Gina makes the wedding planning process not just bearable, but fun! Every time we talked with her and went over plans we felt a weight lift off our shoulders. She is very organized, timely and creative. Gina managed to corral our crazy, loud, and fun wedding party so that the wedding ran smoothly and everything happened on time. Having inclusive wedding vendors was very important for us, we are so happy we found that in Gina. If you are questioning whether or not you need a wedding planner, you do. It will allow you to focus on the important things and be present during your special day. We cannot recommend Gina enough! -

Gina was the ideal partner in bringing our wedding to life. There were so many details, moving pieces, and decisions along the way, and she truly allowed me to express my full vision and personality in every aspect of the day. She took what I imagined and helped turn it into something real, and ultimately, something even more beautiful than I could have expected.
Planning a wedding isn’t always easy, and there were moments along the way that felt overwhelming, but the end result was absolutely perfect. It genuinely could not have been more magical or more “us.” It was the dreamiest day, and that’s what matters most.
Gina is extremely professional, responsive, and organized. She was always quick to reply, which made such a difference throughout the process. She consistently offered support and guidance, and her structured approach (including monthly check-ins and planning tools) helped keep everything on track.
On the wedding day itself, her presence was exactly what you want in a planner. She’s assertive, making sure everything runs smoothly, everyone is where they need to be, and nothing falls through the cracks (especially if a big rain storm comes through right before the wedding!).
What stood out most is that she really got my vision. That was so clear in how everything came together. Come in with ideas and communicate what you want, and she will help bring it to life.

To say that Gina is amazing is truly an understatement. She brought our dream wedding to life. It was an absolute fairytale and still feels so surreal. From the onset, she was the most organized person I’ve met and maintains an unmatched attention to detail. She is a composer and the wedding is her symphony. She communicated effectively and efficiently with every single vendor to insure we were all on the same page about the final vision. I explained my vision to her initially and she immediately began putting things together to make it perfect. She was there for the rehearsal and even helped set up the venue for the rehearsal dinner. Gina and her team were present for the entirety of the wedding and handled every hiccup before I even heard about it. We had an outdoor wedding and I decided against the tent even though there was a decent chance of rain and she did everything in her power to make sure it would be okay if it did rain. Luckily it did not rain! Through Gina, every part of the wedding planning and the wedding itself was magic. I could not recommend her and her entire team enough. -

Hiring Gina was the best decision we could have made!
Hiring Gina was truly the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We were so overwhelmed when we started planning, there were so many details to consider and at times it felt like too much to handle. Then from our very first introductory call with Gina, I felt a sense of calmness from her that helped us so much. She is so organized and on top of every detail. Any time I would panic or get overwhelmed we would schedule a call and she would take the time to walk through every question or concern I had and I left every call with such a sense of relief. When wedding day finally came, I did not have to think about a single wedding detail. I had full trust that she would be on top of everything, and she was! Our wedding went without a single hiccup and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our special day. We are so grateful that we had her help and support through it all! I can confidently say that this wedding would not have happened without Gina, she made this day everything we had dreamed of! -

How just on the ball Gina is. She is so organized, outspoken for me, honest and reliable. I was easily able to put my full trust in Gina for every and any detail of our wedding. I knew it would get done and be beautiful - and it was stunning.
3. When you were looking to hire a wedding planner, what were some of the things that were most important to you?
I thought I could do it all myself and I’m so happy I didn’t. My friend referred Gina to me and I’m so thankful I was able to snag her, as I know she is extremely wanted! Gina took all the stress away the moment I had my first call with her! I wanted to be able to enjoy the process and day, and Gina exceeded my expectations! All of my vendors knew Gina and spoke so highly of her, which just validated what I already thought - she’s brilliant at what she does!
4. How did GME help meet/exceed those requirements?
She remembered every little detail from what flowers we needed to add to our reception to perfectly bustling my dress. She is a perfectionist and will be honest with what you’ll need depending on wants and desires for your wedding. Incredible team on the day of and just goes above and beyond. I felt like her only bride, which I know I was far from. She made me always feel heard, responded to my crazy emails instantly and felt like a friend throughout all of the planning. I truly looked forward to every wedding decision with Gina by my side. I trust her judgement fully and suggest her to everyone getting married. My day was more perfect than I had imagined!

