It was a Bon Voyage

Sthefany Pessoa was our wedding day coordinator. It was clear that we had challenges trying to help our daughter with her wedding planning as she was in another state. This, needless to say, produced high anxiety. Friends in South Florida highly recommended Sthefany as she had done all their planning and coordination for each of their 2 daughters' weddings. What great friends, as Sthefany proved to be a tremendous help arranging all the details to come together. She handled pulling the team together, really only in the last month and a half prior to the wedding, and making it work wonderfully. Her professionalism and caring worked wonders. The joy found on our daughter's and guests' faces throughout the ceremony and reception that followed meant the world to us. She is highly recommended!

My day was perfection!!! I was so nervous about all the little things and Sthefany made sure that my day was going to be the best ever! She really goes far and beyond and I was a major pain in the but at times. She definitely calmed my nerves and everything went smoothly and just turned out to be the most amazing day ever. I want to relive my day over and over again. That's how much I am grateful for everything that was done for us that day. It just was the best day of my life. It really was and Happily Ever After really makes everything so magical. Very efficient and very patient!! I highly recommend!

Professional Wedding Planning Company - Happily Ever After

Stephany and her group take a stab at flawlessness and they truly do accomplish it! Since I had Stephany there I could really make the most of my wedding and have an extraordinary time, and not stress over the little points of interest since I knew they were dealt with! She coordinated everything splendidly with the goal that the entire night streamed! Likewise when my more youthful cousin's bridesmaid dress tore hopeless, Stephany went and got her an excellent substitution dress that coordinated alternate bridesmaids, truly that in itself was an entire lifeline! I would prescribe fab fete to anybody thinking about a wedding organizer!

I can't say enough of how amazing of a wedding planner Sthefany and the entire "Happily Ever After" she brought in was. We were planning an amazing, high end farm wedding that included many out of town guests and a long week of events planned around for the whole week and those special guests staying at the farm. She literally saved our wedding - we had a few key vendors that failed us 24 hours before the wedding date and entered panic mode but she resolved all issues and pulled if off by providing everything that was missing, accounted for unexpected weather and was on top of the game every second for everything. I am so happy we picked this wedding planner and can't thank her enough for making this day so special

Stephanie and her team are such a delight to work with! From the moment we hired them until today I can say that Stephanie has been there for me through it all! From all the back and forward between design choices to venue which by the way I had her take me to seven different ones because I could not make up my mind, she was gracious and helpful answering all my questions and negotiating prices with the different locations she took me to. Thank you Stephanie for being my right hand through this long and not so stressful process. All my friends that are getting married complain about their wedding planners and all I have are great things to say about Stephanie and her team. Now all my friends wanted to change and hire Stephanie for their wedding but unfortunately she was booked. I cannot say enough about her hard work and perseverance. As a groom, we are all about saving money on weddings because as you may know, weddings are EXTREMELY expensive. Even backyard weddings turn out to be extremely expensive. When my wife told me that she wanted to hire a wedding planner, you can imagine my face. However, I just wanted my wife to be happy so I agreed with her choice. Let me tell you how wrong I was... Stephanie ended up saving us way more than I could have imagined. She led us to the best vendors and had discounts already with them and helped my wife throughout the entire year of indecisive decisions. I hired HEA for their "day of" package, but Sthefany was there for me beyond that. I live in Knoxville and took a few trips to Florida before wedding, she was always available to meet with me and help shape my dream wedding. I wish i would have found her sooner but she will definitely be a part of any future celebrations. Due to windy weather our wedding had to be moved inside and i dreaded having my wedding with a hideous green Exit sign as my backdrop. Sthefany came up with the great idea to have the wedding indoor but not in banquet hall, instead by a beautiful picturesque window that showcased an ocean view. It was the best of both worlds, comfortable atmosphere and great view. She also allowed us to have a great time, i did not have to worry about a thing and just danced the night away!!!!!

