    Best wedding decision we ever made!!!

    Heavenly Day Events is absolutely phenomenal. Our wedding coordinator, Cassie, was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and kind. During the planning process, Cassie made it easy for us to make decisions that would have felt overwhelming if we had tried to make them on our own. On our wedding day, she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Even our guests recognized her amazing planning and coordinating capabilities! I cannot recommend her enough!!

    BEST part of my wedding

    Working with Heavenly Day Events was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. Weddings are expensive and I contemplated whether or not to even have a wedding planner, but I can honestly say that I wouldn't have been able to make our day happen without Cassie and it's worth every penny (which her prices are extremely fair especially given her expertise and execution!). When searching for wedding planners, I was deciding between doing a full planning package or day of package- I wanted to take on a lot of the planning myself but I also anticipated I would need more help than just a day-of planner. Heavenly Day Events offers a partial planning package which was the perfect fit for us! That's one thing I really love about Heavenly Day Events- the flexibility and willingness to work with you. Throughout the wedding planning process Cassie was my sounding board, part-time therapist, and subject matter expert on all things wedding-related. She helped with floral and overall design, budget tracking, vendor management, logistical decisions (who will set up the neon sign? how will parents be walking down the aisle?, should our dog be included in the ceremony?, etc.), family drama and requests, deciding on what's a necessities versus nice to haves, and so much more. Cassie is organized, detail orientated, extremely kind-hearted, and never misses a beat. She exudes positivity and her calm demeanor helps keep you sane. Cassie and her assistant Liberty helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect and everything went off without a hitch! I cannot recommend Cassie and her team enough! The wedding planning process involves thousands of decisions that become rather daunting, so make this one decision to work with Heavenly Day Events because I promise it will make your life easier and your wedding planning process more fun and less stressful. :)

    Our Wedding Planner is Amazing!

    We recently had the pleasure of working with Cassie from Heavenly Day Events in Austin as my wedding planner, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience.     The best thing we did for our wedding!

    Thank goodness for Cassie and her team!! I had an absolute blast at my wedding -- and this was possible because Cassie ran the occasion to perfection! She was so easy to work with from the beginning: kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She had all the answers to my questions because she is so familiar with the Austin wedding circuit. Cassie was also accessible and very responsive to all of my communication. Wedding planning was made easy and efficient with her around; what I thought would take me hours to figure out, she provided the answer in minutes (whether it was timeline, decor, makeup...you name it). Her planning materials provided all the guidance and organization we needed. Do yourself a favor and hire her so you can also have a seamless planning experience and a blast at your wedding!

    Book with HDE before doing anything else!

    Hands down the best decision we made during the whole wedding planning process was booking Heavenly Day Events! My only regret is that we didn't find our wedding planning service as the first step! I thought we had to find the venue first, but if we had booked our wedding planning service, it would have taken so much stress off of us to find the perfect venue!

    We worked with Cassie, who is an ANGEL! She literally takes stress away from every part of the planning process. She saved us so much time with her preferred vendor list and kept us on budget! Her organization and tech savviness helped keep everyone informed on our wedding weekend! From vendors, wedding party and guests--everyone knew where to be, what to do and just make it a day of celebration!

    I did partial planning and was very happy with it! Cassie created a beautiful design board that was better than we every envisioned! Our day was beyond our dreams!

    Everyone needs HDE for their wedding day!

    Cassie at Heavenly Day Events is heaven sent! We truly appreciated the time and effort she took to not only assist us throughout the planning process but also educating us on all things wedding. But above all, her kindness, understanding and patience is unmatched. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. There are not enough words to thank her for everything she did for my husband and I. Our wedding went by so fast but the memories are forever and I will always think fondly of Cassie and the impact her work had on our day.     Best experience ever with HDE

    I came across HDE's website while searching for a wedding planner and immediately saw my husband and myself as a "Heavenly Day Couple," as we both wanted the wedding planning process to be as stress free as possible. We had the pleasure of working with Taylor Betts as our wedding planner. Taylor was very organized, with a great eye for detail; she really took the time to get to know us and helped us achieve the vision we wanted for our wedding. Taylor and Cassie went above and beyond to make my wedding day as flawless as possible, and more importantly, gave me peace of mind that everything would turn out beautifully.     The Best Investment!

    Cassie and her team were truly the best! They made my wedding come to life and it was everything I imaged it would be! From beginning to end the process has continued to impress me! The amount of organization and guidance that she provided was truly out of this world! I cannot imagine getting through our wedding day without Cassie leading our amazing vendor team!     Phenomenal experience with HDE full-service planning and day-of execution.

    When we first started planning our wedding, my (then) fiance and I weren't convinced that we needed a wedding planner as it seemed like a nice-to-have luxury and unnecessary expense. We ultimately decided to use Heavenly Day Events because we both work a lot and had limited bandwidth to dedicate to wedding planning. Could not feel better about this decision - working with Taylor was an absolute pleasure. Taylor is extremely creative and organized - she helped us build out a vision for the day, helped us stay on plan with the preparations, she managed all vendor recommendations and relationships, executed on the day of, and made us and our guests feel like her #1 priority. Taylor helped to accelerate our decision-making by providing direct recommendations, guidance, and feedback. The vendors that she sourced for us were all phenomenal. On the day of, she kept the show running smoothly so we were able to stay calm, in the moment, and have fun. Some parts of the wedding planning process were a little bumpy (Covid, staffing issues, inflation, etc) but Taylor shielded us as much as possible and was very solutions-oriented by always giving us multiple options and helping us understand the trade-offs. All of our guests were stunned with the wedding and complemented us all weekend on the decor, ceremony, music, food, venue - we would not have pulled it off without Taylor and HDE.

    Life Saver!!!

    Cassie Morales was the best decision I made for our wedding team. She helped me through the worst case scenario of postponing our wedding due to the pandemic and made it so much better then it would have been. She was a great source of comfort and was constanly available to help in anything I needed. She is such a warm presence and is so kind that it made planning the wedding that much easier. I remember emailing her contantly with concerns on contacting vendors and postponing and she was always there to help. Whether that be to talk on the phone to discuss options or even just to talk me through my anxieties. I can't imagine how stressful all of that would have been without her and I am so thankful that I got to work with her. The wedding day itself went without any issues and I know that is because of all of her hard work. Seriously, if you are in need of a wedding coordinator, I can't stress how amazing she is.

    Couldn’t have done my wedding without Cassie

    I’m not even sure where to start when it comes to Cassie and Heavenly day events. We planned our wedding for May 2020 and we almost had it all done, I had also used a lot of my planning hours already since we were coming down to the wire. She even went to Whim and FaceTimed me to re pick out table set ups when I changed my mind about the plot scheme. Then it got postponed due to the pandemic. We postponed another time before we decided to get married Aug 2021. She was the one who got in touch with every vendor and working out postponements and new contracts and all the nitty gritty details. I put off wedding stuff for a while but once we got closer Cassie was AMAZING. She knew I was kind of over planning this thing over and over. We also had a baby in the year of postponing and she knew I was so busy. She was so incredible and just helped take over all of the replanning. I constantly emailed and texted her questions and she was always happy to help. She set up a long zoom meeting where we could go over all the details, she helped me make decisions for the wedding when we didn’t know what to do. One of our groomsmen in the industry even mentioned that she was top notch. She set up all our personal items (memory table, cake topper etc.) Day of was amazing! I was able to enjoy the wedding and know that everything was being taken care of by Cassie! She is so amazing at her job and I highly recommend her if you want a smoothly run, amazing wedding!