Gina is perfection
Words cannot describe how in love I am with Gina and her work. Our wedding was beautiful and the most stress free process all because of Gina. GME was the absolute best decision I made during wedding planning. She understands your vision to a T and adds in hints to make it your own. Gina is absolutely amazing as a wedding planner and as a person. Her entire process is ridiculously organized and easy. Gina communicates everything so well and concisely, never missed a deadline or detail. All the vendors Gina recommended were just as perfect and matched our vibe. When multiple people asked me (a very Type A person for work) why I was so chill during the entire year of planning, all I said was that I had Gina. At the end of the night, my husband and I looked at each other and both said how grateful we were for Gina and everything she did from start to finish. Nothing would have been done without her. Trust her with your wedding day and you’ll never regret it.

Best choice we've made (aside from getting married)
I cannot recommend Gina enough. She is the secret weapon to navigating an otherwise stressful process, and she makes it all feel manageable. Before Gina, we felt extremely overwhelmed and in way over our heads. As soon as we met Gina, she was a breath of fresh air and we immediately felt reassured. She emphasized that this time was about us, and made sure it felt that way. She also made sure we were able to stay true to who we are as a couple while ensuring we had the wedding of our dreams. Gina is experienced and extremely organized, and it very much shows. She makes you feel like you’re the only clients she has because she is just THAT responsive and on top of everything (my wife had to ask her several times how she has other clients with the level of attention Gina gave us). We never had to worry about details because Gina had already thought of everything and had a plan (and a contingency plan) for every scenario. Gina truly listens and has a genuine interest in accommodating both your needs and your wants. If you have an idea, Gina will find a way to make it happen. No idea is too small or too "out there." Most of all, Gina is that calm presence that you absolutely need on your big day. There is no better feeling than knowing there is nothing to worry about, and that Gina has taken care of everything. If there were any fires actively being extinguished, we would have had no idea because the entire day went so smoothly. Gina is a rock, a friend, and the most valuable asset you can have on your wedding day. If we could clone Gina and give her to every couple, we absolutely would! -

Our dream wedding brought to life!!
We cannot begin to thank Gina and her team enough for their flawless execution of our dream wedding weekend. With over 400 guests for a traditional Hindu ceremony, this was no small feat and GME exceeded all expectations. Gina is so kind, incredibly patient, and maintains the perfect balance between fun and serious in order to get things done. We have a large and involved family with a lot of different opinions, but Gina was able to navigate us all gracefully and ensure everyone remained happy. She brought my vision to life better than I saw it in my own mind and our guests were in awe of both events. How much can one praise a wedding planner? Gina is absolutely phenomenal in everything that she does. She works with you to understand your vision of your dream day and makes it into a reality. (Felt like magic!) Both my husband and I work full time jobs while still going to school and Gina is patient with working with your schedule to meet and get everything ready for the big day. Our wedding would NOT have been possible without her. She not only planned but recommended a majority of the vendors we ended up using. I can honestly say, our wedding went off without a hitch. Gina is worth her weight in gold. She is always there to work with you and help you in anything and I mean anything that you may need. Every wedding needs a planner like Gina Marie. -

Where do I begin?!?! To say hiring Gina for partial wedding planning was the best wedding planning decision we made would be putting it lightly. As a wedding planner myself I knew I needed a planner who would reel me in and take over so I could enjoy the process as a bride! Gina did just that. She heard our vision and ran with it. From design meetings to vendor selection she was imperative in every decision.
Gina went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly as we wanted, but she wasn't also afraid to be honest and open about what was feasible. As the planning went on I began to have decision fatigue and Gina took over. She knew what we wanted and we knew we could trust her to guide us to the vision we wanted within the budget we had set. No detail was left unturned. All the little details are what mattered to us most. They are what made the vision come to life. Her ideas were unique and designs we hadn't seen before which really excited us.
On the weekend of our wedding Gina & her team were a part of 3 events. The Wedding Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, and Wedding Day. Having her with us all weekend long allowed us to really be present with our guests. We knew she had everything under control and would execute it perfectly for us. I am a very hands on person so leaving it all in the hands of her and just being in the moment was my entire goal of hiring Gina and her team and exactly that happened. All my husband, mom, and bridal party kept saying to me that they have never seen me so calm and carefree about an event and that's all thanks to Gina. I knew she had things under control and she did. Everything happened without a hitch or at least that I know of! Our guests were in awe of how smoothly the weekend flowed, and the compliments poured in.