I booked HEA for Day of Coordination, and Sthefany and her team made sure our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish. She worked with us on suggesting Vendors in the area, putting together an exact timeline, and remained patient and supportive even when there were last minute changes. She is also the person you want by your side when things go wrong because she is always thinking on her feet and making sure we find an immediate solution. What I appreciated most was that there was no task too big or too small that she wasn't willing to handle - she was there sewing on the button of my grooms jacket the morning of the wedding - and making instant boutonnieres for the Dads when one of the flower bags went missing right before the start of the ceremony!
She beautifully managed our large event (300 guests!) at 2 venues, and made sure we were on time whilst always having a smile on her face! I walked into our reception venue which she had setup with all our stationary and décor exactly the way we had envisioned it! At the end of it all, I felt like I was thanking a friend for all her hard work because she really was there by our side throughout it all! Thanks again HEA for making our dream wedding a reality!

The BEST decision we made in planning our wedding was hiring Sthefany as our planner! From the very first phone call, she was so positive, energetic, warm and professional. We knew immediately that we were in good hands, which was especially important since this was a destination and we hired many of the vendors sight unseen. Over the following 10 months, she walked us through everything; recommending quality vendors within our budget, making suggestions to make our day extra special, and planning an event that was truly amazing! She was extremely accessible and always prompt in getting back to us. She really listened to what was important to us and helped to guide us through the craziness of planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away. She made it so easy for us that there was rarely a time that we felt stressed or overwhelmed. Sthephany is awesome! We are not from Florida so this being a destination wedding, we counted on her for absolutely everything--and she truly delivered! Sthephany is easy to talk to, incredibly organized, suggested phenomenal vendors, was very responsive whenever I called or emailed or texted her, and certainly met with us when we went down to Florida to plan our event. Stephany was amazing! she went out of her way to work with the hotel and vendors to get everything situated. As we were leaving the room to walk to the ceremony, I realized that my vows were misplaced. She immediately grabbed my phone with my email and got it printed for me with time to actually practice! She handled everything so that I could enjoy the day.

Sthefany was fabulous! I was on a mission for sequin tablecloths and she delivered! They were gorgeous and the most affordable around! Given our modest budget, a wedding coordinator/planner was not on our list of things to budget for. It was not until we spoke with other vendors (caterers, photographer, etc.) that we realized the importance of having one.
We contracted this company for their "month of wedding" service and I can honestly say that Sthefany and her team were without a doubt worth every dollar. She was friendly, relatable and mostly concerned with us having stress free day.
We got married at an untraditional venue which was not as "wedding polished" as others in South Florida. This meant a couple unforeseen small hiccups which I did not even know about until after because this team jumped in and took care of it all.
If you are on the fence about working with this company, don’t be. The only thing I would do differently is to hire them for their more robust service (where they plan everything with you from the beginning). Even though I feel that I did a good job at planning things on my own and stayed relatively stress free, once I started to work with them the month of my wedding I realized what a weigh off my shoulders was being lifter and it felt amazing!

My parents found actually helped me to find Sthephany’s company through weddingwire. I had no idea where to begin! You would think it would be stressful to have a wedding planner to design your dream wedding that you cant plan yourself, but Stephany knows how to plan an epic fete. She was great at keeping me on track (as I am a very disorganized person!) to get through all the plans. Once it was our wedding week, all the necessities were planned out for us and we got to focus on fun things like wine tasting in a relaxed environment. The venue, service and food were excellent, and all handpicked by Stephany. And not to be an exaggeration, all of my guests said it was the “best wedding of their life”. Sthephany’s company was wonderful in making our wedding a dream come true. We wanted a grand event but didn’t want to have to deal with the hassle of finding all the different vendors ourselves… Once we found Happily Ever After, we knew we were in great hands. They were very organized and had a fabulous flower selection and DJ options. Stephany also was able to recommend the best venue options and musicians for the event. Given that I didn’t know the first thing about wedding planning, my husband and I based all of our decisions on her recommendations. Absolutely everything was perfect and just as we imagined. We loved the entire experience and our only regret is that it couldn't last longer. I highly recommend Happily Ever After for rentals! They are the only place that had a full price list with pictures online and it was very helpful (I planned my wedding from New York). The staff was very attentive and helpful every time I called to update my order. They have a huge variety of anything and everything you could imagine. They were even able to order bows and covers for my chairs 3 days before the wedding. I have been to so many events that it was really important to me that the stuff was well token care of, but yes, they send me videos of their stuff just to reassure me of the quality of items they handle. I was amazed and knew that no other company not only can compare in prices but in quality of service. Thank you Happily Ever After!

