Hiring JSW was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. She just gets exactly what you want, even when you can’t fully explain it.
I had a vision but zero ability to execute it, and she turned it into something even better than I imagined. Every detail felt intentional and completely us.
The entire day was seamless. Even with rain in the forecast, Kehrin and her team kept everyone calm and handled everything without me having to think twice.
I wish I could plan another wedding just to work with her again! -

We had the most fabulous wedding and it's largely because of her team. We felt calm and cared for from day one and the event went off without any hitches that were not fixed immediately and were beyond our control to begin with! She even had to hem my dress in a pinch because my bustle failed and it was both memorable and hysterical! We have footage to match! I can't speak highly enough about Kehrin and JSW and wish everyone has a positive of a bridal experience as we did!

This review is long overdue because I’ve struggled to find the right words to express just how incredible Kehrin and her entire team are. From designing a wedding that was both exactly what we envisioned and beyond anything we could have imagined, to flawlessly managing every detail with impeccable coordination—Kehrin exceeded every expectation. She is truly one of the best people I’ve ever met, and every moment working with her was a dream.
Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her, and even three months later, our guests are still raving about the details. I never felt a single moment of stress throughout the entire process—so much so that I started worrying about how not stressed I was! Kehrin even got into a car accident on her way to our venue and still didn’t let it affect a single aspect of our day.

I do not know where to begin praising Kehrin and her team at Jet Set Wed Wedding Planners. As the Mother of the Bride, I had no idea the extent to which Kehrin and her team would take over and alleviate our stress while planning our daughter's wedding. Working with Kerhin and her team of experts was our best decision.
Kehrin made the planning process seamless. From the pre-planning calls to the day of execution, she made the whole experience so wonderful and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Kehrin had it down to the minute with the timeline on the day of the wedding. She was present ALL DAY long. I can happily say that not one thing went wrong. The wedding day was seamless and simply perfect in every way.
Kehrin and her team transformed our yacht club into a tropical place of paradise. Kehrin's vision and attention to detail was absolutely perfect and made my daughter's wedding wishes come true. I have had numerous compliments from all constituents that it was one of the most elegant and beautiful weddings ever! Even our maitre'd commented on its perfection, and that he had experienced many weddings but never anything like this.
Kehrin's vision and creativity were true perfection and impressive beyond words. She was able to take our inspiration pictures and truly transform the venue. Neither I nor my husband could have ever imagined the final, perfect product.
Had I known the duties and professionalism of Kehrin and her staff in the planning stages leading up to the wedding, I would not have had an ounce of doubt or worry about Tori's wedding day. If you are planning a wedding, take it from this MOB that you need to hire Kehrin. Besides the bride and groom, the wedding planner is hands down the most important hire. Working with Kehrin will set your wedding planning process and wedding apart from the rest. You will not be disappointed with their services. Truly the very best. Kehrin is so organized and lays everything out for you from the beginning. She is honest and upfront, while keeping your wants and dreams for your wedding her #1 priority.
My wedding day truly could not have gone smoother because of Kehrin and her team. She was there to make sure everything was executed perfectly and on time. If there were any hiccups, I still don’t know about them because she is quick to find a solution

She goes above and beyond for her clients and her tireless work does not go unnoticed. Hurricane Ian threw so many curveballs her way but she made you feel like you were her only couple. I would highly highly recommend hiring Kehrin as your planner. My husband and I got engaged in Nov 2018 and tried for a while to plan our wedding on our own. Both of us have demanding jobs and figuring out how to design a wedding was not in the cards for me, so we hired Kehrin for design and day of. She planned the most beautiful ceremony and reception for us. She was so easy to work with and really worked to seamlessly combine my vision and tie in things that my husband loved.
Then covid happened. Our wedding date was April 19, 2020, so our wedding was postponed. I was devastated. Kehrin worked with my husband to plan an elopement for us on our original wedding date. Her husband was our officiant and she did everything to make it as special for us as possible.
Kehrin is not only an amazing planner, but also just an incredible person. Hopefully nothing goes wrong on your wedding day or while planning your wedding, but if it does, she will be there to fix it and help you through it. She seriously cares about the couples that she plans for and I think that is a big reason of why she is so good at what she does. We were cost conscious and didn't really want to hire a planner originally, but if you can fit it into your budget, I would strongly recommend it. -

