Our wedding was so incredible that nearly two months later we are still in awe. From my very first meeting with Lori, it was clear she was a true go-getter who was also refreshingly honest which was exactly what we needed. Design is not my specialty, so we were looking for someone who could help translate our individual styles into a cohesive wedding vision, and Lori did exactly that.
She went above and beyond with her creativity and attention to detail, never hesitating to think outside the box. She truly thought of everything. When we mentioned that we loved cannolis, she somehow made a roaming cannoli bar happen. She even let me get away with having no tent.
When we arrived at our table, we were greeted with customized gold chalices and monogrammed napkins which were such a thoughtful and personal touch that reflected the care she put into every detail. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, Lori and her team handled it seamlessly, and we had no idea. We truly could not have done it without Imagine This! From day one, Lori went above and beyond—picking up linens when we were in a pinch, stepping in to help with a stubborn veil, and flawlessly orchestrating every detail of our wedding day. We cannot recommend Imagine This! highly enough! They were absolutely incredible in planning and coordinating our Indian-Puerto Rican fusion wedding, which was no small feat. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail
One of the things that truly impressed us was their ability to seamlessly merge two very distinct cultures into one beautiful celebration. They took the time to understand the traditions and rituals from both sides and ensured that each moment felt authentic and meaningful. Whether it was coordinating the vibrant Indian ceremonies or infusing Puerto Rican flair into the reception, every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection.
Even when faced with challenges—like unexpected rain—they handled everything with utter ease and grace. They had a backup plan ready, and their calm and confident approach made all the difference. We didn’t have to worry because they took the stress off our table entirely.

My husband and I had the BEST experience with Lori and her team. We could not imagine booking with anyone else. Lori and her team are very professional and work closely with you to make sure your special day goes smoothly. My husband and I were able to have multiple meetings with Lori leading up to our wedding which made us feel very comfortable with the choices we were making, she really brought our vision to life. Lori is helpful, polite, supportive, seriously all of the things that you are looking for in a wedding coordinator/ planner. She truly is a gem. I’ve always heard that it’s easy for your mind to go into a million different directions on your wedding day. However, that was not the case for my husband and I. I am a mobile bartender, Lori contacted me with for a quote for a very large wedding she was planning. She was quick to get answers to any of my questions she also communicated with me as needed leading up to the event. She ran a tight ship, there were a lot of moving pieces on this one night that I was a part of, and she did 3 full days for this wedding. Her organization and planning ensured that the event ran smoothly. She gracefully handled any hiccups that occurred. I saw her problem solve in the moment and take lead throughout the night. Lori was so amazing throughout the entire planning process, going above and beyond for us! We bought the full service package and could not recommend this enough, especially if you are planning from afar. Lori took our vision and made it 10x better by giving us the perfect list of vendors to choose from while staying in budget. I loved getting to meet the rest of her team on wedding day as they were all so sweet, helpful, and there for anything you needed whether it be a steamer or handing you a cocktail right after the ceremony! They all kept their cool with any last minute curveballs that came our way and honestly helped me keep sane. I even had a very difficult bustle and Lori got down in the floor with my sister and didn’t give up until it was all figured out when other people had given up. I’m sad that the wedding is over and we don’t get to have meetings with her anymore as she kind of became a friend over a year and half of planning. Lori and her team are AMAZING. I had them for day-of coordination and we started working together 60-days prior to my wedding day. Lori walked me through everything, helped me create the perfect timeline, helped me make some decisions, and always had the BEST advice. Everything felt so simple and easy with her. On wedding day, she was my rock. The day simply would not have gone as well as it did without her. She was so fun and friendly, on top of everything, and really made my dreams come true that day! We were so so lucky to have Lori taking care of the details of our big day. She was our sherpa, advocate, and champion during the planning process and made sure our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more! It was truly magical! The decor was so thoughtfully executed, she helped me with a small bird poop snafu (lucky, they say haha!), helped my husband with his bowtie, made some quick adjustments due to the weather (it sprinkled a little bit - also lucky!), snapped photos on my phone to look at later (so fun!), and packed up one of each of our cakes and cupcakes for us to enjoy later. We were so comfortable and reassured knowing that Lori was making sure everything was going according to plan and on schedule. We enjoyed our ceremony and celebration so much - Lori really worked her magic behind the scenes for us so that we could enjoy every moment and relish in the love and fun. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through our incredibly special day. Thank you, Lori - we are so grateful to have had your help!

Lori is an absolutely wonderful wedding planner. We hired her as a day-of coordinator 45 days before our wedding, which is when it finally clicked for me that I can’t be in two places at once and I needed a right-hand woman. We went to work together right away discussing layout options, timing, and she was even kind enough to let me pick her brain on décor.
I knew I didn’t want to give any of my guests tasks, I really wanted to have all of them (including my bridesmaids) feel like treasured guests at my wedding and not my servants. This, along with the fact that I was planning my wedding from afar, made the cost of hiring a day-of coordinator justifiable for me.
My wedding could not have been what it was without Lori. She did everything from helping us find a florist at the last minute, to making our layout plan and coordinating it all with the venue, then doing setup and handling vendor payments on the day, bringing me something to drink while I was stuck in the hair and makeup chair, putting dried lavender and names on every plate, and so much more. The thing I’ll remember most is how she got every single person to sign the guest book by taking it upon herself to take each guest’s picture with my Polaroid camera and directing them to put it in my guest book with their notes for us. I’m not sure it would have happened without her and I might not have had this beautiful treasure.
I relied on her talent and knowledgeable opinion on so many aspects of the wedding and she did not steer me wrong. I only wish I had hired her to be my full planner at the beginning of the process.Imagine This! Weddings and Events's reply:

We can't thank Lori enough for every thing she did for us. We hired her as a day of planner but she went so above and beyond that. We had a last minute issue with a vendor and Lori had it sorted out, had us a replacement, and secured us a refund before I even had time to stress out about it. She turned our reception space into an absolute dream and made sure we were on track and on time throughout the entire day. I did not have to worry or stress about any details the day of my wedding, because I knew Lori had it taken care of. Do yourself a favor and hire imagine This! :) -

Very Professional and Personable!!
Lori and her team were a DREAM to work with! Lori helped me on multiple accounts when other vendors were being a pain and not responding she stepped right in and took care if it for me (which she didn't have to do because I just got her day of coordination package)! She got me a bartender and someone to provide me alcohol for my wedding 3 or 2 weeks before my wedding!! They set everything up just as had imagined and we barely were able to go through all that since I lived in PA and the wedding was in NC. She gave me her honest opinions about ideas I had if they were good or not so good. You have to book with this lovely business!!! -

Imagine This was by far the best team EVER!!!!!!! I am a vendor myself and have experienced many weddings. With this being my own wedding I wanted everything perfect. My dream wedding CAME TO LIFE! Planning my wedding was very stressful, it also got to be very scary once the day got closer. But, after speaking with Lori and her team about how my wedding will go on the day of I felt so much more comfortable that i was able to "let go" and give it all to Lori and her team to take care of. Everyone we worked with was very professional and prompt, they stayed very patient with all the people running around - sometimes i know it can be tough for someone to get the whole room to stop and listen but Lori did it and she did it with grace!! Lori Overstreet and her team are so incredibly talented! I got the day of wedding coordination but she began contacting me 60 days before the wedding to begin talking about my vision and ensuring I had already done certain things like the liquor license, liability insurance, etc (as in, I literally wouldn’t have gotten it done in time without her telling me to get it done!)
Lori was so easy to talk to, extremely professional and KNOWS what she’s doing. She was very flexible in when we could talk and I was able to reach her anytime I had a question or needed advice.
Lori was amazing throughout the planning process and contacted all my vendors, created a timeline and ensured they all knew when to be there the day of, met with my venue owner to look at the property and ensure we followed all the guidelines.
The week of I felt so prepared thanks to Lori, but her true talent is the day of the wedding. I’ve never seen anyone so cool, calm, collected, yet ensuring everyone was in their place like they needed to be. I am typically a super Type A person/anxious easily, but I felt SO calm during my day thanks to Lori.
She was incredible decorating the venue—I’ll never forget waking into the venue and I’m awe at the incredible job she did. Lori not only set everything up, but at the end of the night she cleaned and got all the rentals together in piles for the vendors to pick up the next day. It was incredible. Looking back I probably would’ve opted to have her plan the whole event instead of just day-of coordinating! She’s so talented and has a wonderful team.
Oh and even better, Lori had my phone during the event and took photos of all the behind the scenes! Those are priceless to me and I am so grateful for her dedication and thoughtfulness!!
It was so perfect and I literally wouldn’t have had this amazing day without her! To Lori, I could never recommend anyone as highly. If you are getting married...HIRE HER! Worth every penny and more!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!Imagine This! Weddings and Events's reply:

As a same-sex couple, we had a difficult time finding an officiant that was prepared to not only marry two women, but to speak to our guests in a non-heteronormative way. Lori was WONDERFUL and a dream to work with. Her speech was beautiful, and she did everything she could to make sure our ceremony was tailored for my wife and I. Highly recommend!Imagine This! So thankful for this wedding planner!!! Lori has stepped up her game due to COVID, emailing and calling any and everyone I’ve asked/ needed. We’ve pushed back the wedding, and let me say planning it is stressful but uprooting it and moving to next year wouldn’t have went nearly as smoothly if I didn’t have Lori. She’s communicated fully with all of my vendors and myself, making sure I know what I want. She’s great with suggestions, and when I texted her that I was freaking out she was on the phone with me within the next 5 mins. Get this planner as soon as you get engaged! I can be very organized, but it’s a totally different game for weddings. You need a planner with style, creativity and passion. We chose the middle package she offers bc you can message anytime, and you meet every month. It includes a walk through your venue and she’s there all day with you! It’s everything I needed and more! Lori was absolute the best we could ask for to help with our beautiful wedding. She always answered me and my questions in a timely response and anything that I wanted she made sure it happened. Our wedding day was not stressful and I was able to spend the day with family and get ready with the girls with no headache. At the end of the day Lori cleaned up and packed all of our stuff for us. Lori was a great day of coordinator, and was even willing to step in on an event she originally didn't have to assist with when we needed back up help. She met with us three times prior to the big day. She also worked hard to make sure our event was really close to what we wanted. Lori Overstreet went above and beyond for me as my "day of coordinator"! She brought my wedding vision to reality and made sure everything was arranged beautifully! She made sure my wedding day was as stress-free as possible. I got to sit back and drink mimosas while she handled all of the vendors in an organized fashion.
When my wedding ended, we got scooped up in a party bus to keep the celebrations going and left everything as is. The next day when I showed up all of my belongings, decorations, wine, food was neatly organized and cleaned up. She really allowed me to enjoy the entire day!Imagine This!