This place right here was my hidden gem! I ran through it one day through wedding wire and the moment I called them and spoke to them I knew I had found the one. They supply everything for chairs and tables at a very affordable rate (trust me I checked!) and they have linens coordinators on the day of, the photo booth, the Dj services.. Everything in one! What made it even more special was Sthefany. Sthefany is not one of those vendors that you are just another too. She takes care of you like you are the only client, trying to fit your budget the best way she can with what you have envisioned! She gives you advices to help you cut costs as much as she can and gives you also discounts on other vendors!! I will be forever grateful for her and her services! Thank you Happily Ever After. Sthefany is AMAZING and if you are looking for a wedding planner HIRE HER NOW! We retained Sthefany and her team as our Day-Of coordinator for our New Year's Eve wedding in Miami. She was professional, kind, organized, and generally all around wonderful. Even though we only hired her for day-of, she helped us for months before the wedding with suggestions for vendors, songs, and more whenever we had questions. She even helped us after the wedding when I texted her from the honeymoon because no one knew what happened to the top of our cake. In true Sthefany fashion, she tracked it down in less than 30 minutes and made sure it was safe and sound. Getting married on a holiday definitely had its challenges, but Sthefany made everything seamless. I told her many times that I would marry her if my groom stood me up at the alter and I was only half joking. I've recommended her to everyone I know that is getting married and even told a friend that is getting married in Texas to hire her and fly her out there because she is that good. Hiring Sthefany was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. The only reason why you should even think about another coordinator is if she is already committed to another event on your date and, if that happens, consider changing your wedding date.

I had the absolute pleasure to work with Steph for my wedding. Not only was she able to pull of a magical event with two weeks planning but she pulled it off without a hitch. She is the hardest working wedding planner I have ever met. She was able to help in anything that I asked and any extra that I needed at the last minute she included into our budget. I had waited 15 months after my engagement to start the process of planning, as I was concerned about all of the work involved. I was overwhelmed, and knew I couldn't do it without a planner. I contacted one other company and Happily Ever After. The other company wanted me to fill out a long questionnaire and meet with them later. Sthefany, however, was very open and welcoming, and simply asked 'when do you want to meet'? My fiancée and I met with her a couple days later, had an instant connection, and a couple weeks later coordinated our church, venue, and Sthefany's wedding schedule so that we could have all 3 work for the same day. I didn't want anyone else!!
Sthefany went WAY above and beyond for us... she always answered my emails, texts, and calls (I had TONS of questions), helped me choose vendors, came to appointments, saved me money on vendors (as she has many connections with people she works with all the time), fought for us to get deals, was overly accommodating, and played therapist from time to time.
Our wedding day was beautiful! And, one of the highlights of the reception was our amazing candy buffet she designed and created for us. It's nearly 4 months after our wedding, and guests are still talking about it. It was the most perfect favor for our guests!
There are so many details about our amazing experience with Happily Ever After I could mention, but I couldn't write nearly enough to do them, and their entire team, justice. The bottom line is, I couldn't have done it without them, and our day was amazing. We are forever grateful to Sthefany and Happily Ever After for making the most important day of our lives one that we will remember with great memories, forever.