Gina Marie Weddings & Events is FABULOUS!!
If you’re in need of a wedding planner, look no further than Gina Marie Weddings & Events. The best decision I made was hiring Gina and her team to plan and coordinate our wedding. Looking back there was simply no way that I could have done it without their expertise. My husband and I were originally planning on getting married in October, but I unexpectedly had to undergo major surgery and we were forced to cancel our wedding. We knew we would need help the second time around. The stress of planning a wedding during recovery seemed daunting. That’s where Gina came into our lives. She was our personal guardian angel. From the moment we met her, we knew she was special. She listened to our ideas and provided us with great suggestions that we would have never thought of on our own. Gina held our hands during the entire planning process. We loved how she embraced technology to organize and plan our wedding. Her website made it simple to access everything from the budget, guest list, vendor information, seating arrangements, and so much more. We were even provided virtual checklists to help keep us on task. Gina is probably the most detail oriented and organized professional that I have ever known, and all of our vendors would agree. They raved about Gina and her team the entire night, telling us that she was the best wedding coordinator that they ever had the pleasure of working alongside. As a bride on a budget, I really appreciated how Gina strived to make everything cost effective. When the estimate of flowers was a bit too pricey, Gina was on it. She worked with the florist to bring down the cost by a couple thousand dollars by repurposing the ceremony flowers and using more greenery and water features. It turned out beautiful! We really appreciated how Gina made herself available to us every second of our big day. She made sure that my husband and I were well fed and having fun the entire night. When my sister and mother couldn’t figure out how to bustle my dress, Gina took over and had it done looking beautiful in no time. When dirt mysteriously appeared on my train before the ceremony, Gina got on the floor with her shout wipes and tide pens to perform a last-minute miracle. Everything from the ceremony to the reception turned our perfect. It was beyond anything that I could have imagined on my own. I wanted a palm/beachy theme wedding and Gina gave us paradise. I remember walking into the ballroom completely stunned. It was incredible! The entire wedding night ran so smoothly, and all the vendors Gina recommended were phenomenal. It’s been nearly a month since our big day and our guests are still reaching out to tell us it was the best wedding they ever attended. We can’t express how grateful we are for everything Gina has done for us ❤ -

Hiring GME was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! After speaking to a few wedding planners, I had a good feeling about Gina and hired GME. First off, Gina is VERY organized and will keep the bride on track throughout the entire wedding process. I am very Type A and worried I would miss an important detail but it is almost impossible to forget or miss anything important with GME. They send out monthly reminders with things that need to be completed and deadlines.
Another thing I loved about working with GME is that I could always set up a call or meeting to discuss anything - brides, this is very important because other planners I spoke to had a very defined and limited amount of meetings/calls they would allow as part of their services. I cannot imagine having only 2-3 meetings with an event planner when there is SO much to discuss! Wedding planning became more challenging when my work life became a lot busier, especially the weeks leading up to the wedding. I was worried I would not be able to reach out to Gina as much or keep up with emails. But Gina went out of her way to make sure we could continue communicating whenever it worked best for me, even if sometimes she had to be flexible with her own schedule, which I very much appreciated!
Leading up to the wedding, Gina handled all communication with vendors. This might seem like a small detail but it was HUGE because it is not easy to keep up with emails with 10+vendors at once, especially towards the last few weeks. Gina coordinated everything and if there is anything that went wrong during the wedding day, I did not even find out because in my experience on my wedding day, everything went SO smooth!
But I TRULY realized how much EVERYONE needs a wedding planner/coordinator once the big day arrived. It is physically impossible to be a bride and try to be everywhere all at once. The day of the wedding I did not have to lift a finger. Gina took care of EVERYTHING (coordinating, setting up the things I had DIY’d on my own, making sure every other vendor was doing their job, etc). The best part is that at the end of the night, GME also took care of packing up everything that was mine including everything I had DIY’d, which I was not expecting (this is a service that some planners don’t have or that they charge extra for)! I had the luxury of enjoying my wedding day and at the end of the night, I was able to attend my after party without having to worry about picking anything up because GME did it all!
Additionally, Gina has a great eye and I had VERY big dreams. I wanted a fairytale wedding. Gina was always very supportive of my ideas and tried to work with me as best as she could while still advising me on budget and giving me recommendations based off her prior experiences. Needless to stay, I got a fairytale wedding and I am still in awe of how beautiful everything came together. I was very nervous about certain aspects of the decor, especially about having a reception with a tent (I was afraid it would look tacky) but I ended up trusting Gina and it honestly turned out to be the most beautiful wedding and even more gorgeous tent reception I have ever seen. It looked like it came straight out of a Pinterest board and it would not have been possible without Gina’s support. I was not an easy bride to work with and I am so thankful for her patience with me throughout this process!
I highly recommend Gina and the GME team for all wedding planning events! -

