We used Platinum Limousine for our wedding ceremony transportation. Jacqui was very easy and nice to work with to make the reservation. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. The last thing you want is to not have transportation show up on your wedding day. Jacqui assured me that a brand new limo has been reserved for us and sure enough, a brand new black limo showed up...it was great! Our driver was very nice and very accommodating. We had to make a stop in Chinatown on our way to the ceremony and the driver happily obliged. The driver got us to the ceremony site with plenty of time to spare and got us back to Waikiki early as well.

Platinum Limo was AWESOME!!! The driver showed up a few minutes early and was professional, helpful, and patient. In fact, we had booked the standard, black Lincoln Limo but we got a white, Chrysler 300 Limo (much nicer), at no extra cost!! The drive was safe and smooth and relaxing after a wonderful wedding!!

This vendor has excellence service. The driver was 15 minutes early to pick me, the bride, up from the hotel. Also provided drinking bottles of water, and the limo was very clean and spacious.

I was planning a destination wedding in Hawaii. I live in Georgia. So my wedding coordinator was doing all the talking to the vendors. So I didn't know whom I was getting for the limousine service until I received my wedding report 3 weeks prior to the wedding. Platinum limousine service was great. The limos were excellent. I had two one for me and my wedding party and one for my husband and his wedding party. They both were white which is what I was hoping for. Mine even had rims on it. The one I was in had a dvd player, cd/radio player, plenty of cold water for us if we liked very spacious inside just very nice overall. Also the limo drivers were great. They looked great and were very patience and willing to even assist in taking photos of us. They drove great and took the very scenic route to our wedding location on Waimanalo Beach. They made it stress free for us to not to have worry about driving that day as for most of us it was our first time to Hawaii. Thanks Platinum for doing such a great job on our wedding day. I would highly recommend them again to everyone!
