Keith Willard and his extraordinary team at Keith Willard Events, particularly the incredible Brook, have left an indelible mark on our lives. Our wedding day, a day we had dreamed of for years, became nothing short of magical, and it was all thanks to their exceptional expertise, dedication, and unwavering support.
From the very first moment we met Keith, it was evident that we were in the hands of a true professional. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and we knew we had found the perfect partner to bring our wedding vision to life. Keith's impeccable attention to detail and wealth of experience were apparent as he guided us through the planning process, making it feel effortless and enjoyable.
Brook, however, was the unsung hero of our wedding day. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. Her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and calm demeanor were simply remarkable. We had complete confidence in her, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day without any concerns or worries. Brook, we cannot thank you enough for your dedication and for making our day absolutely perfect.

It's been three months since our wedding and I'm still living in the clouds. When we were doing our research on possible wedding planners, we knew we wanted someone that would understand us as gay men--in fact we wanted to support someone from the LGBTQ community because we wanted to make sure that they had expert knowledge with respect to LGBTQ friendly vendors. Keith's name came up and when we met with him, we immediately knew that he was the person we wanted to hire, and we have no regrets of doing so. We originally had a location in mind and were working on securing that on our own, but when things didn't go as planned, Keith stepped in and helped us find a great location. One of our fears with planning a wedding in Florida and living in Charlotte was that we'd have a hard time making sure that all our dreams came to fruition. Keith seriously made sure that everything was taken care of. He was constantly available to chat, especially in times when we started stressing, he looked for the best deals but kept in mind the vibe we wanted to give at the wedding. He always had suggestion on vendors and had great relationships with them. I can not emphasis enough how thoughtful and caring Keith is!! One thing that I really loved about Keith was the fact that he allowed us to visualize everything we wanted and then made sure it actually happened. He took the stress out of planning...well there was still stress but that's because it's a wedding but he made sure to listen and ease the stress. On wedding day...he took charge. He was there and made sure that all the stress was on him and not on us nor our guests. He handled everything perfectly. Only thing I wish we had done differently, was getting a picture with him on our wedding day! Post wedding, we had some issues with the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour not delivering the level of service that they're known for and also over charging us on our bill (their computer system was doing the math wrong, and it was Keith who figured that out), and Keith was there to help with the conversations and advocate on our behalf...even when his job as our wedding planner was over!! He is truly one of the best professionals out there and HIGHLY recommend him. If you're ever looking for a planner for any event make sure to reach out to him. You won't be let down!! Additionally, one thing that's also helpful is that he has an award winning show on Youtube with many of the topics that come up when wedding planning, so if you're ever wondering about something you can go listen to him and his guest speakers talk about these topics!! LOVE THIS MAN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!Keith Willard Events LLC's reply:

Keith was SO amazing!!! My family met him when he was working at the venue for my sister's wedding 10+ years ago; he stuck out so much then that we sought him out again for my wedding! He was truly instrumental in securing many of our vendors and ensuring no detail was missed. His vision really brought the ideas that I had for my wedding to life! It would not have been the same without Keith and his incredible team! He's the best! -

Ab-so-lutely amazing! Keith knows what he is doing. He has been in this business for a while and completely eased my mind as a tyle A bride who was over thinking all the details. I chose the full service planning option with him and he gave me lists of vendors for each category that he recommended and I chose the ones that I liked. He did the rest! He was so knowledgeable and full of energy- I felt very comfortable just going with the flow! It was such a fun stress free experience from the weekly video calls to the food tastings, I was one happy bride. One of the best wedding planners in Ft. Lauderdale, Even after the wedding everyone was raving about how great our wedding planner was! Stop looking for planners and book him now! He helped us with so many decisions and knows the industry very well. We had monthly phone calls with him leading o the wedding and felt at ease every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, his staff was soo attentive to us and the wedding party. I had an amazing wedding and it was partially due to him.Keith Willard Events LLC's reply:

I've tried for several weeks to find words adequate to express the brilliance of Keith and his team but there simply are none. EVERYTHING was completely above expectation and NOTHING was overlooked. He delivered everything the bride & groom could dream of and made the other vendors look better while doing it. The attention to detail was remarkable and everything looked effortless under his direction. Meeting Keith to handle our wedding was beyond a blessing. I don't even know where to begin. Planning our wedding from out of state was so stressful but once we found Keith and his crew, he made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing. He made my fairy tale wedding come true AND was even our officiant to make it even more special to me. He took care of everything you could imagine (including bringing us food to our rooms AND supplying us with mimosas lol) and listened to every single detail I wanted for this wedding and made it all happen. I wish I could get married all over again just to have him in my life longer lol
But all wedding stuff aside, Keith is all around an amazing person. You can 100% tell this isn't just a job for him and he genuinely loves doing what he does and cares about all his clients. & it made it all that better. I HIGHLY recommend Keith Willard Events and his entire crew to make your day exactly what you need and deserve bc they will NOT let you down. We love you so much Keith & we will never forget you all! For anyone looking to organize a wedding I have a little advice that will save you a lot of time and secure fantastic results. One) look for the the best wedding planner you can afford; the wedding planner will locate better venues than you can, he or she will negotiate better prices for services, they'll know what services on "on trend" and the'll select for confidant providers of flowers, food, music, etc. Two) The best wedding planners will be registered members of the event planner organization - the best of those registered members is a guy named Keith Willard. Keith has a company called Keith Willard Events who is more connected with and more in tune with what is happening in the modern event industry than another event planner that I researched. The result of using Keith Willard Events was that my daughter experienced a dream wedding at a dream venue, at a reasonable price. All the guests where impressed with organization and quality of the concept and details - I could not be happier.Keith Willard Events LLC's reply:

If you’re looking for a wedding planner and you’ve been described as “extra” or enjoy elements of design and meaningful detail, Keith is your wedding planner! I’m looking at the photos from my wedding a week ago, and I’m still in shock at the fact that my wedding was so spectacular. He truly listened to our ideas and what was important to us, then called a bunch of his contacts and got us a million dollar wedding in our budget. I absolutely loved creating your wedding! Listening to your stories about your travels all over the world and how they celebrate spirituality was really the spark to everything! Dream catchers, Cairns (Stacked perfectly balanced rocks), and brightly colored ribbons with wishes and dreams - even the Indian tradition of whispering your wish to a butterfly and then letting it go - was all incorporated creating a truly unique, once in a lifetime wedding! We met Keith very unexpectedly when our wedding planner had a last minute double booking. Keith and his team were beyond our wildest dreams and we are SO GRATEFUL for him in making our day flawless and unforgettable.
Keith was collaborative with every one of our vendors, seamlessly marrying his team with all other staff and anticipating our every need. He was the mastermind behind all of my favorite photos from the wedding and anticipated even my photographer's style during photographs. And when things went a little sideways, Keith was able to read us perfectly to create the most memorable moments of our wedding (see our staircase photos!). Not to mention the smallest touches the team knew - like sending a to-go box of our late night snacks to our suite and bringing me (the bride) a glass of wine as the reception ended. This team is true perfection!
Keith and his team are truly the best in hospitality and service. I am already planning to call them for all other major life event celebrations!Keith Willard Events LLC's reply:

Best of the Best !
Keith and his team are simply the best and proved that on Saturday working under the crippling Covid restrictions and still making the evening magical. You brought this wedding to a whole next level! Keith's efforts, dedication and attention to detail at every turn made it flawless. I would never have been able to be as relaxed, stress-free and able to enjoy the celebration without Keith in charge leaving me with no pressure or any decisions to make. We hired Keith as our day-of coordinator. The first time I spoke to him, I knew he was our guy. He has such a wealth of knowledge and gave us so many amazing suggestions and ideas, particularly Covid-friendly ones, that ultimately made our wedding a success. I was feeling so discouraged and emotionally overwhelmed trying to plan a wedding this year, but Keith got me back on track and feeling excited for the first time during the whole wedding planning process. He set up our Zoom livestream which worked perfectly, and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding. He even threw in some extra goodies that he had left over from previous events that were a big hit. Not only is Keith an incredible planner and coordinator, but he is an amazingly kind and compassionate human being and it was so wonderful working with him.