Where do I even begin?? To put it very simply, choosing Gina Marie Events for full-service planning was hands down the BEST decision I made for our wedding (besides my husband, of course). Gina has just the right talent, experience, organization, and creative vision and I knew she was a perfect match from our very first call. I had a pretty specific picture of what I wanted for our wedding, but needed help bringing it to life and balancing it on top of a full-time job all the way from NYC. Gina went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly as we wanted, (each of her vendor recommendations beyond exceeded my expectations) but she wasn't also afraid to be honest and open about what was feasible (especially when it came to budget) and came up with creative solutions when my initial idea was (in hindsight) completely bonkers.
Just when I thought Gina couldn't get any more amazing, then our actual wedding day came. I had been pretty hands on throughout the planning process, but the main reason I made the decision to invest in a wedding planner was so that we (including our wedding guests) could enjoy the day. I was SO calm on our wedding day (too calm if you ask my closest friends and family lol because they know my neurotic tendencies when planning a party) and honestly it was because I knew all the work we had done leading up to this day had prepared us, and that I 100000% trusted Gina to execute the plan plus make any on-the-spot decisions. My husband and I still talk about how PERFECT this day went and we couldn't have done it without Gina & her team.
I miss our monthly calls and checklists, Gina let's do it again!!! -

I met Gina back in 2019 when we worked an event together for Nova Southeastern. I was in awe of her organization back then, and when I found out she had started her own wedding planning business - I knew there was no better choice. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to have Gina assist us in planning our wedding. Her job a big one, and institutional to planning! While I can admit, hiring a wedding planner was initially an expense we were going to forgo, I can tell you, hiring you Gina, was the single most important thing we did! It would have been one of our biggest regrets not hiring Gina. Once we had our initial contact call over the phone, I told my husband, WE NEED GINA!!! Her personality, happiness, knowledge and professionalism are second to none!! From dealing with crappy vendors, talking me off a ledge for a potential Cat 5 storm and having our wedding cancelled, again, to making a personal stop at our house to help lessen our load of things to bring to the venue the week of our wedding, she never hesitated to go above and beyond for us. Her love for her work and your clients shines bright and it doesn't go unnoticed. Seeing Gina in action handling some of our issues and getting her point across on our behalf was admiring to be a part of. This is important to any couple getting married as this alleviates A LOT from your plate while planning and preparing for your wedding. Trust me, there are details which will be overlooked or not understood. Gina was able to provide a clear constructed vision for our wedding along with her opinions and was always able to communicate this to our other contracted vendors, she stepped in the lead role to host meetings, walk throughs, and always made my husband and I comfortable in communicating with her. Whenever we had a question or concern, Gina was always extremely responsive and understanding. We are without a doubt indebted to Gina and her team for making sure our wedding was a dream! -

