  Best Wedding Coordinator Ever! Must Hire

  It's been a month since my wedding and I already miss working with Lauren! I hired her for month-of coordination services and am SO HAPPY WITH THAT DECISION! I didn't have to worry about a thing the weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of the event! Lauren made sure to understand my vision (which was super specific) and managed my vendors and event timeline so perfectly! She served as my "eyes" to help ensure the decor and event setup was exactly how I had envisioned and was a wonderful creative project manager in that regard. She also saved me from a veil emergency (my veil comb was not sewn on correctly so I cut it off.... she emergency helped us get it bobby pinned onto my head since we were at the church without my hair stylist!). I felt beyond at ease having Lauren there by my side- she kept the night running exactly as planned! Multiple friends have commented how perfect/smooth the run of show was (we had an involved entertainment and speech schedule) and we could not have done it without Lauren! She was so delightful and pleasant to work with and honestly someone I miss speaking to every week! :D Could not recommend her and her world-class services more!

  Lauren Zizza - the perfect wedding planner

  Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did such a phenomenal job keeping timelines and schedules in line leading up to the wedding, making sure everything was organized, coordinating with the vendors, and providing us the best options available to make our wedding perfect. The day of, we would not have been able to do it without her. She was there for the both of us every step of the way and made sure we had everything we needed. She was perfect with our wedding party, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and ensured everything went off without a hitch. Even once the ceremony was completed she was by our side the whole way to make sure we were happy, taken care of, and had the perfect experience. When my wife and I first got engaged, and pictured a perfect wedding planner, we couldn't have dreamed of one as perfect as Lauren. She completely exceeded our expectations and we will be friends for the rest of our lives. I highly, highly recommend her for your wedding!

  Lauren is The BEST!

  Words cannot express how much we LOVED working with Lauren for our NYC wedding at the Metropolitan Club in July of 2023! I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator and debated managing everything on my own with the help of the team at the venue. Boy, would that have been a big mistake as our day would NOT have been nearly as perfect if it weren't for her.
  
  She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and communicative and helped us stay on track with all of the planning and decision making that had to be done. She worked in lockstep with the team at the venue and acted as our main point of contact with our vendors so that we didn't have to be in constant contact with every vendor, especially as the day got closer. She created in-depth day-of schedules, to-do lists, contact sheets and more. All of which I could not have imagined having to do on my own.

  If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Lauren. You will be SO happy you did.

  I don't know what we would have done without Lauren on our wedding day! She kept our wedding day running so smoothly. Our family and friends raved about how helpful Lauren was throughout the entire wedding. She helped put us all at ease. She was so helpful throughout the time leading up to our wedding and recommend fantastic vendors. Do not hesitate to hire Lauren to help you plan your wedding! I will be recommending her to all of my friends.

  Made my wedding day a dream!!

  My wedding day was absolutely flawless thanks to all of the time and effort Lauren put in. Prior to the day of, she went above and beyond to be responsive, to get in touch with each of my vendors, and make sure we were staying on track with planning. On the actual day, she was everywhere I needed her to be without me asking - she wa always a step ahead ensuring that there were no hiccups during the day. My venue had many different requirements that Lauren was on top of. I could not recommend working with her more - she is the best!!

  Lauren Zizza Events was the best decision we made planning our wedding!

  Lauren Zizza Events is both extremely detail-oriented yet so calm and serene which makes for the perfect experience as a bride. She genuinely loves her work and cares so deeply about her clients, their families, and their loved ones. Having Lauren Zizza Events plan our wedding weekend in the Hudson Valley was the BEST decision we could have made! She is a complete dream and we can’t recommend her enough. Her vendor recommendations were incredible and we couldn’t imagine planning our wedding without her. Plus, her absolutely lovely personality and amazing sense of humor made for a totally relaxed, yet seamless, wedding planning process from start to finish. We recommend her as highly as we possibly can!

  Organized, professional planner

  Lauren Zizza helped plan our 70-person wedding in September, and she was honestly a life saver. We had never planned an event like this and didn't know where to start - she worked with us from the beginning to align on our vision and really helped to bring it to life while also keeping cost in mind along the way. We had an issue where we needed to change venues midway through, and she helped provide a list of suggestions and then worked really well with the venue's logistics team once we'd found one. During the wedding, she also kept everything on track while making it feel seamless to the bride and groom. We loved our wedding and Lauren was a huge part of that - would highly recommend!

  Lauren was in control, attentive, professional and an overall joy to work with. She worked well with the other vendors, handled our family and friends perfectly and made us feel at ease all night. You can tell she loves what she does and is very good at it! Highly recommend her for you event!

  we had the pleasure of working with Lauren Zizza for our May 2022 wedding at Troutbeck. We did a full service plan and it was worth EVERY PENNY! Plus Lauren was such a rock star to work with. organized, detail oriented, helpful. She made sure we had everything booked in advance, was such a calming amazing person to have planning our wedding. During the actual wedding she was so organized and made sure we stayed on time with everything. She was literally the best. Our family and friends also enjoyed working with her and made it a point to tell us how amazing our planner was. I would 100% recommend Lauren to plan your wedding. you will be so lucky to have her and she will go above and beyond to make your day so special.   Highly Recommended!!

  We absolutely loved working with Lauren! Throughout the entire planning process she was responsive, organized and a great sounding board when I found myself overwhelmed with choices and ideas!
  
  We hired Lauren for our wedding which was originally supposed to happen in October of 2020. Lauren worked so closely with us as we monitored the COVID situation and struggled with the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. We eventually had to and we are so grateful we had Lauren through the entire postponement process. She walked us through how to inform guests, helped us reschedule our vendors seamlessly and communicated with us about our concerns the entire time.
  