    Heavenly Experience with Heavenly Day!

    Hailey and the entire Heavenly Day team were absolutely phenomenal and exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding coordinator! Our wedding day was truthfully perfect and a dream come true, and it would not have been as amazing without Hailey and her team. The planning software/templates, vendor recommendations, and expertise provided by Heavenly Day was invaluable and helped make for a very smooth planning process. Through our engagement, we navigated lots of questions, changes in covid restrictions, etc. Hailey was always available and easy to connect with offering sound, professional, and helpful advice the whole time. I really can't accurately describe in words how amazing everything was executed by Hailey and her team! They worked so hard and always made sure myself, and my now husband :), and parents were comfortable and enjoying ourselves the whole day of the wedding (and days during planning)! I know it sounds too good to be true, but that just speaks to how phenomenal Hailey and Heavenly Day are. We are forever grateful to y'all! Cheers!!

    If you're looking for a wedding fairy godmother; Taylor Betts is your gal!

    Working with heavenly day events was such a wonderful experience. The whole team went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. We worked closely with Nicole, Taylor and Michaela. Taylor was our primary planner and it was so fun working with her. So is very organized, and detail oriented. Couldn’t have had this perfect wedding without Taylor.

    Heavenly Day Events and Taylor Betts are the best!

    As the Mother of the Bride, I highly recommend hiring a wedding planner and specifically I can recommend Heavenly Day Events, Taylor Betts. Taylor was so organized, calm, cool and collected. She has the ability to calm down any situation and make things go smoothly. She is also fantastic at handling the many details, so the bride and MOB can just enjoy the planning and relax! I can't recommend Taylor highly enough!

    Cassie and hde - they have got you

    I am struggling to find the words to describe how good Cassie at Heavenly Day Events is at her job (and how much she does to go even beyond her job). But I'm going to try my best.

    I came to Cassie based on recommendations from SEVERAL other wedding planners in Austin. I was looking for a wedding coordinator to help guide me through the process, but I wanted to handle the logistics with individual vendors myself. Multiple full service wedding planners pointed me in the direction of HDE. They simply said that was the place to go. If the competition is recommending you, that has to be a good sign. HDE's wedding day coordination package is amazing because they don't just show up on your wedding day. They're there with you throughout the entire planning process. They give you the resources to self-plan and then are there to help out if you ever have any questions. Cassie gladly stepped in to communicate with vendors long before our wedding day when I had questions or was uncertain about a decision.

    To understand how great Cassie is, I'll have preface with a description of myself: I am a completely neurotic, organized, control freak (think crazy spreadsheet lady). Cassie met and exceeded every expectation that I had for a wedding planner. First, she is insanely responsive. INSANELY. She's more responsive than people I work with in the corporate world. Having now corresponded with dozens of business owners in the planning process, I can confidently say that she is the most responsive person I have ever worked with. For every problem that you come to Cassie with, she has several solutions, and she immediately steps in to implement them. It's MINDBLOWING. Cassie never once failed to respond to my barrage of panicked emails and text. When Covid completely derailed our wedding plans, Cassie was right there and ready to help. We didn't hesitate to hire her even when we had to delay our large wedding and have a small elopement instead.

    On the day of our elopement, I knew everything would be handled. I'm prone to catastrophic thinking and over-worrying, but I knew that not a single ball would be dropped with Cassie behind the scenes. Even when I'd start getting nervous, my fiancé would tell me it's silly because Cassie has it handled. And he was right. Not only is Cassie reliable, organized, and efficient, she's a nice person. She's fun to be around, and it's just been fun to plan our wedding with her. It's probably too far to say I'd trust her with my life, but honestly, I would. If you're looking for a wedding planner or coordinator in Austin, Cassie and HDE is just where it's at. They've got you.

    Taylor was a wedding angel!

    We had the privilege of working with Taylor Betts for our wedding and I only wished I had booked her sooner!! I did the event management package with HDE which was above and beyond anything else we looked at! Taylor took over all vendor communication 6 weeks prior and i was beyond impressed by her attention to detail, going above and beyond resolving several issues I had overlooked in my contracts. I get overwhelmed by details and Taylor always was the first to notice and takeover, send me a sweet note, and keep me a happy bride! The documents templates and planning website from HDE are a blessing, you can tell they are pros. From my first call with Taylor I expressed how my dream wedding day is getting asked zero questions and that literally happened because of all her detailed upfront planning and communication and it was such a blissful day. Day of she was an absolutely machine — if anyone had a question she had the answer. I was also beyond impressed with Michaela Azaula who assisted Taylor day of, she always kept my drinks stocked, wedding party in line, and kept me calm and laughing when I was about to chop my bustle off. :p Taylor also swooped in to help my MOH bustle my dress because once again, angel! I had a vision but her details and planning brought it to life beyond what I ever dreamed, kept us on track, and the wedding day was absolutely HEAVENLY.

    Cassie and Heavenly Day Events Are Literal Angels In The Wedding Planning Process

    JULY 31 2021 WEDDING CELEBRATION REVIEW

    By far the best choice we made in putting together our vendor team was choosing Heavenly Day Events, and having Cassie as our planner. Wedding planning can be stressful in regular times, but throw an unprecedented pandemic in the mix and you’ve reached the highest level of stress and anxiety! Cassie was our steadfast rock through it all, helping us with not one but two reschedules for our wedding celebration, while also helping us put together a minimony with immediate family on our original wedding day. She truly went the extra mile with all this extra planning, taking care of every last detail and working effortlessly with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page with all of the changes. Cassie always made time for phone calls with us and was incredibly quick with email responses. She gave her listening ear freely, offered sage advice/recommendations, and was understanding and full of empathy as we navigated changes to our big days due to the pandemic. Cassie was kind enough to come assist at our minimony and worked with Peyton at our wedding celebration to keep the day flowing so that everyone could have a great time without worry. In the planning process and during days of, she was always five steps ahead, anticipating our needs and taking care of details we hadn’t even thought about! She is truly a seasoned pro in her field -- the best of the best! We are so thankful to Cassie, Peyton and Heavenly Day for all of their time, talents, and expertise in making our big days some of the best days of our lives!

    JUNE 6 2020 MINIMONY REVIEW

    We are SO thankful to be working with Cassie of Heavenly Day Events! Cassie has been such a huge help in every aspect of our planning process. As we began planning, we got to meet in person to get to know one another and start designing what we wanted our day to look and feel like. Cassie asked us so many thoughtful questions we hadn’t even thought of in order to provide personalized direction. She helped us figure out what our priorities were for our day and what was less important as we balanced the family dynamic of wedding planning.