I absolutely could not have had the wedding experience I had without Gina Marie Weddings & Events. Gina and her team went above and beyond not just on the wedding day, but throughout the entire wedding planning process.
As a bride who had been dreaming of her wedding day since she was a little girl, I already had somewhat of an idea of how I envisioned my wedding but I had no idea how to execute my perfectly curated Pinterest boards. Enter Gina.
No matter what question or concern I had, they had an answer and solution for anything I threw their way. Even more important, Gina is EXTREMELY responsive to emails, calls, and texts so I never felt ignored or neglected. I still have no idea if anything actually went wrong on my wedding day and for that I’m eternally grateful. I would recommend Gina to any bride, any day. And if I could do all again, the first call I’d make is to GME. -

Gina is an absolute gem! We are so thankful for everything she did for and with us in planning our wedding and we could not have done it without her help. I cannot recommend GME enough! Gina is like the fairy god mother of wedding planners. Because of her our wedding was the best it could have ever been. It truly felt magical. Gina genuinely takes pride in her work and loves what she does.
When looking to hire a wedding planner we looked for someone who was organized, efficient, and had an eye for design. Gina was all of these things (and not to mention an incredibly kind human). Throughout the entire planning process, I never had to worry. Whenever we were faced with a problem I’d tell my significant other “It’s fine, Gina will handle it” and she always did so efficiently and professionally.
On the day of our wedding, we had a sudden change in weather forecast resulting in us needing to change the location of the reception and put up a tent. It was extremely last minute, but Gina handled it like a true professional. She was calm, reassuring, and coordinated everything with the vendors so well. From the start Gina put me at ease. I am very organized and like to have all the details figured out for everything , but with working two jobs and all that goes into planning a wedding it was way too much for me to handle. I felt comfortable after meeting with Gina, and enjoy the process more.
I was not originally looking for a planner! I did so much research and really thought I could handle it all. Initially, planning wasn’t too bad. I had my detailed excel spreadsheet, Pinterest boards, and folders with all information. But there is so much more that goes into organizing and planning. Details that I didn’t even think of ! There would be no chance our day would have gone as smoothly if it wasn’t for Gina and her assistant, Rachel.
Even though all my focus was on the wedding, various aspects of life required attention. She helped take a significant amount of stress away. The weekend of, many things (out of our control ) occurred. We even were surprised with a tornado warning a few hours before the wedding! I did not stress or worry once. The whole day was a fairytale and way more than we could have ever wanted.

Choosing to work with Gina for partial planning was one of the best decisions when planning my wedding! Having a monthly check-in to keep me on track for vendor payments, to-do list items and more was extremely helpful and made sure that nothing important slipped through the cracks. Gina is the best wedding planner of all time. We mean it. We knew hiring a wedding planner was going to be helpful and necessary but we had no idea it could be this good. Gina made us feel like we were her only clients. She answered all our questions quickly and went out of her way to help us with vendor referrals and solutions to problems we came across during the planning. She has incredible taste in design and process and beautifully balanced helping to support our vision while also giving honest feedback based on her expertise when she felt something could be done a lot better better way. Throughout the planning process, it quickly became clear that Gina had everything under control and she could confidently handle any issues we came across. On the day of the wedding, we had two major hiccups with vendors: our security company was MIA and our flowers were the wrong colors (both issues unrelated to Gina’s awesome planning). She solved them both efficiently and calmly. We were so struck by how effective she communicated these issues to us without adding stress on us and confidently reassuring us that she had it handled. In addition to this, she is a person we genuinely wanted to be around. She’s easy to talk to, relaxed, and has a commanding presence that makes you feel secure and confident that you are in good hands. Her team of assistants were just as professional and helpful as she was. They each went out of their way to make our wedding the best it could be. I can’t say enough about how amazing Gina and her team are! We hired Gina for her full service and that was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Best decision ever
I could not have gotten married without Gina. Hands down the best decision that we made was working with her. We interviewed 6 wedding planners and after speaking to Gina we knew that she understood our vision, what was important to us and what our style was.
We changed our wedding due to covid at least 5 times and each time Gina was ready to go with it! She was so BEYOND patient, helpful and creative! We ended up doing a backyard wedding and Gina very quickly had a vision.
She did an amazing job being organized and managing our vendors, communicating with them and making sure that we made all our payments on time!