Kehrin is just simply the best! She is a creative genius who took our vision of a romantic intimate wedding to another level. She truly gives her all to plan/design your big day and keeps you in the loop and at ease throughout the process. Did I mention that she is able to do all of this within your budget? Yep, she’s that amazing! Do not think about it twice. Whether your wedding is big or small, she is going to be the best hiring decision you make. -

Best Decision We Made :)
Early on in wedding planning, we had a lot of discussions whether or not we wanted to have a wedding planner since we would be planning from a distance. Looking back, the decision to have Kehrin plan our wedding was the best we could have made. Having Kehrin as a resource to turn to for whatever we needed was invaluable. Inevitably, issues came up while wedding planning and she was always ready to jump in when we needed. She has the experience and the patience to find solutions quickly and amicably to situations out of our control.
In addition to the day of coordination, we also opted for the design package. She worked with our budget and made adjustments on the fly if things came out being more/less expensive than initially planned. It felt like Kehrin got to know us so well throughout all of our phone calls that she was suggesting ideas that we had never thought of and reflected exactly what we wanted our wedding to be. Ultimately, she was able to take our vision and turn it into reality on our wedding day!
On the day of, we were able to enjoy the moment and soak it all in without having any issues brought to our attention. Since our entire vision revolved around the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception being outside, we started to get a little nervous when we saw dark clouds roll in on the morning of. Kehrin made great use of time during the storm and as soon as it was over, had all of our outside venues set up beautifully! One of our favorite parts of the day was taking ten minutes prior to guests coming into the reception to see all of our details put into place. We cannot thank Kehrin enough for her amazing expertise and eye for design to make our day perfect! We may have had a lot of discussions about whether or not to have a wedding planner, but if we had to do it all over again, moving forward with Kehrin would be the first thing we would do! -

I don’t even know where to begin because Kehrin went so above and beyond any expectation I had.
When initially starting to gather vendors for my wedding I knew that a Day of coordinator was needed, but honestly my thought was just to take some of the pressure off my mom. I also wanted to keep my wedding low key and I was planning a Florida wedding from Minnesota, so I knew I needed vendors I could trust but that we’re also within budget.
Jet Set Wed was a vendor suggestion provided by our venue. But when I looked into it Kehrin was out of the budget I wanted to spend. So, I ended up going with another vendor who had great reviews, was very professional over the phone, and was within my budget.
Well, unfortunately two weeks out from my wedding day the day of coordinator was nowhere to be found. My family couldn’t track her down and neither could our venue. It was honestly one of the most stressful things I’ve ever been put through.
Our venue was wonderful and tracked down options of vendors that were still available for day of coordination. Fortunately, Kehrin was still available and this time there was no question about her cost.
All I can say is Kehrin stepped in and I had no clue how desperately I had actually needed her. She had a timeline put together in a day, reached out to all my other vendors and gave them specific instructions, she helped me put together a list of photos I wanted my photographer to capture, I mean I could go on and on, there were so many details that I had no clue needed to be addressed. After our conversation I felt so reassured that I was in the best possible hands.
So, it’s the day of my wedding and naturally some things went wrong. That’s a strong way of putting it but, basically on your wedding day some things don’t go as planned. Kehrin put out every fire, some I’m sure I didn’t even know about. She had me at such ease and honestly the day felt to me like it ran flawlessly.
Kehrin also added in the most special details that were way above her scope of hire. I still look at the Instagram stories she saved on her page and cry. My family also still comments on how Kehrin was a godsend.
I can’t begin to express how emotional it is to feel so cared for by a vendor in an industry that can be so cruel. I mean besides the original day of coordinator taking our money and disappearing I also had major issues with my wedding dress and alterations vendors. By the time Kehrin came into the picture I felt so taken advantage of and so disillusioned by the industry.
Kehrin is honestly the best option in her field. She truly loves her job and takes so much pride in the service she provides. She goes above and beyond to insure her brides have a flawless day and creates an actual experience for guests.
I also realized that during the wedding planning process the people you spend the most time planning with are your vendors and they also are the people you spend the most time with on your wedding day. Kehrin has the most calming presence and was someone I was very comfortable spending so much time with and is someone I’m very proud to say I know and have worked with.