    One perk of working with Heavenly Day was getting to take the Symbis Assessment -- a pre-marital relationship assessment -- as part of our planning package. It covered a variety of aspects of relationships -- family history/dynamics, finances, love languages, values, etc -- in detail and showed you areas where you are compatible and where you can work to grow together. Amber went over our reports with us and we found the information very useful.

    Back to planning -- Cassie helped us immensely as we interviewed other vendors and navigated contracts by giving us recommendations for vendors and helped us with any contract questions we had. She was always available to talk if I had questions and quick to respond to emails. Cassie gave us so much assurance and encouragement through the whole process and kept everything on schedule so we weren’t doing anything last-minute. Heavenly Day used Aisle Planner and recently switched to Google Drive, and Cassie migrated all of our info and documents over for us. Heavenly Day truly has an amazing system down to track all the little details from family and vendor contacts and budget planning to ceremony details and timeline schedules. They think of every little detail to ask so you’ve got all the answers ready to go for your big day.

    In March, we were prepping for our final walkthrough in April for our 6/6/2020 wedding, then the pandemic brought everything in the US to a halt. As COVID-19 became more serious in the states and restrictions were placed on gatherings, we started re-evaluating our wedding plans. Ultimately, we decided to still get married on our date with only immediate family present and reschedule our big celebration to a later, safer date for the rest of our family and friends to join us. It was a tough decision that not only affected us but also our vendors. It was an emotional rollercoaster for me personally, and I couldn’t have done all of the replanning without Cassie. She immediately jumped in and started contacting vendors for new availability for us and made a Google Doc to keep track of everyone’s status as we signed contract addendums.

    She was so encouraging and understanding throughout it all, and if what she did for our rescheduling wasn’t already going the extra mile (it was), she went more extra miles by offering to still come help us in person on our original day! You’d think it would be easy to keep about a dozen family members on schedule, but you still run behind with unexpected things coming up. Cassie helped our smaller wedding day flow smoothly and also stepped in to pick up a food order for our backyard dinner, press record on a video for us since our wedding videographers couldn’t be there, and queued up music for our ceremony and traditional dances.

    Hiring a planner is one of the most important things you can do for your wedding, and it’s proven even more important now as we’re living through this pandemic. Cassie is truly the best of the best. She’s not only incredibly good at what she does and super organized, she is a thoughtful and kind person who really cares about you and your day. We are looking forward to working with her again at our rescheduled wedding celebration!

    The absolute BEST!!

    I am not even sure how to come up with the appropriate words to describe how incredible Cassie & the whole Heavenly Day Events team is. As someone who's worked in event planning before, I was very confident that I didn't need to hire a coordinator for my own wedding, but I am forever grateful that my mom convinced me otherwise. Hiring Cassie was the BEST decision I made (besides saying yes to my now husband) throughout the whole wedding planning process, especially because I was planning an Austin wedding from Dallas. She truly went above and beyond in every single aspect of her job, and it was the biggest relief to have her communicating with all of our vendors the month of the wedding. I knew Cassie & Taylor had everything taken care of, so my wedding day was 100% stress free. My biggest fear when it came to my wedding day was that it would rain. When I started checking the weather a month and a half before my wedding date, Cassie (very nicely) told me to stop because I would only drive myself crazy by doing that, and she was right! Turns out, it did end up raining on my wedding day, but I had ZERO clue that it had rained until Cassie came up to the bridal suite and told me that the "light sprinkle" was passing and that they would make sure to wipe down the chairs/tables before guests arrived. Cassie is the absolute best, and working with her felt more like working with a great friend instead of another vendor. I only wish I could plan another event in Austin so that I could work with her again!

    Exceptional Vendor to Vendor Experience

    Best Wedding Planning Decision

    We hired Cassie to be our wedding coordinator for our May 2019 Barr Mansion wedding. Hiring Cassie was my first and best wedding planning decision. While the benefits of hiring a wedding coordinator (and Cassie in particular) are many, the single biggest reason for doing so is for peace of mind. Friends who had previously planned weddings had highly recommended I hire a wedding coordinator, and the fact that I was planning an Austin wedding from Dallas solidified the decision. I had spoken to other coordinators, one of whom had made me feel bad about my budget, so when I first spoke to Cassie, I was feeling nervous and down. Within the first five minutes, I knew she was “the one” (which is more than I can say about my now husband!). Throughout the call, and the entire wedding planning process, Cassie listened to my questions and concerns, suggested thoughtful ideas and solutions, and never once judged me. She also anticipated things that would not have occurred to me, and made sure I always stayed on track. She always responded in a timely (and cheery) manner, which was important to me. It is not an overstatement to say that I remained calm throughout the entire process because I knew that Cassie was on top of every detail. This was especially welcome on my wedding day, when (what would have been) my beautiful outdoor wedding had to be moved indoors because of heavy rain. At no point did I panic, because I knew that Cassie (and Nicole!) would handle it superbly, which they did. I was able to enjoy the day instead of worrying about the details. I gained a friend in the process, and my only regret is that I don’t live in Austin so I can see Cassie more often!

    Nothing short of perfection!

    WOW. It is my honor and pleasure to recommend Heavenly Day Events. Amber was our lead-planner, counselor, friend, and leader. She led the way from day 1 and made the process of planning a wedding, navigating family-dynamics, vendor agreements, x-y-and-z a breeze. We had complete faith and trust in Amber and the HDE team.
    We also used Amber as a pre-marital counselor through her training with SYMBIS and we would highly recommend this! Amber was a wonderful facilitator, and allowed Josh and I to have some much-needed conversations. It was a really fun and insightful way to take one more step to strengthen our relationship before the wedding. We always felt very safe and comfortable with Amber.
    When we woke up on our wedding day, we had a tornado warning and torrential rain; not once did we worry or stress, because we knew Amber was on our team. Amber was in constant communication with all of our vendors, and with Josh and I, and because of that, it allowed us to still enjoy every single minute of our day.
    We found out that our post-wedding transportation cancelled last minute (they were not arranged or recommended by HDE), and Amber personally drove us to our hotel in Nicole's white Porsche - major wedding highlight!!! This is the epitome of service and hospitality, and Josh and I were in disbelief that we were lucky enough to have y'all.
    We are so grateful for Amber and Nicole for handling our wedding day with grace and professionalism; we are so happy that y'all were there for us, we could not have done it without you!

    Literally Magic

    Having Heavenly Day (Cassie) organize our wedding was MAGICAL. We would not have come through it all so easily if we didn't have her and her team helping us along the way...making sure we had most everything taken care of, and keeping it all running smoothly while we had so much else going on in our lives.     Hailey at Heavenly Day, the best choice ever!

