Hiring Janet (Lali) as our wedding planner, decorator, and day-of coordinator was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we booked her, she was incredibly professional, warm, and organized — truly the definition of what every couple hopes for when planning their big day. Extremely budget friendly and she offers different packages to fit what each bride/couple is possibly looking for.
Her communication was flawless, and she consistently guided us with questions for our vendors that I never would’ve thought to ask. Her experience is unmatched, and it shows in every decision she makes. I only had to show her a few ideas from my Pinterest board and share my color palette, and she brought my entire floral vision to life. Our bouquets, arrangements, and décor were absolutely perfect — elegant, cohesive, and better than anything I imagined.
On the wedding day, Janet and her assistant kept everything running like a perfectly oiled machine. They handled the timeline, vendors, transitions, and every small detail with such ease that I never once felt stressed. What truly blew us away was how she went above and beyond — bussing and clearing tables throughout the reception, even though that wasn’t her responsibility at all. She saw a need and instantly stepped up so our day would remain flawless.
And let me brag for a moment: Janet decorated our entire ceremony arch, every centerpiece, and our sweetheart table, bridal bouquet, bridal party bouquets, groom and groomsmen’s pocket arrangements and family floral arrangements— and each piece looked like something straight out of a magazine. Her eye for design is unreal. She asked if I wanted to view the arrangements prior to the big day and I told didn’t need to because of how impressed I was with her prior arrangements.
I truly wish weddings weren’t a once-in-a-lifetime event, because I would hire Janet again and again. She made our day seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, dependable, creative, and genuinely invested in your happiness — Janet is the one. -

Janet was absolutely incredible—an absolute dream to work with! As someone who went into wedding planning with very little knowledge or direction, I cannot overstate how grateful my husband and I are for her guidance and expertise. From the very beginning, she was patient, supportive, and always had amazing ideas that aligned perfectly with our vision. We chose her middle-tier package, which included Day-Of coordination along with décor, flowers, and assembly.
Everything came out beyond gorgeous, far exceeding our expectations. The level of detail and care she put into every aspect was truly remarkable. Loved Lali's Loft Work
Janet was incredibly communicative and responsive as a Partial Planner and Coordinator throughout the months of my wedding planning experience. We had several meetings with her, and she handled communications with our caterer, venue, DJ, etc. She made our floor plan, timeline, reviewed contracts, gave advice, and handled countless small details I never would've thought of. When I was nervous, Janet even helped ease my worries. Janet also did our florals and decor, including setup and tear down. Everything was beautiful and very unique, and I received many compliments! Janet managed my rehearsal and worked for hours with her assistant organizing basically everything on my wedding day so I didn't have to stress at all. I highly recommend! -

Janet is kind, calming and knows how to pull a beautiful wedding together- even though we were on a tight budget. She not only took the stress away from my husband and me, but also gave my daughter peace of mind that her wedding plans were in capable hands. This was the best money I spent! The wedding was gorgeous and Janet handled all the annoying details - including the caterer showing up with no table cloths! I cannot recommend her enough! -

There were so many moving parts and pieces, yet Janet’s steady leadership and great organizational skills kept everything and everyone on schedule. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. Janet of Lali's Loft thought of everything! She had some fabulous ideas we had never thought of, that were so special. She had everything completely under control and made everything go so smoothly. She was available to go over details anytime we asked to put us at ease and she was unbelievably organized. Not one detail was overlooked. She made fabulous table settings and flower arrangements that made the whole look come together amazingly.
We all had complete confidence in her and she made it go off with not only no issues, but with the best experience we all could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend her and I look forward to seeing pictures of all of her upcoming weddings, as I know they will be fabulous! She is truly the best!!! -

I found Lalis Loft through one of the many bridal groups all over Virginia. After looking the business up on instagram and seeing the photos of the work done I knew I had to get my bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and my arch florals! Most of these items I wanted to keep and treasure, so all of my florals were made from dried / fake materials. Janet was very flexible with my design and working with exactly how I wanted my florals to be. Of course, upon pickup they were perfect! I got many compliments on them throughout the wedding & ceremony. I could not have asked for better. I definitely recommend Lalis Loft if you have specific floral needs! -

