    Very reasonable and very professional. We were able to book their services online which made it very easy. Our driver's name and phone number was texted to us the morning of the wedding. He showed up on time and was very nice. After the ceremony, since we didnt have too long of a drive to our reception venue our driver took us on a scenic tour of celebrity homes before we headed back to the hotel. I would definitely recommend Jay's Limo services to other Hawaii brides.

    Quality of Service: For transportation for the wedding party, it was great. The driver knew exactly where everything was, where to park, and waited exactly where he needed to to pick us up on time and drop us off.

    Responsiveness: I booked them about a month before my wedding and they were quick to respond to my request with a reasonable quote (less than 24 hours), which made this processes painless.

    Professionalism: I got a text the morning of our wedding with the Limo driver's name and number. He knew the area well and was able to wait until we were ready and find parking no matter what. He was great and accommodating!

    Value: It was the best value that I could find for a limo. They had multiple sizes to choose and they had amazing prices. They got the job done and it was amazing.

    Flexibility: the limo driver knew the area well an was to take us everywhere we needed to go. he got the wedding party to the ceremony on time, the picture areas, and to the reception site. we was able to accommodate every request and change for the photos.

    We went with Jay's limo as a shuttle service to bring our guests from the reception area to the ceremony and back. The driver was prompt and on time and he was really nice! Jay was awesome with the booking and following up with my wedding planners to ensure everything was ready for that day. The best thing about going through Jay's is they don't charge a travel fee! For that reason alone is a good reason to book with them!

    Jay's Limo was perfect!! A great value and excellent service right from the first inquiry! THANK YOU for all of your help and assistance!! Jay's Limo was reliable, on time, and friendly! I worked with Jay over the phone, who was great, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to meet the driver, but from what I heard from my guests that were on the shuttle, the service and ride was excellent!! Thank you for providing a safe and fun time for my wedding guests!! I truly appreciate it!

    Friendly, professional, no signage on the limo (which made me feel like it wasn't a rental), and priced just right!

    Jay's limo service was great to work with. The limo was really nice and clean, our driver was great, and they showed up on time. Jay was very responsive, and followed up with phone calls anytime anything was unclear. Very easy to work with, and can't be beat for the money.

    We decided to go with Jay's Limousine after having a great experience with them for a friend's bachelorette party. We procrastinated on booking a limo and so, other limo services were limited in selection; leaving the more expensive limos left. Jay's fleet had the perfect size limo at a reasonable price (about $20-$30/hour or so less than the other services). We received quick responses during the booking process. They were very flexible considering I changed the pick up time 3 times. :) I would definitely use this limo service again.

    These guys were wonderful. Sometimes took a little while to respond to emails, but on the day of, our driver was WONDERFUL. So professional and polite. Would definitely use them again.

    He was very responsive, professional and they were able to adjust their service. Since we were running late, the limo drivers agreed in waiting for us until we were done @ the venue. They were very friendly also.

    Booked transportation for groom and his mum + other guests to get to our wedding and found that Jay's had given us a free upgrade. Very happy with the service and the ability to accommodate us at short notice.

    Jay's Limo has some good and bad things. Jay was very accommodating and the price isn't too bad. They came in a timely manner too.

    We had Lee as our limo driver from the house to the church. He was professional and friendly to us. He didn't rush us or anything. We originally paid for a 10-seater suv limo but got a 16-seater. We were excited because we were actually able to fit everyone...it was great at first but from the church to the reception place, the A/C was broken. Lee tried to fix it and offered another limo to come and pick us up but we said it was ok because it would have taken an extra hour. Also something in the limo fell apart and my groomsmen just pushed it back in. I really wasn't too mad about it because we got from Point A to Point B safely and that's all that mattered to me.

    After the reception, we also hired Jay for a sedan to bring us to our rental house. I can't remember the driver's name but he was great! Again, we got an upgrade from sedan to SUV and this time it was worth it! It made up for the suv limo. Again, our driver was great...he was pretty fun too!

