  Best planner ever

  I worked with LJ events (specifically Jamie) for almost two years leading up to my wedding. I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Jamie! From the first meeting to our last she was so organized, on top of everything, easy going, a great communicator, always available, and knew all the ins and out of weddings / vendors in the Philly area (and more). She was always quick to respond and super informative. What was really so awesome was how much she was able to listen to what I was looking for, really understand and appreciate my vision and priorities for all the different elements of my wedding, and helped me to make that vision come alive. She really was able to understand my own style and vibe and used this to help find the perfect vendors that would help make my wedding everything I wanted, while also helping keep things in budget. She set up and organized every meeting with our vendors (always with flexibility) and was always able to help advocate for what I was looking. Her extensive knowledge of everything and anything weddings was so helpful when it came to making decisions, whether big or small, and I was always able to fully rely on her to help assist me when I wasn't sure of what I wanted or what to do. As the wedding day approached Jamie kept the entire process stress free and literally made everything so easy and enjoyable. She communicated with myself, my fiancé, both of our families, and more, to make sure everyone was supported as we all got prepared for the big day. She took special care to understand tough family situations (including divorce, long distance family members, etc.) and navigated these so well keeping everyone happy but always prioritizing the bride/groom’s priorities. Jamie literally was there for every single step of the wedding process and made everything so easy and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding me and my fiancé, our families included, did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing. Jamie and her team had everything covered and worked the entire day to make sure everything ran seamlessly. She thought of literally everything to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. My wedding weekend and day was the BEST day ever and was everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. There is no doubt this is thanks to Jamie and LJ events. Jamie was the true MVP of the entire wedding process and I cannot imagine pulling any of this off without her. I cannot overstate the value of having this team help plan your wedding. They are the BEST.

  The reason I could enjoy every second of my wedding!

  Hiring Lauren James Events, specifically my planner Jamie, was hands down the best decision I made - besides saying yes to my husband! I hired LJE for month-of-coordination services, but Jamie was available for any questions way before that, which was very helpful. Jamie provided amazing vendor recommendations, but was also flexible to work with new vendors I brought her way. Jamie had every detail covered from A to Z and I was beyond impressed by how easy and enjoyable she made my wedding day - and not just for me (the bride), but for my parents/siblings/grooms family etc.

  Could’t recommend LJE more!!!

  I could not recommend Lauren James Events, and specifically Jamie, more! Jamie ensured that my wedding day was everything I ever dreamed of (and more). She is extremely diligent, organized and responsive, and is truly an expert in all things wedding-related. Jamie thought of things I would have never considered to ensure that no detail was missed. She is also an extremely calming presence, which is so important on such a hectic day. We couldn’t have done without Jamie - she is truly the best!!!!

  Jamie is the best!!

  Jamie made my wedding day so smooth!! Every single thing I needed she had at the ready. Literally could not have survived without her!! The month of package was also amazing coordinating with vendors and last minute details. Cannot recommend LJ events enough!!!

  Lauren is the BEST!!!!!!! We seriously not know what we would have done without her help. She helped us with every single detail throughout the whole entire planning process.   I cannot recommend Jamie Nadeau enough! She is organized, thoughtful, communicative, and just a joy to be around. She has excellent relationships with amazing vendors across Philly and helped us plan the wedding of our absolute dreams. Everyone commented to us that our wedding was one of the smoothest, best-run events they had ever been to, and we have Jamie to thank for that. She provided so much support leading up to the event, and then was a literal superhero on the day of - not a single detail was forgotten by her! Plus, we now think of her as a friend! You simply cannot go wrong choosing Lauren James Events.

  The LJ Events Team is the BEST!

  We had the absolute best weekend of our lives thanks to the LJ Events Team – Jamie and Lori! Jamie worked with us from the beginning making suggestions and guiding us through every step of the wedding planning process. Lori was always quick at answering our questions and addressed any concerns with professionalism. Leading up to our wedding day Lori was patient and calm and kept everything perfectly organized!   Jamie at LJEvents was the most impactful and best vendor that we hired for our wedding. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared her professional input when we needed her. My now husband and I work full-time and I can confidently say we could not have planned out wedding without Jamie. She coordinated meetings/timeline with every other vendor, answered every question we had along the way, and encouraged us when we needed a push to keep planning. I wasn't stressed when our wedding day called for 100% rain because Jamie thought of every change we needed to make ahead of time and the day went as smoothly as if it was always the plan.

  Perfect wedding planner!

  We could not have been more thrilled with our experience with LJ Events! From our initial introduction call to saying goodbye at the end of our reception, every detail was handled perfectly along the way. It's hard for me to imagine planning our wedding without Lauren and her team. Everything was handled effortlessly the weekend of our event. I was grateful that I could take in every moment of our wedding weekend and not have to worry about any issues that came up. It ended up pouring rain at the end of our ceremony and one of our shuttle buses broke down and I didn't even know until we got back to the reception. Lauren's team made sure everyone to got to our venue safely and I couldn't be more thankful. We would recommend them without hesitation to any couple getting married!

  A wedding with no glitches and no stress

  Lauren James Events are amazing. Using Jamie as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. Jamie is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She made the days leading up to the wedding as well as the wedding day stressless, so smooth. Everything that could be done in advance was. Jamie is so very easy to work with. Lauren James Events is highly respected in the field as well with all the vendors we used. I would recommend using them for any special event in your life. Jamie made our day better than we could have imagined.

