  The best of the best!

  Caryn made my wedding experience and wedding day so smooth and incredible. She is a natural leader, she is so organized and thorough, she went above & beyond to take care of not only us, but our families & guests as well. I trust and trusted her 110%, valued her expert opinion at every level and we just simply adored her. She is a calm breath of fresh air during the stress of wedding planning. We will never stop recommending her and her services. Thank you, Caryn, for making my wedding the best day of my life

  Caryn is the best!

  We absolutely loved working with Caryn for our wedding. I am notorious for changing my mind on things, which is a struggle while wedding planning. Caryn never made me feel bad for switching up plans. She always supported every choice I made and never ever made me feel bad about it. Instead, she supported me and made all our dreams come true for our wedding. She was on top of every single detail and made our day run so smoothly. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

  Very talented event coordinator!

  Caryn is a best-in-class event coordinator and absolutely amazing at what she does. I was a Senior Event Manager in hotels for over 10 years, so I have a lot of planning experience and worked with a lot of planners over the years. I truly mean it when I say she is the best I have ever worked with. She planned and executed our event flawlessly. She started working at our wedding venue half way through our planning timeline, which is usually a difficult time to take over an event. That was not the case for Caryn, the transition was seamless and she hit the ground running. It felt like she was with us since day one..she never missed a beat. She went above & beyond on every request & thought of literally everything. She was a dream to work with, but more importantly, she was very fair, honest, knowledgable, and flexible. Our wedding unfortunately fell in the peak of the omicron wave, we had so many people cancelling last minute and a lot of details changing due to covid. I don't think we could have made it happen without her. There are so many moving parts during a wedding, including all of the staff & other things behind the scenes, and she managed everything so well. Since I am very familiar with the industry, I know what can go wrong and I would not change one thing regarding the execution of our wedding because of Caryn’s professionalism. We are so lucky we had her as our coordinator, she helped make our wedding day perfect! I’m very excited for anyone who has the opportunity to work with her, it will be a wonderful experience!

  Seamless Wedding Coordination

  Caryn is truly a life-saver when it comes to wedding planning. We got lucky enough to work with her for our wedding and she was such a pleasure to work with. She understood our wedding vision and helped bring it to life. She is the perfect combination of kind and friendly, while also being super organized and detail oriented. It's so important to have someone you trust managing everything on your wedding day so you can just enjoy it, and Caryn did exactly that for us. Even when some random day of issues came up, Caryn handled them efficiently and seamlessly to the point where I didn't even know about them. Can't suggest her enough. She started off as our wedding coordinator, but we're lucky enough to consider her a friend now.

  Caryn will take care of everything!

  Caryn was the absolute BEST for our wedding day and she exceeded our expectations. Our prior coordinator had to cancel, and Caryn stepped in and didn't miss a beat. I am extremely type A, had lots of spreadsheets, and when Caryn stepped in, she took the reins and I felt great with the day in her hands. She made sure we were taken care of on our big day, kept us stress-free, made sure we ate (and drank!), and was also fun to be around. We would highly recommend Caryn for your big day!

  Fantastic Experience!

  Caryn is AMAZING! We worked with her as our wedding coordinator, and she majorly exceeded our expectations. She was on top of everything and made the entire wedding planning process enjoyable and easy. We made a somewhat last-minute decision to switch the buttercream icing flowers on our cake to real flowers, and she was on it! She worked with the florist and made it happen. We couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding turned out and truly couldn’t have done it without Caryn’s guidance and expertise throughout the planning process. In addition to her impeccable event planning and coordination skills, she’s also incredibly friendly and kind. I cannot recommend her enough!