She had it all!
JSW was the best! She was so accommodating as we planned our wedding 3,000 miles away (in LA). JSW made it feel so personal and she was incredibly helpful in dealign with my lack of interest in the details, until I was presented with details. (lol). She was flexible, customized a plan that fit our needs and rolled with the punches. She even helped me the morning of in eliminating distractions and keeping the bridal suite positive and calm. She had EVERYTHING in her day-of kit. Seriously. Everything. Just ask her. All in all, she was a blast to work with, she has connections and solutions for all requests and she's someone you want to hang out with, so it was a win-win having Jet Set Wed involved with making our wedding weekend one for the books! -

Kehrin and her team designed and coordinated an absolutely incredible wedding day for us! She was wonderful to work with and our experience was exactly as she described in my first conversation with her. She drew inspiration from some images I shared, she listened carefully to things that were important to us, and she designed a day more beautiful than I could have imagined. She proactively made recommendations, offered options as needed, and did it all with a warmth and professionalism that inspired trust. She masterfully coordinated extra logistics associated with having our ceremony on a beach that required boat transportation from the hotel. The team also managed to calmly, quickly and seamlessly flip our reception to our indoor backup location when an unexpected storm came through after dinner.
I was recently part of another wedding party which made me even more grateful for the way Kehrin handled everything for us. When we decided to have a destination wedding, I knew I wanted to invest in a planner who would be able to create an awesome experience for my family and all our guests, and who would be there to coordinate details so we could all just enjoy the day. Choosing JetSetWed felt right. Kehrin went above and beyond. We have so many amazing memories and are incredibly grateful to the team that made it happen. I highly recommend JetSetWed.

Melissa Sent on 03/21/2013I hired Kehrin with Jet Set Wed for “day-of” coordination. I was above and beyond STUNNED with her services and the entire wedding she ran that day. As a typical stressed out bride-to-be, Kehrin took care of all my needs on my wedding day and I was worry-free. In my eyes, I knew of nothing that went wrong that day. Kehrin and my florist set up the décor of the room and it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. I had no idea it was all going to come together the way it did. The romance that the room gave off the moment you walked in was breathtaking and literally took my breath away when my husband and I walked in.
I was beyond impressed with the way Kehrin handled every person, guest and vendor. Our wedding was the BEST day of my entire life and I owe so much of that to Kehrin. She made everything seamless and I would recommend her over and over again.

My husband and I live in Columbus, OH but knew we wanted a warm weather location for our wedding. I have family that lives in Bonita Springs and after a visit to Marco Island we knew it was 'the place.' We initially weren't going to hire a wedding planner. After all...I am a control freak and love to party plan., we had family to help scout vendors, etc and my hubby (an accountant) couldn't see the monetary value in one.
Fast forward a month or so, and as I was scouring wedding websites, I came across Kehrin Hassan. Her bio was like it was written for ME!! Not only did I immediately know I wanted this girl to help me plan our wedding, I joked about having her IN it! Kehrin's ability to match up your style is absolutely wonderful, but what makes the whole experience so incredible is her personality! It is seriously like having a super talented BFF planning your most special day. A typical planner will send you updates on certain days and email you with questions or concerns to keep you informed, and Kehrin definitely does that...but what was so amazing were the random texts and photos of items she saw while out shopping and thought would be perfect for our wedding! And the fact that she has the best relationships with any other vendor you could ask for in Southwest Florida. And that she thinks of all those things that you had completely forgotten about. And how she is able to take all of your crazy wants and wishes and make them work together. And how she keeps you on budget but manages to get you even more. And the list goes on and on...
As for the Day Of event....wow! We had a pretty elaborate weekend going on and because of Kehrin's hard work and organization, I was actually able to lay out on the beach the morning of our wedding before it was time for hair and makeup. I mean, who does that?!?! She just had everything so under control that I wasn't needed to answer any questions or put out any fires. :) If anything even remotely imperfect happened (and I'm sure it did), to this day I still have no idea. It was the most magical weekend ever.
I could write forever, but in the sake of not taking your whole afternoon, I will sum things up by saying that hiring Kehrin was the smartest decision we could have made. 1. She saved us every penny it cost to hire her by finding the best places for favors, decor, etc (a big plus for my hubby) 2. She allowed not only the bride, but the brides family (the ones who usually get stuck decorating and cleaning up) a relaxing day spent together and 3. We made a fabulous new friend who when we look back on that day, can't imagine