  Jamie from LJ Events was so warm, fun and a pleasure to work with. She was extremely organized and kept us on our schedule. There are so may details to planning a wedding and she made sure we didn't forget anything and took care of all details such as contacting vendors and following up with all of them up until the day of. Not only did she make sure that we enjoyed everything leading up to the wedding but we were worry free the day before and day of the wedding. Jamie took care of everything so we could really enjoy our day. By the day of the wedding we felt like Jamie was a close friend and we miss not communicating and working with her. We miss you Jamie!!!

  We first heard of Jamie and LJ Events through a cousin who rescheduled her wedding 4x with COVID and raved about how smoothly the process was (every time) because of Jamie so as soon as we booked our date, we reached out. I cannot recommend her enough, from the very first meeting, she put us at ease. Even though we mainly had her for "month of," anytime we reached out with a question she was so responsive and helpful! The day went so smoothly all thanks to her. My mom, bridesmaids and I were able to really enjoy our morning because every single detail was taken care of perfectly!   There is no better wedding planner than LJ Events

  Our very first decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring LJ Events, and it was the best decision we could have made. Lauren was the absolute greatest to work with. She was organized and kept us on track, helped us to make decisions on every detail, had incredible relationships with our vendors, and was always available when we needed her. She also became our friend! I cannot imagine planning our wedding— which was the best day ever— without her. LJ Events is beyond professional and incredible at what they do. My advice for anyone getting married would be to get in touch with LJ Events first. You will be happy that you did!

She was organized and kept us on track, helped us to make decisions on every detail, had incredible relationships with our vendors, and was always available when we needed her. She also became our friend! I cannot imagine planning our wedding— which was the best day ever— without her. LJ Events is beyond professional and incredible at what they do. My advice for anyone getting married would be to get in touch with LJ Events first. You will be happy that you did!

  10/10 Experience with Lauren

  We hired Lauren to be our month-of and day-of coordinator for our Water Works wedding on May 6th. Once we were a month out from our wedding day, Lauren spent HOURS on the phone and on Zoom calls with me going over every contract, proposal, and detail of our day. She helped me make some final changes and decisions as well. Lauren quickly became acquainted with our Cescaphe event planner onsite at Water Works, Lexi. They worked well together and had joint calls to ensure that we were all on the same page. She touched base with all of my vendors as well. Her extensive knowledge and expertise was critical in making our day run smoothly. She came up with a day-of timeline, hair and makeup schedule, every single detail regarding our on-site ceremony, timeline for the reception, photo list for the photography, trolley schedule, and so much more. Lauren and her team took care of every detail throughout the night from making sure that our flip flop baskets were being refilled to ensuring that our restroom baskets were moved from the cocktail hour to our reception space. At the end of the night, they took care of counting all of our cards, securing all of our gifts, and gave us a detailed checklist of where everything is and what we took from the reception such as our photobooth album, signature drinks signs, our ketubah, and everything else that was dropped off at the venue for the wedding day.  For the longest time I was stubborn and wanted to "do it all myself", but hiring Lauren was our best decision. At the end of the night, I remember telling her and her assistants that, I really don't know how we would have done it without you guys today. Everything ran smoothly because of Lauren and her team. Thank you!

  LJ Events is a MUST!

  Lauren was so incredibly professional and knowledgable throughout the entire process, I do not know how we could have managed the year without her. I originally thought we only needed a wedding planner for the day of the wedding, but I could not have been more wrong! Thank goodness we hired Lauren from the beginning because she made the process seamless. Lauren's organization and coordination of the vendors, bride/groom, families and wedding party was so topnotch, by the time we got to the week of the wedding we kept wondering why we had nothing to do or worry about ! Throughout the day of the wedding -until the after party, she kept everyone on track without a single problem. The entire wedding weekend was perfect and a dream come true!

  Jamie was beyond amazing! She is extremely organized, super accommodating, very detailed oriented and is always on-top of anything and everything!   Lori and Jamie are the BEST wedding planners

  My husband and I got married this past March and were lucky enough to have LJE events as our wedding planners—specifically we had Lori as our month-of planner and Jamie provided vendors recommendations and planning suggestions leading up to the month beforehand. Our wedding was for 300 people, had a ton of moving parts, lots of vendors and lots to do to prepare.
  
  Lori was incredible at coordinating with the vendors and ensuring that every detail was under control. As a former Director of Catering, she was also amazing at ensuring that the venue and caterer were doing everything we needed them to do to ensure it all went smoothly. She already had relationships with the vendors and was amazing at communicating our plans. I know that month leading up to the wedding would have been so much more stressful if not for Lori, and Lori did everything so that I could just enjoy my wedding. And she also made the process a ton of fun and made me laugh a lot along the way. It was such a pleasure to spend time with Lori on the wedding day and she made me feel extremely calm. I was in great hands and feel so lucky that I got to work with such a wonderful person!
  
  Jamie’s insight and expertise throughout the planning process was also incredibly helpful. Additionally, it was amazing to work with someone who knew Philadelphia vendors so well and knew how to help me coordinate. Jamie knew what I needed before I ever needed to say anything.
