Where do I start? How about Kelsey is the best! She’s incredibly talented, insanely organized, more-than-competent, easy to work with, and just a downright awesome person! As a seasoned wedding DJ, who is OCD by-the-way, attention to detail is something I find as one of the most needed characteristics in the wedding industry. You want attention-to-detail, flawless/gorgeous designs, and someone who is just a cool, down-to-earth person? Hire Kelsey. I’ve worked tons of events with Kelsey and she’s such a joy to work with. Legitimately don't know where to even start with Kelsey and Courtney!!! There simply aren't words to explain how grateful I am for these two, but here's my best shot!
After everything you hear, I was absolutely dreading planning my wedding. I like to shop EVERYTHING and I come from a creative background, so I wasn't quite sure I'd come out of the planning process alive. But I was opening my own business and knew I needed help.
From the first call I completely trusted Kelsey and Courtney. Kelsey got my vision for the wedding immediately and it seemed like she was just as excited about my wedding as I was! She led me through every design decision with only the ease a experienced designer could. She helped guide me towards the upgrades that would make an impact and the ones that wouldn't so I didn't waste money. She always gave me options (which I personally loved!) and she was always honest - even when she knew I didn't want to hear it!
Cortney tracked all design decisions and helped weigh in on the biggies - especially the ones that would impact logistics the day-of. 6 weeks out she took over and helped guide me through the all the last minute things so we wouldn't have to worry about anything the day-of. And I didn't! Not once! And her easiness helped calm my unexpected nerves. Everything was so well choreographed and orchestrated - I was seriously in awe. I was able to be present there with my family and friends and have the night of my life!!
My Husband and I were showered with compliments about how beautiful everything was and how well everything ran. Pretty sure one of the compliments was "This is a "celebrity status" wedding." (!!) And that compliment is only for you, Kelsey and Courtney! You two are unicorns and I am so SO thankful for you! I consider you bad-ass-design-planner-business babes to be friends, and I wish you all the luck as your star continues to rise. I love you ladies!!! xoxo -

I personally feel that a wedding coordinator is an absolute MUST for any wedding! My husband and I were thrilled we were able to hire and work with Kelsey and her team. Kelsey was ON TOP OF IT! She is super organized, helpful and fun to work with. She became a true friend of ours along the way and we couldn't be happier with all that she did to help make or wedding day everything we dreamed of. She is a great communicator and answered ALL of my constant questions quickly. I knew we could count on her to deliver day of and she sure did. I highly recommend Kelsey and her team to any bride and groom in need of a wedding coordinator or even day of coordinator. She is creative, has great ideas, is honest, trustworthy and allowed OUR vision to come to life. She is awesome! -

Best coordinators ever! I had the pleasure of having Courtney as my wedding planner and her and Kelsey both were at my wedding a couple weeks ago. Seriously, not a thing went wrong, nothing! They are both so organized, on top of email responses when you have any last minute questions (or want to change the seating chart 2 weeks before the wedding), very calm and collected and just amazing to be around. Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was everything and more than I could have ever imagined for our big day and I owe it to these ladies! So grateful for them!Kelsey Rae Designs's reply:

Kelsey and her team are amazing!! We love working with them because not only are they extremely organized but they are fun to be around and make the whole wedding process a breeze. If you want someone who knows good design and executes the day flawlessly, choose Kelsey Rae! She was not only there for me the month of my wedding but also helped me in the design of the wedding and making sure my vision came to life. Our wedding was more then I could have ever hoped for and it was all thanks to Kelsey!! She is so talented and gifted; she has a true talent for design. Kelsey was also very professional and friendly, she responded to all my emails promptly. I knew the minute I spoke with her I wanted her to be my coordinator! I highly recommend Kelsey to anyone planning a wedding or any other event!! -

She made our wedding day incredible and easy with her perfect planning and amazing ideas as well as being understanding of situations. Kelsey is the kind of coordinator and person who eases your mind and makes the planning go as smooth as possible and my wedding day would have not gone as smooth if it wasn't for her. I am extremely thankful for her for everything she did, and how she was by my side every step of the wedding through planning and especially on the wedding day. Thank you Kelsey for being the most wonderful and understanding coordinator!