    Hailey at Heavenly Day was one of a kind. I cannot say enough about how well she handled our daughter's wedding. Organized, on time, warm, compassionate, forthcoming, easy to talk to, stands up for you, if there is any issue with a vender... I could go on and on. Our advice, go with someone who has great experience with your venue and the caterer, and Hailey fit the bill! We felt safe on our wedding day, knowing she was in charge!

    As a professional producer, I thought planning a wedding would be a breeze and I may not need the help... but boy was I wrong. I worked with Amber throughout the entire process of our planning and she kept me on track, focused and stress free. Her recommended vendors kept me on budget with great results. I took her recommendations for florist and band and got complimented all night over them both. Her organization and attention to detail made me at ease on our wedding day - I didn't have to worry about anything but showing up! My husband and I continue to talk about how we had the PERFECT day in every sense of the word. No detail was missed and everything went off without a hitch.     If you are reading this, give yourself the greatest wedding gift possible and hire Hailey right now. Don’t think about it another minute and just hire her. When you think about your wedding day you are probably thinking big picture. Walking down the aisle, cutting the cake or your big exit at the end of the night, right? It’s so exciting! But have you thought about the little details that make all of those big moments a reality? How will you know when to walk down the aisle so you don’t run into your groom? Is the minister going to yell for you? Are you going to send your bridesmaids outside to keep a lookout? Listen for the music, what if you can’t hear the music?! What if the shuttle with most of your guests is delayed and it pushes back the ceremony start time? Will you run over in your dress to the caterers to let them know dinner needs to be pushed back? Take it from an incredibly frugal bride. This was the best money I spent on my wedding. Hailey is the most organized person I have gotten the pleasure of knowing and she made sure every detail on my wedding day was perfect. If things didn’t go as planned then 1. I didn’t know about it 2. My family didn’t have to deal with it 3. She figured it out and made it perfect. Thank you for making my wedding day perfect!

We felt so comfortable chatting with her and it was just like talking to one of your friends. She communicated very clearly what her role would be and also what she needed from us. I felt really confident in her and her experience, patience, professionalism, and understanding helped take a load off of my shoulders.

    The wedding day was so amazing and everyone had a lot of fun! Amber was able to be there that day with Cassie and these ladies truly ran the show flawlessly. While there were some issues with time during photos and in turn ceremony ending a little bit later than planned, Cassie and Amber did their best to keep everything on schedule without it feeling rushed or stressful. They were both so helpful in making sure that my husband and I were doing okay and that we had everything we needed and it's those personal touches that I will always remember. Cassie went above and beyond to help me during some transition times and I felt so thankful and loved. She is so sweet and you just know she loves helping people feel special on their big day through everything she does.

When I jumped on a call with Amber she really helped me understand the process and how important it is to have a planner there for you through the entire planning process. I seriously don't know how I could have done everything or survived that day without Amber and her assistant Cassie. My entire wedding party, family, and wedding party's families LOVED THEM. If your wanting flawless work, professional and friendly communication and a feeling of relief while planning your wedding...HIRE AMBER.     I could not be happier that I hired Amber and the Heavenly Day Events team as the month of coordinator for my wedding! On our wedding day, everything went so well - my husband and I could not be happier!

    I was so excited when Amber herself decided to work on my wedding! From the get go, having her on my team was so helpful - she provides all sorts of tools for the bride to reference throughout the planning stages and was always quick to respond to any question I sent her way, no matter how small.

    And when the wedding got closer, I was so GLAD to have her on my side! From the venue walk-through to the grand exit, Amber and Hailey (her assistant for the day of my wedding) had it all under control.

    On the day of, Hailey was already at the venue when I arrived and she immediately took any responsibility off my shoulders, I finally got to take a deep breath and really begin enjoying my day! Having Amber and Hailey there was the very best. I don't know what I would have done with out them! Catering ran into a couple of behind the scenes issues right before the reception, but thanks to the hard work of the Heavenly Day Events team, neither my husband and I nor our guests noticed!

    When I met with other vendors, they were always excited to learn that Amber was on the team - I kept hearing "Amber's the best in town!".     I'm so glad we found Amber to help us with our wedding. We had our wedding at my parent's home so there were a lot of logistical elements that we needed a lot of help with. We must have exchanged a billion emails...because I had no idea what I was doing :)...and she was completely patient and supportive.     Amber is the cream of the crop when it comes to wedding planners! She is your non stop advocate when it comes to coordinating with vendors and planning out logistics. She gave honest, candid and reasonable advice throughout the entire process and she is always there to lend an ear. Amber is super responsive, very organized (not even kidding weeks out from the wedding and i didn't feel stressed because I knew Amber had it on lock down) OH, and did I mention she is FUN?! I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. On the day of my wedding she went above and beyond even recruiting her husband as an extra hand because it was POURING rain on my wedding day and in my huge dress we needed a secure way to get me down to the chapel - thank you again, John!

    My favorite part about Amber though is she not only cares about making the wedding the best night of your life but she cares about you and your future marriage, and is a fresh reminder about what this process is all about because believe me you can certainly lose sight along the way.     Amber and her assistants worked magic on my daughter's wedding day. The wedding was at the Wildflower Center which has many challenges, but Amber appeared ready to handle them. I am very picky and tend to micromanage, but Heavenly Day managed to allay my concerns and even found and put away my handbag that I'd left lying about. I highly recommend for planning and/or coordinating.

    Amber was AMAZING! I would highly recommend her to any bride looking for a wedding coordinator. Throughout the planning process she was responsive and efficient. On the day of the wedding, she seamlessly managed several crises that arose (including a ceremony music mishap and major guest transportation issue...both of which were quickly resolved thanks to Amber!) In addition to being an excellent wedding planner, I personally enjoyed working with her (and wish I had an excuse to stay in contact!) All around, Amber enhanced not only the wedding planning process, but my and my husband's wedding day experience.

If I had tried to plan our wedding in Austin while finishing up my senior year at Texas A&M I honestly don't think we would have had a wedding!     Heavenly Day Events will absolutely exceed your expectations! They are accommodating, understanding, and genuine people who WANT to see your day run smoothly. From the very beginning they are informative and caring. They provide you with a list of caterers that are reasonable for your budget. They are there for advice when you just aren't sure about decisions to be made. I was an absolute wreck the day of our rehearsal dinner. By the time Amber showed up it became apparent that I had nothing to worry about and that she was prepared to handle anything. I was nervous (maybe a bit emotional) and I know I couldn't have possibly done it without Amber. The day of our wedding was a breeze- thanks to all that Amber had put into making my day as perfect as it was.     Heavenly Day Events was recommended to us by our caterer (Royal Fig) for their month-of coordination services. By the time we began working with Heavenly Day, we had already secured our venue and caterer. However, we were planning our wedding from a distance, so knew it would take a load of stress off of us to have someone to pull it all together leading up to the event and to check in and provide assistance along the way. We found this to be really useful as it helped us to stay organized and tick things off the list instead of being overwhelmed at the last minute. We initially began working with one coordinator who ended up accepting a job and moving to a new city within the month before our wedding. That’s life - these things happen! We were a little nervous at first, but Hailey, who had been assisting up to that point, took the lead with help from Ginny on the wedding day. Amber, who owns and runs Heavenly Day, was communicative throughout this transition and helped to ease any concerns we had. On the day of, the team kept everything running according to schedule and my parents were so impressed by how smoothly the day flowed.