We used Love by Lali's Loft (Janet) as our full time wedding planner to create our dream wedding from scratch on my husband's family's farm. The moment we met Janet, we knew that she was the right wedding planner for us. She was super affordable in terms of access to her wedding inventory items as well as access to all of her faux florals and arrangements. From day one, she was extremely kind, patient, communicative, reliable, and connected with our wedding vision immediately. She helped us source vendors, develop our color scheme, and was always there to bounce ideas off of. Her wedding expertise and experience is unmatched and she went above and beyond our expectations. Everything that we expected and asked for, she delivered and more. Our wedding was simply perfect and a BIG reason is because of Janet and her team. We consider Janet a part of our family and cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Janet and her assistant were an incredible asset to our wedding day. It was a very last minute decision to hire her as a day of coordinator and we are so glad we did. We had to go from plan A of an outdoor beach ceremony & reception to a plan C moving both ceremony & reception indoors (a plan that was not even on our radar). They executed a new vision beautifully and worked with the new space they were given. Not only that, but Janet was so kind, calm and collected. We were all so incredibly grateful we decided to hire her to help alleviate the stress of the day - 100% recommend hiring Janet even if you don't think you need a day-of coordinator! Because you do! Janet is so amazing! Not only does she make beautiful bouquets, but she also does it for a good reason! I won’t forget what she said: “I don’t do this to make a ton of money. I do this because I want to help brides make their weddings beautiful without having to spend so much money.” That time me was so special and made me want to work with her even more. Couldn’t have been anymore perfect !!
I cannot say enough how BEAUTIFUL the floral arrangement came out. It looked absolutely stunning on our wedding arch and just MADE alllll our photos look so much more stunning.
If you need ANYTHING for your wedding or just need floral decor for any event, GO TO THIS WOMAN ASAP!!!!! She will blow you away with her beautiful pieces!
AND to top it off, you can even RENT from her. Which in my opinion, is best! I have so much left over stuff from my wedding just sitting in a box, taking up space in my spare bedroom.. so to rent a floral arrangement for my wedding arch was amazing! Once we were done with it, we were able to return it so we didn’t have more stuff just sitting in a box, taking up space in our house.
My husband and I are so grateful we found this woman online! She really helped us have such a beautiful wedding!! -

Amazingly talented woman, she made my floral arrangements for my wedding and they were so beautiful!
Janet, is a very talented woman! She made all of my floral arrangements for me wedding, and when they arrived they were even more beautiful than expected! She is very good with communicating to make sure she is making the floral arrangements exactly how you want them. She makes Mocs and send pictures to make sure it’s what buyer wants. And her prices are very affordable, she also has rent options which is great! Overall I would highly recommend janet for any floral needs. -

Janet went above and beyond for us as we planned our daughter's wedding. She met (in person) with my daughter and I on THREE separate occasions to fully understand our vision. She always responded quickly to emails and last minute thoughts and thought of details we would have never considered. Janet was there on the day of the wedding helping with the set up and this allowed my daughter and I to relax and enjoy time with the bridesmaids in the bridal cottage prior to the ceremony.
I cannot stress how grateful we are for her help, professionalism, and patience throughout the entire process!

Without you the rehearsal and wedding would have taken quite a different turn. Your knowledge and expertise were invaluable and your coordination skills are impeccable. With the additional decorations you provided and your ability to arrange and put finishing touches on the decorations I provided; Morgan’s Wedding venue was gorgeous.

I really enjoyed working with Janet. Janet and her company Love by Lali's Loft is definitely a hidden gem. On top of her wedding planning services, she has a large array of rentals that will save you thousands (I REALLY MEAN IT). She is extremely affordable as well. She was my Day of wedding coordinator, and if I didn't have so many of my vendors hired when we met I would have hired her for partial wedding planning services or full wedding services. The only constructive criticism I have is I wish our last meeting before the wedding could have been in person, and that she would have provided me with an exact week or day before the wedding she would reach out to finalize the last wedding details. You hire your day of wedding coordinator months in advance, and they don't really need to communicate with you until closer to your wedding, so by the time she did reach out I felt a little rushed gathering the things I needed to get back to her. Also, there was a slight miscommunication on how I wanted something done with my decore, and if we had met in person it would have been easier to relay that message. Overall everything went smoothly and everything thing looked great. I had an amazing wedding thanks to Janet. -

Janet was wonderful to work with! She did all our floral arrangements for our wedding: bouquet, corsages, center pieces, isle pieces, and arch pieces. She had such a large variety of flower types and colors to pick from! I was so happy she had the exact colors I wanted and was able to create the vision I had exactly! Her prices were very affordable compared to some of the other companies I had looked at. She was very flexible and easy to work with. Strongly recommend! -
