Working with Lavish Impressions was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I went into the planning process with no real vision of what the day should look like—only how I wanted it to feel. Miyoshi and her incredible team took that feeling and brought it to life in the most beautiful and thoughtful way.
From day one, Miyoshi was flexible, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She never hesitated to welcome our ideas and requests, but always balanced that with honest, realistic feedback and expert guidance. Her experience and calm presence were exactly what we needed throughout the entire process.
One of the things that meant the most to us was that our wedding date fell on a holiday, which we knew would be a sacrifice for her and her team. Despite that, she never once made us feel guilty or hesitant about choosing that date. Her professionalism and dedication never wavered—and it showed in every detail of our day.
Thanks to Lavish Impressions, our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more. I can’t recommend Miyoshi and her team enough for anyone looking for a planner who truly cares, listens, and delivers with excellence. -

I cannot recommend Lavish Impressions enough! From start to finish, Miyoshi (the owner) was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. She was personable and made my husband and I feel like we were chatting with a trusted friend. Her motto should be, “I got you friend,” because that’s what she said every time we talked to her and she truly means it.
Her flexibility was truly impressive, especially when we made the significant decision to change our wedding location from Raleigh, NC to Playa Mujeres, Mexico, along with adjusting the date and the size of our celebration.
Despite these changes, Miyoshi remained incredibly accommodating and supportive. What truly set her apart was her dedication to communication. She went above and beyond to coordinate with the resort, even when communication on their end was challenging. Every interaction with her was seamless, polished, and handled with the utmost professionalism.
Our wedding turned out absolutely beautiful, and her attention to detail was nothing short of amazing. From the decor to the flow of events, everything was executed perfectly. Our wedding guests were even asking for her information!
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your wedding day perfect, Miyoshi is the one to trust. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable, talented, and genuinely caring wedding planner. -

Working with lavish impressions was absolutely amazing! Miyoshi and her team are beyond professional, caring, helpful and provided us with some of the BEST vendors to work with for our wedding. We planned for one year and Miyoshi made the process less stressful I was able to enjoy wedding planning( which isn’t always the case for most brides) As far as our wedding day, WOW!! everything was beautiful and what I envisioned. Our day was so organized and smooth and filled with such great energy. We didn’t have to left a finger or worry about anything everything was handled effortlessly. Lavish impressions team was a 10/10 experience and the name speaks for itself. They get the job done!!!!! I highly recommend hiring Miyoshi as your wedding planner. You will not be disappointed. If I could do it all over again I would because it was amazing!!! -

We had the honor of working with Miyoshi and the Lavish Impressions Team for our Spring wedding and it was truly a dream come true. There was a point in our planning process where we just knew that we needed extra assistance and help, and we knew deep down Miyoshi was the person that could make our dream and vision come to life, with a realistic budget. From our first conversation, it was like weights lifted off of our shoulders. She helped us find vendors and made sure she came to decor visits with us as well. She was firm in the vision and was direct about making sure our needs were met with each person we were working with. She was an amazing advocate. Miyoshi was timely, flexible and professional, but she was also down to earth and sweet that allowed a breath of fresh air during a hectic and stressful time.
On the day of the wedding, we walked in and couldn't believe how well everything came to life! EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was accounted for and perfected. She and her team made sure we were taken care of, they made sure we ate, they made sure we were happy. We could not have asked for a better day. It's been a couple months and we still have guests, young and old, letting us know this was the best wedding they have ever come to.

Dream Team
Miyoshi and the Lavish Impression team were apart of my dream team that made my wedding a dream come true. When we had our initial call we were on the same page about my vision, expectations and budget!! I had definite vendors I wanted to work with for my wedding but there were some vendors that I needed suggestions for. Miyoshi introduced and set up meetings with me for some amazing vendors that became apart of my dream team also. This was so important because every vendor has different styles and budgets but Miyoshi knew what vendors would work best for me and my vision.
The whole wedding planning process was stress free because Miyoshi was just as organized as me, I had a wedding timeline that kept my on track during planning, we had scheduled meetings, I could text and/or call whenever I needed help and Miyoshi was always there at vendor meetings even it it was late notice. This made me trust the process and be able to relax as we got closer to the wedding because everything was taken care of well in advance.
The Lavish Impression team was so sweet and awesome to work with. I can honestly say, nothing went wrong the day of my wedding. The team was prepared and went above and beyond to make my day special. I truly appreciated their hard work and would recommend to any bride. -

From the moment I came in contact with Lavish Impressions, Miyoshi was professional and prepared for anything. I had no idea where to start when it came to planning a wedding and Miyoshi helped me along the entire journey. From picking out venues, vendors, making our timeline from rehersal to i do’s to ending the night. Each detail was planned with intention and love. On my wedding day the Lavish impressions team was so on top of everything ; i did not have to think about the venue - i was able to relax and get ready to walk down the aisle . Once i did arrive at my venue is was absolutely everything we wanted for our big day. Investing in the lavish impressions team is a 100% worth it. I would not of had as an amazing wedding or planning process without this wonderful team. If anyone asked me if they should book with Lavish Impressions the answer is - YES and you better book fast. The Lavish Impressions Team is set apart by their compassion and loving ways. They were truly happy to be apart of my special day. Top Tier Experience
From the initial planning process to the day-of-wedding coordination, Mimi’s execution and professionalism was top of the line. She goes above her call of duty in every aspect. From the beginning, she pointed me to all of the right vendors and bridal boutiques, relieving me of so much stress! When I would articulate my vision, she made it come to life. When I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, she gave me the perfect ideas/suggestions. She efficiently communicated with all of my vendors and made sure they were on the same page, eliminating any mishaps that could’ve possibly taken place on my big day. On the day of the wedding she was assertive, efficient and accommodated my every need. I truly didn’t worry about a THING on my wedding day because she had everything covered.
I can’t even imagine what my wedding experience would’ve been like without Miyoshi. Ladies, my best wedding planning advice is to invest in a great wedding planner. And Miyoshi is THE one. -

She was very hands-on throughout the entire process and made sure that she helped make our dream wedding possible, even during a pandemic. She's tactful, pays attention to your needs and wants for your wedding and provides very thorough planning that helped our day go PERFECTLY! The Lavish Impressions team was excellent! They were very detail orientated and ensured that our planning and day-of schedule stayed on track. We planned our North Carolina wedding from Virginia, and their communication was on point with helping us stay informed about the COVID regulations/restrictions as we prepared for our big day. They were very good at proposing effective strategies and providing solutions that helped us get the most for our money. Having the Lavish Impression team's help especially on the day of the wedding took a lot of stress of us and allowed us to trully enjoy our special day. -

Where do I even begin? My entire planning process was nothing short of AMAZING!! Miyoshi is absolutely incredible. Miyoshi as well as her staff were very prompt, professional, pleasant, fun and engaging throughout. Highly, highly, highly recommend!! Hands down the best of the best. Best Wedding Planner in NC
I loved working with Miyoshi Polk and her team. It was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. She made the planning process so much easier. There many aspects that would have been omitted if Miyoshi wasn't there to help me. She made sure everything was in place. I couldn't have done it without her. I highly recommend Lavish Impressions!

Miyoshi and her team at Lavish Impressions were great from the very beginning. She came highly recommended from a friend and I’m so glad we listened. We hired this team for partial planning, but she was really there from beginning to end. The services were affordable and allowed for us to make payments over time. There were some details that I wanted to handle on my own, but she still checked in and made sure I had all my bases covered. On the big day, her team was very present and filled in where necessary to make sure our day ran smoothly. I will definitely use Lavish again in the future!