    I cannot say enough kind words about Sierra and all she did for me throughout the wedding planning process. She dealt constantly with my crazy work travel schedule, OCD tendencies and general freakouts about the day that I tried to summarize in emails. She kept me on track to be sure that I wasn't forgetting any important details and was completely aware of what needed to be done by specific times. Our wedding was perfect. I have no doubt (and my mother and sister told me) that there were issues that popped up that I never even knew about. The the people I have to thank for that are the coordinators that were involved in our day. My husband and I both felt at ease the entire day that everything was being taken care of and we were not let down. I have no doubt that Sierra can handle anything that arises and does it flawlessly and with a smile on her face. Sierra was very organized and detail oriented which is a huge plus for me as someone who panics over details. The best explanation of what she did for us that day is that my bridesmaids all came up to me asking how on earth I had thought of everything. When I told them that I didn't but Sierra did, they were so impressed. From what my mother and sister told me, she was everywhere she needed to be to ensure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Thank you for making the day exactly as we had pictured! We can't thank you enough for allowing us to enjoy our family and friends while everything was running according to plan!

    Heavenly Day Events is wonderful! Our wedding was amazing and I have no doubt that the people to thank for that are the coordinators that were involved in our day! I am sure there were issues behind the scenes but what is amazing is that the bride and groom were not aware of these issues. I have no doubt that these ladies can take on any problem and find a solution with a smile of their faces! During our engagement we worked with 3 different coordinators for varying reasons that were completely understandable; at no point was I concerned for the quality of service I would be given because they are all incredible women who are very organized and detail oriented. Amber, Sierra, and Hailey worked very hard for my husband and I, and it was very much appreciated! Hailey on the day of our wedding wasn't fazed by anything, or she has a great poker face because she just kept smiling no matter what was happening which helped keep my calm. I think one of the best complements that can be given to these ladies is that one of our wedding guests approached my father and told him that our wedding was possibly the best run wedding they had been to and asked how we had done it … my father pointed at Hailey standing in the corner with her clipboard and said it was because of the coordinators! Guests weren't aware of their presence but they were exactly where they needed to be to help the wedding go as planned! I wish I could hug each one of them and thank them for bringing all of our planning to life and making everything run smoothly!

Both my husband and I are working professionals in demanding jobs and Amber made it possible to have the wedding of our dreams without hours of undue stress!     I worked with Sierra - starting about a year ahead of time. She checked in with me periodically but was not intrusive. She had several tips to help with our planning. Once we got about three months out she reached out more frequently and we had one or two phone calls (I was planning this wedding from 1,500 miles away) to go over details. We had to change many of our plans at the last minute due to weather. I must say - and I never thought it was possible - Sierra was so much on top of everything that I (as the mother of the bride) did actually let go and enjoy my daughter's wedding knowing that Sierra would take care of every detail just as I would. And she did. As a very detail-oriented person this is not an endorsement I give lightly. She and her team took care of everything and anticipated every issue that came up. I could not have been more pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend.

    Amber Anderson and her team at Heavenly Day Events were an absolute dream to work with and made our wedding day (and the entire planning process) so much easier.     The Heavenly Day Events team is incredible! After signing our contract, we ended up having to change the date of our wedding. Amber was already booked on our new date, so she quickly introduced me to her wonderful co-worker Sierra. I will be forever grateful. Sierra is smart, funny and extremely organized. She went above and beyond and allowed my wedding planning experience to be exactly what I hoped for, stress free! Sierra tied up every loose end and created a flawless wedding experience. She is incredible easy to work with and provides great advice and wonderful, creative ideas that were very useful when I was beginning to get burnt out on planning.     I know it might seem most appropriate to wait until after my wedding (May 10, 2015) to write a review for a vendor but I have complete confidence that what I have experience the last 4 months will fully translate into a beautiful wedding day!

    When I contacted Heavenly Day Events, it was rather late at night on a weekend and I wasn't expecting a response until the following week. Amber, the owner, replied to my email within the hour and gave me all of the information I asked for. While some of her services were initially out of my price range, she essentially created a package for me that worked well with my budget. She also took the time to speak with me the following week to walk me through any questions I had and just to give me an insight on her and the company. I was sold!

    Within days I was set up with a wedding coordinator and the planning process began. We had a thorough phone conversation and she supplied me with a very detailed document that helped me lay out the wedding. Since my wedding is in another city from where I live, I was concerned about the process being smooth. A few weeks into the process, Amber contacted me to let me know that my coordinator was no longer at the company BUT she had already selected a new coordinator, Dana, who was already reviewing my profile. She assured me that Dana would have no problem jumping on board and when I spoke to Dana for the first time, she was AMAZING! That has been the case since then. She is thorough, professional, kind, funny and calming. She listens, gives GREAT ideas and really handles a lot of the grunt work. Although I paid for a "Month of Coordinator" I got MUCH much more.
    They have both gone above and beyond to ensure me that IF there are any obstacles, they are resolved before they become a problem. The communication is clean and the work that is presented is of high professionalism AND passion! Dana is amazing and Amber has a wonderful company. They are a must have for any wedding or event!

    Amber and Hailey did an amazing job with our wedding. They were great during the whole process, but Amber's shining moment was when we had a catastrophic situation with our venue the day of the wedding (we were supposed to arrive at 2pm but no one was there and the doors were locked).. we didn't have any contact info for the venue management team. Amber used her industry contacts and found the cell phone number for the venue manager, and got us in.

    Other things Heavenly Day did great: Amber met with us multiple times before the wedding, once when we first booked her and again a few weeks in advance, to make sure she knew everything we wanted and that she had vendor contact & contract info. As an out-of-town bride, I loved that she was always available via email for any questions and help. She contacted all of our vendors for us before the wedding regarding arrival times, and made sure the caterer handled all of our set up the way we wanted. Hailey was our go-to throughout the whole wedding, checking on the groom and I to refill our drinks and keep us updated on the schedule.
    Amazing job, highly recommended.

    My mother-in-law graciously gifted me a month of coordinator for my January wedding, and HDE could not have been a better pick! I worked with Sierra, and she was a dream; organized, professional, helpful, and thorough. I was only engaged for 5 months, so everything had to happen quickly - towards the final month, I was in disarray! Sierra was able to make order out of chaos and got everything synthesized perfectly.

    The wedding day went off without a hitch even with some dicey last minute weather changes, and my bridal party kept commenting to me that it was the most relaxed they had ever felt as part of a wedding. I really appreciated having both Sierra and Ashley present on the day of the wedding- they made sure everything was taken care of, and if something did go wrong, I never heard about it!