I would recommend Sthefany to anyone planning a wedding in a heart beat! I went in to this wedding thinking we could manage the planning ourselves but we were way over our head. With just a few weeks left until the day of the wedding we contacted Sthefany and from that point on she took over EVERYTHING. It's not an overstatement to say that she saved our wedding day. In a very short time, she contacted all the vendors, the venue, the hotel, the photographers, etc. and arranged everything and coordinated with them for the big day. She made sure that everything that was getting done was OK and aligned with what we wanted, so there were no unpleasant surprises. She is friendly and sweet, but professional and knows how to get things done. Her experience in the field is over the top, and she pays attentions to every details, certainly many things that I wouldn't have seen if she didn't point them out or taken care of them. She is the only contact person for us throughout the whole thing, so communication was excellent, and on the day of the wedding she was there from start till the end, making sure things were on schedule, but without letting us feel any of the burdens. Hiring Sthefany to plan my wedding was the first thing I did after booking my venue (The Ancient Spanish Monastery) and it was the best decision I could have made (besides agreeing to marry my husband!) I found her because of her outstanding reviews and I knew at our first meeting she was the right fit for me. She has great taste and gives her honest opinion without being pushy and always worked hard to find me the best deals. I knew I didn't want a planner that was affiliated with a specific venue or that provided generic all-inclusive packages. I wanted someone that would work with you to find great deals and the freedom to be creative and Sthefany was definitely it. Perhaps most importantly, she was available to me for every little minor question I had throughout the entire year! I really spoke to her almost every day, we actually developed a friendship and I felt so comfortable with her the day of the wedding. Any last minute "emergencies" were handled expertly and she truly gave me the wedding of my dreams! Everyone is still telling me it was the best wedding they've ever been to. The flowers, the tables, every little detail was perfect and more than I could have imagined. Sthefany is dynamite! She is energetic, sweet, and compassionate with the right amount of kickassery that you need in a wedding planner. Her ability to get things done while always keeping professional amazed me. She remembered every detail and executed my dream but she is also smart enough to make decisions that she knows will make you and your groom happy. For example our ceremony ended later than it was supposed to and she made the decision right on the spot to move up my sparklers to the end of my ceremony (something I wanted but moved back because I didn't think it would be dark enough) and it was SPECTACULAR and the pictures couldn't have been better. Sthefany and her assistant worked sooooo hard all night and stayed till the last person left (after 2am). My husband and I agree, best money spent.

Sthefanie from Happily Ever After was a rock star! A quote from one of my vendors "Stefanie is the one holding everything together."

I was anti wedding coordinator at first, but definitely don't regret getting one AT ALL. During your big day you won't see the behind the scenes problems going on and you won't have to worry about them. Money well spent when you think about how many other things you have to deal with that day.

What impressed me the most is that Sthefanie knew what to do and never once had to bother me with questions. It was clear that she had done many weddings. She executed mine and was always on top of everything.

Sthefany and her team are amazing, amazing, amazing! I really cannot say enough about them. Sthef is super easy to talk to, extremely responsive, and really creative. She totally went with my vision but non-obtrusively offered suggestions when she spotted potential issues with my plan, and I am so grateful to her. She and her team did all the dirty work of arguing with people - making sure everything happened as planned, doing last-minute confirmations with vendors, putting together the timeline, and being there at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding - so that I could sit back and enjoy time with my family, friends, and new husband. On top of that, she really is the sweetest ever. She never makes you feel like you're annoying her with your requests, no matter how outlandish. My only regret about Happily Ever After is that we did not hire them way way sooner!!!

My sister (and maid of honor at my wedding) will surely be using Sthefany to plan her own shindig when the time comes (and probably all of my friends too)! She is the best wedding investment ever.

Sthefany is fantastic. She did everything we needed and more. She's lovely to work with and my wedding was a dream. In every event there's a few last minute things that go wrong but she was always on top of it and creatively looking for ways to solve them. If I get married again, I'd hire her again. LOVE HER!

Sthefany is AWESOME! She was our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding ceremony at City Hall and then our reception at Galuppi’s Room on 10/10/12 for about 100 guests.

She is so calm, cool and humble that not only does she make sure your wedding runs smoothly, but her calm demeanor helped to ease my nerves the day of. I have nothing but great things to say as she made sure everything went off without a hitch. Without her, my wedding day would have been so stressful that I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it.

Hiring Happily Ever After was the best decision we made and our wedding was the best day ever! Thanks Sthefany!

Sthefany was the best...she did day of coordinating for my wedding and things couldn't have gone better. She was able to gather family for photos, keep the reception timeline moving forward, make sure the dance floor stayed dry and even run out to buy extra mixers when the bar ran out. Our day would not have been the same without her!

Sthefany truly awesome!!!

Our wedding was 1920's themed and Sthefany did a wonderful job creating my look for the time period. I have a blast at our hair and makeup trial and they day of was just as awesome! She even make a little touch up kit for my maid of honor and taught her how to touch me up.