    If you really don't mind all the small things, Jay's Limo Service is worth hiring. The price is the best all around and the drivers are pretty good. If they are late, it just because Hawaii has traffic all the time, don't sweat it!

    Thanks to Jay and his drivers for safely driving us around during our wedding day! :D

    We were pretty happy with the services Jay's provided. Our driver was really friendly and helped us get to everywhere we needed to go. Our wedding day was on the day of a major parade in Hawaii and Jay's was really flexible with taking us around and getting us to the church on time! Only drawback was that the limo seemed to have some damage from a party the night before. Other than that, we were very pleased with Jay's limo and would recommend to others.

    I used Jays Limos for our wedding day and was very happy with our drivers professionalism and promptness.The driver was on time and was great.
    The only thing downside was that the carpet on the limo roof looked a bit old and was dirty. That was the only downside, but all in all, a good experience.
    The outside of vehicle was clean.
    I would recommend them if you want great service and professionalism.

    We utilized Jay's Limosuine service for our wedding day, we needed two limo's one for the groom and groomsmen and another for the bride and bridesmaids. We had 16 people in our wedding party including the bride and groom therefore we needed to have a large enough limo to fit all of us. Jay's had SUV limos that would fit all of our guests, I read some of the reviews online and people had complained that the carpets in the limo's were dirty and that was the worst complaint I read so I decided to go with them. The service we received from the drivers was amazing, they sent me a text to let me know what their number was and the drivers name and that I could call them to let them know when the bridal party was ready to be picked up. The drivers were very helpful and they stopped to allow us to go and buy some champange and also suggested radio stations that we would like. I don't really have any complaints about this company other than I didn't hear from them for quite some time after I made the reservation but once it got closer to the wedding date they did confirm with me the pick up location and times. I would recommend Jay's limousine service they are very reliable and flexible to work with.

    My limo driver was awesome and very personable. There were two small issues, though - the driver was about 10 minutes late (granted, there was a storm going) but it did cause me some stress, and also I had requested to find out the limo driver's name ahead of time to make sure I had a military base pass for them but they couldn't give it to me until the day of. Overall good service though, and I'd use them again. Best deal on island!

    My wife and I came to Honolulu, Hawaii, to get married. Our wedding planner recommended Jay's Limo to transport us from our hotel, to the wedding site, to the reception and back to the hotel. Frank was our driver and his service was impeccable. He was courteous, professional and on time throughout the evening. Regrettably the overall rating is three stars because of the stretch limo which Frank had little or no control over. From inside the limo the drive was very noisy and distracting. I would have taken it into the garage to get it checked out. The interior was set up for the party crowd rather than for a more formal event like the wedding itself. No doubt that type of crowd is where the money is at for most limo services. I understand that limos are expensive and can't be replaced every few years economically but this limo was very dated. The gray cloth of the ceiling was held taut against the roof by dozens of industrial staples placed a few inches apart! With the exception of Frank's excellant service the limo detracted from rather than enhanced the special occasion of our wedding. That said I suspect the same would have occurred with most of the other stretch limo services on the island. If I needed a stretch limo again I would try someone else and hope to get lucky, assuming I couldn't preview the vehicle in advance.

    Terrible! The limo we had comfirmed "broke down" on the wedding day, so the wedding party had to take a dirty, smelly, very old limo to the ceremony. It was so bad we didn't want to get any pictures with the limo. There was crushed food in the carpet from a previous group, one of the windows must have had tape over it, the driver wasn't dressed professionally, and after the service and after I tipped a large amount I received an email a couple of days later saying my credit car would be charged an additional $246 for tip. This is after I had mentioned in a couple of previous emails to the company owner NOT to charge anything, including tip, to my credit card, as I would be paying cash/ cheque for the service. This is not an issue I would have expected to deal with on my honeymoon!