    I would say that having a great wedding coordinator was by far the most important aspect of our wedding because it ensured that all of our guests could relax and take in the day (and that my husband and I could relax and take in the day!). Thank you, Heavenly Day Events, for giving me the gift of a peaceful and super fun wedding!

    Our planner, Sierra, was very helpful for my daughter. She always responded to emails, kept us on task with timeline, gave everyone an itinerary for the wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly and on-time for the wedding and reception. Since the venue we selected did not come with a planner, this service is desperately needed. Sierra was there to help and guide us. The day of the wedding, she was a lifesaver. So glad we found her.

    Heavenly Day Events was vital to the success of our wedding day!

    I had hired HDE for a day-of coordinator and had Lexi as my guide throughout the process. She was sweet and helpful throughout the entire planning time, but it was really the last few days before the wedding when I was so grateful for her. For example, one of the guests to the wedding was supposed to bring some details and flourishment, however fell ill to appendicitis and could not make it. I was left with some unfinished projects, such as my centerpiece numbers which were unpainted wood. I said it would be fine and that at that point I didn't care (the night before the wedding!), but Lexi stepped up and said she would paint them for me! She went out to buy the paint and sticks to glue them on and they were absolutely perfect! She absolutely did not have to do this, so it just goes to show what an incredible person she is and a great representative of HDE. It was things like this that just made Lexi more than just a day-of coordinator and showed how much she cared in making sure my day was perfect!

    I am so happy I went with Heavenly Day Events and had Lexi as my guide throughout the whole experience. Thank you HDE for helping make last weekend the best of my life!

    I met with several potential day-of coordinators before deciding to go with Heavenly Day, and I'm very glad that I did. After I signed the contract, I was immediately put into contact with the person who would be coordinating my wedding, Amanda. She immediately encouraged me to ask questions while I was planning the wedding, even though it was still months and months away! We had several meetings over the course of planning that really helped me nail down some details (and address things I had never even thought about). As the wedding got closer, Amanda was so helpful with creating (and adjusting several times) a day-of timeline and coaching me on other details of the wedding, including communicating with vendors. Having her know the ins and outs of all of my planning was a great relief so that she could execute everything on the day without me worrying about anything! The day of the wedding, we ended up having to move the ceremony indoors at the last minute. Amanda handled it and made all the necessary changes flawlessly. I had a fabulous wedding and got so many compliments on how fun it was! She took a huge load off my shoulders, and I would definitely recommend Heavenly Day Events to anyone looking to lessen their stress on their wedding day.

    I hired Heavenly Day for my daughter's wedding and my only regret is not hiring Amber sooner! I thought I could do it all myself, and I probably could have, but the fee I paid Amber was the best spent portion of our wedding budget. She had previously worked with the vendors we had already chosen and gave wonderful suggestions for the ones we had not. Her attention to detail and FANTASTIC communication skills significantly decreased our stress level. One of the best perks (that I did not even realize we would want) was the fact that they stayed until all of the clean up and pick up was complete! From beginning to end Heavenly Day was heavenly to work with. I strongly recommend them, I was on the fence about rather I would need help and I am so happy that I let Amber take over!

    Amber and Sierra were amazing! I am SO thankful that we decided to get a day of coordinator because it helped the day go so smoothly. Their planning help before the big day was priceless, as well. Thanks to them we all enjoyed every second of the whole day. The guests all enjoyed the day, and we are still regularly told what an amazing wedding it was even 4 months later. I strongly recommend that anybody planning a wedding get a day of coordinator, and, after talking with friends who have gotten married, I am convinced Amber and Sierra are the best!

    My Husband and I agree that we had THE PERFECT WEDDING. There was not a single glitch the whole day and I owe this to the fabulous team at Heavenly Day Events. From day one Amber was easy to work with and always responsive to emails. She would check in with me periodically. She made me feel comfortable about the venders and contracts. She also gave me great advice and helped me with a very personal decision on who I want to officiate the wedding. She is AWESOME. When Amber went on maternity leave Sierra stepped in. Sierra did not miss a beat and was up to speed on every detail of my wedding. She was just as responsive and went above and beyond helping me finalize my details. On the day of the wedding Sierra and Amber worked with all the venders and my MOH. Everything ran perfectly smooth. I would reccomend Heavenly Day Events to anyone getting married that wants a stress free wedding! THANK YOU Amber and Sierra!

    Amber and her team at Heavenly Day Events are amazing. They looked out for details that we never thought of, and they saved us from countless hours of stress. As my wife said many times while planning the wedding, "If not for Heavenly Day, I would be a bridezilla right now."

    Heavenly Day took care of so many details that we didn't even know existed. They asked us questions we didn't know to ask, gave us resources for projects we dreamed about, and showed us countless practical ways to simply enjoy our wedding day. If there were a dollar amount for "Peace of Mind," I would pay it, and I would choose Heavenly Day all over again.

    I'm also a wedding photographer and I've been able to work with Heavenly Day Events several times now. I've now worked with them as both a client and as a vendor, and I can say they always go above and beyond for their couples. I recommend them to all my couples who ask, and every wedding I work with them is a pure dream.

    Working with Heavenly Day Events made the entire planning process a dream, and our big day went off without a hitch! Amanda was wonderful to work with! She was very well organized, incredibly responsive, and always super cheery! She worked very well with all of our other vendors, and kept my Mom and I on track as we moved through our planning checklist (which was a lifesaver).
    She did a great job of managing the wedding rehearsal, making sure that everyone knew where they needed to be when, etc. I had several wedding guests comment that the "flow" of the wedding was great-- things kept moving right along, and it never felt like there was an awkward waiting time due to leaving too much time between events. I would, and have, recommend Heavenly Day Events, and Amanda in particular, to anyone looking for a great, energetic wedding planner!

    I am SO happy that we hired HDE to coordinate the day of.
    Lexi and Amber and beyond amazing. They were easy to get a hold of, provided excellent feedback, were always positive, made the experience a wonderful one and were easy to work with.
    I adore them and honestly don't know how I would have been able to do it without them.
    The wedding day flowed. There were some hiccups, as all weddings have them, but Lexi handled everything very professionally.

    Amber with Heavenly Day Events did an excellent job coordinating my wedding ceremony and reception in coordination with my other vendors. Amber was always readily available and answered any questions/concerns promptly and thoroughly. She went above and beyond her responsibilities. Originally I was scheduled to use another coordinator with Heavenly Day Events, but due to some changes Amber stepped into that role seamlessly. Amber oversaw my wedding ceremony rehearsal and did an excellent job collaborating with our pianist, the wedding party and myself, the bride. She thought of details and ways of rehearsing the ceremony that didn't even cross my mind. She was irreplaceable! She also did an excellent job with the reception set-up, enabling me to enjoy my wedding day without haivng to worry about the details. I didn't have Amber stay past my cocktail hour but I wouldn't have been able to do so if she didn't do a great job of collaborating with our DJ Mark Miller and our onsite manager at Shoal Crossing Event Center to ensure our timeline took place without error. I would definitely recommend Amber and Heavenly Day Events to any bride.