We worked with Sthefany as our “day-of” wedding coordinator expecting that her role would be to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. Not only did she fulfill this expectation, but she met with us several times over the month preceding our wedding and was available whenever I needed her to discuss ideas, give advice or help me to turn our vision into something tangible. Sthefany is organized, efficient and sets incredibly high standards for herself and her events. She is highly professional, works very well under pressure and she has great taste and an eye for all things beautiful. Despite the enormous amount of tasks involved in setting up and coordinating everything, Sthefany was a calming presence on our wedding day making sure that we had what we needed and that everything was going exactly as we pictured. Stephany and her team strive for perfection and they really do achieve it! Because I had Stephany there I was able to actually enjoy my wedding and have a great time, and not worry about the little details because I knew they were taken care of! She timed everything perfectly so that the whole evening flowed! Also when my younger cousin's bridesmaid dress ripped beyond repair, Stephany went and got her a beautiful replacement dress that matched the other bridesmaids, literally that in itself was a complete lifesaver! I would recommend fab fete to anyone considering a wedding planner!

We absolutely loved working with Stephanie. She is a gem and made the entire wedding planning process organized and fun. There were so many choices when it came to planning our special day. Stephanie did an incredible job of asking the right questions to help focus and implement our vision. My husband and I still talk about all the little details she coordinated to ensure our guests had a great time – working with vendors, keeping the timeline on track, giving pointers on grand entrances… the list goes on! These are small things we did not have time to focus on due to the excitement of being with so many of our closest family and friends. The combination of her professionalism, creativity, and ability to run the show was critical. Her being a sweet person was a bonus. She always had a smile on her face, was calm and collected, and allowed us to truly enjoy the moment. Stephanie made it a beautiful day to remember for all of us. We can't thank her enough :)

We had our wedding at the Zen House and it was absolutely perfect. Several of my guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The DJ had everyone on the dance floor the whole night. The best part about planning my wedding was Sthefany Pessoa. I started out not having much of a vision of what this day should be like and she really helped me with ideas and last minute changes and always remained flexible and positive. Stefany was very supportive throughout our whole planning process. It felt great to know that in every situation she was always doing her best to help us get the wedding of our dreams. She addressed every concern we had and reassured us in a timely manner. We are a very detail oriented couple and she managed to address those details down to the smallest one. On the wedding day I was even more impressed by her professionalism and genuine caring attitude. She told me the day before she would check on me around 10 am to see how I was feeling and my phone rang at exactly ten AM with her on the other line cheering about how great the weather was and how beautiful this day was going to be. I would definitely recommend her services!

She is very professional but also very friendly. I knew I could trust her to plan my destination wedding 1,200 miles away from where I live. She coordinated our wedding @ the beautiful Hilton in Miami. She did an exquisite job at managing the timeline, making sure everything was on point & helped my husband & I feel like stars at our wedding. Happy Times Lasts Forever!

I had held up 15 months after my commitment to begin the way toward arranging, as I was worried about the majority of the work included. I was overpowered, and knew I couldn't do it
without an organizer. I reached one other organization and Happily Ever After. The other organization needed me to round out a long survey and meet with them later. Sthefany, be that as it
may, was exceptionally open and inviting, and just asked 'when would you like to meet'? My life partner and I met with her two or after three days, had a moment association, and two or after
three weeks composed our congregation, scene, and Sthefany's wedding plan so we could have every one of the 3 work for that day. I didn't need any other individual!!Our big day was wonderful! What's more, one of the features of the gathering was our astonishing sweet smorgasbord she structured and made for us. It's almost 4 months after our wedding, and visitors are as yet discussing it. It was the absolute best support for our visitors! There are such a significant number of insights about our stunning knowledge with Happily Ever After I could specify, however I couldn't compose almost enough to do them, and their whole group, equity. The primary concern is, I couldn't have done it without them, and our day was astounding. We are perpetually appreciative to Sthefany and Happily Ever After for making the most vital day of our lives one that we will recall with extraordinary recollections, for eternity.

A great day-of coordinator!

Sthefany is a magician and turned my ideas and vision into a wedding of my dreams. She was the perfect partner in crime and day-of coordinator for me. I would send her pictures of what I wanted and a budget of where I needed to stay and she delivered! She would tell me what was possible and give me ideas of how to make things fit within my budget while not sacrificing on quality. She listened to what I wanted and was an absolute dream during the wedding day - as far as I'm concerned, everything went off without a hitch!