  When it finally came time to get down to the nitty gritty of planning for our new date, I had a year to change my mind on everything so naturally, I wanted to change a lot. Lauren didn’t miss a beat and jumped on board with the new plan instantly (and didn’t make me feel bad about it lol) and helped me work through the entire shift. During this process Lauren was an incredible asset for keeping things organized, recommending vendors, dealing with wedding anxiety and stress and keeping things moving forward on a strict schedule. For all my type A brides (guilty as charged) you want Lauren and her production schedule, trust me!! We are so grateful that we hired Lauren, and you will be, too!

  Can't recommend Lauren enough!

  Exceptional experience working with Lauren!

  Lauren went so above and beyond in every way. I first contacted Lauren just a few months before my wedding (I originally thought I could do everything myself without a coordinator/planner - I was so wrong!!). Lauren was really flexible and worked it out so that she would start working with us two weeks out, which was perfect for us and hard to find with a lot of other event planning companies. Even though she wasn't supposed to come on board until two weeks out, Lauren reached out several weeks before she officially started so that she could work on prepping materials for our wedding. What I learned from day one is that she is so dedicated to her couples and genuinely cares about them. Leading up to the wedding, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders because Lauren was clearly on top of everything and brought such a calm energy. Even though I had done a ton of research and was really detail oriented, Lauren asked questions/made suggestions that wouldn't have occurred to me. From start to finish, she put in so much effort to make sure every single detail was accounted for on the big day. Our wedding ran so smoothly and I attribute so much of that to Lauren. She is also incredibly kind and warm - it truly felt like having another friend at our wedding. Thank you so much, Lauren!!

Even though she wasn't supposed to come on board until two weeks out, Lauren reached out several weeks before she officially started so that she could work on prepping materials for our wedding. What I learned from day one is that she is so dedicated to her couples and genuinely cares about them. Leading up to the wedding, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders because Lauren was clearly on top of everything and brought such a calm energy. Even though I had done a ton of research and was really detail oriented, Lauren asked questions/made suggestions that wouldn't have occurred to me. From start to finish, she put in so much effort to make sure every single detail was accounted for on the big day. Our wedding ran so smoothly and I attribute so much of that to Lauren. She is also incredibly kind and warm - it truly felt like having another friend at our wedding. Thank you so much, Lauren!!

  Lauren was super helpful with planning the months leading up to the wedding and she executed our vision flawlessly on our Wedding Day.   The best wedding planner I could've possibly hoped for!

  Lauren flawlessly planned not one, not two, but three separate versions of our wedding day! Planning a wedding during a pandemic isn't an easy thing, and due to COVID we had to make the decision to shift back our day several times. Lauren was there every step of the way and made moving around dates, vendors and timelines look easy. She seamlessly handled all the logistics which took a HUGE amount of stress off of me as the bride. One thing I loved about having her as a planner is that she is very detail oriented. She made us a very thorough timeline and checklist for the wedding day which helped us stay on schedule and ensured the entire day ran smoothly. On the day of, I had multiple family members tell me how impressed they were by how organized she was and how often she would come check on us in the bridal suite to make sure I was feeling calm and had everything I needed. I was a very nervous bride and having Lauren there as an experienced guide ensured that I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. She was such a reassuring presence and also has a great design eye (which I definitely lack) so it was great to have her throughout the planning process to get feedback and suggestions on florals, signage, etc. I honestly can't rave about her enough and would hire her again in the blink of the eye - she was the best decision we ever made for our wedding.

  The best experience, so reliable and detail-oriented

  Lauren is the best month-of coordinator we could have ever asked for. She was so understanding and flexible when we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid19. When it got closer to the wedding, she was proactive in coordinating with our vendors (without me asking) and provided great ideas and suggestions as we were finalizing the small details. She created a document with all the details for the wedding and timeline. During the wedding day, she always checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and if I was ok. She made sure we were on or ahead of schedule and the day went so smoothly. She was so calm and dependable. She even helped bustle my dress and kept an eye on our personal belonging throughout the day / night.   I cannot even begin to explain how amazing it was to have Lauren for my wedding and during the wedding process! I am very detail oriented and always need to be in control and Lauren was able to alleviate any stress or concern I had for the day of and days leading up to the wedding. She is worth every penny and then some. You don’t realize how crucial it is to have someone like her by your side to make the day go by smoothly and without a hitch. I can go on and on but I will just say she was truly the backbone of our big day and it wouldn’t have been what it was without her!

(We currently reside in/have been planning afar from Pittsburgh, PA). Thankfully, however, we have Lauren on our team. From the very beginning of the process, and up until now (as we work on navigating cancellation contracts with our vendors), Lauren has helped to relieve us of any added stress. She is extremely organized, attentive, and always one step ahead. Not to mention she would do anything for her soon-to-be brides and grooms! Whether I needed to chat wedding details, or to just vent, Lauren was always there. She is a woman who genuinely cares, and it shows in her work and customer service. Although our wedding plans have since changed, I have no doubt that Lauren would have delivered on the day of and gone the extra mile to make sure every single moment was special. If you want a true boss lady who always has your best interests at heart – Lauren is your girl.

  Amazing Wedding Planner and Coordinator

  Working with Lauren was the best decision we made. Planning a wedding across the country is no small feat, but with Lauren's help and expertise throughout the planning and the execution of our day, she eliminated all our stress so we could focus on enjoying our time. Lauren was super responsive and always triple-checking to make sure our needs and wants were being met. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
  
  UPDATE: Lauren really is an AMAZING wedding planner! I cannot rave more about her - Three months after our wedding we were hit with a surprise bill and she totally stepped in and helped to get everything straightened out with the vendor.