    Amber at Heavenly Day Events was the key to giving my daughter the wedding of her dreams. All details were attended to and carried out flawlessly. She was always easily accessible by phone or email to answer questions and offer suggestions throughout the entire planning process. She helped select other vendors, each of whom couldn't have been more perfect for what we wanted.     Heavenly Day was a lifesaver in planning my daughter's wedding and reception. They were the first vendor I hired. From start of planning to the end Allison took control of every aspect as it was needed. All I had to do was pick up the phone and call her and she was right on it. She did everything from reading over contracts before I signed them, to sending me reminders when certain payments were due to vendors. On the day of the wedding she and her assistants took control of all the vendors making sure everyone was doing exactly what had been asked of them. She finally shooed me away before the start of the wedding so I would go and relax and spend time with my daughter and the bridesmaids. (I'm just a little OCD! Haha!) I was so amazed at how quickly everything was put in place at the reception at Antebellum Oaks. That place was swarming with vendors, and how she pulled it off, I could never imagine. My daughter kept peeking out the window of the bridal suite to watch all the activity. After it was all over Julie, my daughter, told me "Mom it was PERFECT!" That's all I needed to hear. She and her now husband, Tyler, were all smiles all night! I told numerous people Heavenly Day was the best money I spent on this event.     What can I say? Amber was my go-to throughout the wedding process! When we had an issue with our previous caterer, Amber had another caterer already lined up for us. She always responded to e-mails very fast and always picked up the phone. Even when I had the silliest questions. The day of, Amber and Caitlin really took care of me and my wedding party. There was an issue regarding a lighting fixture and I never knew a thing until after the wedding. She discreetly took care of it all without letting me know. Amber is very direct (in a good way) and will make sure things get done! I am very grateful for her and her crew for everything they did for us! I would highly recommend Amber to anyone getting married!

    I am so glad that I hired Heavenly Day Event Coordination for the week of my wedding. Allison was on top of everything so that I didn't have to worry about all of the little details and was able to enjoy the big day. Everything was seamless, perfect and I honestly had the best night of my life! Many times Allison went the extra mile to make sure that everything was taken care of.     It wasn't easy to convince my now husband that we needed the helping hand of a wedding coordinator. When the day came he could not be more happy that I put my foot down. Planning our wedding in Texas while living in Europe was no easy task. Pre-wedding, Amber did a great job responding to my emails promptly and she saved me from selecting a bad DJ. She was so great with making sure every detail was in order, things that would have never crossed my mind. Our wedding was amazing and we could not have done it with out her help.

    Amber with Heavenly Day Events is truly a wedding planner's wedding planner! Even though I used to be a wedding planner, I needed help coordinating the final details of my sister's wedding. I wanted to be able to enjoy my duties as matron of honor, so I turned the wedding over to her 2 weeks before the big day. She had wonderful ideas, but not too many, as to try to re-plan every detail. She was organized, patient, diligent, prompt, flexible, respectful, hardworking, etc, etc. She worked very well with all of the vendors I had chosen and she took all of the last minute planning jitters completely away! The rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception were all outdoors at a ranch, then there was a larger reception at the Four Seasons, and she managed the setup of all of them beautifully. Amber can take over where you leave off, and she could definitely plan an amazing event from scratch. I would highly recommend Amber Anderson with Heavenly Day Events!

    First of all, 3500 characters is not nearly enough to describe how amazing Amber from Heavenly Day Events is. We used her for our May 4, 2013 wedding and could not be any happier with her services. Amber is absolutely amazing and will make your wedding planning so much easier and stress free. She was suggested to me from the owner of my wedding venue, and she was definitely the most reasonably priced day of coordinator that I could find. I think "day of" coordinator is somewhat deceiving though because she does so much more than just help on the day of. I literally emailed her for every single question that ever popped into my head, and she was always more than willing to help! Her and I would email back and forth multiple times a day. She would respond back within minutes every single time and even at 10pm or later at times. She even offered to grab coffee to calm my nerves and go over last minute things the week of the wedding at no extra charge. At the wedding, she kept everyone on task, made sure we following our timeline, kept the rowdy groomsmen in check, and made sure that Mark and I always had a drink in hand. Amber is truly gifted at what she does and is so incredibly helpful. I could NOT have planned my wedding without her! And you cannot beat her prices! I would recommend her to anyone!

    I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the time and effort you put into our wedding reception. It was gorgeous, ran so smoothly, and everyone had a great time! Also, you had such a quick response and many solutions to us when our first venue closed. You always had timely email correspondence as well. These details are what makes you stand out from the rest.

    I went out of town a few weeks ago for my best friend's wedding and gained a new appreciation for what you do. She did not have a wedding coordinator and no one to help her manage time on their wedding day. I know things don't always go as planned but every aspect of their wedding fell beind schedule and some things had to be left out because of it. So a few bridesmaids and I had to step up to the plate and help manage the situation (so stressful!). They definitly could have used the help from someone like you to bring it all together. That being said, thanks again SO MUCH for everything you did behind the scenes at our reception to make it all run so smoothly. You're the best!

    Amber is AMAZING! She is the reason our wedding went as beautifully and smoothly as it did. Absolutely professional, but also warm and easy to talk to (a great listener to every detail desired for our wedding). We had a VERY DIY wedding, meaning we brought our own furniture, dishes, barware, and props to our event hall in a big UHAUL! Even with hired staff, it took hours to load everything back into our UHAUL at the end of the night, after the wedding. Amber and her assistant (Isabel) stayed until the wee hours of the morning making sure everything went back on the truck safely. The hours they stayed were well past the contract hours. Amber even loaded my bouquet, dress, and all our antique lanterns into her car for safekeeping and we picked them up a couple days later. On top of all this, we had major last minute changes on the wedding day, that Amber handled and pulled off without a hitch. She handled the vendors extremely well (we even had fire dancers), and apparently there were some behind the scene problems, that Amber took care of with us not even being aware. Basically, we could not have done it without her!! My husband and I can't thank her enough for all she did for us. She went above and beyond! On top of all that, you're getting a top quality service for a very affordable cost. Thank you, Amber!! xoxo

    Amber is amazing. Hiring her and her team was the best decision we made for planning our wedding - with their help we were able to plan our wedding in less than three months. We had a really quick turn around and the day after we sent out our save the date we had some issues with our venue. Amber responded IMMEDIATELY and in less than 24 hours she set up three venue viewings. She then accompanied me in meeting with the event coordinator at our venue and helped us renegotiate our contract. She went above and beyond in every way possible, once the month of the wedding rolled around I felt very confident handling over the reins. Anytime we hit a bump in the road, she was there to smooth it over. I would recommend her to any couple planning a wedding. It was a dream working with Heavenly Day.

