track with our customized timelines and our budget. I was concerned about meeting our budget, but Amanda knew exactly how to keep my spending right where it was supposed to be!
Our big day was better than I could have every imaged and that is thanks in large part to Amanda. This was the best decision we made, and I'm so glad to have met Amanda during the process. -

She was even able to smooth everything over when I was having some issues with a family friend who was our photographer. Amanda kept track of all vendors and let me handle the items I wanted, but was there for any questions I had about the wedding. I loved working with Amanda and Brittni. I took care of most of the planning ahead of time, but realized I needed a coordinator to help execute everything the day-of. Amanda and Brittni knew more about the details of a Jewish wedding than I did and was so grateful that they thought of everything. Having them there to ask questions of me and be a sounding board was very helpful. We had a somewhat complicated ceremony program - 14 people gave toasts! - and they worked with the DJ to make sure the series of events went seamlessly. If you are wondering whether or not having a day-of coordinator is worth it, IT IS. Stop thinking and just do it! My family and I were able to just enjoy the day, which is honestly priceless. -

We were so blessed to have been led to Amanda of Magnificent Moments Weddings. We did not live where the wedding took place and a local vendor recommended her to us. She took all those last minute details off our plates and allowed us to actually enjoy the precious moments of our daughters wedding. She had great advice and took care of details we never even thought of. Our guests were blown away when they walked into the reception. They are all still raving about. She is so professional and detail oriented. All of vendors and guests had nothing but words of praise for her. If you are looking for a planner....look no more!