We spoke with 5 or 6 other wedding planners and the decision wasn't even close. We can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work over the last year. We absolutely couldn’t have done our wedding without her. She was beyond amazing throughout the planning process but on game day she stepped it up even more. Her attention to detail really made a difference. One of the top comments from our families about the wedding besides, "it was the most fun wedding ever" and "the food was great" was "your wedding planner was amazing". I wouldn’t say that is one of the normal comments after a wedding, which goes to show how much Gina’s work stood out. Gina is super organized, she kept us on track over the course of the entire year so we never got behind, she paid amazing attention to the details we wanted to include and her knowledge and her deep industry knowledge and understanding of the planning process saved us a ton of time and money. For example, we were struggling to find a photographer that we liked and was in our budget. My wife and I hired Gina Marie Weddings and Events for planning and as our Wedding coordinator for our wedding. We were looking for someone to help coordinate our day so we wouldn't have to worry about the details. We were very happy with Gina as she helped get us ready for our big day. Leading up to our wedding, we consulted numerous times to go over our wedding needs and she helped keep us on course. She had great ideas on ceremonial arrangements and reception planning and arrangements. Gina also helped guide us with our floral decorative decisions. The end resulting ceremonial area and reception looked so elegant, it was perfect! On our big day, Gina took charge of taking care of all of the little things so we didn't have worry about a thing. What really stood out was Gina setting up our long walk for our ceremonial entrance. The anticipation was perfect as I watch my bride make her grand entrance! Our ceremony was organized and was done beautifully. After the ceremony, she helped organize our photo shots during cocktail hour. Gina was there to guide us from the photo shots to give us some together time before being introduced into our reception. Gina was there to coordinate things with the dj and helped ensure everything went smooth from our introduction and first dance all the way through reception, the cake cutting, up until last dance and our exit with sparklers! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Gina Marie Events deserves at least 100. I can not thank Gina enough for all she did for me to make my big day the wedding of my dreams. It truly would not have turned out as amazing as it did if I hadn't of hired her. Literally the BEST wedding planner in the world! Although we only hired her for day of coordination, she went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. Her prices are extremely reasonable but she really should be charging more for the quality work you will receive. She made herself available day and night to answer any questions or concerns I had via text and email. If I just needed to vent about something I could give her a call and know she would put my mind at ease. She provided thorough timelines and purchase item lists to ensure I wouldn't forget a single detail. She worked closely with my venue and outside vendors and reviewed their contracts for me with a fine toothed comb. Things I didn't even think of she made sure we were aware of and had under control. I didn't have to worry about a thing at the rehearsal or day of. I could just relax and enjoy my wedding weekend while she took care of the rest. And her assistants are top notch as well. I couldn't believe how quickly they set up the venue and placed my decor just how I envisioned it. Everything was perfect. And if it wasn't she made sure it was without me knowing about it. Wonderful Experience with Gina Marie!
I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Gina Maria Events!! Hiring Gina was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding! She made the whole wedding planning process so much less stressful than I'm sure it could have been. She was so unbelievably helpful, especially since we were planning our Florida wedding from Virginia.
Early on in the process, she sent us a very detailed questionnaire going over all the different aspects of what we wanted for our wedding and also scheduled phone calls throughout the process to go over all the details. Every month, she sent me a detailed checklist of what I needed to accomplish to make sure we stayed on track and didn't get behind.Since we were not in the area, she met with so many of the different vendors, including the florist, linens, and chair rentals to make sure that every detail was perfect, which gave me such great peace of mind.
Gina was so meticulous about every detail! She worked with all our vendors to arrange the timeline for our wedding day. She gave our vendors and everyone in the wedding party a schedule for our wedding day and so many people commented on how thorough she was (including our Pastor who said he'd never seen such a detailed schedule before). All of this led to a very stress free wedding day for my husband and I! We were able to relax and enjoy getting ready with our families knowing that everything was being taken care of. As we walked into the venue, everything looked amazing and as we had envisioned it. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Gina to help make our day perfect! -