    My daughter was recently married and Heavenly Day Events was recommended by a friend. From the initial contact, Amber was responsive and contacted my daughter immediately. Working with Amber alleviated so many of the stressors, while planning my daughters wedding. Her ability to plan and provide a budget for my daughter and her now husband was invaluable. During the planning phase we needed to make contact with a vendor and Amber facilitated the contact and answered our questions through a few emails. Heavenly Day provided a great plan for the wedding day and it was executed perfectly. The wedding day was beautiful and Amber and her staff was present to work on the details with the vendors and the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without having to answer all the questions from the vendors. I would recommend Heavenly Day to anyone planning a wedding. Amber was responsive, professional and a great planner.

    Amber made my wedding planning SO MUCH EASIER. She was organized, resourceful, caring, and most importantly, put me at ease... She is just so calm and confident! I appreciated the time and care she put into us and our wedding. She pays attention to detail but keeps the big picture in mind, which I needed, when I lost perspective.     We hired Amber and Allison from Heavenly Day Events for our day-of wedding coordination and were so happy with how everything turned out! They were both very helpful in the planning process, and really helped to relieve some stress. Amber even brought the beautiful fire pit we used for our ceremony (which was a huge relief because we didn't have one 2 days before the wedding). Both girls were very warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with.

    I don't usually give out perfect ratings when I give feedback (everyone needs a little constructive criticism) but Amber with Heavenly Day deserves a "5", if not more! My husband and I hired Amber as our rehearsal and day-of coordinator for our June wedding and it was the best investment of the entire wedding-planning process.

    When we hit some big bumps in the road (our venue was shut down 6 weeks before our wedding!!) Amber did not miss a beat and didn't give us a moment to dwell on the negative. She was working to figure it out before I even called her about the bad news. She went waaaay above and beyond what her duties called for. She really put my husband and family at ease about the whole transition.

    Side note: our wedding was switched from a non-religious venue to a traditional Catholic church (meaning strict protocols to be followed and MANY changes to our original ceremony). Amber was so diplomatic and wonderful when we moved to work with the church, even though I don't think they always showed her the respect she deserved.

    As for the day of, it was beautiful, and with Amber handling the details we didn't have to worry about a thing. She was a step ahead of everything that night and made sure we didn't miss a moment. The venue wasn't what we had originally set out for but it was a blast and I wouldn't have changed a thing!

    As a person, Amber was fun to work with, very knowledgeable of the industry, and listens to what you want (important for the big day). She was super organized and constantly in touch with me leading up to the wedding. Even though we only hired her for the rehearsal and day-of, she was a constant presence in the planning process, and we really appreciated the work she did.

    I would 100% recommend Amber and Heavenly Day to anyone looking for a coordinator and I would hire her again if I had to go back and redo it!

    Amber at Heavenly Day Events coordinated our wedding and it flowed perfectly thanks to her expertise! The time that she spent discussing details with me in the six months leading up to our wedding was so helpful and kept me from feeling overwhelmed. She has an eye for detail and a variety of suggestions that make the wedding an awesome experience for both the married couple and their guests! Amber has great people skills and I trusted her to work with all of my vendors and family members. She strikes a perfect balance between professional and laid back, which makes her both easy to trust and approachable. Laura also came to Austin to help with the wedding on the day-of.     Amber was such a gem to work with! When I first started my wedding planning I intended to do everything myself, but then decided to at least hire someone to help with the "day-of" coordination! And I'm glad I did! Amber talked with me frequently leading up to my wedding and helped me sort out the details and keep everything running smoothly on the actual day! Even though my original venue closed down and I only had 29 days to plan everything out at the new place, Amber made a special trip to scope it out and kept me sane throughout the process! I can't recommend her services enough!

    I worked with Amber as my Day Of Coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL!!!

    From the initial meeting she was so helpful and always had great tips for all the different stages of planning. My initial venue had to shut down 5 weeks before my wedding, and Amber immediately stepped in to help me find a new place. I found out the venue shut down on a Sunday night and by Tuesday morning, I was signing a new contract with a beautiful venue that she found. That in and of itself was amazing, and she continued to work so hard to make sure my Wedding Day went smoothly. She was always available by phone and email, and kept things as stress-free as possible. She was always willing to go out of her way to answer any of my questions and help me keep everything organized. I had some trouble with the new venue trying to micromanage my plans, and she served as a nice buffer when they got a little pushy.

    On my wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed. The ceremony and reception both went off without a problem, and my husband and I had such a blast. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the Austin area, I would highly recommend Amber. I'll definitely be recommending her to all of my friends! :)

During the beginning stages of wedding planning I was sure I could do it on my own...now one month post wedding I could not be more thankful that I had Amber as my coordinator! She is the perfect balance of professionalism and personable. From our first e mail to the day of the wedding she was organized and effecient while still remembering the little details about my wedding that really made it unique.     Amber with Heavenly Day Event Coordination made our wedding day fabulously stress free. My husband and I hired her to help us with a few hours during the ceremony and reception, so we wouldn't have to worry about the details//flow//organization. She exceeded our expectations and was very flexible, honest, and extremely helpful. Amber even let us borrow decorations from her own wedding!! She made herself available at any time.     We signed up for Heavenly Day services for the month of our wedding. It was a great decision. Even though we thought we would be planning/taking care of many of the details ourselves as they were a matter of personal preference, Heavenly Day pinged us with many things we never thought about, and helped us strategize the coordination. Moreover, they were instrumental in allowing the main event to go off without any hiccups. Many of our guests commented to us on how smoothly things went compared to any other wedding they previously attended.

    All in all, a great value for a responsive group who helps to take off a ton of pressure as you plan or move into the main event. Extremely professional with individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure things go according to plan/provide premium client service.

    Working with Amber at Heavenly Day Events is what my husband says was the best decision we had made during the wedding process. Since our spring wedding he has advised many of his newly engaged friends to hire Amber and her team. You know if a groom is advertising your services you do a good job!

    There was a change of coordinators from the beginning of when we contracted with Heavenly Day Events which caused some confusion, but It did not take long to work through the confusion. Amber really was a godsend and I owe her many sincere thanks for not only supporting my husband and I during this stressful time, but also for being both patient and understanding with us. We both work hectic schedules and Amber never once complained or made us feel bad for not being able to devote as much time to the wedding process as it deserves.

    Amber was a lifesaver for my wedding event at Star Hill Ranch in Austin, TX. This was the night before the wedding's event, but actually needed far more coordination than the actual wedding. She skillfully handled all of the details (decoration, vendors, clean-up) with grace. It made it so much easier for me, not to have to worry about all the little things and getting to enjoy the party for myself. I would HIGHLY recommend Amber for any wedding or other event that needs a coordinator.

    The venue was/is beautiful! There were only a couple of very minor glitches (hand dryers not installed in bathrooms; slow draining sink/toilets; not enough paper towels) that were due to Ranch Austin opening a week early for my daughter's wedding. Amber was great, even going so far as to run into town for more beer...and town wasn't all that close! We all had a great time at a great place and felt that the time and effort that Amber put in for our event definetily showed because a great time was had by all!!
